What is the best moveset for Milotic right now? It has a worse movepool but better stats and typing than Burungeru, so should I just max HP and Defense, go Bold, and give it Boiling Water, Recover, ice Beam/Hidden Power Electric, and Toxic?
 
Weather damage was first in 4th gen, but I don't think anyone has tested end of turn effects in that much detail yet.

Nope. Uber is being put into OU for retesting. Whether the whole of ubers or the whole thing minus the 670+'s is still being debated though.
 
I'm playing Black, and I noticed that the building where I previously bought Heart Scales and other items in Black City seems to have just...vanished. I can't find it at all, there is just a big wide open space where I remember it being. Anyone else get this?
 
How do I force the seasons to change? The game seems pretty resistant to time travel even if I pull the old tricks like setting the time to 23:59. I need the Substitute TM ASAP really.

Changing the clock forward however many months didn't work? That did it for me.

EDIT: Oh yeah, make sure you're entering and exiting a building for the season to change.
 
Im trying to get a Water monkey in the forest near the third town, whatever it's called. Though when i step into the shaking patches of grass, i keep getting Grass monkeys, so do i have to look in the water for swarms to get a Water monkey?
 
Are there any significant changes to breeding? One thing I'd imagine is that there doesn't seem to be a nice huge stretch to bike along by the daycare...
 
How much does Echo Voice increase by each successive turn, and does it still increase if a Pokemon uses it, get's KO'd, and it's replacement uses it the very next turn?
