Battle ended out of nowhere as a tie, no ties were offered, nor any criteria was (Seemingly) met for Endless Battle Clause to take place, this happened in Gen VIII BH, BTW.

This ends on turn 107, btw, it's important to clarify that for easing the replay check.

As Endless Battle Clause says:
- Any Pokémon affected by a foe’s Entrainment or Skill Swap becomes stale.
- If at any point after the first 100 turns of battle all Pokémon on the field are stale, at least one team does not have the option of switching to a non-stale Pokémon, and at least one side's Pokémon's staleness has been inflicted by a Pokémon of the opposing side, the game ends. If only one side started the battle with the rudimentary means to perform restorative berry-cycling (defined to be a team containing a Pokémon holding a restorative berry as defined above and a Pokémon with Recycle, Harvest, or Pickup), it loses. Otherwise, the battle ends in a tie.

So it is not bugged, that's how it's supossed to work

While this does meet the conditions for a battle to be ended by endless battle clause, it’s still a bug (imo at least)
That battle was clearly not going to be endless and ebc should only be triggering if a battle actually will be endless. A certain set of circumstances which don’t actually cause the battle to be endless shouldn’t trigger ebc
(personally, I’d say ebc shouldn’t trigger at all if the reason a side doesn’t have the option to switch is because they only have one mon, but that’s just my personal opinion)

My opponent's hp bars overlapped until they switched

weird thing is, it doesnt appear like that on the saved replay link

BUG STATUS: NEEDS MORE INFO, it's definitely because the Alcremie's name was so long (Alcremie-Matcha-Cream) but I can't reproduce the issue with this set: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8doublescustomgame-1351324510 (DaWoblefet)

Whenever I change my sprite, logging out or losing my connection always seems to change it back to the sprite I had before. Before, I was able to change my sprite to the one I have at present, but since then, I have to change it every time I log in.

BUG STATUS: NEEDS MORE INFO, I cannot reproduce this (DaWoblefet)

This new autoodchat feature activated, but then it went crazy once staff came back online. I'm unsure if this is an intended feature or not.

Turn 8, Cinderace uses court change. It seems to swap the rocks from Indeedee's side to Stunfisk's side. Court Change didn't exist in gen 7, but considering the description of the move, I'd expect it to swap Cinderace's side of the field specifically with someone elses, even if it's a random target.

BUG STATUS: NOT A BUG, Court Change never existed at the same time as Battle Royal, the closest format we have to FFAs. As a result, the behavior is arbitrarily defined by the Free-for-All leaders, in a similar way to NatDex formats. You'll want to talk with them if you want it changed (DaWoblefet)

closing a pm box with someone who is challenging you causes the pm box to reopen with the message "[you] rejected the challenge"

not entirely sure if this is a bug, but it seems like if you close a pm box, especially for the purpose of denying a challenge, it should not reopen on its own

ill write a post for a suggestion if this isnt a bug

uh, as i understand it, the feature that made ps notify you on a disconnect isnt supposed to highlight the home section, right? this seems like its a product of ps doing something (dont know what) to highlight the user, but as a consequence the user gets a notification by default, when i think it should just be highlighting the tab

BUG STATUS: NOT A BUG, this was an approved suggestion. However, another suggestion is open if you want to like that post to change it (DaWoblefet)

Originally disconnections only notified the user. A suggestion was made that it should also highlight the tab, so now you get both. (Assuming you turn notifications on, of course.)

In FFA Randoms the move Acupressure can target the foe on your side of the field, but not the others. If it's meant to be allies only, then it shouldn't target your side's foe. If it's meant to be all players, then it should target the opposing enemies. I know that's how it works on multi-battles, but most moves that target all allies or foes work in the real FFA way, so Acupressure is an outlier here.

1623189130873.png

I have the option to click shuckle, but it does say invalid target. So, it's half a bug I guess.

Hi, I'm using Firefox version 89.0 on Windows 10 and ever since this most recent browser update, the display of sprites on my end of battles has been bugged.

I suspect it's down to whatever ps! uses to flip its sprites but someone much smarter than me can most likely figure out what's really wrong here. Thanks!!

Tornadus speed: 224
Blaziken speed: 166

244 * 1.5= 366 (+1)
166 * 2 = 332 (+2)

Normal behaviour, the tornadus is supposed to outspeed

In UNO, there is a game-costing bug where when a user plays a wild card, then uses the command /uno hand (to see their cards), the option to choose the colour they want to play becomes nonexistent. It gets outright replaced by the /uno hand. As a result, they can't do anything and eventually get timed out. It needs to be made where both the cards and the colour choice are both available, even if a user types /uno hand.

I am not sure what is the best way to prove this other than this screenshot, but feel free to test it out in a groupchat by having someone play a wild card, then using /uno hand, then being unable to proceed with tapping on the colour they need to set.

In gen 5, team preview reveals when a Pokemon is holding mail, but on PS it uses the same yellow icon as all other items.

1623209224134.png

The lack of information leak is semi-relevant in the case of stall teams, as choice tricking is a common strategy against them, and people should be aware that the Pokemon holding mail cannot be tricked at preview.
