would it be viable to change the SpecsLucario set to have Life Orb instead, or do you need the extra .2 power? (I just get so sad that I can't switch moves :\ )
 
Alright I'm the crappiest person in the world with calculating damage percentages, so could someone help me with this?

could you confirm this for me? It looks like NO evs are required for it to outspeed your basic specs and lifeorb gars....Evs are needed to beat scarfgars though....so i need to make two sets for this, one EVed 252/sp att,att for logars and specs gars then one with the evs for scarfgars?
BTW: 252 att/sp att explosion on bold max hp/def blissey including the negative nature and 22att IV: 86.97% - 102.38%

For this garchomp set, is dragon claw or outrage better:

Garchomp @ yache berry
Jolly Sand veil
-Dragon Claw / Outrage
-Earthquake
-Sword Dance
-Fire Fang

Also include why whichever attack is better. Damage calcs would be appreciated on whatever example you use. Thanks!

My new question is this:

I want my Eevee to become a Baton Pass Espeon with Calm Mind, Baton Pass, Substitute, and Psychic. Yeah, that one.

I think I'd like to evolve it before sending it to D/P, but I'm not sure how to do this.

I was going to send it to my Emerald game, but how do I make it love me to evolve into Espeon without giving it any experience?

I think it'd just be easier to send it to my Diamond game first. I have more resources there anyway....

I guess I could give it vitamins and walk around a lot and give it massages (are there even massages IN R/S/E?? I forgot), but I'm uncertain about what kind of EV spread to give it because it's IVs aren't exactly perfect but I forgot what the IVs were!

So yeah I think I need to import it to Diamond along with my other Pokemon to do a Lv. 100 Wifi battle with myself.

If it's emerald, just clone a bunch of the EV reducing berries and feed them until max happiness, then give a rare candy.
 
Outrage over Dragon Claw. The 120 base power + STAB of Outrage dwarfs Dragon Claw and hits for about 30% more damage than Dragon Claw. That would make the slightly inaccurate Fire Fang expendable and therefore gives you one more move slot for added versatility. What is the most popular 4th generation Pokemon team?

In Emerald, can you catch Dittos before beating the Elite Four? (Right when you get to the Ruin Maniac's cave) Or do you have to beat the E4 first?
