Basically it is standard ADV OU rules, except Celebi is banned. I deemed it pretty unfair if it is allowed since Celebi generally needs a specific counter to beat it.
Also, this is Stadium Mode. Basically you use any OU team but when you battle, you will have an idea of your opponents team and you must select the best combination of 3 of your pokemon to be able to beat any 3 of your opponent's six. (Jumpman will have fun with this im sure of it)
