Fire/Poison
All 3 are 4xWeak to ground types. From there it's pick your poison, Ice/Rock whilst posing a threatening Stab combination has that crippling 4x Weakness to Fightig type attacks and Weak to all forms of priority - wouldn't last in the metagame without significant defensive investment, same stands for Ice/Steel 4x Weak to Fighting/Ground/Fire and with one really excellent STAB and one sub-par coverage STAB option just seems to be rather underwhelming (However being resistant to dragon type attacks is a bonus).
Fire/Posion just seems to be the best option here - yes, being 4x Weak to the omnipresent earthquake stings (as well as being 2x weak to water/psychic/rock is painful as these are common attacking types) I think the STAB coverage is enough for it to compensate for this.
 
Fire/Poison
Ice/Rock and Ice/Steel both seem to be boring to me. So much can be done with Fire/Poison, and I think it will be a fun type to play with further down. I'd also like to point out quickly that while Ice/Steel is at first apparent as the perfect Dragon Slayer it has a crippling 4X fire weakness, and nearly every viable dragon is capable of running a fire type move. Unless this mon has either ridiculous levels of bulk, an ability to combat this, or ice shard, it's far from a good dragon slayer. Ice/Steel would be my second choice.
 
Ice/Rock

Chose rock because steel is terrible offensively and gets caught by Magnezone
fire/poison would be good because of the toxic spikes absorb, but Ice is one of my favourite types :)
 
Ice/Rock

I feel as though this could be so much more than just another glass cannon. (Think Regirock and Regice having a lovechild.)
