Yes, there is a battle recorder in platinum. It's the same as the one in emerald. You can choose to save your battle after it's over, even if it's on wifi.

Anti-lead Machamp has a specific use as a lead, so you'll likely meet that kind of Machamp only if it's the first pokemon your opponent sends out.
Last month stats show that the majority of Machamps don't run sp.def EVs at all (77%) while a lot of Machamps run max attack (62%) and hp (63%).

no evasion clause only bans moves that raise your own evasion not moves that lower your opponent's accuracy, so mud slap is fine

That's called a custom title, and you can only have one if you're badged or if an administrator has enabled them for you.

You can come back whenever you want, but you need to battle them sometime to get the National Dex after beating the Elite Four.

Both Evasion and Accuracy stats start at 100%, so with gravity lowering Evasion by two stages, It would hit

30% x 100% x 166.7% = 50.01% of the time.

STAB increases the base damage by 50%, it doesn't add 50. So bullet punch ends up at 60 base power, while Extremespeed remains at 80.

It's 50%. So Bullet Punch has a power of 60, while ExtremeSpeed has 80.
