Oh, you can also fight trainers in the Raimon City Sport Domes. There are two domes and you can re-fight them every day. You are given random trainers each day, with Pokemon that are level 65 or so. So there are trainers you can re-match often.

If dugtrio (arenatrap) is in on Shandy (shadowtag) can they both switch out or must both stay in?

both need to stay in.

only two shadow tag users can switch out of each other.
if two dugtrios are on the field they both can't switch, same with Magnezone.

Is it OK to use pokesav(With legal IVs,EVs,etc.) to get a mon I can't get due to not being able to go to an event or because I don't have a certain game?(I don't have a Gen 2 game,or gen 3.)

Not in official VGC tournaments.

They can't technically, to be sure, but if done properly they can not be detected, and people do it all the time. I remember hearing about someone's Heracross being the most famous example, where it was hacked using Pokesav and he then won a VGC with it, until people realised it had an illegal moveset.

Is there anyway to view/know Smogon's pokemon online server's battle statistics? I know that shoddy stats were posted every few months for gen 4, but I haven't seen anything for gen 5 yet.

lol. What was its moveset? Also, what happened after he got busted?

Not sure if this goes here, but...
Can anyone help me make a Dream World account? I have absolutely no clue how to make one because the site is in all japanese...

With regards to the whole Drizzle banning thing, does Portrait of an Uber still apply to Gen 5? If so, Politoed and Swift Swim abusers seem to both violate the Support and Offensive respectively. If not, it seems like you need something better that saying "x is bRoKeN, BaN pLz"

It had X-Scissor. Heracross does not learn X-Scissor.

If I recall correctly Portrait of an Uber does not still apply.

It doesn't.

Why did we decide on the UU suspect testing method rather than the standard OU suspect testing method from last gen to start off BW with? It seems foolish to me to set such a foundation for 5th gen battling in what is essentially theorymon by the top players. It seems like a much better idea to look at both metagames and decide which we prefer.

If my pokemon has +6 accuracy and opponent has +6 evasion. How does it calculate accuracy?

Also, how does it calculate accuracy on pokemon with compound eye attack when foe pokemon has +evasion?

According to this website, +6 Accuracy is x3 and +6 Evasion is x1/3, which means that they will cancel each other out.

For Compoundeyes, which increases accuracy by 30%, you multiply the Evasion multiplier by 1.3, then multiply that by the move accuracy to get total accuracy.

Im a little confused on doom desires effects and a there are a lot of articles and people who are contradicting what it does. Can someone please answer these questions so i know exactly what this move is capable of?

Does doom desire does have damage on a pokemon that resists steel and does double on those that are weak to it or does it do neutral damage no matter what.

Also, if i use doom desire on the turn that forretress is out, and two turns later its my gliscor against opponents blissey, and the attack lands, is the attack power based on gliscors special attack or jirachi's special attack? And is the damage effected by blisseys special defense or forretresses special defense?

AFAIK, Doom Desire is now affected by type modifiers, that is it does double damage on Steel weak mons and half damage to resistant mons.

And for your second question, it uses Jirachi's SpA and does damage using Blissey's Special Defense.
