Stats: 100/110/110/100/120/60 [bst 600]

Reasoning:
Alright so this is weird, very very weird, mainly because technically this isn't a character. For those of you who are confused, this is a D&D class with a specific subclass. As for the people who do know what I'm talking about, I'm going for the default spell level for base powers of spells. While smite deals ridiculous damage with a 5th level spell slot, for the sake of not having every attack on here adjusting to scale I will be looking at the base 2d8 radiant damage.
With that out of the way let's look at the stats. For HP I decided to just take the d10 they get and multiply it by 10. They are one of the tankier classes in 5e, but Paladins have incredible versatility overall. As such most paladins will have high stats in most places, aside from int and dex (hence the low speed). Now for those of you who equate intelligence to special attack, well in D&D 5e intellgence is widely regarded as a dump stat since really only one class will need intelligence 100% of the time, and that's the wizard. For other spell casters they'll use charisma or wisdom, and well the Paladin favors using the power of nice smiles to the power of knowing what god Garl Glittergold is the domain of. With that said if I plan to do this again please note that the special attack stat is equated to the stat the magic user favors. The special defense stat is determined by how well the class can handle being hit with spells, to which there are too many factors to list here, but just know that oath of the ancient paladins are really good at taking spell hits.
Alright so let's start with the abilities so inner focus is going to be the default paladin ability. It fits really well with the whole holy knight flavor the paladin has, and it's immunity to intimidate reflects the paladin's aura of courage which every paladin gets no matter the oath. Filter and Sturdy however are things exclusive to Oath of the Ancients as Aura of Warding gives the player and their allies resistance to damage from all spells. Then Undying Sentinel, the other OotA ability, is described as, "Starting at 15th level, when you are reduced to 0 hit points and are not killed outright, you can choose to drop to 1 hit point instead. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.", which is pretty similar to Sturdy.
As I continue this fucking essay of a reasoning let's move on to moves. Alright so it gets all the default slashing moves, the two hammer moves for those paladins who prefer blunt force, but the reason it gets leaf blade is due to its flavor of being a nature guardian, and also how was I not going to give the holy knight a move called sacred sword. Most of the other moves added to it, that are not knew, come from the spells the OotA paladin gets for selecting the oath. Finally there are the new moves which I can describe as the remainder of the oath spells and smites. Smites share a lot of things in common namely being priority, as smites are bonus actions and I felt like the easiest way to represent that is by giving them +1 priority. For the sake of balancing their damage is relatively low. They are learned by all Paladins so if I ever want to torture myself again they'll share the smites. They all have different effects as well, some more useful than others. I know banishing smite's effect is the losest of the bunch but I feel as though sending the pokemon to the shadow realm

Type: Fighting/Fairy
Ability: Grassy Surge
Stats: 100/120/140/120/140/80 [bst 700]
Reasoning: Alright so this is based on the capstone ability of the paladin, which varies by Oath. In this case you become some sort of nature guardian who recovers 10hp every turn because they praised the nature gods. This in turn translated to grassy surge very nicely and it again is a very tanky mega.

Pokémon: Path of the Battlerager
Franchise: D&D(specifically 5e)
Type: Fighting/Steel
Ability: Anger Point/No Guard/Iron Barbs
Moves:Rage, Slash, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Shadow Claw, Fury Cutter, Cut, Hammer Arm, Bullet Punch, Close Combat, Spiky Shield, Bulk Up, Agility, Roar, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Dual Chop, Drain Punch, Superpower, Needle Arm, Meteor Mash, Body Slam, Spiky Suplex
Spiky Suplex:
Steel|Physical|90 Power|85% Accuracy|5pp|A Pokémon bound by Spiky Suplex takes damage equal to 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn. If the user is holding a Binding Band, the target takes damage equal to 1/6 of its maximum HP instead.
Stats: 120/120/110/40/100/110 [bst 600]

Reasoning: Alright so Path of the Battlerager is interesting because it's one of the more uncommon barbarian subclasses used. However this is overall a really interesting subclass. It's one of two racially restricted ones, but racial restrictions in 5e are dumb, so for sake of the formula I used earlier we're yeeting out the dwarves only thing. Anyway the barbarian is all about getting mad and hitting things really hard, hence anger point. No Guard comes from the barbarian ability of reckless attack. What that does is that it makes it easier for you to hit opponents, but it makes it easier for opponents to hit you as well. In terms of stats Barbarians have the highest HP of any class at a D12, and because of their unarmored defense Con is one of the two abilities most barbarians will focus on. On top of that they generally have one of the highest damage outputs, some of the highest AC for most of the campaign, decent spell resistance thanks to Danger Sense, and good speed. However battleragers lack any access to magical abilities. What they do have though is spiked armor. In terms of moves there's a few that come from the spiked armor, but also a lot of punching moves. This is because the spiked armor allows the wearer to punch and have it deal more damage than a regular punch.

Pokémon: Peedy the Parrot
Type: normal/flying
Ability: Symbiosis/Download/Pickpocket
Moves: Chatter, Brave Bird, Instruct, Thunder Wave, Wild Charge, Pluck, Peck, Covet, Leech Seed, Drain Punch, Giga Drain, Mega Drain, Roost, Foresight, Detect
Stats: 70/105/80/55/80/110[BST 500]

Reasoning: Peedy the Parrot was one of many Microsoft agents available, to help people who didn't understand how these new fangled personal computers worked. Now he's a relic of a bygone era and in no way would be available outside of Microsoft Agents to be downloaded as spyware or anything. Also he's software designed to look like a bird, I think electric flying is fitting here. In terms of his moves I had to get creative since his traits are that he likes listening to music and eating crackers.

Peedy the Parrot evolves into Bonzi Buddy using the Dubious Disc

Pokémon: Bonzi Buddy
Type: Normal/Dark
Ability: Slow Down/Download/Pickpocket
Slow Down: Whenever this Pokemon is on the field the opponent's speed stat is lowered by one stage.
Moves: Chatter, Brave Bird, Instruct, Thunder Wave, Wild Charge, Pluck, Peck, Thunder Punch, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp, Curse, Drain Punch, Sing, Leech Seed, Giga Drain, Mega Drain, Foresight, Detect, Future Sight, Roost, Windows Destroyer, Trojan Breach, Jokes, Facts, Browse, Spam

Windows Destroyer-It's a dark type brick break
Trojan Breach-|Dark|80 Power|100% Accuracy|16 Max PP|The user recovers 50% of the damage dealt|
Jokes-|Normal|Status|90% Accuracy|16 Max PP|The user tells a joke so bad that it gives the target a random status effect
Facts-|Psychic|Special|75 Power|100% Accuracy|16 Max PP|The user informs the target so much that the user feels smarter and superior for owning the opponent with facts and logic. It raises its special attack by 1.
Spam-|Dark|Special|25 Power|100% Accuracy|48 Max PP|It hits the target 2 to 5 times.
Z-Move: OS Eradicator|Dark Type|185 Power|Required Move Windows Destroyer|Lower's the opponent's stats by 1 stage each
Stats: 70/120/50/120/50/90[BST 500]

Reasoning: Okay so Peedy the Parrot is not so innocent as two fucks named Joe and Jay Bonzi took Peedy and used it for their own avatar of their own software, that was free. They would later sub out Peedy for the purple ape of infamy because then microsoft couldn't sue them. Thus the link between Peedy and Bonzi is formed, however Bonzi Buddy was notorious for both Adware and Spyware, some even saying it was a back door for Trojans. It basically fucked up your computer badly, and that's not even going to the fact that BonziSOFTWARE got sued because of Bonzi Buddy. You see the funny purple monkey really appeals to children, and Bonzi Buddy took information indiscriminately. The end result was them having to pay 75,000 dollars in fines because they violated COPPA. Anyway the best I could do with them stealing information was draining health, hence the draining moves, I mean if this stole any personal information your life might be over anyway so it sorta fits. Foresight and Detect refer to its search feature, Future Sight for scheduling, and of course it has some new signature moves based on its other functions. Lastly, Windows Destroyer, AKA the thing most people actually know Bonzi Buddy for. You see some stupid swede would tend to use our purple friend to help destroy various Windows versions from 94 to 10. If not for this one swede no one would probably give a shit about Bonzi Buddy.

Pokémon: SCP-294
Type:Water/Electric
Ability: Analytic/Filter
Moves: Hydro Pump, Scald, Hydro Cannon, Water Spout, Muddy Water, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Steam Eruption, Eruption, Lava Plume, Sludge, Acid, Acid Spray, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Tar Shot, Apple Acid, Leech Life, Venoshock, Red Tears, Hot Cup of Tea, Fire Extinguisher, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Yawn, Discharge, Magma Storm, Literally every other liquid move we have between V1, V2, and Expanded, Liquid Nitrogen, Molten Metal
Liquid Nitrogen-Ice type scald clone but with a 20% chance to freeze instead.
Molten Metal-A steel type scald clone
Stats: 100/60/107/110/107/70[BST 544]

Reasoning: Okay so this is a fucking coffee machine that can produce any liquid. T-Wave, WoW, Toxic, and Yawn are there to represent effects of certain liquids be they neurotoxins or just a hot cup of chamomile tea. Now you may wonder, why the fuck does it have 70 speed if it can't move. Well the speed is more so based on how fast it can get people's drinks. I figured base 70 speed would work for your average coffee vending machine. In terms of abilities analytic seemed to fit since it can analyze the situation and filter because coffee filters, and also because it does have to filter through its database to see if it can produce that liquid. Something like Thomas Jefferson's Blood it cannot produce.

Pokémon: Steven Universe
Type: Normal/Rock
Ability: Dauntless Shield/Friend Guard/Paragon
Paragon: The pokemon takes 3/4ths damage from moves of its own types, and from dark type moves.
Moves: Life Dew, Transform, Seismic Toss, Dark Lariat, Flying Press, Body Press, Shield Throw, Behemoth Bash, Power Gem, Diamond Storm, Growth, Grassy Terrain, Detect, Fleur Cannon, Body Slam, Hyper Voice, Stored Power, Heal Bell, Cosmic Power, Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Bubble Shield, Encourage, Defense Song, Strong Song, Lucky Song, Get Beefy Song
Bubble Shield-A rock type protect clone that reflects 25% of the damage that would have been taken
Encourage-Normal|Status|Max 16 PP|Heals an ally for 50% of their max HP
Defense Song-Normal|Status|Max 16 PP|Raises the user and allies' defense by two stages
Strong Song-Normal|Status|Max 16 PP|Raises the user and allies' attack by two stages
Lucky Song-Normal|Status|Max 16 PP|Raises the user and allies' critical hit rate for a few turns
Get Beefy Song-Normal|Status|Max 8 PP|Raises the user and allies' attack by one stage while also healing them for 50% max HP
Stats: 100/110/120/100/70/95 [BST 595]

Reasoning: Steven is the child of a man and a rock, and is also essentially an alien prince. He's now 16 and full of mental issues since trying to help rehabilitate an entire species of rocks does that to you. Anyway some moves are based on his actions in the show, that would work for pokemon, other moves are based on what he does in games, namely the songs, heal bell, and fleur cannon.

Pokémon: **Alexander the Great (Fate/Grand Order)**
Typing: Electric
Ability: Cute Charm / Zeus Thunder
Zeus Thunder: Every time Thunder is used, Bulk Up is also used.
Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Wild Charge, Nuzzle, Spark, High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum, Stomp, Double-Edge, Secret Sword, Bulk Up, Attract, Captivate, Swords Dance
Stats: 90/60/90/60/90/90 (480)
Evolves into Iskandar after maxing out Attack and Defense through Zeus Thunder in a battle.

Pokémon: **Iskandar (Fate/Zero)**
Typing: Electric/Fighting
Ability: Charisma / Sand Rush
Charisma: Power Spot clone
Moves: Same as above + Return, Via Expugnatio, Close Combat, Beat Up, Lunge, Smart Strike, Bulldoze, Earthquake, Sandstorm, Magnitude, Sand Tomb, Smack Down
Signature Move: Via Expugnatio: Fighting-type Return clone, 20% Paralysis chance.
Z-Move: Ionioi Hetairoi (210 BP | Fighting | Physical | must know Via Expugnatio | Field effects (including unremovable ones like Aestus Domus Aurea and Unlimited Blade Works from CCv2) are cleared, and Sandstorm is set up. This move is affected by the user's Charisma if it has it.)
Stats: 120/110/120/70/110/40 (570)

Reasoning: Alexander, the prevo, debutted in a game. However, Iskandar, the evo, debutted in a book and came almost a decade before Alexander.
Alexander as a Servant is summoned as a young Alexander. He's not influenced by the myth of Alexander being the child of Zeus yet. When he uses Zeus Thunder, he becomes more Zeus-like. Iskandar is him fully embodying him being child of Zeus. Alexander also doesn't get Zeus' divine bulls (like Iskandar does) for that reason. This is also why Alexander the Great doesn't have part-Fighting type but Iskandar does.
Pokémon: Jellal Fernandes
Typing: Psychic/Fire
Ability: Victory Star | Telepathy
Moves:
Physical: Meteor Mash, Meteor Assault, Pursuit, Pyro Ball, Self-Destruct
Special: Swift, Night Shade, Night Daze, Draco Meteor, Moonblast, Hydro Pump
Status: Agility, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Cosmic Power, Moonlight, Morning Sun, Lunar Dance, Sunny Day, Telekinesis, Gravity
Signature Moves:
Sema (130 BP | Psychic | Physical | 5 PP | 90 Accuracy | Lowers user's Attack by 2)
Abyss Break (30 BP | Dark | Special | 10 PP | 90 Accuracy | Hits four times. Type changes with each hit. First hit is Fire-type, then Ground-type, Water-type and Flying-type)
Stats: 70/110/70/110/70/100 (530)

Reasoning: Psychic because he's a mage who uses cosmic powers, Fire because stars and the Sun. Same for Victory Star. Telepathy because he can do that with magic. Movepool is based on magic he displayed and moves related to cosmic powers.
Pokémon: Alexander Nikolaevich Hel (Seikon no Qwaser)
Typing: Steel
Ability: Steelworker / Molecule Master (Steelworker clone for both Ice and Fire)
Moves: All Steel-type moves except Shift Gear, Gear Up, Autotomize, Meteor Mash, Sunsteel Strike and Double Iron Bash (he also doesn't get made up Steel-type moves from CC) + Swords Dance, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Icicle Spear, Overheat, Eruption, Lava Plume, Magma Storm, Flare Blitz, Fire Lash, X-Scissor, Night Slash, Sacred Sword, Vacuum Wave
Signature Move: Blood Sword - Steel-type Sacred Sword clone
Stats: 90/100/70/90/70/110 (530)
Reasoning: Alexander, also known as Sasha, is a figher who can control iron. He can basically do anything with iron, create swords, lashes, scythes, daggers, etc. He can heat up iron molecules so the iron melts, or freeze the iron to the point it freezes water around it too. He can also use iron control to create vacuum. Swords Dance because he can create many swords. Sasha also gets Sacred Sword because on top of using swords, to put it simply, he works for the church and is religious. X-Scissor because it's cross shaped attack and Night Slash because he... slashes.
Sasha gets two legendary signature moves but for very good reason. The first is Magma Storm. Lava and magma are composed mostly of iron, and he actually jumped into a volcano before to train magma control. The second is Doom Desire. The move is described as "Summons strong sunlight to attack 2 turns later" and "A move that attacks the foe with a blast of light two turns after use." Sasha can do exactly this by controlling the planet's molten iron core - the planet's core generates a magnetic field that protects the Earth from sunlight and cosmic rays. If Sasha turns this magnetic field off... Doom Desire happens. And this is exactly what happens in the climax of the series.
Pokémon: Mayuri Kurotsuchi
Typing: Ghost/Poison
Ability: Pressure | Regenerator | Gooey
Stats: 105/30/75/95/75/85 (465)
Signature Moves:
Growth Serum (90 BP | Poison | Special | Can target user. If the target is the user or an ally, this move restores 1/2 of its maximum HP, rounded down, instead of dealing damage.)
Moves:
Physical: Cross Poison, Sacred Sword, Shadow Claw, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Leaf Blade, Slash, Bullet Punch, Mach Punch, Counter, Metal Burst
Special: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Shadow Ball, Spacial Rend, Giga Drain, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, Magic Coat, Acid Spray, Belch, Hidden Power
Status: Recover, Purify, Sunny Day, Recycle, Haze, Taunt, Toxic
Mayuri Kurotsuchi can change into Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Shikai if it knows Growth Serum.

"Rip, Ashisogi Jizou!"
Form: Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Shikai
Ability: Neural Blocking - Slashing moves have a 50% chance to paralyze the target if they land.
Stats: 105/60/95/125/95/85 (565)
When holding Godly Cells, Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Shikai can change into Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Bankai.
When holding Modified Godly Cells, Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Shikai can change into Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Modified Bankai.

"Bankai: Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou"
Form: Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Bankai
Ability: Deadly Neurotoxin (Same as GLADoS from CCV2): Changes the weather to Toxic Clouds. This damages Pokémon for 1/16th of their HP at the end of each turn, unless they're Poison, Ghost, or Steel-type, or have the abilities Poison Heal or Immunity. Lasts for 5 turns (8 if Toxic Rock is held).
Stats: 105/60/135/135/135/95 (665)

"Modified Bankai: Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou: Matai Fukuin Shoutai"
Form: Mayuri Kurotsuchi-Modified Bankai
Ability: Protean
Stats: 105/100/105/165/105/85 (665)

Reasoning:
  • Typing: Ghost/Poison for being a shinigami (death god) that's also a mad scientist and fights mostly by using toxins.
  • Moves: Besides the obvious Ghost and Poison moves, there are also slashing moves because the shinigamis fight mostly with swords. Mayuri is also an expert in spells called Kido "demon arts" which come in varied elements. Mayuri can also go from one dimension to another with portals, thus Space Rend. He also modified his arm to work as a rocket punch, so I gave him punching moves.
  • Abilities: All shinigami can apply pressure with their... spiritual pressure, so it gets Pressure. Mayuri speficailly is known for body modifications, his regeneration is amazing, thus Regenerator. As a last resort, he also can turn his body into liquid, so Gooey.
  • Mayuri can unleash his power by activating Shikai, his katana becomes a sword-trident thing that paralyzes anyone he stabs.
  • Like other shinigami, Mayuri's strongest form is his Bankai. His Bankai is a giant baby that releases poison clouds.
  • Unlike other shinigami Mayuri modified his own Bankai to adapt according to his needs. His modified Bankai changes to exploit the opponent's weaknesses, after Mayuri has gathered enough information about the enemy.
Pokémon: Accelerator (A Certain Magical Index)
Type: Normal/Psychic
Ability: One-Way Road - Immune to all damaging moves, except moves that work like Future Sight and/or decreased priority moves. If foe has Stall or Analytic, ignores this ability.
Moves:
Stats
: 100/120/90/160/80/130 (680)
Signature Item: Electrode Choker - Nullifies Accelerator's One-Way Road. If Accelerator uses Charge, regains One-Way Road's effects for the turn Charge was used. If this item is knocked off, One-Way Road will be permanently nullified.

Pokemon: Earth-Chan
Type: Rock/Water
Abilities: Water Veil/Green Planet (This Pokemon has the weaknesses, resistances, and immunities of the Grass type added to its current type (It does not provide the STAB bonus to Grass moves). User is not affected by Forest’s Curse.)
Signature Move: Orbit Out
- Type: Rock
- Classification: Physical
- Power: 80
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 10 (max 16)
- Effect: Switches the user out after use.
Stats: 120/95/105/105/75/70 (570)
Notable Moves: Power Gem, Surf, Waterfall, Rock Slide, Earthquake, Magnitude, Earth Power, Mud Slap, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Mud Sport, Water Sport, Muddy Water, Energy Ball, Solar Beam, Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf, Cosmic Power, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Shore Up, Leech Seed, Aqua Ring, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Blizzard, Hurricane, Thunder, Water Spout, Charm, Recycle, Rapid Spin, Mist, Haze, Lava Plume, Growth, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, Grassy Terrain, Misty Terrain, Hail, Avalanche, Brine, Nature Power, Natural Gift, Camouflage, Fissure, Sheer Cold, Gravity, Heat Wave, Life Dew, Ancient Power, Powder Snow, Icy Wind, Weather Ball, Whirlpool, Gust, Defog, Rock Throw
Overview: The anthropomorphized version of the very planet we live on, Earth. Earth-Chan is a character created from an Internet joke, but she in turn became a sort of symbol to raise awareness of pollution and environmentalism. Her stat spread and notable moves gives her a defensive lean with enough offense to not be passive. In particular, her signature ability and move, Green Planet and Orbit Out, are designed to improve her lot defensively and support wise by improving her type defensively and allowing her to pivot. Her other moves are based on nature and natural processes of Earth, with some minor moves meant to represent her status as a humanoid. Rapid Spin represents the spinning of the planet, she gets all of the weather moves, and she is gets a lot of coverage from this as well. Overall, Earth-Chan is capable of fitting on a variety of teams, filling a multitude of potential roles.

Rio Futaba.png

Pokémon: Rio Futaba
Franchise: Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
Type:

Ability: Analytic | Explanatory (On switch-in, tells the Abilities and items of all opposing Pokemon.) | [HA] Magic Guard
Moves: Hot Cup of Coffee, Potion Throw (see Plague Knight), Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog, Venoshock, Psychic, Psyshock, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain, Mystical Fire, Scald, Gastro Acid, Cosmic Power, Gravity, Trick Room, Wonder Room, Magic Room, Magic Coat, Calm Mind, Light Screen, Reflect, Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Confuse Ray
Stats: 80 HP/40 Atk/40 Def/100 SpA/200 SpD/40 Spe (500 BST)

Hot Cup of Coffee |
|
| 24 PP | Has -3 priority. Heals 50% health. A Pokémon making contact with the user before the heal is burned.
Rio Futaba @ Black Sludge
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Cosmic Power / Calm Mind
- Hot Cup of Coffee
- Scald
- Toxic

Rio Futaba @ Flame Plate
Ability: Analytic
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Sludge Wave
- Mystical Fire
Reasoning: Futaba is a scientist, who helps Sakuta deal with different cases of Adolescence Syndrome. She provides scientific explanations of Adolescence Syndrome, connecting it to spatial phenomena. High Special Defense comes from helping to counteract Adolescence Syndrome. Futaba is into chemistry and is sometimes portrayed as holding chemicals, giving her Poison-type. As for Psychic-type, she is described as the Logical Witch, and is sometimes portrayed as a witch, while also possessing intelligence. This includes knowledge over the aforementioned spatial phenomena. Being a "witch" gives her good Special Attack, and Magic Guard as a Hidden Ability. She likes coffee a lot, and her other moves are mainly spatial/witch/chemistry stuff.
Rui Kisugi.PNG

Pokémon: Rui Kisugi
Franchise: Cat's Eye
Type:

Ability: Serene Grace | Cute Charm | [HA] Dancer
Moves: Cat's Card, Hangglider, Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Play Rough, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Throat Chop, Brick Break, Jump Kick, Cross Chop, Power-Up Punch, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Shadow Ball, U-turn, Acrobatics, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Lunar Dance, Moonlight, Calm Mind, Agility, Snatch, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Switcheroo, Parting Shot, Lovely Kiss, Sweet Kiss
Stats: 70 HP/100 Atk/75 Def/80 SpA/75 SpD/100 Spe (500 BST)

Cat's Card |
|
| 50 BP | 32 PP | 100% | Has +1 priority.
Hangglider |
|
| 70 BP | 32 PP | 100% | Switches the user out.

Reasoning: Rui is one of the three members of Cat's Eye, a group of sisters who steal back art that their father had created. They always operate at nighttime, and they are associated with moonlight. This combined with Rui being the most beautiful of the sisters gives her the Fairy-type. Rui is also the calmest and most intelligent, giving her some Psychic moves. Both ending songs of the anime feature the three sisters dancing, giving her Dancer. The first of the songs talks about dancing in the moonlight, which provides Lunar Dance. All three of the sisters are fairly athletic and can easily take out guards. Cat's Cards are their signature cards, which they write messages on, and also use as weapons. Hanggliders are how they make many of their escapes. Rui usually comes up with the strategies for the team, which is reflected by her having balanced stats and a variety of moves.

Pokémon: Strike
Type:

Ability: Moxie | Levitate
Moves: Strike's Strike, Focus Blast, Brick Break, Hammer Arm, Superpower, Power-Up Punch, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Flash Cannon, Fly, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Rock Blast, Ancient Power, Drill Run, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Stealth Rock, Autotomize, Nasty Plot
Stats: 120 HP/107 Atk/93 Def/107 SpA/93 SpD/80 Spe (600 BST)

Strike's Strike |
|
| 32 PP | 70% | Petrifies the target.

Petrification: A petrified Pokémon can't move, however, the Pokémon can break out from it in 1-2 turns (3 if on Sandstorm), or immediately if attempting to use an offensive Fighting move, a Z-Move or a Transformation (including Megas/Dynamax). The status is also removed if the inflicted user is attacked, but the attack received also does 20% more of damage than usual. Rock-type Pokémon are immune to petrification.
Strike @ Muscle Band
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Strike's Strike / Autotomize
- Superpower
- Stone Edge / Meteor Mash
- Drill Run / Knock Off

Strike @ Wise Glasses
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Strike's Strike / Autotomize
- Flash Cannon
- Focus Blast
- Dark Pulse
Reasoning: Strike was a villain who summoned heroes from several Cartoon Network universes and defeated them. He did so using his pen, turning them into stone statues. He can also use it to fly. He's obsessed with fighting, giving him Fighting-type and Moxie.

Pokémon: Odie
Franchise/Origin: Garfield
Type: Normal
Regional Variation: N/A
Ability: Blissful Ignorance: Immune to moves amplified by Prankster.
Moves: Bite, Crush Claw, Beat Up, Play Rough, Tackle, Detect, Super Fang, Stuff Cheeks, Teatime, Stockpile, Rest, Snore, Sleep Talk, Yawn, Slam, Slash, Slack Off, Round, Return, Play Nice, Recycle, Reflect Type, Psych Up, Present, Pound, Odor Sleuth, Mimic, Metronome, Me First, Noble Roar, Howl, Lick, Helping Hand, Assist, Growl, Follow Me, False Swipe, Fake Out, Encore, Double Slap, Defense Curl, Celebrate, Barrage, Nuzzle, Body Press, Quick Guard, Quick Attack, Meteor Mash, Wake-Up Slap, Bide, Playful Bark
Signature move: Playful Bark (Fairy Move): "Aww, how cute! I can't hurt that poor thing!" for this turn, all moves only target the user and deal 0.5x damage. 16 PP, self-targeting.
G-Max Move: N/A
Stats: 70/85/95/40/50/70

Reasoning: Aww, look at the cute doggo! Garfield has been in the spotlight lately (especially for creepy stuff), so why not take the time to give Odie some love too? I tried to balance "cute" moves with not only things that dogs can do, but also competitive balance. Blissful Ignorance is based on his dopey but happy demeanor, and is also good for getting Prankster moves off of his back. His movepool allows for some decent variability, although his stats make him more suited for physical attacking or support. His high Defense is a nod to toon physics, specifically to how he can get kicked off of a table practically bi-weekly with 0 injuries.

"Even if this hero society comes crashing down... even if I rise to rule the underworld... that weight in my heart is never gonna go away. It's why I hate everything. Every living, breathing thing just rubs me the wrong way. So why not destroy it all? Why not destroy everything?"
Villain

Pokémon: Tomura Shigaraki
Type: Dark/Ghost
Ability: Technician/Intimidate
H. Ability: Unstable - All attacks have 1.5 Base Power, but he’s confused all the time.
Moves: Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Dark Pulse, Shadow Punch, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond, Curse, Toxic, Confuse Ray, Outrage, Protect, Double Team,
Sig Move: Decay | Dark | Physical | 150 Base Power | 30PP | 60% accuracy | OHKO if it gets a crit.
Sig Move: Decay Wave | Dark | Physical | 120 Base Power | 30PP | 60% accuracy | Hits all opponents. OHKO if it gets a crit.
Stats: 110/90/75/80/85/115
Reasoning: Dark comes from him being the main villain of the story and generally a psychotic monster. Ghost comes his disheveled zombie look and in particular his early design. Technician because in spite of his mental instability, he is actually quite intelligent. He was able to deduce the flaw of Aizawa’s quirk very quickly and pulled a fast one on Chisaki, despite the latter being...reasonably more stable, and having a mind reader as a right hand man. Intimidate because he simply looks like a terrifying villain, even without the severed hands of his family on him. Unstable as he is insane from his accidental murder of his family. Also his goal is to literally destroy the world. Decay is his quirk, arguably one of the most deadly quirks in the series, and also one he can’t control, thus the poor accuracy. Stats are via his lanky frame and only being rather fast being his greatest feat. High HP from his determination, which is almost as great as Izuku’s. Best demonstrated in the fight with Gigantomachia, who has been hunting and continuously fighting him for 48 hours straight with only three hours for Tomura to rest. For over a month no less.

"Just trying to meet expectations! A smiling... dependable... cool hero... That's what I wanna be! That's why I'm giving it everything! For everyone! Your experiences... your determination... I can't even begin to imagine what all that's like... but... If you become number one without giving it your all... Then I don't think you're serious... about denying him everything! That's why I have to win! I have to surpass you!"

Pokémon: Izuku Midoriya
Type: Normal/Fighting
Ability: Justified/Sturdy
Hidden Ability: One for All - The Pokemon's attacks deal 50% more damage, but each attack has 50% recoil.
Moves: Power-Up Punch, Superpower, Close Combat, Counter, Force Palm, Double-Edge, Mach Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Moonblast, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Mega Punch, Dynamic Punch, Sucker Punch, Mega Kick, Heavy Slam, Bullet Punch, Thunderbolt, Play Rough, Air Slash, Power Whip, Protect, Bulk Up, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball.
Signature Move: Detroit Smash | Fighting | Physical | 100 Base Power | 30PP | 100% accuracy | 50% chance of lowering defense
Z-Move: St. Louis Smash - Converted from High Jump Kick using Shootstylium Z. | Fighting | Physical | 200 Base Power |
Stats: 120/120/65/95/60/125
Reasoning: Normal because Izuku was just a normal kid with no quirk at first. Fighting because he’s mostly hand-to-hand combat and sheer force with a few ranged attacks. Justified comes from his undying desire to help people, regardless of how stupid it is in retrospect and his record of beating down villains. Sturdy comes from the level of damage he’s willing to take to achieve his goals, willingly breaking his bones multiple times for the sake of the good of others. One for All comes from his quirk, It allowed him to achieve some spectacular feats of strength, but at the cost of broken body parts. Hidden Ability because he saw it as a trump card at first. Most of his moves are punches, because his early battle-style was initially just punches and finger-flicks, as that’s what was mainly how All Might fought. St.Louis Smash is, as of this slate, the latest special move he used. His stats portrays his immense speed and strength and his lackluster defenses and his High HP also shows his determination, shrugging damage with sheer stubbornness.

"I refuse… to let this happen! I am Orochimaru! I am immortal! I will not die here! Destined to discover the true meaning behind everything! Destined to take control of everything in this world!!"

Image result for orochimaru snake

Pokemon: Orochimaru
Type: Poison\Dark
Ability: Sturdy/Protean
Mega Ability: White Snake: Contact with this pokemon results in a 30% chance of Badly Poison.
Moves: Night Slash, Knock Off, Taunt, Lunge, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Swords Dance, Snatch, Snarl, Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Low Kick, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Drain Punch, Return, Facade, Quick Attack, Fake Out, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Knock Off, Substitute, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Play Rough, Calm Mind, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Lash, Earthquake, Earth Power, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Stealth Rock, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Air Slash, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword.
Sig. Move: Curse Mark | Dark | Status | 5PP | 80% Accuracy | 90% of badly poisoning the target. 10% of giving the Curse Mark status.
Curse Mark
  • Afflicted get 1.2x to all stats.
  • Orochimaru drains 10% of the afflicted health each turn.
Stats: 135/80/100/125/110/80
Stats(Mega): 135/90/120/150/135/100
Reasoning: Poison because of his snake motif. Dark for being one of the most straightforwardly evil characters in Naruto. Sturdy for his extreme durability and unwillingness to die. Protean for being one of the only characters to master all 5 basic nature transformations without kekkai genkai, and aims to master all jutsu in the world. His mega's ability references his ability in the white snake form, his blood vaporizes upon contact with the air, and becomes poison. His movepool represents the vast quantity of jutsu he has. The Curse Mark is how he has immortality. While I couldn't put that in without making him broken, the other effects work nicely in pokemon. His stats reflect that of a special tank. His taijutsu and speed aren't that extreme, but he can take great damage and deal damage right back.

"It's only been a brief while since our conversation has commenced and yet already we have been made apodictically cognizant of your personality, redolent as it is of a turd getting steamed in a sewer."
Denki_Kaminari_2nd_Hero_Costume_Action.png

Pokémon: Denki Kaminari
Type: Electric
Ability: Static/Volt Absorb
H. Ability: Indiscriminate - All non contact moves hit everyone on the field.
Moves: Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Power Trip, Taunt, Flatter, Charge Beam, Zap Cannon, Signal Beam, Energy Ball, Psych Up, Thunder Punch, Nasty Plot, Stored Power, Snarl.
Stats: 75/50/75/150/90/145

Reasoning: Denki Kaminari. Electric because of his quirk Electrification, which allows him to absorb and discharge mass amounts of electricity. For Static, here's a direct quote from the Mha wiki: "With his Quirk activated, Denki gains a defense mechanism that shocks those who touch him, leaving them slightly paralyzed." For Volt Absorb, he can absorb electricity as much as he can discharge it, something that came very in handy recently in the manga. Indiscriminate references his supermove and core drawback, he can't aim his attacks with support gear. Most of his movepool is electric type attacks. Dark types are also abundant, referencing him being the fandom's most likely culprit to be the U.A. traitor, said concerns only being relieved in the two last chapters. Stored Power also represents how his quirk works. Stats are that of a Special Sweeper.

Pokémon: Ten Million Fireflies
Origin: "Fireflies" by Owl City
Type: Bug
Ability: Illuminate / Drizzle
Stats: 240/5/5/45/90/45 (430)
Notable Moves: Tail Glow, Signal Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Moonlight, Surf, Water Spout, Soak, Water Sport, Life Dew, Entrainment, Quiver Dance, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, U-Turn, Roost
Reasoning:
You would not believe your eyes, if ten million fireflies, lit up the world as I fell asleep
Bug-type, Illuminate, light-related moves
'Cause they'd fill the open air
Roost, since things that fly get it
And leave teardrops everywhere
Drizzle, Water-type moves
'Cause I'd get a thousand hugs, from ten thousand lightning bugs
Electric moves, since this name for fireflies appears to be why Volbeat gets Electric coverage
As they tried to teach me how to dance
Entrainment and Quiver Dance
I got misty eyes as they said farewell
U-Turn, also half of Volt Switch

Pokémon: Black Rock Shooter
Origin: Black Rock Shooter
Type: Fire/Rock
Ability: Regenerator / Telepathy
Stats: 160/110/60/110/60/100 (600)
Stats (Insane): 200/120/100/120/60/70 (670)
Notable Moves: Pyro Ball, Blue Flare, Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker, Power Gem, Close Combat, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Recover, Machine Gun (see Austin in CCv2), Sweet Scent, Photon Geyser, Axe Strike (see Camilla in CCv2) (Insane only: Power Whip, Roar)
Signature Z-Move: Rainbow Cannon - requires Power Gem and Blackrockium Z, 170 BP Special Rock move that sets Rainbow (as Water Pledge + Fire Pledge). Can only be used by base Black Rock Shooter (not Insane)
Reasoning: SANS MIKU SANS MIKU look i honestly don't know how to introduce her she's got like 3 backstories that make her completely different things. she was a drawing on pixiv that got a vocaloid song and then everything just sort of got out of hand from there. Flaming eye, gun that shoots black rocks that are on blue fire, "Rock" in the name, there's the typing and first 4 moves. The signature Z-Move is the move Mato-as-BRS used to defeat Insane Black Rock Shooter at the end of the 2012 anime and also part of why she gets Power Gem. Regenerator and Recover because she recover from wounds really quickly in the anime and has an ability literally named "Regenerator" in the game. Telepathy because she does in the anime and OVA. Sacred Sword and Night Slash because sword, Close Combat because a little of that (Aegislash gets it after all) and a little of the bare-handed beatdown Insane Black Rock Shooter gave Mato. Machine Gun because her gun has a machine gun mode. Axe Strike because she really briefly "borrows" an axe in the anime. Photon Geyser because she has a laser attack named "Photon Shower" in the game which is close enough, this is also the other part of her getting Power Gem. Two lasers. Insane Black Rock Shooter is a form she takes after losing it. From how that form's portrayed in the anime she has something at least *resembling* armor, easily shrugs off damage, and is sorta fond of walking slowly. Also she's got chains (Power Whip) and does... some sort of roar... scream... thing.

"Bing bong~"
Pokemon: Crazy Frog
Franchise:
Ringtones???
Type:

Ability: Emergency Exit, Annoying Ride
Annoying Ride: If this Pokemon makes contact or another Pokemon makes contact on this Pokemon, this Pokemon will switch out
Notable Moves: Double Edge, Waterfall, U-Turn, Extremespeed, Accelrock, First Impression, Parting Shot, Steamroller, Heat Crash, Shift Gear, Gear Grind, Toxic, Substitute
Stats: 79 / 104 / 53 / 47 / 76 / 151 (510 BST)

Reasoning: It's the early 2000s. You're minding your own business, watching TV but not really paying attention since you're mucking around with the in-built ringtones and playing Snake 2 on your new Nokia 2100. Then you hear it. You hear the bing bongs and the ding dings. Looking up you see the hideous creature on the TV screen flying around a nondescript city pretending to be riding a motorcycle, seemingly propelled by its own flatulence. Though slightly intrigued due to the poorly censored dick and balls hanging between its legs, you disregard everything you just saw when you realise it's just an ad for a ringtone ($2 for monotone / $5 for polytone + 55c per text). Half hour later you see the ad again. And again. It seems every ad break is showing this essentially naked frog at least twice. A friend sends you a 'free' version through MSN messenger but unwittingly just spread a worm virus. There is now no escape from the omnipresent frog that now haunts your every waking moment with its annoying yet catchy song and dick hanging out. Out of nowhere the blue gremlin has released two chart topping albums, including a cover of Jingle Bells. There are cartoons, video games with sequels. Nothing is left untouched and nothing is sacred from the Annoying Thing. Every time someone's phone rings it triggers a ptsd-like reaction. It's relentless. There are no sanctuaries free of this abomination. Just as you're about to cave in to temptation and text that premium number so you too can join the infected masses, just as your sanity is about to break, just as the world is about to fall into chaos and ruin, you find a new viral ringtone/flash animation, Schnappi das kleine Krokodil. Thus the cycle continues...

Doraemon the ou staller.png

Pokémon: Doraemon
Franchise: Doraemon
Ability: Aerilate | Illusion | [HA] Abekombe's Touch (Inverts the stat changes of all active species at the end of each turn)
Signature Moves:
Denkomaru Combat (Physical | Electric | 120 BP | - Accuracy | 5 PP | Close Combat clone)
Solidify Light (Status | Ice | - BP | 95 Accuracy | 5 PP | Freezes the target, also removes all type immunities the target may have; Z-Power effect: Raises Speed by 2)
Reflecting Mantle (Status | Normal | - BP | - Accuracy | 10 PP | Basically Protect, but status moves that can't be blocked (Infiltrator or otherwise like Stealth Rock), are bounced back in the same fashion Magic Coat would; Z-Power effect: Raises Defense by 2)
Z-Move: Turnover Dynamite (Special | Normal | 220 BP | - Accuracy | - PP | Must know Explosion, also inflicts a Rainbow status (See Fire Pledge + Water Pledge effect) on the user's side)
G-Max Air Cannon (Flying | - BP | - Accuracy | - PP | Signature G-Max move, Flying type move-based, as a side effect it summons Tailwind on the user's side)
Signature items:
(All the items below but Sound Sealer only work on Doraemon)
Sound Sealer (Holder is immune to sound moves, including Heal Bell)
Watercycline (The user loses its secondary typing with the Water type instead, also raises Defense by 1 on switch-in, can't be Knocked Off, species that hold the Water type as a primary typing become pure Water type)
Super Gloves (Adds an Iron Fist effect on the user and grants it the Fighting type in a similar fashion the Watercycline item does, can't be Knocked Off)
Moves: Aeroblast, Magic Coat, Attract, Pain Split, Heart Swap, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Flamethrower, Gust, Defog, Hurricane, Thunderbolt, Blizzard, Rain Dance, Thunder, Ice Beam, Explosion, Protect, Healing Pulse, Recover, Bind, Soak, Hydro Pump, Scald, Liquidation, Amnesia, Encore, Hypnosis, Gravity, Transform, Minimize, Whirlwind, Wish, Hyper Voice, Mud Bomb, Psychic, Telekinesis, Teleport, Earthquake, Decorate, Attack Order, Sticky Web, Block, Drain Punch, Iron Head, Zen Headbutt, Flash Cannon, Dazzling Gleam, Camouflage, Mirror Coat, Hammer Arm, Circle Throw, Superpower, Topsy-Turvy, Trick, Dig, Volt Switch, U-Turn, Tailwind, all the custom moves above
Stats: 120 / 80 / 105 / 105 / 65 / 60 (535 BST)
Reasoning: Doraemon is Steel/Flying type because he's a robot, meaning that he's entirely made of metal stuff and so on, Flying, while easily out of place at first, comes from one of his main gadgets (The Takecopter) allowing him to fly and his signature weapon (The Air Cannon) firing a blast of air.
Aerilate comes from his ability to turn normal things flying around in multiple ways, also to back up his STAB options.
Abekombe's Touch comes from one of his gadgets, the Abekombe, which simply inverts whatever it touches, turning it into an entire ability to grant an unique niche as a passive setup punisher that is downright better than PrankHaze.
Illusion comes from certain gadgets such as the Tanuki Set, allowing him to pull up an illusion of whatever he desires to be on the target.

Lastly, for the movepool:

Aeroblast comes from his main weapon, the Air Cannon, Magic Coat and Mirror Coat come as lower variations of his signature move, Reflecting Mantle, Attract comes from multiple gadgets he can use that do this, Pain Split comes from the Substitution Gun, which does this, Heart Swap comes from his Swapping Rope, which does the same thing as Heart Swap in the anime, Shadow Ball and Shadow Sneak come from the Shadow Ball gadget (Shadow Sneak) and the TM, Flamethrower comes from a gadget that is a simple but strong Flamethrower, and multiple other gadgets apply for the rest of the movepool. Shift Gear comes from his body being full of gears, which he can enhance with the Amplification Gas, signature moves are named after the gadget they're based on, and stuff like U-Turn, Volt Switch and Trick come from TMs and Tutor moves.

Signature items are also self-explanatory as their name reference a gadget of the same name Doraemon may use.
