What Separates it from Other Forms: A very funky setup sweeper that effectively has three items at once. It can be used as a support pokemon with Wish, its ability is very versatile on setup sets. The combination of Rock Slide and Bullet Punch as a finisher, or Dual Flinch attacks. Spin Out + Gyro Ball or Bullet Punch is a funny combination, probably not very effective. The strongest combination is simply spamming Rollout. However, Togedemaru lacks coverage. it can run Zing Zap, Zen Headbutt or Body Press on BU sets just to hit pokemon it may not deal with very well, but its ability also accounts for just racking up damage anyway.Spark, Wild Charge

Only 2 actual corrections - anaconja like I said previously, making sure all of the forms names having clear origins in the base name is important. Bravataros is ok, Pyrenaica isn't.
BreloomBuddy I'd prefer if you take a similar approach to Bloopy ghost in regards to your base Tauros and Hyper Beam. I'd hate to have to rebalance a universal useless move that suddenly became a lower risk move.

This heavily competes with Electrode-Hisui imo, this will more than likely want a typing change to differentiate them, or adjust it so it can be much more different than it.
Same argument above about Raichu, but instead of Electrode Hisui, it's competing with both Magearna and Vikavolt. Electric Steel is pretty explored rn, I suggest going in a different typing direction.
