1.25x, testing has been done on this. it was previously thought to be 1.5x, this estimate was too high as well. if you took 2-3 minutes in the grass you could test it out yourself with a wild rivalry luxio

well, I don't have that pokemon, and I don't really think I can calculate that. it wasn't as high as i wanted it to be, but thanks for answering.

Does magic guard on clefable block damage from substitute/belly drum? (I searched the forums and research thread, didn't find anything)

Write it down. Percentages are estimates.

Not sure, but in most probability, it doesn't.

Okay, I have a question about my game.

It never did this before, but now, when I start up my Pearl Version, it shows my "journal" or whatever it's called before continuing right to the game. Is there anything I would have done to make it do that, and is there any way to make it stop?

:toast:Maybe you changed your DS calendar or something.=/ The only way to stop is to not do that. It can be pulled out in the Key Items if you want to look at it...:toast:

Would this situation generally produce good IV's?
Impish DItto w/ Lucky Egg (straight 31 stats)
mating with
Impish Pineco w/ Everstone (F)
Also, would this produce the 50% chance of passing nautre:
Impish Ditto
Impish Pineco w/ Everstone (M) or do I need a female impish?

Is adamant or jolly the preferred nature for burn orb swellow?

and would quick attack or protect be better as a fourth slot move? (over u-turn)

I personally would use U-Turn, but failing that... Id say either is good, tho quick attack might be better because of STAB.
As for nature......... Id say either one is fine.
ANd now, a question of my own: What breeds with froslass to get spikes onto it?

Spikes on froslass:

one way, someone from the cacnea family with someone who is in the plant egg group (that is also in the fairy egg group)

eg.
male cacnea w spikes breed w female cherubi
> male baby cherubi w spikes breed with female snorunt
> baby snorunt w spikes

EDIT:lol replace all the cherubi's with the roselia family

.
3 layers of spikes to take 25% off each switch in (doesn't affect flyers and levitators)

.
k so both adamant and jolly are goodfor burn swellow, pick one for me someone? lol

whenever ditto is involved in the breeding process it is the only one that can use an everstone to have a 50/50 chance to pass down natures :)

I'd want to hit as hard as possible, so Adamant. Not many pokemon have that kind of speed anyway, so you'll be outspeed almost everything.

If your opponent's pokemon goes first and uses substitute, is it possible for you to use stealth rock. I only ask this because i know you can't paralyze a sub, so im wondering if attacking is the only thing you can do to it.
