... All of them...
You obviously misunderstood my question.
I know all trainers pay up when they lose, I'm just looking for the ones that give the most.

The E4 of course. You obviously misunderstood my question.

The E4 of course.
Still need my question answered.
Also there's a Gentleman and Socialite next to each other on Route 212 who pay a good amount.
Okay, I have a problem. I screwed up while EVing my Heracross. I don't know how, I used trainer EV battles and kept track of all the EVs I got, yet when I went to Sunnyshore to get my Effort Ribbon and confirm that my EVs were used up, she still said I needed some work. I must have made some error with calculations or tallys or something. (I did get the leftover 2 EVs, so it wasn't that).
The EVs I were aiming for were 42 HP/ 252 Atk/ 216 Spd. I'm certain the HP is correct, so the Attack and Speed must be slightly off. So how can I fix this? Can I clear as many Speed EVs as possible, then gain Atk EVs until I know I've maxed out at 252? Then just refill on Speed with what I have left?
I would try to remember where you made a mistake, then find out how many EVs you're missing and where. Make a list of all the pokes you've battled and add up the EV.Okay, I have a problem. Thanks. Wait, if I use one Tamato and one Kelpsy, both EVs will be reduced to 100? I thought they worked like reverse vitamins. But I do think I remember reading somewhere that they function differently. Can anyone explain to me exactly how these work? Thanks for the info on the couple!
Safest would be to use a Tamato berry to lower Speed and a Kelpsy berry to lower Atk, and go from there, since both EV's will be reduced to 100.
Thank you, that's exactly what I was asking for.If you have over 100 EVs in a stat and you use the corresponding berry to lower it, the first one will drop it to 100. IE; if you have 236 EVs in attack, and you use a kelpsy berry, it will fall to 100. Subsequent uses of the berry will lower by 10 each (100 to 90 to 80, etc).
Under Trick Room, does a poke with Lagging Tail move first, or last?
I guess the core of my question is, how does Lagging Tail work? Does it reduce Speed to 0, or does it alter the turn order in a direct way?
What would I not be able to OHKO/2HKO by using Flamethrower instead of Fire Blast on a Life Orb Salamence with no SpAtk EVs?
ok ok how do I max the happiness on my salamence?
Read that from: http://www.freewebs.com/hotdogturtle/clone.htmWill this negatively affect my game in any way?
No. The reason that the cloning clitches in the previous games were dangerous is because they involved turning off the game while it was saving. This one doesn't require you to do that, so there is virtually no chance of any bad effects.

Is it true that there are no negative effects from Emerald cloning? (Need to be 100% sure, don't want to risk losing my good Pokes. >_>)
