Taunt does not affect who goes first if that's what you mean. If Jumpluff used taunt and dodrio tried to use a non-attacking move (full list here) it would be prevented from doing so, that turn and for 3-5 subsequent turns. If Dodrio used Taunt then it would still go second - Jumpluff could get away with using a blocked move to start with but not after Dodrio's go.

Why do you write all in italics?
 
josh-ua: use Thief or Covet on wild Magnemite/Magneton (New Mauville).
Does Defog also remove Mist? I'm making a Pokémon game, but the starter kit I'm using only has up to 3rd gen, so I need to code the 4th gen moves myself.
 
@chaotic-george: that video quality is a hell of a lot better than a lot of warvideos I've seen. Personally I've no objections on grounds of quality as long as the text is readable.

@Wichu: Defog doesn't touch mist.
 
I'm sorry for posting this again, but I think that perhaps people thought it was answered as there were posts after it that answered some of my later posts. Here's the question: does Pressure take away an extra PP of an opponent's move if the opponent's move missed, or will Pressure only take away an extra PP of an opponent's move if said move hits the pokemon with Pressure?
 
Ok, last questions.
So I have to show him the one pokemon over and over again, or just show him a lot of pokemon?

And...
How can I get my Beldum to like Ditto more? It says: 'The two don't like each other very much'.
 
Show him one pokemon over and over and he'll tell you all its perfect IV's.

If two pokemon have the same OT, then they don't like each other, and if they are different species they don't like each other. If both, then you get that message, if only one of the two then you get the "They seem to get along" message. If it's a different game and hte same message, then they're in love

In other words, you can't get your beldum to like the ditto more.
 
He won't tell you your IVs, he'll give you a certain phrase. A different phrase for two numbers in a sequence.

30 and 31 IVs in Atk - He'll say something like " Magnicficant in the attacking stat" (I can't remember exactly, but that tells you it's a high stat in attack)

IDK how, but it does. I've beaten Palmer at least a dozen times or so with my Adamant Breloom, and every time it's blasted him to nothing with ease.

Actually, I remember my Breloom being outsped by Milotic once or twice, but most of the time Breloom outspeeds it unless the Salac Boost kicks in.
 
Ok so.. Uxie/Suicune/Empoleon's are good Special walls that can p-haze. What about the ones that can use roar/whirlwind (not p-haze)? ty for the comments earlier
