And what's your story behind your username?

I had this idea to make like a manga series but then I didn't know what genre to make it or what to call it, so I picked the name Fatecrashers as an all-purpose name for the title since it seemed to suit any genre. Needless to say the manga idea has since then dissipated but the name has stuck around. It's fairly unique and I'm thankful everyday that Twist of Fate abbreviated his name to ToF.

Or maybe I meant to type Gatecrashers but then I made a typo.

How did you go about honing your art skills? I like art but am absolutely no good at it.

Practice practice practice, there is absolutely no substitute for it, use a lot of reference material, study your favorite artists and have a go at their style. If you draw a lot and use a lot of references, eventually you can setting down on a style that works for you, that's when you begin to refine it and truly make it your own.

Opinion on the suspect status of a) Excadrill, b) SmashPass

a) In the anime metagame Excadrill acts like a fucking prick towards its trainer Iris, even in situations where Iris is in dire need of its help. Sure Excadrill is a straight up badass when it can be bothered to attack but its attitude overall is definitely not in the right place. From this we can draw the conclusion that Excadrill's presence in the metagame has an unhealthy centralization effect on the dickishness of almost all Pokemon and by extension their trainers. This is further evidenced by the fact that most trainers nowadays run Frustration over Return on their Pokemon, due in no small part to every Pokemon acting like a complete fucking asshole in order to compete with the dickishness of Excadrill. I believe if Excadrill is banned we would see a slow return to normalcy in the attitude of Pokemon and their trainers, but the damage may be irreparable.

b) In the anime metagame we see Cilan's Dwebble harnessing the power of Shell Smash to amplify the power of its X-Scissor, what we don't see however is Pokemon using Baton Pass in conjunction with Shell Smash. Thus I am inclined to believe that SmashPass is not a valid or existent strategy, and as such we need not concern ourselves with it.

Though your usage of the prefix 'lol-' was clearly intended to color my judgment in this decision, I will have that to say I concur with you in that Spiderman is superior to Superman. If not on the basis of power then on the basis of their backstory and mythos. Spiderman's life just seems more believable to me, and the first two Spiderman films are up there with the greatest comic-based films of all time. I would talk more bullshit on this subject but I am deeply afraid of Vader calling me out.

Batman or the Joker?

Bearing in mind that my only interactions with Batman and the Joker are from the films, I would have to say the Joker, especially Heath Ledger's portray of him. What is this maniac's motivation, what is the cause of his massively sociopathic tendecies, these are just some of the questions surrounding this riddle wrapped in an enigma wrapped in layers of face paint. Sadly these are questions that will never be answered because Batman killed the Joker with a lethal mixture of prescription drugs.

Sometime around kindergarten I think. My parents still have some of those drawings saved somewhere. It's embarassing to look at now but it's great to get a glimpse into my imagination at the time and how I've changed. Needless to say I haven't stopped drawing since.
