Vinsmoke Sanji @ Raid Canister
Ability: Black Leg
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Blaze Kick
- Close Combat
- Stomping Tantrum
- Rapid Spin
Reasoning: Sanji is trained in Black Leg, a fighting style that involves powerful kicks that can be delivered quickly. He displays a lot of mobility in battle, and has even developed Sky Walk, where he kicks off the air in order to fly, and Blue Walk, where he kicks off the water in order to swim. Using Diable Jambe, Sanji can light his legs on fire to enhance his kicks. Sanji can use a Raid Canister to become Soba Mask, with a technological suit that increases his stats, lets him fly, and lets him create barriers.

Pokemon: Toph Beifong
Franchise: Avatar: The Last Airbender
Type:

Ability: Mold Breaker / Sheer Force | Steelworker
Notable Moves: Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Bulldoze, Stomping Tantrum, High Horsepower, Rock Tomb, Rock Blast, Meteor Mash, Iron Head, Head Smash, Earth Power, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Rock Climb, Stealth Rock, Metal Claw, Bullet Punch, Superpower, Drill Run, Metal Sound
Stats: 85 / 139 / 105 / 41 / 70 / 90 (530 BST)
Justification: Toph Beifong is a powerful Earthbender, which makes sense why she has the Ground Rock typing. She is blind, but still was able to become a wrestling champion by the age of 12 thanks to her expert Earthbending skills and her signature style, the Seismic Sense. Mold Breaker because she quite literally broke the mold that her parents set out for her life to join Aang and teach him earthbending. Sheer Force because that is how he usually approaches things in life, and Steelworker because she is notable for being the first ever metalbender.

Pokemon: Mineta
Franchise: My Hero Academia
Type:

Ability: Sticky Hold / Ball Fetch | Gooey
Notable Moves: Poison Jab, Power Whip, Sticky Web, Seed Bomb, Bullet Seed, Toxic, Sludge Bomb, Nasty Plot, Energy Ball, Fake Tears, Pursuit, U-turn, Superpower
Stats: 130 / 85 / 80 / 60 / 70 / 75 (500 BST)
Justification: Mineta is a fan favorite (no matter what Tumblr says) gag character within the MHA Verse and is a 1-A student. He is not very remarkable outside of his one character trait, of being a extremely obscene pervert. I picked Poison/Grass as his typing honestly because ig his behavior is "toxic" and he has a very strong grape motif (sorry for the flimsy justification not much matches Mineta and he certainly isn't a NORMAL guy). That being said, he has a thing for balls, so I gave him as much ball moves that make sense as possible, and also why he has Ball Fetch as an ability. His quirk, Pop Off, allows him to pop off sticky balls and use then to trap people or they can be used to slow people down (closest thing to the latter is Sticky Web) and is shown in his abilities. He specifically uses Power Whip because Mineta's ultimate attack is a whip of balls.

1587674216976.png

Pokemon: Kyoka Jiro
Franchise: My Hero Academia
Type:

Ability: Earphone Jack
Earphone Jack: Boosts the power of Sound moves by 50%, but takes 50% more damage from them in return.
Notable Moves: Sing, Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Supersonic, Bug Buzz, Parting Shot, Heal Bell, Synchronoise, Chatter, Echoed Voice, Round, Metal Voice, Disarming Voice, Overdrive, Sparkling Aria, Taunt, Superpower
Stats: 90 / 75 / 80 / 100 / 95 / 100 (540 BST)
Justification: Kyoka Jiro is a member of Class 1-A and her whole shtick is that she is the classic punk rock chick in high school. Her quirk, Earphone Jack amplifies her heartbeat to able to be used as a sonic attack, while also allowing her to be extremely keen to sounds in general. While her quirk has massive offensive potential, she usually uses its reconnaissance features to gain intel on missions. She is an exceptional singer, and since her whole thing is sound, she gets all of the sound moves that actually matter.

Ability: Levitate / Static | Magnet Pull
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Discharge, Nuzzle, Thunder, Zap Cannon, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Magnet Bomb, Iron Head, Magnet Rise, Ion Deluge, Protect, Techno Blast, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Focus Blast
Stats: 77 / 79 / 73 / 137 / 81 / 113 (560 BST)
Justification: WIP

'Tis but a scratch
Pokemon: The Black Knight
Franchise:
Monty Python
Type:

Ability: Weak Armor, Just a Flesh Wound
Just a Flesh Wound:
Once per battle this Pokemon takes no damage from an attack. Once per battle if this Pokemon has greater than 1HP, this Pokemon will endure a potential KO attack and survive on 1HP (reactivates when switched out). If below 25% HP, all stats lowered by two stages.
Notable Moves: Taunt, Parting Shot, Iron Head, Smart Strike, sword moves, Toxic, Substitute, Swords Dance, Zen Headbutt, Headbutt, Iron Defence, Rest, Body Slam, Head Smash, Head Charge, kicking moves, biting moves.
Stats: 255 / 93 / 119 / 27 / 20 / 81 (595 BST)

Reasoning: None shall pass the Black Knight. The Black Knight is peerless in sword combat and has an undefeated record in duels (including one undetermined outcome where yellow bastard ran away in cowardice). One of the Black Knight's greatest strengths is to take many hits (hence his high HP) including what should have been mortal blows. The Black Knight is also multi-talented when it comes to fighting. His ingenuity in literal unarmed combat includes headbutting, kicking and even biting. He has even mastered the art of un-legged combat too. His bold and brazen personality intimidates any would be foe. His constant taunts, goading, insults, threats and excessive bleeding is enough to strike the fear in many.

No matter the injury, no matter the wound, none shall pass the Black Knight.

resubbing these two three idiots

"We might be starting in a park, but from these humble beginnings... I, Honoka Kosaka, shall one day hold the world in my hands!"
Pokémon: Honoka Kosaka
Origin: Love Live! School idol project
Type: Normal
Ability: Unaware / Dancer / Huge Power
Stats: 100/45/70/100/70/100 (485)
Notable Moves: Boomburst, Sing, Snow halation (see SiIvaGunner), Feather Dance, Teeter Dance, Swords Dance, Slash, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Dazzling Gleam, Work Up, Rapid Spin, Slack Off, Curse, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Wood Hammer, Sunny Day, Weather Ball, Defog
Reasoning: Some idol dumbass who likes bread. Normal-type because what else would she be. Unaware because she's a dumb stupid idiot, Dancer and dancing moves because she does in fact dance, Huge Power and Wood Hammer because she lives in a Japanese sweets shop and is shown making mochi at one point (Huge Power is "Chikaramochi" in Japanese, and it appears its distribution is a pun - its most prominent users are rabbits, and rabbits pound mochi on the moon.) Decent HP because she's a fatty (assuming you trust Umi Sonoda's word more than your own eyes), decent Speed because her official stats have her reflexes rated with 4 stars. Boomburst because she made a noise that was mistaken for an explosion. Sing because she does that, Snow Halation because she sings that. Sword moves because she's really good at kendo in the manga. Dazzling Gleam because the µ's Second-Years collectively are Light-elemental and use a light attack in their crossover appearance in Granblue Fantasy. Work Up is "Cheer Up" in Japan so that fits. Rapid Spin because she does do that at one point. Slack Off and Curse because zzz sleepy. Stockpile gang because she consumes the food. Sunny Day, Weather Ball, and Defog are from that one time she got a bunch of rainclouds to go away by shouting at them.

She can shoot 20 rocks a second.
Pokémon: Black★Rock Shooter
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter
Type: Fire/Rock
Ability: Regenerator / Telepathy
Stats: 160/110/60/110/60/100 (600)
Stats (Insane): 200/120/100/120/60/70 (670)
Notable Moves: Pyro Ball, Blue Flare, Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker, Power Gem, Close Combat, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Recover, Machine Gun (see Austin in CCv2), Sweet Scent, Aromatherapy, Photon Geyser, Axe Strike (see Camilla in CCv2) (Insane only: Power Whip, Roar)
Signature Z-Move: Rainbow Cannon - requires Power Gem and Blackrockium Z, 170 BP Special Rock move that sets Rainbow (as Water Pledge + Fire Pledge). Can only be used by base Black Rock Shooter (not Insane)
Reasoning: SANS MIKU SANS MIKU look i honestly don't know how to introduce her she's got like 3 backstories that make her completely different things. she was a drawing on pixiv that got a vocaloid song and then everything just sort of got out of hand from there. Flaming eye, gun that shoots black rocks that are on blue fire, "Rock" in the name, there's the typing and first 4 moves. The signature Z-Move is the move Mato-as-BRS used to defeat Insane Black Rock Shooter at the end of the 2012 anime and also part of why she gets Power Gem. Regenerator and Recover because she recover from wounds really quickly in the anime and has an ability literally named "Regenerator" in the game. Telepathy because she does in the anime and OVA. Sacred Sword and Night Slash because sword, Close Combat because a little of that (Aegislash gets it after all) and a little of the bare-handed beatdown Insane Black Rock Shooter gave Mato. Machine Gun because her gun has a machine gun mode. Axe Strike because she really briefly "borrows" an axe in the anime. Photon Geyser because she has a laser attack named "Photon Shower" in the game which is close enough, this is also the other part of her getting Power Gem. Two lasers. Insane Black Rock Shooter is a form she takes after losing it. From how that form's portrayed in the anime she has something at least *resembling* armor, easily shrugs off damage, and is sorta fond of walking slowly. Also she's got chains (Power Whip) and does... some sort of roar... scream... thing.

"Je suis un warrior from anozair dimension... master of ze finest instrument. I am constantly seeking ze strongest warrior to fight... perhaps, zat person is vous?"
Pokémon: Kazoo Master
Origin: The SiIvaGunner Christmas Comeback Crisis
Type: Fighting/Electric
Ability: Timbre of a Kazoo* / Bulletproof
*Timbre of a Kazoo: Punk Rock clone.
Stats: 67/103/53/113/73/131 (540)
Notable Moves: Thunderbolt, Wild Charge, Hyperspace Hole, Boomburst, Wood Hammer, Close Combat, Extreme Speed, Aromatherapy, Sweet Scent
Reasoning: Interdimensional man of kazoo. Electric because he can shoot lightning from his small kazoo and the portal he opens to leave looks lightning-y. Timbre of a Kazoo is named after the episode he's in and is because kazoos loud (so is Boomburst). Bulletproof because he can stop bullets in midair with a hum of his small kazoo. Hyperspace Hole because of the whole "portals" thing. Wood Hammer, Close Combat, and Extreme Speed from how he uses his giant wooden kazoo in melee combat, described as "clashing at impossible speeds". Aromatherapy and Sweet Scent from the "distinctive smell of wine and cheese" that foreshadowed his appearance.

I've got one. It's two forms, with the evolved form being designed for Ubers, if not anything goes.

"Then I'll break that curse. If there's such a thing as peace, I'll find it. I won't give up!"
Pokémon: Naruto-Bijuu
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fighting/Flying
Ability: Prankster/Moxie/Kyuubi Chakra (HA)
Signature Ability: Kyuubi Chakra- The user heals 5% of their maximum HP at the end of each turn. Additionally, anybody who makes contact with Naruto takes 10% of their maximum hp as recoil damage. In Doubles, this affects the entirety of Naruto's side of the field.
Notable moves: Shadow Clone Barrage, Rasenshuriken, Substitute, Detect, Recover, Extreme Speed, Tail Slap, Iron Tail, Sucker Punch, etc.
Signature moves
Shadow Clone Barrage - Fighting-type, Physical, Base 30 Power, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. Hits 2 to 5 times.
Rasenshuriken - Flying-Type, Special, Base 120 Power, 90 Accuracy, 5 PP. Has a sort of pledge effect: In a double battle, if an ally uses Amaterasu in the same turn Rasenshuriken is used, the move to go last is buffed, dealing 1.3x more damage and leaving a Black Flames entry hazard on the enemy's side of the field, which inflicts burn on any targets switching in, but is absorbed by Fire-types. The move cannot miss if this pledge effect is triggered.
G-Max Move: G-Max Tailed Beast Bomb: Replaces Max Knuckle. Boosts all allies' Attack and Special Attack after use.
Stats: 105 HP/110 Atk/50 Def/125 SpA/55 SpD/120 Spe (BST: 565)

Reasoning:
Here we have the first of two forms of the titular character from Naruto. The first is based on his Tailed Beast Mode, which he uses late into the War arc. His stat spread is generally geared towards offense, though he's not wholly lacking in bulk either. As an Uzumaki, he possess a natural abundance of life force, hence the massive base HP. His first two abilities, Prankster and Moxie, are based on Naruto's past as a prankster and his generally boisterous personality. It's his third ability, Kyuubi Chakra, though, that this form wants to use. Its three effects are based on the effects that Kurama's Chakra has displayed- it grants Naruto a healing factor, hence the built in 1/20 max hp regeneration, and Kurama's Chakra has shown the ability to burn those who touch it, hence the Iron Barbs effect.

Naruto's moveset is primarily based on techniques he's used in either the anime or the fighting games., Rasenshuriken is directly ported from the manga, though without any innate additional effects (the celluar destruction would be too much to balance). It DOES have a sort of pledge effect, which I'll get into later. Shadow Clone Barrage is based on the various 'Naruto Barrage' type moves seen throughout the anime and manga, involving overwhelming opponents with large numbers of doppelgangers, which has become one of Naruto's staple maneuvers. Substitute is based on the basic Substitution technique (as is Detect), Recover is based on Naruto's healing factor, Slash is based on generic claw attacks he can use, Tail Slap and Iron Tail are based on the partial transformation technique (Which allows Naruto to spawn Kurama's tails to attack with), and Extreme Speed is based on a Game-exclusive attack, the Tailed Beast Flash Bullet.

Naruto's signature G-Max Move is based on the Tailed Beast Bomb, the ultimate attack of all Tailed Beasts, which he can spawn a gigantic Kurama Avatar for (This is in fact a basis for Naruto's Gigantamax form). The abilities are, again, a reference to his ability to distribute his chakra to others.

Naruto's typing is based on his Taijutsu specialisation and his Elemental Chakra Nature of Wind.

Evolves into Naruto-Rikudo with Six Paths Essence.

...And here's the form that should be banned to Ubers, probably AG...

Pokémon: Naruto-Rikudo
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fighting/Flying
Ability: Six Paths Yang Power
Signature Ability: Six Paths Yang Power- Naruto-Rikudo's side of the field heals 10% of their Max HP at the end of each turn. Additionally, Naruto-Rikudo deals 50% more damage with Fire, Ground, Water, Poison and Bug-type moves and the damage of Naruto-Rikudo's attacks' is based off of his higher offensive stat- but they retain their classifications.
Notable moves: All of Naruto-Bijuu's moves, plus Steam Eruption, Surf, Bug Buzz, Lava Plume, Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Octazooka and Truth-Seeking Balls
Signature move: Truth-Seeking Balls- Base 100 Power, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP, Special. Typing is Naruto-Rikudo's current primary typing (For his base typing, that would be Flying). Hits all types neutrally, ignoring weaknesses, resistances and abilities.
Signature Z-Move: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken- upgraded from Rasenshuriken with RikudoNarutoium Z. Ignores ability-based immunities. Base 20 Power. Hits 9 times, with each hit having different typing and effects.
1- Ground-type. 20% chance to reduces the target's speed by 1 stage.
2- Fire-type. 30% chance to burn.
3- Water-type. 50% chance to raise Naruto's Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage.
4- Fire-type or Ground-type, whichever does more damage.
5- Water-type. 50% chance to raise Naruto's Attack and Special Attack by 1 stage.
6- Poison-type. 30% chance to lower the target's Defense and Special Defense by 1 stage.
7- Bug-type. 20% chance to lower the target's Special Attack by 1 stage.
8- Water-type. 30% chance to poison the target.
9- Flying-type. Guaranteed critical hit.
G-Max Move: G-Max Tailed Beast Bomb: Replaces Max Knuckle. Boosts all allies' Attack and Special Attack after use.
Stats: 140 HP/120 Atk/90 Def/130 SpA/95 SpD/130 Spe (BST: 705)

Reasoning: This form is based off of Naruto's Six Paths Sage Mode, which he gains the ability to access close to the end of the manga. It's a direct upgrade over his Kyuubi Chakra Mode in every way, demonstrated by minor increases to all of his stats (except Defense and Special Defense, which are more sizeable increases). His healing abilities are also strengthened, as a testament to the restorative abilities of the Six Paths Yang Power, with which Naruto saved Might Guy from dying to usage of the Eighth Gate and gave Kakashi Hatake a new eye after his Sharingan was stolen by the legendary copypasta himself Madara Uchiha. While he loses the contact retaliation of his Tailed Beast Mode, he gains access to the chakra of the other 8 Tailed Beasts and mastery of them, so he now gains STAB on Fire, Water, Poison, Bug and Ground-type moves- based on the nine tailed beasts. He also gains adaptive damage so he can actually use his massive Special Attack to some degree of success.

These also explain the new additions to his moveset. The only one that isn't obviously traceable back to a Tailed Beast is Earth Power. While Sand Tomb would've been better to represent Shukaku, it also would've left Naruto without a good Ground-type move, and that's no good. He also gains the Truth-Seeking Balls, which are special orbs comprised of all known elemental releases and nullfies any form of ninjutsu that touches it that is not filled with natural energy. In this case, it comes to a strong move that will always be STAB, and score a neutral hit- but ONLY a neutral hit.

His Z-Move is again, ported straight from his home series. It creates nine Rasenshuriken, each one charged with the power of one of the nine tailed beasts. Hence, it hits nine times, with each having different typing and effects, which attempt to be at least somewhat related to the element infused into them: Sand and Magnet Release, blue flames, Water Release, Lava Release, Boil Release (Steam), Acid, Scale Powder and Ink, with the last being a generic Rasenshuriken.

Naruto-Rikudo that come from a Gigantamax Naruto-Bijuu also have the ability to Gigantamax. The Gigantamax form is based on his Ashura Kurama avatar which he uses in his final fight against Sasuke. Just like the prior state, it allows him to make use of the Tailed Beast Bomb, so both forms of Naruto share a G-Max move.

And here's another. Because where one main character is...

"While it's true I once desired destruction… and the only goal I had was revenge… things are different now. Because that which is destroyed can always be fixed and rebuilt. Villages freed from the clutches and employ of darkness… what I desire is to reform the entire shinobi world! What I am calling for, what I am bringing forth… that is… Revolution."

...the other follows close behind. Just like Naruto, he has a competitive form and an Ubers form.

Pokémon: Sasuke-EMS
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fire/Electric
Ability: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan
Signature Ability: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan- Upon switching in, Sasuke reveals his opponent's held item, and gains +1 stage in either attack or special attack, corresponding to the foe's lower defense. Additionally, the accuracy of all of Sasuke's moves is increased by a factor of 1.3 times. Basically, the combined effects of Compound Eyes, Frisk and Download in one ability.
Notable moves: Black Flame Shield, Amaterasu, Thunder, Chidori, Flame Control Sword, Close Combat, Slash, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Will-O-Wisp, Hypnosis, Night Daze, etc.
Signature moves
Black Flame Shield: Fire-type, Status. 10PP. Sasuke protects himself, nullfying all attacks made against him that turn. If a contact move is blocked in this way, the attacker is burned. Basically, a reskinned Baneful Bunker that Burns instead of Poisons.
Amaterasu: Fire-type, Special. Base 120 Power, 70% accuracy, 5 PP. 50% chance to burn the target. Has a sort of pledge effect: In a double battle, if an ally uses Rasenshuriken on the same turn Amaterasu is used, the move to go last is buffed, dealing 1.3x more damage and leaving a Black Flames entry hazard on the enemy's side of the field, which inflicts burn on any targets switching in, but is absorbed by Fire-types. The move cannot miss if this pledge effect is triggered.
Chidori: Electric-type, Physical. Base 100 Power, 100 accuracy, 10 PP. No additional effects.
Flame Control Sword: Fire-type, Physical. Base 90 power, 100 Accuracy. 10% chance to burn the target.
Stats: 75 HP/105 Atk/45 Def/130 SpA/50 SpD/125 Spe (BST: 530

Reasoning: And here we have a very polarizing character. The deuteragonist of the Naruto series, the last surviving member of the Uchiha Clan (at least until his daughter, Sarada, was born) after it was massacred by his older brother Itachi. That's all I'm going into as far as that goes.

Just like Naruto, he has two forms, one being designed around Ubers, so let's speak about the one that isn't first.

For stats, Sasuke's EMS stat spread is similar to Naruto-Bijuu's, though he garners a bit higher special attack and speed at the cost of a bit of attack, defense, special defense and A LOT of HP. His typing is based on his two main elemental chakra natures- Fire and Lightning. Though the real kicker is the ability. Those red eyes of his aren't just for show, they're Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. The Sharingan grants abilities such as the ability to read the target's movements through muscle memory (to the point where Kakashi, another wielder of the Sharingan, became so prolific with this aspect of it to the point he could copy his opponent's moves, becoming known as the Copy Ninja), while the Mangekyou grants some more direct combat-focused abilities. The ability itself focuses more on the first aspect, granting Sasuke the effects of Compound Eyes, Frisk and Download in one ability.

The moveset is mostly ported from the anime, plus a few generic moves to account for more generic ninja abilities Sasuke is known to use. He's skilled in Taijutsu, having mimicked some portions of the incredibly risky Strong Fist style, so Close Combat was a given. Sucker Punch is an obvious move for Ninja, and Night Daze and Hypnosis have their bases in Genjutsu abilities, which, while not Sasuke's speciality, are something his Sharingan has shown to be capable of. Will-O-Wisp is based on something we'll mention in just a second. Thunder is as a stand-in for the technique known as Kirin.

Where things really heat up (pun totally intended) are his signature moves. Amaterasu is the main one here, as the signature ability of his Mangekyou Sharingan. It creates black flames that can even scorch other flames. Sasuke's other Mangekyou ability is Flame Control, which allows him to further control Amaterasu, such as choosing who the flames burn, or changing its shape, even such that it can be formed into a weapon, which is the basis for the Flame Control Sword, or even be made to coat his Susano'o with them to form a retaliatory defense against close-range attackers, which is where the Black Flame Shield comes from. Amaterasu and Flame Control are also the basis of him having Will-O-Wisp. His Final Signature move is the ever-so-famous Chidori, a deadly thrust empowered by lightning chakra.

Lastly, you may have noticed that I mentioned Naruto's Rasenshuriken had a Pledge effect with Sasuke's Amaterasu, right? That actually has a basis in the form of a move called Halo Hurricane Jet Black Arrow Style Zero (Yes, that is the actual name. Minato, who named the technique, even admits it's a bad name), which, well, combined Sasuke's Amaterasu with Naruto's Rasenshuriken to perform a devastating attack.

Evolves into Sasuke-Rinnegan with Six Paths Essence

Speaking of...

Pokémon: Sasuke-Rinnegan
Franchise/Origin: Naruto
Type: Fire/Electric
Ability: Six Paths Yin Power
Signature Ability: Six Paths Yin Power- All effects of Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. Additionally, Sasuke-Rinnegan's attacks bypass Screens and Substitute. Sasuke-Rinnegan's Fire-type moves are not weakened by Rain and do not fizzle out under Primordial Sea.
Notable moves: All of Sasuke-EMS' moves, as well as Ally Switch, Baton Pass, Shinra Tensei, Chibaku Tensei.
Signature move
Shinra Tensei: Psychic-Type, Special. Base 70 Power, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. -1 Priority. Forces the opponent out.
Chibaku Tensei: Rock-type, Physical. Base 120 Power, 70% Accuracy, 5 PP. 50% chance to reduce the foe's speed by 1 stage.
G-Max Move: G-Max Indra's Arrow- Replaces Max Lightning. Affects Ground-Types. Sets the weather to Rain.
Stats: 85 HP/130 Atk/65 Def/140 SpA/70 SpD/140 Spe

Reasoning: Here's Sasuke's Uber-worthy form. At around the same time Naruto gains his Six Paths Sage Mode, Sasuke acquired a Rinnegan and Six Paths Chakra, greatly amplifying his abilities. Sasuke's boosts are more offensively focused than Naruto's, and his stats generally don't increase as much. Instead, his ability gets even more bloated, adding on an Infiltrator effect and weather-proofing his Fire-type attacks (in fact, one of Sasuke's most notably strategies is using fire attacks to cause a thunderstorm to set up Kirin). Baton Pass, Ally Switch and the Infiltrator effect on his ability all have a basis in Sasuke's unique Rinnegan ability, Amenotejikara, which allows him to swap any two objects within eyesight, himself included. Sasuke's Rinnegan does not lose any abilities his Mangekyou did either, hence why his ability is a straight upgrade over his previous form's.

Sasuke's other two new moves are Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei, also granted by his Rinnegan. They manipulate a telekinetic force, though do so in different ways- Shinra Tensei is a powerful repulsive force, so it obvious phases foes out. Chibaku Tensei creates a gravitational singularity that eventually forms a giant meteorite which Sasuke then sends crashing into the ground. The foe can get caught up in gravitational pull, hence why it has a high chance to reduce the victim's speed.

Sasuke-Rinnegan also has a Gigantamax form, based on his Perfect Susano'o, which he uses in his final fight against Naruto. The G-Max Move is based on Indra's Arrow, the ultimate technique of Sasuke's Susano'o after it has been imbued with the Chakra of all 9 Tailed Beasts. The weather-setting effect is based on the aftermath of the technique's clash with Naruto's Rasenshuriken, which created a massive storm of rain and wind. It also affects Ground-types due to its nature as an attack imbued with Six Paths Chakra.

Pokémon: Jiraiya
Type: Fire/Grass
Ability: Sturdy/Pervert - Pokemon of opposing gender can not switch out, use non-damaging attacks, or dodge Jiraiya's attacks.
Mega Ability: Sage Mode - Jiraiya's attacks are 1.2x Base Power and don't miss.
Moves: Attract, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flare Blitz, Inferno, Flame Charge, Eruption, Fiery Dance, Magma Storm, Heat Wave, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Energy Ball, Frenzy Plant, Ingrain, Grassy Terrain, Sunny Day, Solar Beam, Seed Bomb, Hyper Beam, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Synthesis, Strength, Leech Seed, Poison Jab, Power Gem, Fake Out, Trick Room, High Jump Kick, Extreme Speed, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Liquidation, Scald, Surf, Aqua Jet, Water Spout, Aqua Ring, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast.
Sig Move:
Rasengan | Normal | Special | 100 Base Power | 15PP | 100% accuracy | 40% chance of flinching
Z-Move: Massive Rasengan - Converted from Rasengan using Gallantium Z. | Normal | Special | 200 Base Power
Stats (Base): 110/90/115/110/115/60
Stats (Mega): 110/95/135/115/135/110
Reasoning: Fire from his main chakra nature. Grass from his resonance with natural energy. Sturdy from his resilience and how much it took to kill him. Pervert from his perversion, constantly spying on women's baths and getting caught, sometimes on purpose. Sage Mode references the canon ability. The ultimate ability of summons, allowing one to wield mix natural energy with their own chakra, greatly increasing their abilities. Attract for obvious reasons. Movepool is huge, referencing his wisdom and large array of abilities. Rasengan and Massive Rasengan are one of his signature jutsu, taught by Minato.

"I refuse… to let this happen! I am Orochimaru! I am immortal! I will not die here! Destined to discover the true meaning behind everything! Destined to take control of everything in this world!!"

Pokemon: Orochimaru
Type: Poison\Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Protean
Mega Ability: White Snake: Contact with this pokemon results in Badly Poison.
Moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Snatch, Snarl, Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Return, Facade, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Knock Off, Substitute, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Earth Power, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword.
Sig. Move: Curse Mark | Dark | Status | 5PP | 80% Accuracy | 90% of badly poisoning the target. 10% of giving the Curse Mark status.
Curse Mark
  • Afflicted get 1.2x to all stats.
  • Orochimaru drains 10% of the afflicted health each turn.
Stats: 130/70/95/120/105/80
Stats(Mega): 130/80/115/145/130/100
Reasoning: Poison because of his snake motif. Dark for being one of the most straightforwardly evil characters in Naruto. Sturdy for his extreme durability and unwillingness to die. Protean for being one of the only characters to master all 5 basic nature transformations without kekkai genkai, and aims to master all jutsu in the world. His mega's ability references his ability in the white snake form, his blood vaporizes upon contact with the air, and becomes poison. His movepool represents the vast quantity of jutsu he has. The Curse Mark is how he has immortality. While I couldn't put that in without making him broken, the other effects work nicely in pokemon. His stats reflect that of a special tank. His taijutsu and speed aren't that extreme, but he can take great damage and deal damage right back.

"Although I am a descendant of the First Hokage, it's true that I don't know how to use Wood Release. And compared to him, who was able to use medical ninjutsu without even making seals, it's true that my own ninjutsu is nothing to brag about. And it's true that I'm a woman… but I'm definitely not a weak woman… What I inherited from my grandfather isn't just simple 'power'. My true strength comes from that which was passed down from the First to each generation afterwards… Don't underestimate the Will of Fire!"

Pokémon: Tsunade
Type: Fighting
Ability: Anger Point/Sturdy
Mega Ability: Rebirth - Regenerator + Natural Cure
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Counter, Force Palm, Double-Edge, Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Waterfall, Liquidation, Hydro Pump, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flamethrower, Inferno, Earthquake, Earth Power, Air Slash, Dragon Dance, Accupresure, Hurricane, Wish, Recover, Healing Wish, Toxic, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Attract, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Power Whip, Agility.
Stats:120/135/90/90/90/75
Stats (Mega): 120/155/130/90/130/75
Reasoning: Fighting comes from her mainly physical fighting style. Anger Point comes from her temper, beating Jiraiya within an inch of her life when he peeped on her once. Sturdy comes from her Senju powered resilience and chakra, taking insane damage and getting back up soon after. Rebirth comes from her ultimate healing jutsu, Creation Rebirth, a healing jutsu so powerful, Tsunade is practically immortal while the jutsu is activated. Movepool is mostly physical punching moves, but a large amount of variety is hiding in there. Tsunade has control of multiple elements, but is not nearly as proficient in them.

"Just trying to meet expectations! A smiling... dependable... cool hero... That's what I wanna be! That's why I'm giving it everything! For everyone! Your experiences... your determination... I can't even begin to imagine what all that's like... but... If you become number one without giving it your all... Then I don't think you're serious... about denying him everything! That's why I have to win! I have to surpass you!"

Pokémon: Izuku Midoriya
Type: Normal/Fighting
Ability: Justified/Sturdy
Hidden Ability: One for All - The Pokemon's attacks deal 50% more damage, but each attack has 50% recoil.
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Counter, Force Palm, Double-Edge, Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Moonblast, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Mega Kick, Heavy Slam, Bullet Punch, Thunderbolt, Play Rough, Air Slash, Power Whip, Protect, Bulk Up, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball.
Signature Move: Detroit Smash | Fighting | Physical | 100 Base Power | 30PP | 100% accuracy | 50% chance of lowering defense
Z-Move: St. Louis Smash - Converted from High Jump Kick using Shootstylium Z. | Fighting | Physical | 200 Base Power |
Stats: 120/120/65/95/60/125
Reasoning: Normal because Izuku was just a normal kid with no quirk at first. Fighting because he’s mostly hand-to-hand combat and sheer force with a few ranged attacks. Justified comes from his undying desire to help people, regardless of how stupid it is in retrospect and his record of beating down villains. Sturdy comes from the level of damage he’s willing to take to achieve his goals, willingly breaking his bones multiple times for the sake of the good of others. One for All comes from his quirk, It allowed him to achieve some spectacular feats of strength, but at the cost of broken body parts. Hidden Ability because he saw it as a trump card at first. Most of his moves are punches, because his early battle-style was initially just punches and finger-flicks, as that’s what was mainly how All Might fought. St.Louis Smash is, as of this slate, the latest special move he used. His stats portrays his immense speed and strength and his lackluster defenses and his High HP also shows his determination, shrugging damage with sheer stubbornness.

Image result for one piece smoker

Pokémon: Smoker
Type: Fighting
Ability: Justified
H. Ability: Logia - Non super effective physical have no effect. Super Effectives nullify this ability for a turn.
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Helping Hand, Counter, Force Palm, Protect, Laser Focus, Double-Edge, False Swipe, Mach Punch, Return, Facade, Toxic, Belch, Baton Pass, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Encore, Endeavor, Stockpile, U-Turn, Smoke Screen, Haze, Bulk Up, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Fake Out, Agility, Hyper Beam, Smog, Clear Smog, Feint, Extreme Speed, Lock-On, Pain Split
Stats: 110/100/80/80/80/90

Reasoning: Smoker the White Hunter is a Marine officer and the Base Commander of G-5 Marine Base. Fighting and justified because they have the most fair and reasonable sense of justice in One Piece. Lugia because of his Smoke-Smoke Fruit, a fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into smoke at will. Moves are varied but mostly STAB, Normal, and Poison moves.

Pokémon: Theresa
Franchise: Class of the Titans
Type:

Ability: Forewarn | [HA] Phantom Rising (When hit with a super effective attack, transforms (see the spoiler).)
Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Extrasensory, Zen Headbutt, Brick Break, Power-Up Punch, Shadow Ball, Shadow Punch, Shadow Claw, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Fire Punch, Surf, Waterfall, Liquidation, Night Slash, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Telekinesis, Teleport, Reflect, Light Screen, Barrier, Aqua Ring, Rain Dance, Wish
Stats: 70 HP/82 Atk/60 Def/103 SpA/103 SpD/82 Spe (500 BST)

Reasoning: Theresa is the descendant of Theseus. She has a sixth sense that lets her sense danger, and she also develops telekinetic and telepathic abilities down the line. She is also trained in martial arts. She helps fight against Cronus, the villainous god of time.

Pokémon: Phantom Theresa
Type:

Stats: 70 HP/122 Atk/90 Def/143 SpA/143 SpD/82 Spe (650 BST)

Reasoning: Theresa eventually became tired of fighting Cronus, causing her to awaken a phantom inside of her that stole the powers of the gods, giving them to her. These powers included pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, lightning bolts, portals, and barriers. She eventually merged with the phantom itself.

Theresa @ Choice Scarf

Stats: 81 HP/122 Atk/92 Def/81 SpA/54 SpD/54 Spe (484 BST)

Bronto-Crane |
|
| 85 BP | 16 PP | 100% | 50% chance to lower Defense by 1. Super effective on Rock-type. Is bite-based.

Fred Flintstone @ Rockium-Z
Ability: Stone Age
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Rock Slide
- Bronto-Crane / Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock
- Sticky Web
Reasoning: Fred is a prehistoric caveman who lives in Bedrock. In Bedrock, rocks are used all the time for just about everything. Fred works at Slate Rock and Gravel Company, where he uses a Bronto-Crane for mining, excavation, and demolition of rocks. Fred also becomes a scientist, creating liquids with special effects, including a sticky one.

Moves: Close Combat, Superpower, Brick Break, Iron Head, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch, Stealth Rock, Whirlwind, Storm Throw, Strength, Circle Throw, Car Throw*
*Car Throw - Physical Doom Desire (Still steel-type)

Yes, this thing has 150 atk and Huge Power. I stand by that. EDIT: lol. Welcome Shizuo Heiwajima, the strongest man in Ikebukuro. In the Durarara anime, he is known for being an absolute powerhouse, shaking literal buildings and withstanding multiple gun shots. Fighting makes sense as a typing just because that's what he always ends up doing, plus as he's a debt collector's bodyguard he has some sort of sense of justice. He usually fights using whatever he can find, whether it be sign posts, cement blocks (Stone Edge/Earthquake) or just throwing cars, hence the move Car Throw. So, yeah, just a stupidly strong dude.

Notable moves: Taunt, Parting Shot, Knock Off, U-turn, Brick Break, Thunder Wave, Mach Punch, Screens, Gunk Shot, Smart Strike, Stomping Tantrum, Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Pursuit, W-o-w, Night Daze, Nasty Plot, Leech Life, Lunge

So. Izaya. He's obviously dark type, nothing could replace that (I know it's unoriginal but, oh well). Frisk because he's an information broker, Moxie because he can get pretty carried out in fights (*kof kof* against Shizuo). He's really fast and he hits pretty hard too. He gets pleanty of switching moves because he retreats so often. I tried to make him as annoying as possible, with moves like Thunder Wave, Will-o-wisp, Taunt, Knock Off and Night Daze, because, well, he's bothersome. Also he gets screens because he prefers to hide than to actively participate in battles. Finally, he stumps the tantrum out of your cellphone.

EDITs: Added bug-type (he's been called flea bastard after all) and bug STABs that made sense.

I sense a distinct lack of Dragon-types.

Overarching Reasoning: The story of Unlimited Fafnir heavily involves dark matter, the essence of dragons. Users thereof—classified as "Type: Dragon" or "D"—can transmute it into anything in the expanse of their imagination, knowledge, and capacity. For that reason, every character below is part Dragon and has a wide movepool. (I specify "BW" because the first volume of the light novel was published mid-2013.)

Pokémon: Firill Crest
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Queenly Majesty
Moves: Aeroblast, Flame Burst, all TM/HM/TR/Tutor moves from BW onward
Z-Moves: Aeroblast Quartet - Flying, Special, 50 BP | Hits 4 times. High critical hit ratio. | Base: Aeroblast | Z-Crystal: Darkmaterium Z
Stats: 90/70/80/125/100/90 | 555 BST
Reasoning: The bookworm of the Brynhildr class. Her signature technique is Aeroblast Quartet, and there's a Pokémon move called Aeroblast; how convenient. She is royalty, as revealed in volume 4 of the light novel, so she gets Queenly Majesty.

Pokémon: Mitsuki Mononobe
Type: Dragon/Ghost
Ability: Brionac - The user's non-contact physical attacks become special.
Moves: Spirit Shackle, all TM/HM/TR/Tutor moves from BW onward
Z-Move: Last Quark - Ghost, Physical, 210 BP | Base: Spirit Shackle | Z-Crystal: Darkmaterium Z
Stats: 80/70/80/135/90/100 | 555 BST
Reasoning: The foster sister of the protagonist, and a known user of antimatter, best described as Ghost if anything. Brionac is the name of her fictional armament: a bow that facilitates her control over dark matter. (Also conveniently: Spirit Shackle, the one move that involves the use of a bow, happens to be Ghost-type.)

Pokémon: Ariella Lu
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Persistent (CAP) / Friend Guard / Concealed Intent*
*Stance Change variant: Ariella changes form upon using an attacking move and until fainting.
Moves: Seismic Toss, Night Slash, all TM/HM/TR/Tutor moves from BW onward
Stats: 90/80/125/70/100/90 | 555 BST

Form: Ariella Lu-Murderous
Type: Dragon/Dark
Ability: Concealed Intent
Stats: 90/125/80/100/70/90 | 555 BST

Reasoning: The defensive backbone of the Brynhildr class, with a dark secret that comes to light in volumes 9 and 10 of the light novel: She chose a gauntlet as her fictional armament and to focus on support in order to avoid inadvertent bloodshed. Base form is Normal-type because Protect is.

Pokemon: Jotaro Kujo
Type: Fighting/Ghost
Abilities: Iron Fist/Scrappy/Keen Eye
Signature Move: Star Finger
- Type: Ghost
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 90
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: If this move is used, the user cannot be immobilized by paralysis or infatuation. Has a high critical hit ratio.
Stats: 75/139/115/60/75/121 (Total: 585)
Notable Moves: Close Combat, Mach Punch, Bullet Punch, Shadow Punch, Meteor Mash, Comet Punch, Hammer Arm, Dizzy Punch, Mega Punch, Sky Uppercut, Focus Punch, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Parting Shot, Focus Energy, Laser Focus, Calm Mind, Bulk Up, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Rock Smash, Brick Break, Zen Headbutt, Scary Face, Circle Throw, Storm Throw, Low Kick, Seismic Toss, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Aerial Ace, Acrobatics, Beat Up, Bulldoze, Taunt, Torment, Revenge, Reversal, Quick Guard, Leer, Fling, Superpower, Throat Chop, Thief, Detect, The World (see DIO)
Overview: Protagonist of the third part of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Jotaro is a delinquent high school student who gets involved in a race against time to save his mother from dying due to the presence of a certain evil vampire. Luckily for Jotaro, he has the power to take down anything that stands in his way, with his own Stand power, Star Platinum. Star Platinum is incredibly fast, powerful, and durable, with its preferred method of taking foes down being a good old fashioned pair of flying fists. Iron Fist and most of Jotaro's punching moves (and Close Combat) come from how Star Platinum fights. Jotaro also gets Scrappy, as his Stand allows him to punch ghosts. Keen Eye and Laser Focus come from Star Platinum's enhanced eyesight, and Jotaro's delinquent nature gives him many Dark type moves as well. Jotaro also gets Star Finger, a move where Jotaro focuses all of his energy into the tips of his fingers to unleash a simple yet effective attack. Finally, in the climax of Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro gains the power to use The World, as it turns out that Star Platinum and The World are the same type of Stand, which is also why the two have similar stats and the same two types (though in opposite order from each other).

Sonichu the OU stuff.png

Pokémon: Sonichu (Evolves from Pikachu by being traded with a Sonic that holds the Chaos Emeralds)
Franchise: Sonichu
Ability: Motor Drive | Speed Boost | [HA] Static
Z-Move: Zap Cannonball (Special | Electric | - Accuracy | - PP | 200 BP | Must know Zap Cannon and hold a Sonichunium Z, 100% chance to paralyze the target, also turns the user's next attack to not miss (Aka, also acting as Lock-On))
Moves: Pikachu's movepool plus Zap Cannon, Mega Kick, Sky Uppercut and Hyper Beam
Stats: 80 / 80 / 80 / 120 / 80 / 120 (560 BST)
Reasoning: Okay, welcome the nice OC of Chris Chan that finally is remembered once more in here. As we all know, Sonichu is actually an evolved Pikachu from his interaction with Chaos Energy that accidentally leaked out from Super Sonic, so him getting the Electric type is more than reasonable.
Motor Drive comes as a nice symbol to show how Lightning Rod evolved more towards speed, giving it a nice fit.
Static comes from his prevolved form, Pikachu, while also leaving a natural feeling
Speed Boost comes from how he developed into the "Electric Hedgehog Pokémon", allowing him to keep up with other fast guys in the meta like Sonic.
This stat spread actually isn't made out of nowhere, as we can see in episode 4, Sonichu's stat spread is already somewhat a thing, so porting it here was pretty easy by just taking each value and multiplying it by 40, which is how the stat spread seen above is as it is, remaining quite well and remisnicent of our Pikachu evolution.

Lastly, for the movepool:

Well, this is pretty short and sweet, Sonichu evolved from Pikachu, so him getting all of his movepool is to be expected, while Sky Uppercut, Mega Kick and Hyper Beam are moves shown in his show that he can do and all.
