What Separates it from Other Forms: Necrozma-Batwing is somewhat fast and can exert strong offensive pressure thanks to its strong STAB combo. It also has a funny pivot STAB with an even funnier effect if you somehow manage to trigger it.

For Base Braviary, I think you should make Focus Claw stronger, a even with it's ability I doubt it can rack up enough Accuracy boosts over time to be worth it over Brave Bird.

A defense boost for Braviary Hisui would be most preferable to make bulky sets a bit more viable. Conversely, axing Psystrike is necessary as it just makes Braviary really hard to play around while Psychic Terrain is active.

Lilligant should get some coverage options, mono grass sucks when you can't threaten to sweep teams after checks are eliminated.

Finally Victory Dance is pretty bad, as you can probably see with Fell Stinger never taking off in standard regardless of the buffs it gained, and this move has several immunities and top tier resists that can easily swap in to save a sack.

Asking for a small bulk increase on base Braviary and a small bulk decrease on Hisuian. Base doesn't have alot of defensive utility, while Hisuian is too bulky with Magic Bounce in mind.

For Lilligant-H either Hustle or Victory Dance as it now exists needs to go. It's just too strong for what the tier has right now.

For Electrode, we think some utility of some kind and maybe even semi reliable recovery could go miles for this Pokemon right now.

As for this Electrode, if you are unaware, it lacks any Grass moves. But on the flip side if that, council has decided that with Grass STAB this Pokemon can easily snowball to be somewhat problematic, so we are in a predicament here. We decided that if you keep Contrary, you have to go Mono Electric (the SpA can be reverted to it's og 71), if you add Grass moves and keep the typing, Contrary has to go.
