Thank goodness Regi DS found this thread in time; he's had this concept in his art thread since quite a while before Cap 8 was even started. I would be thrilled if it won.

I would also like to mention that all of Cartoons!' concepts have great personality with looks to match. It's between you and Regi DS, mayne.
 
My vote goes for cartoons!. His fat Dragon is awesome, the actitude of a bully who runs away when he sees a threat is awesome, and it would certainly fit in a Dragon/electric concept, considering Chinese mythology gives Dragons the aspect of wise and powerful beings.
 
Redi DS, Your poke's name is Dravire right? Saw it on deviantART a while back and asked how on earth it could support base 130 speed. But dude, it so fits the bulky Dragon role and I was hoping you would post it.
 
That is badass, Regi DS. A totally fitting facelift for your original Dragon/Electric concept.
I uh....I want it to win....

Wow, I have to agree that Regi DS' is AWESOME! It has a great Pokemon feel and looks like it fits the types and defensive role perfectly. It's definitely going to be tough to pick a favourite
 
Cyzir, yours is incredible. I have a disliking for Cartoon!s though. It looks like some red ogre depicted in fairy tales that lives in the sky :/ I also like Calad's, it really fits the part. Meh, I have a liking for all cloudy pokemon with cute faces.

Cyzir's, Cartoons!, and now Regi DS's are my favorites and probabl the front runners of this along with KoA. I'm guessing that this is almost over and Final submissons will be coming soon.
 
Regi DS's is good, but looks too much like a cross between a Tyranitar and a Garchomp, and seems more offensive than defensive. Cartoons!'s is my favorite, because it looks defensive as well as looking like something out of Chinese or Japanese mythology.
 
Cartoons! you should work more in your concept!! Right now, my favorites are Cartoons and Cyzir.

You can't say something looks more offensive than defensive. Uxie looks very frail, yet it has great defenses. Same goes for Celebi. Skarmory looks offensive, yet it's defensive. You can't judge a concept based on how it looks like being offense/defense/special/physical.
 
I actually like it better Aty, but that back leg is HUGE. Slim that down in proportion to the other legs because right now your dragon has a serious weight issue and should lay off the batteries. Also, I think you should change the head a bit to lose the Salamence/Meganium vibe. The spikes on the side are superfluous,and I think it would look better if you got rid of them and just left the ones on top. The tail looks too much like a Magnezone antenna, I'd suggest changing it to a coil or bolt of sorts (probably a coil, since they're cooler looking imo). Last, shift the wings back on the body a bit, more towards the sides. I absolutely love this piece, it looks like a great compromise between your first and second versions. It just needs a couple of minor tweaks.

I still love this thing... I think the floating clouds of puff drifting away look wicked

EDIT: but I do agree the back leg does look kinda giant
