It is generally frowned upon as the less known and less used "Luck Item Clause" bans it, it's not a standard clause, but some people use it, and most don't. There is nothing saying you can't use it on shoddy though, as iirc, there is no luck item clause on shoddy.

No, it's not banned. I wouldn't suggest using it, though, as there's a small chance it activates. Something like Leftovers works 100% of the time.

Do Lunar Dance and Healing Wish come before a Pokemon is damaged by entry hazards or after? (If Lunar Dance is used, and the switch-in is in damage range for entry hazards to KO, does the HP get restored first, or was the attack wasted?)
IIRC, in Shoddy Battle, they come after. I remember using Lunar Dance and passing it to my Heracross who then proceeded to die from SR and Spikes damage.

Oops.

I've made the same mistake trying to Lunar Dance to my Salamence. It's a shame, the hazards coming first really does weaken the move. Though I suppose it's logical.

i need a quick calculation, how evs do you get from 20 gravelers w/pokerus and power belt?
240 Defense EVs

when abusing the RGN to breed for shinies, I know that the nature/ability/gender are preset and that I can soft-reset for the IVs. My question is: do the IVs still come from the parents (some) like normal breeding? should I use the best parents I can? thanks in advance!

Yes, IVs still come from the parents. If you use RNG Reporter, you'll see fields in your Egg IVs tab which look like: 31/31/31/A/A/B, where A is the first parent dropped into daycare and B is the second. It's possible to get a great breed from crap parents, but much more difficult to arrange.

I don't see such a tab, maybe because I'm breeding for shinies only?

I still have 3 very valuable eggs, they are Wish Bagon, Wish Ralts, and Teeter Dance Pichu. Now Im wondering of what would be good sets for these pokemon, I was thinking for the Bagon that Shelgon would be the better Wish user, not for passing. Due to his on x2 weaknesses and could be a physical wall. But Im clueless with the others, help please? But I dont remember if the ralts is wish or charm...

EDIT: Well gee wizz, the ralts egg is a waste, it learns those moves anyways >_>

Don't use Shelgon. Salamence only takes 13.6% more damage from Ice Beam than Shelgon, has Intimidate, and can actually force switches. The Fatmence set in the analysis lists Wish as an option and so does Gardevoir's Support set. As for Raichu, the only set I could see using Teeter Dance is a ParaFusion set.

Raichu @ Leftovers
Ability: Static
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Nature: Timid

Substitute/Encore
Thunder Wave
Teeter Dance
Thunderbolt

Substitute is useful so you don't get killed by Earthquake, but Encore and its speed are the only things this has over Regigigas.

But maybe that 13.6% would matter =(? The Raichu also seems to be COMPLETELY walled by walls such as blissey, so maybe replace substitute with Briick Break or Focus Punch? Possibly Focus Blast? I think it learns focus blast o.O

I just bought imported Soul Silver, anyone done the enigma/mew events going on that are in NA? Can they elaborate on how they got it, etc.?

Okay, another question, can Shelgon be a better physical wall then Salamence, due to no rock weakness, and only x2 to ice and dragon?
Well Shelgon DOES have about the same physical defensiveness as Salamence. But Salamence gets Intimidate, which helps a lot.
And to be quite honest, there are far better physical walls than either.
The vast majority of the time, you'll be better off using Salamence than Shelgon.

Does Gravity effect OHKO-Moves? I guess not , but SmogonDex doenst say any word about it .

I need links/tests not a simple "NO".

From the gravity article which is on the site:
Although irrelevant for most matches as they are played with the OHKO clause, Gravity's accuracy boost does not affect the accuracy of OHKO moves.
