@ above It does it for every pokemon that you battle, so 6 magikarps give you 30 speed EVs if you have the power anklet on.

I was looking for a chart I saw a while ago that had a list of cut off points for IVs, like needing 30 speed at level 10 for Magikarp (made that up completely, don't quote me on that!), can anyone find it?
 
If you win 100 doubles battles or multi-battles instead of singles in the Battle Tower, will you still get the star on your Trainer Card?

^ My question (in response to Raikou, Magnezone and Tyranitar being a huge weakness in my half-team of Empoleon, Skarmory and Uxie)

Also, is Adamant a pretty good nature for Garchomp? I'm breeding Gibles, and I have an everstone on an Adamant female.

Adamant is great for Garchomp.

If Raikou and Magnezone have HP Ice, you're in trouble. Most of them will.
 
Can a Modest P-Z with Max sp atk, OHKO another P-z, neutral nature to spd def, with tri attack (no CH/Ups(would either abilities bring it up to a OHKO?)


EDIT: and please don't tell me to use a damage calc, I'm bad at using them
 
That's great, because I'm getting tons of Adamant Gibles :-)

Who else would you recommend then that would fit in with my team? (I'm flexible in changing members around)

ok, if Hidden Power is is supposed to be a Psychic move, will i or wont i get STAB for say, HP Steel on a Steel type?

Knew it.....This weirdo from gamefaqs challenge me, it did not have choice specs(wait, can you choose a different atk if you switch the poke out?)

Well anyway, I don't have a 0 Sp Def Iv..x.x

Yes you can.

Well, actually, now doing the calcs with Choice Specs- it does have a chance to OHKO you. Damage: 91.03% - 107.05%

I forgot to add the Sp. Atk EVs, lol.

Have you tried ShoddyBattle? It's the best way to test out a team so you don't waste time breeding.
 
Is there a EV training guide anywere around here?I looked in Contributions and Corrections but didn't see anything...
 
I have a problem that is reeeeally beginning to piss me off. x_X

I'm trying to breed some eggoves from a Male Roselia to a Female Chikorita, however despite the two being in the same egggroup, they simply refuse to breed. I've tried this with a number of dfferent male Roselia with no success. In fact, they won't even breed with ditto. I've also tried evolving them, but that didn't work either.

Somebody please tell me why?
 
If that's what he's saying, then they will breed.

I once had to wait over half an hour for an egg. They came a lot faster after that, but still only like every 5-10 minutes.
