Rules

Sleep Clause - You can only put one of your opponent to sleep a a time. If your opponent used Rest, it doesn't count. Effect Spore is also an exception.

Species Clause - No 2+ of the same Pokemon per team. Example: 2 Magikarps are on your team.

Hax Items Clause- No Bright Powder, Focus BAND, Quick Claw, King's Rock, Razor Fang, Scope Lens, or Razor Claw.

Evasion Clause - No Double Team or Minimize.

OHKO Clause - No Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, Guillotine, or Fissure.

Self KO Clause - You cannot use Selfdestruct, Explosion, or Destiny Bond if you are down to your last Pokemon.

Soul Dew Clause - You cannot use the item Soul Dew.

Ubers are banned.

Rotom Formes are not allowed, Legal Hacks are not allowed.

Single Elimination.

I did not realize that the deadline was on Saturday night. Whats up with the rounds not even lasting a week? Anyways, here's the PMs I've had with my opponent:

We're paired. What time zone are you in and when can you battle. I'm on Pacific time (GMT -8) and can usually battle in the evening after 5:30 my time.

Eastern time zone. I'm free after 8 pm my time.(thats 5 pm my time)

I'm available tonight if you wanna get it done. (I sent this at around 8:30 pm Ashitaka's time. Precisely when he said he would be available.)

Okay, this Friday and Saturday I will be out of town. I might be available Sunday night. Tomorrow after 8:30 pm your time is also good for me.

I did not hear from Ashitaka all day today. As you can see from my last PM, I am unavailable on Friday and Saturday as I will be out of town. I am available on Sunday in the evening if you want to issue an extension, however I have no idea if Ashitaka can say the same thing. So:

1. I contacted Ashitaka at the time he specified and he blew me off.
2. he said he would PM me and I did not hear from him in over 24 hours.
3. I told him I was unavailable on Fri and Sat, and still no response.

If Ashitaka agrees to it, I would like to have an extension until Sunday. I will be back in town at around 8:00 pm Eastern Time (his time zone). If that's not possible, then you can decide who will advance.
