Pet Mod Crossover Chaos Expanded - Part II

Vritra (draconic).png

Pokémon: Vritra-Draconic (Uber form)
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Wind Barrier (Delta Stream clone)
Moves: All TM/HM/TR/tutor moves from Gen V onward
Stats: 115/115/115/115/115/115 | 690 BST

Using a key item called the Dark Matter Compressor (similar to the Prison Bottle), Vritra can change form between Draconic and Humanoid.
Vritra (humanoid).png

Form: Vritra-Humanoid
Type: Dragon/Dark
Ability: Illusion / Regenerator
Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 | 600 BST

Reasoning: "Black" Vritra is the originator of dark matter—the essence of dragons, a mysterious material capable of being transmuted into just about anything. Hence, she is part Dragon with a movepool (and stat line) akin to Mew. (Volume 1 of the light novel was published mid 2013, thus Gen V.) At first, she wrought havoc in a gargantuan form capable of flight (i.e. part Flying), but in Volume 7 of the light novel, she appeared to the Brynhildr class as a human girl because Japan (after creating a wind barrier, hence her signature Ability in Draconic form) because her sworn enemy—"Green" Yggdrasil—had been subdued by Tia Lightning. Her humanoid form (which is part Dark as a play on the term "dark matter") looks like a smaller Kili Surtr Muspelheim, but she is actually Kili's mother. As such, she is capable of biogenic transmutation, which Kili has demonstrated as a means of disguise and healing wounds (corresponding to Illusion and Regenerator).

Pokémon: Ryukyu (Ryuko Tatsuma)
Type: Normal/Dragon
Ability: Strong Jaw / Tough Claws / Multiscale
Moves: Return, Frustration, Body Slam, Crush Claw, Hyper Fang, Strength, Slash, Cut, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Dragon Tail, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Wing Attack, Crunch, Jaw Lock, Earthquake, Metal Claw, Superpower, Protect, Roost, Whirlwind, Defog
Stats: 120/100/100/60/80/60 | 580 BST
Reasoning: Ryukyu's Quirk, called Dragon, lets her transform into a large western dragon. In this form, she can fly and possesses enhanced strength and durability, the former particularly in her jaws and claws. However, she maintains her humanity enough for Normal/Dragon to be appropriate.

(This guy would have fit the earlier bonus slate, but I didn't realize until after the fact.)
Pokémon: Tamaki Amajiki
Type: Normal
Ability: Protean
Signature Move: Manifest - Normal, Other, 1 PP | (Sketch variant) This move cannot be selected unless the user is holding a particular Berry or Technical Record, or has been targeted (directly or indirectly) by a successful move. (The former case takes precedence over the latter case.) In the latter case, Manifest becomes the move used on him. In the former case, the Berry or Technical Record is consumed (as in Natural Gift) and determines which move Manifest becomes.

  • Lansat Berry: Focus Energy

  • Kee Berry: Coil
  • Maranga Berry: Quiver Dance
  • Technical Record: whatever move is inside the TR
Stats: 99/89/85/85/88/90 | 536 BST
Reasoning: One of the Big Three in UA, Tamaki Amajiki (known as Suneater) possesses a Quirk called Manifest that allows parts of his body to transform based on what he eats. (For example, takoyaki translates to octopus tentacles, and even crystals are fair game.) This explains why he has Protean and a Sketch variant. (As scary as that sounds per se, hopefully the nuances and base stats make it reasonable.)

A single resubmission

Pokémon: Fitoria-Avian
Type: Flying/Psychic
Ability: Queenly Majesty / Magic Guard / Aerilate
Signature Move: Turbulent Cage - The user traps the target in a prison of razor-sharp winds. | Flying-type Whirlpool clone
Other Moves: Brave Bird, Fly, Sky Attack, Psycho Cut, Hurricane, Aeroblast, Air Slash, Psychic, Psyshock, Earthquake, Close Combat, Brick Break, Aura Sphere, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Double-Edge, Body Slam, Extreme Speed, Quick Attack, Nature Power, Razor Wind, Hidden Power, U-turn, Tailwind, Defog, Feather Dance, Work Up, Agility, Barrier, Cosmic Power, Light Screen, Reflect, Recover, Roost, Heal Pulse, Protect, Block, Imprison, Teleport
Z-Move: Filolial Army - Flying, Other | Halves damage taken by the user's party for eight turns. This effect cannot be cleared like screens can (as in, only by trash man's signature move), but it can be bypassed by Infiltrator. | Base: Tailwind | Z-Crystal: Filolium Z
Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 | 600 BST

Using a key item called the Royal Plume (similar to the Gracidea), Fitoria can change form between Avian and Humanoid.
Form: Fitoria-Humanoid
Stats: 100/100/85/125/90/100 | 600 BST

Reasoning: Fitoria is known as the Filolial Queen, once a companion of Naofumi's predecessor (the former Shield Hero). Filolials are basically Chocobos an avian race in the Shield Hero universe, the heiresses of which have humanoid forms.
She meets Naofumi and co. in a bid to prevent Naofumi from using his cursed power against a rampant T-rex. Initially in avian form, she becomes humanoid to test Filo's mettle and convince Naofumi to get along with the Sword, Spear, and Bow Heroes. In the former case and the T-rex battle, she demonstrates prowess with might, magic, offense, and defense alike, all while boasting notable agility unbefitting her enormous avian form.
Her signature move was used on Melty Q. Melromarc to take her hostage, resulting in the duel with Filo. Her Z-Move refers to how she was introduced to Naofumi and co.: in the company of Filolial masses.

"I shall pamper you to your heart's content!"
Pokemon: Senko
Franchise: The Helpful Fox Senko-san
Typing: Fairy/Psychic
Abilities: Fluffy/Infiltrator/Pampering
Signature Ability: Pampering | On switch-in, heals the previous Pokemon on the field by 25% HP (unless the previous Pokemon has fainted).
Moves: Aromatherapy, Baby-Doll Eyes, Calm Mind, Cotton Guard, Charm, Dazzling Gleam, Energy Ball, Light Screen, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Nature Power, Nature's Madness, Play Rough, Psychic, Psyshock, Rain Dance, Reflect, Seismic Toss, Stealth Rock, Sunny Day, Teleport, Weather Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Wish
Stats: 70/70/80/88/82/110 (BST: 500)
Reasoning: As the 800-year-old fox goddess of the harvest, Senko spends her time caring for tormented white-collar worker Yasuko Koenji, all from the love of her heart (and to repay the kindness Koenji’s ancestor gave her). As a goddess, she also possess supernatural abilities, such as levitation, phasing through walls, mind reading, weather control, magic barriers, and Fox Fire (summoning blue wisps of flame). He cheeriness, helpfulness, and extremely fluffy tail all make Koenji’s life a lot easier.

"I yearn for for true gender equality. I have no patience for one who talks about female privilege when it suits them, and then complains about someone 'not being a man' when it's convenient."
Pokemon: Satou Kazuma
Franchise: KonoSuba
Typing: Normal
Abilities: Super Luck/Serene Grace/Adventurer
Signature Ability: Adventurer | Attacks not boosted by STAB deal 1.2x damage
Moves: Air Slash, Body Slam, Defog, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, Earth Power, Earthquake, Facade, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Freeze Dry, Headbutt, Horn Leech, Hydro Pump, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Quick Attack, Shadow Sneak, Smart Strike, Sticky Web, Stone Edge, Strength Sap, Sucker Punch, Surf, Swift, Switcheroo, Swords Dance, Thief, Taunt, Whirlwind, Will-o-Wisp
Stats: 70/77/68/90/82/90 (BST: 477)
Reasoning: After a pathetic accident involving a slow-moving tractor, former hikikomori Satou Kazuma was reincarnated into a fantasy world to defeat the fearsome Demon King. Unfortunately, even in an alternate universe, Kazuma is still an ordinary guy, with mediocre stats (apart from a high luck stat) and no special abilities or weapons. Because of this, he was forced to take on the adventurer class, the most generic class. However, the Adventurer class allows Kazuma to learn the skills of every other class. Throughout his journey, Kazuma learns skills such as Steal (Knock Off, Switcheroo, Thief), Lurk (Shadow Sneak, Quick Attack), Detect/Disarm Trap (Defog), Bind, Drain Touch (Drain Punch, Strength Sap), Tinder (Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Will-o-Wisp), Create Earth (Earth Power, Earthquake, Stone Edge), Create Water (Hydro Pump, Surf), Wind Breath (Air Slash, Whirlwind) and Freeze (Freeze-Dry, Ice Beam). He also uses several tools to his disposal, such as a specially-smithed katana (Smart Strike), bow and arrow (Swift), Using his versatility, underhanded tactics (Nasty Plot, Taunt), and assistance from his dysfunctional party, Kazuma has taken down some of the toughest enemies of this strange world.

Changes from last time: increased atk and speed

She can also absorb electricity, making her own shocks stronger. Her horns can relieve the symptoms of diseases. She uses various alien devices, including strength pills, fossil revivers, air conditioning ice blocks, memory erasers, weather controllers, boomerang disks, sticky guns, soap that prevents contact, and attachable attractors.

Pokémon: Scarlet Witch

Scarlet Witch @ Choice Specs
Ability: Magician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 SpD

- Foul Play

Scarlet Witch @ Leftovers
Ability: Magician
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Recover
- Hex Bolt
- Mirror Coat
- Knock Off

Reasoning: Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff) uses tricky chaos magic to warp reality. She can move objects, create fire, heal, cancel powers, create forcefields, and much more. As her main attack, she fires hex bolts. Sometimes, Wanda uses her magic to meditate for various reasons. She also has hand-to-hand training.

Since Wanda controls probability and makes unlikely things happen, the effects of her move relate to something unlikely for the type.
  • Normal-type only has one weakness.
  • Fighting-types have high Attack.
  • Flying-types aren't grounded.
  • Poison-types can't be poisoned.
  • Ground-type moves don't affect airborne targets.
  • Rock-types often use Stealth Rock.
  • Bug-type has the highest amount of status moves.
  • Ghost-type has two immunities.
  • Steel-type has several resistances.
  • Fire-types can't be burned.
  • Water-type moves become weaker in sunlight.
  • Grass-types often use healing moves.
  • Electric-types can't be paralyzed.
  • Psychic-types have high Special Attack.
  • Ice-types can't be frozen.
  • Dragon-types have high stats overall.
  • Dark-types are unaffected by Psychic-type moves.
  • Fairy-types have high Special Defense.

Some new subs
1598484743253.png

Name: Spacegodzilla
Series: Godzilla
Type: Psychic/Rock
Abilities: Levitate/Photon Shield*
*Photon Shield: If the user is hit by a non-contact move, the attacker loses 12.5% of their max HP.
Notable Moves: Corona Beam**, Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Stealth Rock, Psychic, Psyshock, Expanding Force, Calm Mind, Magic Coat, Recover, Thunderbolt, Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, King's Shield, Dazzling Gleam
Signature Move: Corona Beam | Rock | Special | 5 PP (8 max) | 110 BP | 95% Accuracy | Heals 1/4 of the user's max HP with each successful hit. If the move fails to damage the target, the user will receive -1 Special Attack.
Stats: 130/50/80/130/110/80 (580 BST)
Reasoning: One of the most intelligent kaiju, Spacegodzilla uses its psychic powers to protect itself or send itself or its opponents flying. It has also become one with a series of ever-growing crystals, hence the Rock typing. Photon Shield is a powerful energy shield, able to repel even the atomic rays of his rival Godzilla and bounce them back (this is also why he gets Magic Coat and King's Shield). His geomancy allows him to summon crystals from the ground, which you could call powerful gems or stealthy rocks. The energy of the crystals also grant him access to Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam, referencing the seemingly electric energy they produce and the brilliant shine they give off; these crystals also allow him to recover health. His previously mentioned intelligence allows him to calm his mind and produce balls of aura-type energy. As for his signature move, I wanted to reference the healing properties of his crystals, which he can use to recharge himself; however, failing to utilize the energy properly will force him to manually recharge his special attack (although this was also for the sake of gameplay). Finally, Spacegodzilla's stats show off his powerful special energy- while also noting his canonically lackluster physical capabilities and his occasional difficulty moving without his powers.

1598484984218.png

Name: Destoroyah
Series: Godzilla
Type: Dark/Poison
Abilities: Regenerator/Merciless
Notable Moves: Micro- Oxygen Beam*, Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Darkest Lariat, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Acid Spray, Poison Jab, Gunk Shot, Solar Blade, Surf, Scald, Thunderbolt, Sacred Sword, Fly, Defog, Roost, Leech Life, U-turn, Curse, Dragon Dance
Signature Move: Micro-Oxygen Beam | Dark | Special | 10 PP (16 max) | 90 BP | 100% Accuracy | Has a 30% chance to poison the target.
Stats: 100/115/115/135/85/70 (620 BP)
Reasoning: Quite possibly the most evil monster of the franchise, Destoroyah certainly leaves an impressive with its sadistic attitude and highly acidic body, hence its typing. Destoroyah, interestingly enough, is actually a composite being, and can easily split and reform itself to heal itself of any serious injuries (because kaiju). Its willingness to kill Godzilla's son and delight at the destruction it causes it are more than enough to justify Merciless. It's signature attack is meant to approximate the horrifying power of Micro-Oxygen, which can potentially disintegrate its target (although in-game has to settle for a poison chance). While its STAB options are easy to understand, its coverage requires some explanation; Solar Blade and Sacred Sword are both references to its "Horn Katana", a blade of energy that comes out of that horn in the center of its face. Surf and Scald callback to its aquatic origins (with Scald being water infused with the power of Micro-Oxygen), Thunderbolts channeled from the formation of its final form, several flying moves to show off those wings, Leech Life mirrors its ability to drain energy through biting its opponent, U-turn from its tendency to retreat so that it can acquire a new form, Curse referencing its creation thanks to the original Oxygen Destroyer that humanity itself deployed, and finally DDance as a reference to its draconic inspirations. Stat spread shows of its durability and powerful attacks, although its more durable physically and has mediocre speed.

Banned deucer.
Name: Hol Horse
Series: Jojo's Bizzare Adventure
Type: Dark / Steel
Abilities: Gunmanship (All moves classified as "Projectiles" deal 1.5x more damage) / Quick Draw
Notable Moves: Gunk Shot, Snipe Shot, Anchor Shot, Parting Shot, Scale Shot, Seed Bomb, Pyro Ball, Beat Up, Rock Blast Hone Claws, Aeroshot
Signature Move: Aeroshot | Steel | Physical | 40 PP (64 max) | 40 BP | Ignores Accuracy Checks | +1 Priority
Special Item: The Emperor (When held, this mon's projectile attacks do 1.5x more damage) (Hol Horse exclusive)
Stats: 50 / 105 / 75 / 65 / 50 / 130 (465 BST)
Reasoning: The ultimate Pistol User himself, Hol Horse is here. Hol Horse's Dark / Steel type is because of two things. 1: He works for DIO and 2: Bullets are most often made out of metal. It's signature attack is meant to simulate Hol Horse using his stand, The Emperor. While its STAB options are easy to understand, its coverage requires some explanation; All of the moves with "Shot" in their name are there because well, gun. Same with Seed Bomb, Pyro Ball, and Rock Blast. Beat Up is there as he needs some Dark-type coverage besides Knock Off. The Emperor is his exclusive gun, that lets him be a good stand user. Its his signature stand, so of course it will help him.
Name: Freddy
Series: Five Nights At Freddy's
Type: Ghost / Steel
Abilities: Scare Factor (Stench Clone) / Full Metal Body
Notable Moves: Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Psychic Fangs, Hyper Fang, Super Fang, Fake Out, Body Slam, Jumpscare, Gear Grind, Iron Maw, Hone Claws
Signature Moves: Jumpscare | Ghost | Physical | 80 BP | 10 PP (16 Max) | 100 % Accuracy | Has a 30% chance to cause Flinching
Iron Maw | Steel | Physical | 50 BP | 5 PP (8 Max) | 80 % Accuracy | Basically just a stronger version of Whirlpool
Special Item: Freddinium Z | Transforms Jumpscare into The Bite of 87 | 140 BP | Ghost | Poisons the enemy |
Stats: 105 / 130 / 90 / 45 / 30 / 30 (400 BST)
Reasoning: The mascot of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, Freddy, is here. I based his moveset off of three things. 1: He's an animatronic, 2: He's a bear, and 3: He's possessed by a dead kid. All of the bite related moves are related to the fact that he's a bear and he's related to The Bite of 87, which is also his signature Z Move. Gear Grind is there as he's an animatronic, and Hone Claws is there because he's a bear. Jumpscare is Freddy's Signature action, which is a new move for him. Iron Maw is there for Steel-type coverage (see earlier for explanation).

"Somebody help me!"
Pokémon: Hanayo Koizumi
Origin: Love Live! School idol project
Type: Normal
Ability: Gluttony / Dancer / Rattled
Stats: 100/45/45/45/45/60 (340)
Notable Moves: Sing, Feather Dance, Snow halation (see SiIvaGunner), Stockpile, Swallow
Reasoning: Some rice nerd. Normal because what else would she be. Gluttony, Stockpile and Swallow because she eats a lot (fun fact: canonically, she does not have a least favorite food). Dancer and Sing because she's an idol singer, Snow Halation because she's *also* involved in singing that, Feather Dance because I don't think the season 2 ending theme has lost any feathers yet. Rattled because she gets scared really easily (to the point where "Somebody help me!" is essentially her catchphrase). Her 60 Speed is because her reflexes are rated at 2 stars, and her 100 HP is for the same reason as Honoka.

Pokémon: Dead Master
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter
Type: Ghost
Ability: Gluttony / Lightning Rod
Stats: 110/100/70/70/110/70 (530)
Notable Moves: Shadow Bone, Bone Rush, Shadow Claw, Wrap, Power Whip, Recover, Crunch, Megahorn, Wild Charge, Will-o-Wisp, Lash Out, Burning Jealousy, Dual Wingbeat
Reasoning: Black★Rock Shooter's nemesis, but also kind of her girlfriend. Ghost because she had "dead" in her name, she's got a skeleton army in the 2012 anime, she can possess people in the OVA, and in Innocent Soul she's literally dead (and I don't just mean that in the "she dies at one point" sense). Gluttony and Crunch because her version from Innoscent Soul eats a lot (mostly souls but she also ate a teddy bear in her sleep). Shadow Bone and Bone Rush because of those skull things she can attack with. Shadow Claw because she does have claws technically. Wrap and Power Whip because she has chains a lot of the time. Recover because her 2012 anime version can resurrect endlessly as long as Yomi's around to experience emotional pain - which she's sorta made of hence Lash Out and Burning Jealousy. Megahorn because she has horns also. Wild Charge because her fully awakening in the 2012 anime involves a lot of electricity. Will-o-Wisp because in Innocent Soul she occasionally gets an eye flame like B★RS does. Dual Wingbeat because she has wings, and even attacks with them at one point in Innocent Soul.

'new' subs (that i technically made before the resubs):

Pokémon: Nozomi Tojo
Origin: Love Live! School idol project
Type: Psychic
Ability: Prankster / Dancer / Adaptability
Stats: 100/100/100/60/90/80 (530)
Notable Moves: Zen Headbutt, Crush Grip, Play Rough, Skitter Smack, Pursuit, Sing, Snow halation (see SiIvaGunner), Feather Dance, Future Sight, Slack Off
Reasoning: The non-smol version of that one SiIvaGunner Ice-type from slate 4 of gen 7. Psychic-type and Future Sight from her fortune-telling skills. Prankster because she's pretty mischeivous. Dancer and Sing because she's an idol singer, Snow halation because she sings that. Adaptability because she uses her fortune telling to rapidly adapt to new environments (she moved around a lot as a kid). Her 80 Speed is from her official stats listing her Reflexes with 3 stars. Her physically defensive spread is because she can canonically deflect attacks with her breasts. Zen Headbutt is a basic Psychic STAB. Crush Grip and Play Rough from squeezing the other girls' breasts a lot, Skitter Smack because she can do this from behind without her victims suspecting it until it's too late. Pursuit because she has done that. Feather Dance because the season 2 ending animation hasn't lost any feathers since I subbed Honoka. Slack Off because she has "taking naps" listed as a hobbby.

Pokémon: Black★Gold Saw
Origin: Black★Rock Shooter
Type: Water
Ability: Friend Guard
Stats: 70/130/60/100/60/130 (550)
Notable Moves: Life Dew, Teleport, Acid Armor, Liquidation, Sacred Sword, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Behemoth Blade, Spacial Rend, Close Combat, Knock Off, Waterfall, Surf, Hydro Pump, Megahorn
Reasoning: The worst school counselor ever. Life Dew is from her watering can that can create life. Teleport and Acid Armor because she can teleport between worlds by... melting into the ground. For these two reasons I elected to make her a Water-type, and giving her some Water STAB. Friend Guard is... well, her entire motivation in the 2012 anime (her motivation in the OVA is completely unknown) is to guard a friend of hers. She gets slashing moves from her big... sword-saw thing, the King Saw. Behemoth Blade because she can summon a giant version of said weapon, and Spacial Rend because she can slahs through space. She also gets Close Combat for this. Knock Off because her fight with Black★Rock Shooter ends with the latter losing her sword. Megahorn because she has horns.

And here's one last sub I just cooked up...

"AAAAMMMEEEEEEEEENNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pokémon: Alexander Anderson
Origin: Hellsing
Type: Normal
Type (Monster of God): Grass/Fire
Ability: Regenerator / Serene Grace
Stats: 120/120/90/50/70/100 (550)
Stats (Monster of God): 120/150/100/90/70/120 (650)
(Alexander Anderson becomes the Monster of God while holding Helena's Nail, similarly to a Primal Reversion)
Notable Moves: Slash, Sacred Sword, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, X-Scissor, Solar Blade, Pin Missile, Reflect, Light Screen, Teleport, Recover, Power Whip, Needle Arm, Sacred Fire, Fire Lash, Spiky Shield
Reasoning: The trump card of the Catholic Church's monster-hunting Iscariot organization. His base form is Normal because I don't think any other type really fits (I considered Dark and Fighting but decided against them). Regenerator and Recover because of his regeneration (he's even *called* "regenerator" at one point). Serene Grace because he's a priest who fights with blessed weapons - this is from the ability's Japanese name (Ten no Megumi / Blessing of Heaven), as Anderson is anything but serene or graceful. As Alucard's greatest rival, his stats are a rearrangement of Dracula's.

The Monster of God is a monstrous form made of thorny vines that he takes when he stabs himself with the Nail of Helena, who clearly overpowers Alucard/Dracula and sets his whole undead army (and by extension much of London) on fire, hence the type change, stat boost and Grass/Fire moves. The abilities stay the same because his regeneration is even better in this form and, given that he's a monster of God who gets his abilities from a holy relic, he's probably holier too.

He fights mainly by tossing bayonets at people, hence his variety of slashing moves and Pin Missile. He can also set up holy barriers, hence Reflect and Light Screen, and teleport, hence... well... Teleport.

Type: Normal
Classification: Special
Power: 85
Accuracy: 85
PP: 15 (max 24)
Effect: Sound move. If the move hits, an additional hit at 0.25x power will be added to the damage, but has a 10% chance of inflicting Encore onto the user.
Flavor: The user performs a jazz song, and if it moves the opponent, the user will perform a little bit more. However, they might have to do an encore.

~sphelonious donk
Type: Normal
Classification: Status
Accuracy: -
PP: 40 (max 64)
Effect: Sound move. The user announces themselves as sphelonious donk. If the user is in fact sphelonious donk (the Jazz Cats include sphelonious donk and therefore qualify) they will gain +1 in all stats, but will lose those boosts in three turns and cannot use the move again until those three turns are up.
Flavor: sphelonious donk
Stats: 70/85/60/115/80/90 (Total: 500)
Notable Moves: Scratch, Lick, Assist, Fury Swipes, Bite, Fake Out, Stomp, Ember, Uproar, Quick Attack, Tail Slap, Taunt, Torment, Encore, Swagger, Curse, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Psyshock, Future Sight, Hyper Beam, Telekinesis, Teleport, Perish Song, Grudge, Destiny Bond, Memento, Instruct, Helping Hand
Overview: The Jazz Cats was originally a painting of three cats playing jazz, but the trio were fleshed out within the Siivagunner universe and are essentially original characters within the universe. The trio consists of Shades DuPris on sax, Tom “Milk Bowl” Malone on guitar (I think), and sphelonious donk. Together, the trio are decently formidible. Their typing comes from the fact that they are normal cats, with the only exception being sphelonious donk, who would be ??? type and thus would not affect their offensive or defensive type chart. Their first two abilities are vaguely connected to Shades and “Milk Bowl” respectively, with Perish Body being connected to sphelonious donk. Jazzy as an ability references the flexibility the Jazz Cats had in the King for Another Day Tournament, making jazz rips for a wide variety of songs. Jazz Session references music performance in general, complete with the possibility of an encore, while sphelonious donk references sphelonious donk (the effect is made up but I think it fits sphelonious donk and his ability to be capable of knowledge and presence beyond himself). Their moves are mostly based on standard moves cat Pokemon get, but with Ember to reference Shades having a cigar in the image of his face, and Taunt, Torment, Encore, Swagger, and Curse referencing the more rude nature of Shades (and probably at least “Milk Bowl” as well). Calm Mind references getting ready for a jazz session, while Helping Hand references their large amount of dual rips during KFAD2. Finally, everything in between Calm Mind and Helping Hand is the territory of sphelonious donk. He seems to be capable of using some sort of mysterious energy to float and possibly control things, so I gave him access to Shadow Ball, Psychic, Psyshock, and Telekinesis. Future Sight and Perish Song reference the line “i know how you perish”, and also the fact that his power led to the spontaneous explosion of a random cat character. He’s capable of teleportation, or at least something akin to it. He also controls mouse minions, but it’s uncertain if he does so with mind control, so I gave him Instruct and not Hypnosis. Finally, Hyper Beam, Grudge, Destiny Bond, and Memento seemed relatively fitting for him.

This is a video game character, therefore ineligible for Expanded.

Reasoning: One of the most recognisable toys ever. Just a plain old LEGO minifig. Of course there's nothing too special about them. Just a piece of plastic that can fit on top of other pieces. Well that's until you add a bit of imagination (and specially designed LEGO sets to go with them). Minifigs have taken on many roles and jobs over the years, as is represented by their signature items based on classic LEGO themes. As for their regular movepool, normal physical moves because it hurt when someone throws a piece of LEGO (or minifig) at you, Tri Attack because there are LEGO pieces that depict fire, electricity and ice. The status moves it learns are based on building and rebuilding (screens, recover, etc.). It's signature move, LEGO Bricks, is based on stepping on a piece of LEGO, which causes a deep, sharp pain that makes navigating a floor covered in LEGO a trechourous task. The other signature move, Brick Separator, is based on a more recent LEGO tool that easily separates bricks from each other that would otherwise require wrecking your fingernails to tear apart. The ability, LEGO studs, is similar to LEGO Bricks but also has the added effect of keeping LEGO Minifigure in place thanks to studs found on the bricks.

To be a LEGO piece that fits perfectly in place with another identical brick, creating an unbreaking bond that is vital in mainting the structual integrity of a build that is greater than the sum of its parts. What an envious position to be in.

I won? Huh. Let's see if I can get the other sub in as well...

Pokémon: Kirito
Franchise/Origin: Sword Art Online
Type: Dark
Ability: Sword of Swords
Notable moves: Slash, Night Sky Sword, Blue Rose Sword, Sacred Sword, Leaf Blade, Fire Lash, Liquidation, Detect, Swords Dance, Tailwind.
Signature Moves:
Night Sky Sword:
Dark-type, Physical, 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. High Critical Hit Rate, ignores abilities. Does neutral damage to Fairy-types. Slash-based.
Blue Rose Sword: Ice-Type, Physical, 90 BP, 100 Accuracy, 10 PP. High Critical Hit Rate, 10% chance to Freeze. Slash-based.
Signature Z-Move / G-Max Move: Has two Z-Moves and a G-Max Form.
Gigantamax Form changes Kirito's appearance to that of his SAO Avatar (Except he dual wields the Blue Rose Sword and Night Sky Sword):

Enhance Armament- Night Sky Sword: Upgraded from Kirito's Night Sky Sword with Kiritonium Z. Dark-type, Special, 200BP. Physical if user's Attack is higher than Special Attack. Super-Effective against Fairy-types. Slash-based.
Enhance Armament- Blue Rose Sword: Upgraded from the user's Blue Rose Sword with Eugeonium Z. Ice-Type, Special, 190 BP. Hits both enemies in a Double Battle. Physical if user's attack is higher than Special Attack. Deals either Grass- or Ice-type damage, depending on which would do more damage. 50% chance to freeze the target. Applies Leech Seed to targets hit. Slash-based. Users: Kirito, Eugeo (if he gets subbed and wins).
G-Max Starburst Stream: A Normal-Type G-Max Move unique to Gigantamax Kirito. Only has two thirds of the power of the equivalent Max Move but hits twice. Has a high critical hit ratio. Slash-based.
Stats: 70 HP/120 Atk/60 Def/50 SpA/50 SpD/130 Spe (BST: 480)
Reasoning: And here we have perhaps one of the most divisive characters in anime history, Kirito, the main character of Sword Art Online. Kirito's moveset here is mostly taken from what we can see in the Alicization Arc of SAO. Fire Lash, Liquidation and Tailwind come from Sacred Arts in the Underworld, which allow manipulation of elements such as fire, water, light, darkness, ice and wind. Slash comes from his sword skills, Sacred Sword comes from the fact that his swords are classed as Divine Objects, and Swords Dance is there because... well, yeah.

But now we get to the real meat of Kirito's moveset. His signature moves: Night Sky Sword and Blue Rose Sword. These are based on the two blades he wields in Underworld. The Night Sky Sword is his main one (Though for the longest time, it was simply called 'The Black One'). Forged from the branches of the Gigas Cedar, a gigantic light-absorbing tree (Yes, this does make it a wooden sword rather than a metal one- hence Leaf Blade), it retains its light-absorbing properties, which lets it hit neutrally against Fairy-types, the type most associated with light outside of Psychic (which is already hit super-effectively). The other weapon is where the spoilers come into play. See, the Blue Rose Sword originally wasn't Kirito's sword, but he took ownership of it after its original wielder, Eugeo, was killed in battle. This is also why the Z-Crystal for the Blue Rose Sword's Z-Move equivalent is Eugeonium Z (It also future-proofs it in case somebody submits Eugeo later!). The Blue Rose Sword is a sword that is literally made of ice and has the power to freeze things, hence Ice-typing with a chance to freeze- it's basically Physical Ice Beam, but with a high crit rate.

Speaking of Z-Moves, in Underworld, the place where the Alicization arc takes place, Divine Objects (like Kirito's swords) can have a command used to unlock their full capabilities, which comes in two stages, enhancing and releasing. Kirito only ever used the first stage, signalled by the command "Enhance Armament", hence the name. The Night Sky Sword's Enhance Armament fires a beam of darkness that consumes any light it hits to grow more powerful, so it now hits Fairy-types super-effectively. The Blue Rose Sword's enhance armament encases the target in a block of ice, then causes life-draining blue roses to bloom around the frozen target, draining their vitality. Given the affinity for both ice and plants, it only made sense for it to adapt between the Grass- and Ice-typings.

Lastly, there's his G-Max Form. Another function in SAO is Incarnation, where one's soul can influence a VR environment around them through sheer force of will. The most common way this manifests for Kirito is causing a vision of his SAO avatar to appear, if not becoming said avatar outright, and gaining all his abilities from SAO, including his Dual Blades skill, which naturally translates very well to Gigantamax. His signature G-Max move that replaces Max Strike is of course based on Kirito's signature move and most famous sword skill, the sixteen-hit Dual Blades skill, Starburst Stream. It trades off the Speed Drop of Max Strike for an approximate 1/3 increase in power (and ability to bypass Substitutes).

Kirito's ability is pretty self-explanatory, given he's a swordsman, and his stats are typical glass cannon fare- which describes Kirito to a T, really: he's a glass cannon. Dark-typing is because the element Kirito is mostly associated with in Underworld is darkness.

I really do not get why Scarlet Witch has so many votes- it's fundamentally very poorly designed due to four factors: One is her Mew-esque versatility, though this is forgivable. What AREN'T forgivable however, are Calm Hover, Prankster (simply due to not being explained) and ESPECIALLY Hex Bolt. Just look at all the effects it has. Bare in mind, none of them are chance-based- THEY ALWAYS happen. This means that amongst other things...

Hex Bolt invalidates most Fire, Electric, Poison and Ice-types against her (Though the third of those wouldn't want to fight her anyway), by inflicting them with status ailments they would normally be immune to (With Fire, Electric and Ice suffering the most). Additionally, Fighting-, Dragon- and Psychic-types can't really face her either due to the guaranteed offensive stat drops. Fairy Types lose their bulk, the type's primary defining trait, Rock-types just give a free avenue for Taunt-Immune Stealth Rocks, Water-types get their STABs neutered, so do Ground-types, Normals get nuked due to taking Double Damage, Dark-types don't get in scott-free, Bug-types get ruined by losing their ability to set up, Steel Types lose their resistances (the main reason to use them), and Grass-types lose their ability to heal via Synthesis, Leech Seed, Leftovers, etc... it basically invalidates most switchins against her. And that is the effects of ONE move. Just one! It's not only VERY unfair given how much of the game it invalidates as switchins, it's also very poorly implemented, requiring special attention when coding to even get some of these effects to work (The statuses on immune types). There's literally no reason to use Psychic or Psyshock over Hex Bolt because the power loss is well worth the sheer number of stupid effects that Hex Bolt can pull.

Even the few relatively safe options like Bug or Dark get ruined by Scarlet Witch's movepool. Want to switch in Scizor, hoping to smack Scarlet Witch with Bullet Punch? Flamethrower. Hoping to bring in something like Tyranitar to Pursuit trap her? Focus Blast. See the problem here? The few things Hex Bolt doesn't invalidate, her movepool handles quite easily.

Oh, did I forget to mention all these bonus effects are guaranteed? This is freaking WORSE than Serene Grace shenanigans from the likes of Skymin, for crying out loud!

And as for Calm Hover, Levitate exists, why does she get an ability that's basically Levitate but with Speed Boost for SpDef on top of that?

I mean, let's be clear here, the fact that I, of all people am complaining about a sub being stupid should say a lot, given how I have made very stupid subs of my own in the past. Seriously, did the people who voted for her read the sub before voting?!
