Final Manaphy Voters

claiming: "Matador. Manafi" ~ Jumpman, i am going to Italy and thus will not be able to hand in my paragraph in time for the deadline. Is there any chance i will still be able to vote? (I won't get the response to his until three days when i come back, on the 17th).
 
Confirming as TheExperiment, but I honestly do not believe I have enough suspect experience to write a satisfactory paragraph, and really do not feel strongly either way on manaphy.
you could not more plainly be indicating to me that not only are you unsure about which way you are going to vote, but that you are actually prepared to consult usage statistics to decide your vote instead of your own experiences. that is a big no-no.

I really have no clue here again.
I would like to add though that I actually did use manaphy this time (although not enough to form an opinion evidently). I simply didn't pay enough attention or go about battling in a serious enough manner, thus failing to really take note of potentially important experiences (which would be necessary for writing the paragraph), and also hadn't played for the last few weeks so I really don't remember to well what things were like either.
 
Has a date been set yet? I plan on writing my paragraphs tomorrow since I have plenty of time anyway, but I want to make sure I'm not too late before I write them.
 
I apologize for the delays in getting the Hidden Requirement stuff completed. I should have some uninterrupted time tomorrow to work on it. Hopefully, I can knock it all out then.

Same drill as before, basically. Everyone here identify every name on the list. Refer to my second post ITT with the names of accounts that met the UR and LR, and refer to the first post for the criteria we want addressed.

Everyone who made the UR, LR and HR should identify all names here and can start working on the paragraphs that will be sent to me and Aeolus. We want all paragraphs by April 26, 2009, 11:59pm EDT.
