Bug Reports v3 [READ ORIGINAL POST before posting]

Small error with Happiny’s /dt: It alleges that it evolves by high happiness. It actually evolves by level-up while holding an Oval Stone in daytime (as correctly stated by the Oval Stone dt).

It appears that my Kingdra may have copied the item and ability of my Landorus-Therian.

I was playing a rain team and a life orb Gardevoir, that had used trance to copy swift swim from my Swampert, out sped my swift swim Kingdra under rain. Kingdra has a base speed of 85 vs Gardevoir's 80 and my Kingdra has 252 EV's and 31 IV's in speed. When I looked back at the replay and hover my mouse over Kingdra it says my Kindra has the ability intimidate, which didn't activate during the battle, and the item Flyinium-Z. The replay actually shows all of my pokemon have Flyinium-Z, except Weavile because I didn't use it, and Magnezone, Swampert, Kingdra, and Landorus-Therian all having intimidate, though Swampert only shows Intimidate before it mega evolves. Interestingly, even though the replay shows Pelipper having Flyinium-Z rain still lasts for eights turns, suggesting my Pelipper's damp rock still activated.

This is my first bug report and I messed up saving the replay by not clicking save replay. Instead, I downloaded a .txt file. sorry. As I still have the page open I was able to make a screen recording of the battle. For some reason though, it's not letting me attach my screen recording so I've uploaded it to youtube.

On turn 15-17 Scizor was able to hit Hawlucha with Bullet Punch in Psychic Terrain, but then Psychic Terrain was able to stop Bullet Punch on turn 18.

Also a minor detail, when the opponent disconnects in OU blitz, it says they have a minute to reconnect, but they are timed out after 10 seconds anyway.
Hawlucha is not grounded, as it's a Flying-type, thus it does not get the extras from terrain.

Forgot to save replay, but my Silvally used parting shot on a Metagross with Clear Body. The Metagross's stats were not lowered (as expected), but my Silvally also did not switch out - it said the move failed. According to Bulbapedia this is not how Parting Shot is supposed to work

Bulbapedia states the mechanic accurately for Generation 7:
The user no longer switches out if Parting Shot is unable to affect the target's stats (such as due to Clear Body or Mist);
And since you said it was a Silvally, this wasn't a Generation 6 match you had on Showdown.

Some weird speed calculation going on in this replay:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-949132748

On Turn 3, Jangmo-o should have acted before Dratini.
NB: This is not the Zorua - that comes out on Turn 5.

Here are the relevant pokemon:
Solosis @ Eviolite
Ability: Overcoat
Level: 5
EVs: 236 HP / 76 SpA / 196 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Protect

Jangmo-o @ Berry Juice
Ability: Bulletproof
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 236 SpD
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Dragon Tail
- Brick Break
- X-Scissor
- Substitute

Riolu @ Eviolite
Ability: Prankster
Level: 5
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Def / 196 SpD
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sunny Day
- Helping Hand
- Roar
- Magnet Rise

Dratini @ Berry Juice
Ability: Shed Skin
Level: 5
EVs: 164 Atk / 196 SpA / 116 Spe
Rash Nature
IVs: 17 HP
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Dragon Dance
- Thunderbolt

According to the teambuilder, the speeds of these pokemon are as follows:
Dratini: 13
Riolu: 12
Jangmo-o: 9
Solosis: 7

While I understand Riolu moving first with a priority +1 move, I can't find any reason that Dratini should move before Jangmo-o under Trick Room. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Dragon Tail has -6 priority, so if Jangmo-o used that it would move last in the turn even under Trick Room.

I was laddering with a couple of buds and we had an instance where Magma Storm didn't do any trapping damage VS Mew.

On turn 11 we used Magma Storm and the Mew used sub after it, but at the end of the turn it didn't take any trappping damage. My best bet is that somewhere along the line something messed up because mew was behind a sub at the end of the turn and Showdown thinks it should receive damage.

Turn 11

Heatran used Magma Storm!
(The opposing Mew lost 38% of its health!)
The opposing Mew became trapped by swirling magma!

The opposing Mew used Substitute!
The opposing Mew put in a substitute!
(The opposing Mew lost 25% of its health!)

The opposing Mew restored a little HP using its Leftovers!

Turn 12

Synchronoise has very peculiar effects in double battles, being both able to affect pokemon of unmatching type, or no pokemon at all despite matching type

https://www.smogon.com/dex/sm/moves/synchronoise/
The target is immune if it does not share a type with the user. Hits both foes and ally in Doubles matches.

Description leads player to believe that it will affect only all pokemon on the field with matching types as the user
Ex: Vaporeon will be able to harm an enemy or ally Tentacruel but not an enemy or ally Landorus with it's Synchronoise attack

Case 1: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7metronomebattle-950247360
Metronome battle
Floette-Eternal used Synchronoise, affected both Gardevoir Mega and Slowbro Mega
(Replicated outside of Metronome battle using same type matchup: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950252963 )

Case 2: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950249589
Bug Replication attempt one
Theorized that Synchronoise hit a Dual type with a match and was then able to hit all that matched that Dual type
Result: no damage
NOTE: This test raises more issues since it seems that if the first use of Synchronoise cannot find type matches it prevents all other Synchronoise from working even when there are matches

Case 3: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950252242
Bug Replication attempt two
Attempted to recreate original team matchup
Result: no damage
NOTE: This test seems to show that it checks the ally pokemon for a type match first, if it doesn't match it prevents damage to enemies even if the enemy matches the Synchronoise user's type

Case 4: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950253713
Attempt tried with both pokemon on attacking side having matching type
Result: Damage to all pokemon not using move, even those not matching attacker's type

Case 5: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950252963
Attempt eliminated a pokemon from the attacking side
Result: Damage to all enemy pokemon, even those not matching attacker's type
NOTE: This battle also is proof that the bug is not due to the Metronome battle format, nor the use of Floette-eternal

Case 6: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950254348
Using teams from Case 4, replaced one enemy to make sure neither of the enemy pokemon matched type with each other
Result: Damage to to all pokemon not using move, even those not matching attacker's type

Case 7: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7doublesou-950255010
Using teams from Case 6, replaced ally pokemon to make sure that only TWO pokemon (enemy and ally) have one matching type
Result: Damage to all pokemon not using move, (wonder guard activated on shedinja, counts as attempted damage), even those not matching attacker's type

Correctly built; a team with Synchronoise can spam a move with a Psychic Terrain boost that hits all pokemon on the field with base 180 damage.

Under normal circumstances such a power level is reserved generally for only Z-moves
(exceptions being super powerful moves boosted in terrain/weather with the correct abilities)
