DNA Donors: Gardevoir + Darkrai
Offspring name: Garkrai
New Type: Dark/Fairy
Base Stats: 69/77/77/150 (+20)/102/122 (+20) (BST: 597)
New ability and desc: Pain Enhancer (Bad Dreams + Synchronize): If the user has a status condition, it will be passed onto the opponent. In addition, if the target is inflicted with a negative status condition (violate or non-violate), it will be damaged by 1/8th of their HP every turn, overriding any previous effects. It's still affected by badly poisoned's damage modifier (meaning it doubles every turn.) It presists as long as Garkrai is alive.
Notable Moves: Toxic, Thunder Wave, Will-O-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Hypnosis, Disable, Taunt, Confuse Ray, Mean Look, Embargo, Telekinesis, Torment, Encore, Perish Song, Moonblast, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Healing Wish, Energy Ball, Trick
Role Identification: Regular Garkrai has a pretty unique role, as it can (in theroy) stalk the opponent's HP down until its knocked out, either through violate or non-violate status condition. That way, it can trap opponent's and make them suffer even if Garkrai isn't on the field. If it dosen't want to go that way, it can go a offensive route, with access to solid coverage and offensive typing, a great boosting move in the form of Nasty Plot, and a 150 Special Attack, it can sure as well can dent a large amount of wall lacking any kind of Special resistance or immunity. It can also mega as well.

DNA Donors: Gardevoir + Darkrai
Offspring name: Garkrai-Mega
New Type: Dark/Fairy
Base Stats: 69/97/77/190 (+20)/122/142 (+20) (BST: 697)
New ability and desc: Pixilate
Notable Moves: Will-O-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Hyper Voice, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Shadow Ball, Healing Wish, Energy Ball,
Role Identification: And that's a pretty whacked Special Attack. 190 is nothing to scoff off at, and its definately one of the highest out there. Access to Nasty Plot and Pixilate Hyper Voice and you got one hell of a Special Attacker. Speed's not too shabby either.

DNA Donors: Melmetal + Wishiwashi
Offspring name: Meltimalti
New Type: Steel/Water
Base Stats: Orichalcum Form: 110 (+20)/141/136/110/120 (+20)/32 (BST: 649)
Foil Form: 110 (+20)/42/54/55/60 (+20)/42 (BST: 363)
New ability and desc: Mercury Strength (Schooling + Iron Fist): When above 25% HP, its in Orichalcum Form and all punching moves deal 40% (20% + Level 20, I guess) more damage. However, when below 25% HP, it becomes Foil Form and takes 40% more damage to punching moves.
Notable Moves: Double Iron Bash, Waterfall, Earthquake, Superpower, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Rock Slide, U-Turn, Scald,
Role Identification: Basically a great Trick Room attacker, thanks to its high overall stats and strong STABs.....for the most part. If not KO'd, it ain't going to say for very long.

DNA Donors: Kartana + Zygarde-10% (Power Construct)
Offspring name: Karygane-侍 (Samurai)
New Type: Steel/Ground
Base Stats: 76 (+20)/140/101/60/78 (+20)/112 (BST: 567)
New ability and desc: Ranker Super (Power Construct + Beast Boost): Raises its highest stat by 1 if it scores a KO. When below 50% HP, it turns into 信長 (Nobunaga) form and now gains +1 to its 2 highest stats upon entering this form and whenever it scores a KO in that form.
Notable Moves: Iron Tail, Smart Strike, Earthquake, Sacred Sword, Thousand Arrows, Extreme Speed, Dragon Dance, Superpower, Coil, Glare, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Defog
Role Identification: Really not much more as a modestly strong and semi-fast attacker with Beast Boost. However, there is a reason why I chose the dog Zygarde....

DNA Donors: Kartana + Zygarde-Complete
Offspring name: Karygane-信長 (Nobunaga)
New Type: Steel/Ground
Base Stats: 238 (+20)/140/151/90/88 (+20)/82 (BST: 789)
Role Identification: And its because its boost make it somehow bulkier than fused with 50%. And as such, its been amped up to 11. While slower, it gets +1 to its highest stats, which would be Attack and Defense, gaining a free Bulk Up basically and when it gains a KO. On top of that 238/151 physical bulk is absurd. While not as all-around bulky as Audigardez-Doctor-Mega, its certainly more or less a physical attacker on crack.

DNA Donors: Kangaskhan + Magearna
Offspring name: Meskha Gear
New Type: Normal/Steel
Base Stats: 92/115 (+20)/97/105 (+20)/97/77 (BST: 583)
New ability and desc: Ghostly Heart (Soul-Heart + Scrappy): Boosts its Special Attack for every Ghost-type and fainted Pokemon there are. Also can bypass the immunities of the Ghost type.
Notable Moves: Return, Double Edge, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Fleur Cannon, Dazzling Gleam, not much else.
Role Identification: Bad, Mega.

DNA Donors: Kangaskhan + Magearna
Offspring name: Meskha Gear-Mega
New Type: Normal/Steel
Base Stats: 92/145 (+20)/117/125 (+20)/117/87 (BST: 583)
New ability and desc: Parental Bond
Notable Moves: Return, Double Edge, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Seismic Toss, Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Body Slam, Volt Switch, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Shift Gear, Fire Blast,
Role Identification: Better, at least. Its still slow, but I just wanted a Mega Kangaskhan to have a decent Special Attack. I guess this is good enough. Steel/Normal is a unique type, but you'll most likely die from the first Close Combat you'll see.

DNA Donors: Dewgong + Regigigas
Offspring name: Dewgigas
New Type: Normal/Water
Base Stats: 110 (+10)/115/105 (+10)/75/122 (+20)/85 (BST: 602)
New ability and desc: Healing Storm (Hydration + Slow Start): Summons Rain for 5 turns. Any Pokemon on the user's side under this rain will be healed of their status.
Notable Moves: Return, Double-Edge, Curse, Liquidation, Scald, Earthquake, Fake Out, Encore, Aqua Jet, Megahorn, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Knock Off, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Rock Polish,
Role Identification: Fine enough. Could work as a pretty useful Curse user.

DNA Donors: Lunala + Minior
Offspring name: Liaaor
New Type: Ghost/Flying
Base Stats: Phobos Form: 108 (+10)/86/104 (+10)/98/123 (+20)/78 (BST: 597)
Deimos Form: 108 (+10)/104 (+10)/86/123 (+20)/98/138 (BST: 657)
New ability and desc: Horror Shield (Shadow Shield + Shields Down): Starts off at Phobos Form at above 50% HP and morphs into Deimos Form when below it. When in Phobos Form, its immune to status conditions. When in Deimos Form, its halves direct damage. This ability cannot be bypassed.
Notable Moves: Shell Smash, Moongeist Beam, Air Slash, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Earthquake, Heat Wave, Psychic,
Role Identification: Well, we have a somewhat new fusion combination, considering Minior is somewhat rare. Here, we got a unique Shell Smash sweeper, provided its below 50% health. While Phobos is somewhat normal, Deimos halves the damage it will take, making it kinda like a bulky sweeper. Even more it got Air Slash, so at least it got something useful on the Special side.

EDIT: OK, now every single fusion has been changed.

Notable Moves:
: Multi-Attack, Crunch, Flame Charge, Iron Head, Pursuit, Rock Slide, U-Turn, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt, Brave Bird, Wild Charge
: Volt Switch
: Defog, Parting Shot, Swords Dance, Thunder Wave, Taunt, Nature's Madness, Roost, Screens
Role Identification: Fast Support. It's simple as that. It offers more variety for teams who look for different setters of the same terrains, or use the new ones, all of which have their own uses. In a solo way, the best forms are probably Normal and Flying due to terrain removal and Brave Bird

I just remembered this exists so I'm submitting these just for the names.

DNA Donors: Beedrill / Ribombee
Offspring name: Beebee
New Type: Bug / Poison
Base Stats: 72 / 82 / 60 / 80 / 85 / 109 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, +10 Spe)
New ability and desc: Gathering Swarm (Swarm + Honey Gather) - While this Pokemon is holding Honey, its attacks deal 1.5x damage.
Notable Moves: Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes, U-Turn, Leech Life, Swords Dance, Poison Jab, Drill Run, Roost, Defog
Role Identification: Use the mega lol

DNA Donors: Beedrill-Mega / Ribombee
Offspring name: Beebee-Mega
New Type: Bug / Poison
Base Stats: 72 / 142 / 60 / 50 / 85 / 179 (+0 HP, +60 Atk, +0 Def, -30 SpA, +0 SpD, +70 Spe)
New ability and desc: Adaptability
Notable Moves: Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes, U-Turn, Leech Life, Swords Dance, Poison Jab, Drill Run, Roost, Defog
Role Identification: Very fast offensive webs/tspikes setter with Leech Life and Roost for longevity, U Turn to keep the opponent on their toes, and Swords Dance and Drill Run for sweeping potential. Granted, it's somewhat weaker than standard Mega Beedrill, so you should only use this as a setup sweeper if you just want to surprise the opponent (note that Mega Beedrill does not learn Leech Life). Otherwise, it's best used for Sticky Web.

DNA Donors: Mandibuzz / Buzzwole
Offspring name: Buzzbuzz
New Type: Dark / Bug
Base Stats: 109 / 103 / 127 / 59 / 83 / 97 (+1 HP, +1 Atk, +5 Def, +5 SpA, +9 SpD, +18 Spe)
New ability and desc: Beast Armor (Weak Armor + Beast Boost) - When this Pokemon is hit by a physical attack, its lowest unmodified stat is lowered by one stage, and its highest unmodified stat is raised by two stages.
Notable Moves: Bulk Up, Roost, Knock Off, U-Turn, Stealth Rock, Leech Life, Defog, Brave Bird, Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Foul Play, Stone Edge, Superpower, Earthquake, Poison Jab
Role Identification: Decently quick bulky pivot with an ability that lets it boost Defense to tank physical hits with ease, boost Speed for guaranteed rocks/hazard removal/revenge kills, or boost Attack for a massive damage output with decent STABs and powerful coverage in the form of Brave Bird and Earthquake.

DNA Donors: Crobat / Swoobat
Offspring name: Batbat
New Type: Flying
Base Stats: 86 / 83 / 77 / 83 / 77 / 132 (+10 HP, +10 Atk, +10 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, +10 Spe)
New ability and desc: Realist (Unaware + Infiltrator) - Treats all opponents' stats as if they were completely unmodified (EVs, etc. still apply). Does not affect the base power of Stored Power, Power Trip, or Punishment.
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Roost, Defog, Brave Bird, Taunt, Air Slash, Psychic, Heat Wave, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot
Role Identification: The antithesis of setup sweepers, wall breakers, scarfers, and anything else that relies on its ability or item to boost its stats. Just kidding, this only stands out against other low BST fusions that have strong stat boosting abilities. Its low bulk holds it back a lot, though its speed is nothing to sneeze at.

DNA Donors: Slowbro / Bronzong
Offspring name: Brobro
New Type: Steel / Water
Base Stats: 101 / 90 / 121 / 90 / 101 / 31 (+20 HP, +8 Atk, +8 Def, +2 SpA, +2 SpD, +0 Spe)
New ability and desc: Levigen (Regenerator + Levitate) - When this Pokemon is hit by a Ground type move, the move is negated and this Pokemon's health is restored by 25% of its maximum HP.
Notable Moves: Slack Off, Trick Room, Belly Drum, Curse, Gyro Ball, Aqua Tail, Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Ice Punch, Calm Mind, Psychic, Psyshock, Scald, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: A very versatile tank that can run stall, bulky setup on both sides, and even surprise foes with the occasional Belly Drum.

DNA Donors: Slowbro-Mega / Bronzong
Offspring name: Brobro-Mega
New Type: Steel / Water
Base Stats: 101 / 90 / 191 / 120 / 101 / 31 (+0 HP, +0 Atk, +70 Def, +30 SpA, +0 SpD, +0 Spe)
New ability and desc: Shell Armor
Notable Moves: Slack Off, Trick Room, Calm Mind, Psychic, Psyshock, Scald, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: Brobro-Mega really misses its Ground immunity, but it makes heavy use of its new Defense by setting up Calm Mind or just setting Stealth Rock.

Saving the bestbest for lastlast...

DNA Donors: Blacephalon / Blaziken
Offspring name: Blabla
New Type: Ghost / Fighting
Base Stats: 67 / 131 / 79 / 131 / 79 / 97 (+1 HP, +8 Atk, +18 Def, +1 SpA, +5 SpD, +6 Spe)
New ability and desc: Boost Boost (Beast Boost + Speed Boost) - At the end of each turn, this Pokemon's highest unmodified stat is raised by one stage.
Notable Moves: Protect, Agility, Work Up, Swords Dance, High Jump Kick, Shadow Claw, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Flare Blitz, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Mind Blown, Dark Pulse, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: An incredibly proficient setup sweeper that can do just about anything thanks to its ability. Note that due to its stats, it needs to run max speed and no attack investment on either side in order to receive speed boosts every turn, but Blabla would much rather use Agility and gain an attack boost instead. With powerful fighting STABs on both sides, Blabla is totally unpredictable until its ability activates.

DNA Donors: Blacephalon / Blaziken-Mega
Offspring name: Blabla-Mega
New Type: Ghost / Fighting
Base Stats: 67 / 171 / 89 / 151 / 89 / 117 (+0 HP, +40 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD, +20 Spe)
New ability and desc: Speed Boost
Notable Moves: Protect, Agility, Work Up, Swords Dance, High Jump Kick, Shadow Claw, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Flare Blitz, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Fire Blast, Mind Blown, Dark Pulse, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: Blabla-Mega takes its base forme's ability one step further and allows it to get a free Attack boost in its base forme using Protect before mega evolving to start gaining Speed boosts. While primarily physical, Blabla-mega can go effectively mixed by setting its Special Attack just slightly higher than its Attack in its base forme, then mega evolving to gain increased attack with a +1 to SpA.

Edit: Actually, I have room for one more, so have a Tapu (apologies if I already submitted something like this before)

DNA Donors: Tapu Lele / Dragalge
Offspring name: Tapu Raga
New Type: Poison / Fairy
Base Stats: 70 / 85 / 95 / 115 / 130 / 75 (+3 HP, +5 Atk, +13 Def, +2 SpA, +11 SpD, +6 Spe)
New ability and desc: Poison Surge (Psychic Surge + Poison Point) - Sets Poison Terrain. While Poison Terrain is active, the base power of Poison type moves used by grounded Pokemon is multiplied by 1.5, and any Pokemon that makes contact with a grounded Pokemon has a 30% chance to become poisoned.
Notable Moves: Calm Mind, Moonblast, Sludge Wave, Draco Meteor, Psyshock, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Scald
Role Identification: A stock-standard special attacker slinging supercharged sludge

DNA Donors: Bewear + Dhelmise
Offspring name: Blemished
New Type: Ghost/Fighting
Base Stats: 115 (+20)/148 (+20)/90/70/75/50 (BST: 548)
New ability and desc: Rust Spots (Fluffy + Steelworker): This Pokémon gains STAB on Steel-type moves. This Pokémon takes half damage from moves that make contact, but takes double damage from Steel-type moves
Notable Moves: Gyro Ball, Hammer Arm, Shadow Claw, Payback, Power Whip, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, Anchor Shot, Synthesis, Swords Dance
Role Identification: Gyro Ball and Hammer Arm are very synergistic moves, supported by GFC in Shadow Claw and Payback (a rather underrated move that's a fantastic coverage option here), but there are other options as well. I like Earthquake a lot, Drain Punch is great secondary STAB, and there are other options for a bulky offense set like Synthesis and Swords Dance for additional sweep potential. It's not the greatest ever, but it can certainly dole out some serious damage.

Steel wool, mother fokker.
Parents: Walrein + Empoleon
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Wire Monoplane
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 107/93/99/113/105/72 (BST: 589)
New ability and desc: Wings Of Fire (Thick Fat + Defiant): This Pokémon takes 50% less damage from Ice- and Fire-type moves. Upon being hit by an Ice- or Fire-type move, or upon having its stats lowered by an enemy Pokémon or hazard, this Pokémon's Attack stat is boosted by +2 stages.
Notable moves: Liquidation, Iron Head, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Aqua Jet, Avalanche
Role Identification: This is a revenge killer through and through, courtesy of an easily-boosted Attack stat that really has the potential to shaft opposing sweepers. 107/99/105 bulk is very nice indeed and switching in on a Fire- or (preferably) Ice-type move means it can take one and boost itself into the stratosphere, especially if your opponent has been so thoughtful as to put a Sticky Web or similar hazard up. Its base Attack is a comparatively paltry 93, but the ease at which it can be boosted makes it a pretty terrifying prospect. A +2 Liquidation is a really nasty prospect, a +4 one even more so. Aqua Jet is also very handy for scoring revenge kills, and Avalanche is a neat coverage option that takes advantage of its low Speed stat. Give it a try! =]

Consider this move a... rightsizing.
DNA Donors: Piloswine + Giratina-Origin
Offspring name: Reorganization
New Type: Dragon/Ground
Base Stats: 135 (+10)/130 (+20)/90/90/90 (+10)/70 (BST: 605)
New ability and desc: Core Competencies (Thick Fat + Levitate): This Pokémon is immune to Fire-, Ice-, and Ground-type attacks. This Pokémon is unaffected by grounded hazards and cannot be trapped by Arena Trap or derived abilities.
Notable Moves: EdgeQuake, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Thunder Wave, Curse, Substitute, Detect, Defog, Tailwind, Will-O-Wisp, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: I'm not quite sure beyond having bulky offense and a good defensive ability giving it a total of four immunities, one of which would otherwise be a 4x weakness. It's got a good statline for attack, but its power is limited in comparison to FE's heaviest hitters and it lacks reliable recovery. Maybe it'll be better in FE UU or some other hypothetical tier, but it's a bulky attacker with a great offensive typing and four immunities; maybe it can get some Curse boosts off and just keep on hammering away at the enemy that way.

Is this gimmick getting cheesy?
Parents: Vaporeon + Emolga
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Provolone
New type: Water/Flying
New base stats: 102/80/70/102/87/94 (BST: 535)
New ability and desc: Affumicata (Water Absorb + Motor Drive): This Pokémon takes no damage from Water- or Electric-type moves. Upon being targeted by a Water- or Electric-type move, this Pokémon ignores its effects, is healed for 25% of its max HP, and has its Speed boosted by +1 combat stage.
Notable moves: TBC
Role Identification: Bulky special attack, I guess? I just like the ability combo tbh and Motor Drive is an underused ability.

Mon and Supermon...
Parents: Camerupt + Musharna
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Superhuman
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 103/87/87/116/95/44 (BST: 532)
New ability and desc: Prodigious Dread (Anger Point + Synchronize): The turn that this Pokémon is afflicted by a Major Status Effect, the opposing Pokémon has its Attack lowered by -12 Combat Stages.
Notable moves: Flamethrower, Psyshock, Earth Power, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, Ancient Power, Lava Plume, Calm Mind, Substitute, Protect, Moonlight
Role Identification: You can play this a few different ways. First is shutting down an enemy physical sweeper via judicious application of a Toxic Orb, which is super fun due to its ability to force switches and disrupt momentum. I quite like the interesting options available there, with the ability to spread burns via Lava Plume and great coverage in Earth Power. Of course, you can go for a very different route instead, courtesy of the Mega...
===
Offspring name: Mega Superhuman @ Cameruptite
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 103/107/117/156/125/24 (BST: 632)
New ability and desc: Sheer Force
Notable moves: See above + Solar Beam, Growth
Role Identification: A waaaaaay more offensive variant of this fusion, the mega has a boatload of Special Attack and some greatly expanded coverage options. Calm Mind sets can work well with the great defensive statline, but it faces stiff competition from Moonlight, which provides sterling reliable recovery. Another option is Solar Beam and Growth, but this is strictly for Sun teams. Give it a try! =]

By the fruits of our labours...
Parents: Heracross + Durant
Shared egg group: Bug
Offspring name: Redcurrant
New type: Bug/Steel
New base stats: 79/127/103/54/81/107 (BST: 551)
New ability and desc: Fruit Flies (Swarm + Hustle): This Pokémon's Bug-type moves and physical attacks deal 50% more damage. These bonuses stack multiplicatively. However, if this Pokémon's HP is below 1/3rd of its maximum, the accuracy of this Pokémon's Bug-type and physical moves is reduced by 15%. These penalties also stack multiplicatively.
Notable moves: MEGAHORN, Iron Head, EdgeQuake, Close Combat, Shadow Claw, Swords Dance, Substitute
Role Identification: Very powerful physical attacker with good speed and surprisingly stout defences. With these boosts, STAB Megahorn becomes obscenely powerful, especially if you elect to run Swords Dance and get a boost off. It also has some interesting coverage options in EdgeQuake and GFC, as well as good secondary STAB in Iron Head. Bung a damage-boosting item on it and you're away! You could even put a Choice Band on it and watch it pummel stuff into the ground straight from the off - or a Scarf to get around its otherwise low speed. Of course, there is another item, for a very different approach...

Offspring name: Mega Redcurrant @ Heracronite
New type: Bug/Steel
New base stats: 79/187/143/54/91/97 (BST: 651)
New ability and desc: Skill Link
Notable moves: Pin Missile, Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, Earthquake, Swords Dance
Role Identification: This is essentially a more defensively oriented version of Mega Heracross where you don't have to feel bad for ignoring shitty STAB Arm Thrust. It operates the same way as Mega Heracross, which is obviously a Good Thing (especially since this version is substantially faster), but is it worth the use of your Mega slot? I'm not sure.

DNA Donors: Infernape / Heatran
Offspring name: Aperan
New Type: Fighting / Steel
Base Stats: 103 / 97 / 93 / 117 / 93 / 102 (+20 HP, +0 Atk, +5 Def, +0 SpA, +5 SpD, +10 Spe) [BST: 605]
New ability and desc: Insulated (Blaze + Flash Fire) - Immune to Fire-type moves. If targeted by one, its own Fire-type moves are powered up by 1.5x, or 2x if the effect activates when it's at 33% HP or less.
Notable Moves:
STAB: Close Combat, Focus Blast, Low Kick, Mach Punch, Power-Up Punch, Vacuum Wave, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Iron Tail
Coverage: U-Turn, Crunch, Thunder Punch, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Lava Plume, Magma Storm, Overheat, Grass Knot, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Ancient Power, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
Status/Support: Bulk Up, Calm Mind, Encore, Nasty Plot, Roar, Slack Off, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp
Other: Fake Out
Role Identification: A surprisingly versatile jack-of-all-stats who can fit into a variety of different roles. It can function as a bulky stallbreaker (a la Mew) thanks to its access to moves like Taunt, Encore, Will-o-Wisp, Roar and Slack Off, not to mention its strong defensive typing and ability that leave it with just two weaknesses compared to eight resistances and two immunities. But it can also be an effective sweeper, thanks to its decent offensive stats and wide variety of boosting moves. Or you could use it as a Stealth Rock lead.

Parents: Mantine / Seismitoad
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Mantoad
New type: Flying / Ground
New base stats: 110 / 82 / 87 / 97 / 122 / 87 [BST: 585]
New ability and desc: Water Absorb
Notable moves:
STAB: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Wing Attack, Earth Power, Earthquake
Coverage: Knock Off, Grass Knot, Ice Beam, Sludge Wave, Hydro Pump, Scald
Status/Support: Defog, Haze, Roost, Stealth Rock, Tailwind
Role Identification: A special wall, taking advantage of its hefty bulk and its ability that leaves it with only one weakness (granted, it's a double weakness, but still). That's all there is to it, really.

Parents: Turtonator / Hydreigon
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Hydronator
New type: Fire / Dragon
New base stats: 86 / 101 / 122 / 118 / 97 / 77 [BST: 601]
New ability and desc: Armored Flyer (Shell Armor + Levitate) - Immune to both critical hits and Ground-type moves.
Notable moves:
STAB: Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Outrage, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Overheat, Shell Trap
Coverage: U-Turn, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Thunder Fang, Focus Blast, Superpower, Solar Beam, Earth Power, Earthquake, Ice Fang, Zen Headbutt, Head Smash, Rock Tomb, Stone Edge, Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Aqua Tail
Status/Support: Bulk Up, Defog, Roar, Roost, Shell Smash, Tailwind, Taunt, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Work Up
Other: Explosion
Role Identification: Hydronator's excellent typing, diverse offensive movepool and access to one of the best setup moves in the game (Shell Smash) allow it to function exceedingly well as a sweeper. However, this is far from the only role it can fill. U-Turn allows it to function as a bulky pivot, and it's not half bad in a clerical role either thanks to its impressive array of support tools (namely Defog, Roost, Taunt, Will-o-Wisp and Roar). It should be noted that Fire/Dragon is a pretty solid type defensively as well as offensively, and it helps that its ability removes one of its few weaknesses.

Special- Steam Eruption, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Sludge Wave, Giga Drain

Physical- Seismic Toss, Ice Punch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Fire Punch, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Iron Head

Notable Moves:
Physical- Power Whip, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Anchor Shot, Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Brick Break
Special- Energy Ball, Psychic, Ice Beam, Sludge Wave, Surf, Charge Beam, Dazzling Gleam, Heat Wave, Flash Cannon

New Ability and Desc: Rough Skin + Misty Surge = Rough Mist Surge: For 5 turns, the terrain becomes Rough Mist. During the effect, the power of Dragon-type moves and contact moves used against grounded Pokemon is multiplied by 0.5, grounded Pokemon cannot be inflicted with a major status condition nor confusion, and all Pokemon lose 1/16 of their maximum HP, rounded down, unless they are a Dragon type.
Notable Moves:
Stone Edge, Earthquake (aren't contact moves so don't get weakened by the terrain), Knock Off, Dragon Tail
Scald, Nature's Madness
Defog, Taunt, Haze, Roar, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance
Role Identification: Possibly the best defensive teammate for Dragon-types such as Guzzbro or Drewni. Chini itself only has a Fairy-type weakess because the terrain effectively removes the Dragon one. The combination of taking half from contact moves, only one weakness and being immune to status makes it a reliable defensive option for the team, even though it doesn't have reliable recovery.

Pokemon: Garchomp + Tapu Koko
Fusion Name: Choko
Type: Electric/Dragon
Fusion Ability: (Name WIP) (Rough Skin + Electric Surge): Upon switching in, summons (placeholder) Terrain. This has the same effects as Electric Terrain, as well as making mons affected by it immune to recoil damage.
Stats: 95/142/90/87/80/130
Notable Learnset: Wild Charge, Dragon Claw, Dual Chop, Brave Bird, Earthquake, U-Turn, Stone Edge, Iron Head, Crunch, Aqua Tail, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Defog, Light Screen, Reflect, Stealth Rock, Volt Switch
Overview: Choko is essentially everything Tapu Koko ever wanted to be, and more. Fantastic Attack stat, great physical options, and an ability that removes recoil from them, which allows for the spam of Wild Charge and Brave Bird. What's more, its secondary STAB isn't useless, because it has actual options for it, like Dragon Claw, Dual Chop, and maybe even Dragon Rush (though probably not). With Swords Dance, Choko quickly becomes a threat, especially with its speed, which is still great by FE standards. Overall something to watch out for.

Choko-Mega
Type: Electric/Dragon
Ability: Sand Force
Stats: 95/182/110/127/90/120
Overview: Better than regular Mega Chomp, and does still benefit from its terrain. However, its new ability is even more useless, and it still has the problem of being slightly slower.

Pokemon: Ninjask + Solgaleo
Fusion Name: Ninjaleo

Stats: 99/133/76/81/70/147
Notable Learnset: Leech Life, X-Scissor, Sunsteel Strike, Iron Head, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Zen Headbutt, Defog, U-Turn, Swords Dance, Roost
Overview: A counterpart to Shenala, this quick bug is able to pack a punch with Swords Dance and Sunsteel Strike.

Role identification: Okay, so you might see having Plus as a bad ability. Sure, it's not that great. However! It's thanks to this ability that both Magnetic Flux AND Gear Up work. So basically giving you access to a nice boost before going Mega. Not to mention Klingklang has access to Trick Room, which works wonders with a slow mega. Speaking of Mega...

Notable moves: Steam Eruption, Overheat, Fire Blast, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Refresh
Role identification: Just your regular old hydroelectric powerplant that became sentient. Jokes aside, Voletric has a reasonably large movepool with a lot of strong special attacks to abuse. With it's ability, switching into a water or electric pokemon is an easy choice as you gobble up that juicy energy. The true powerhouse, however, is the mega-forme though you will lose it's useful ability. Choices have to be made I suppose, but that is something you decide.

Soak + Freeze-Dry Lapras/Alomomola? I can do you one better.

DNA Donors: Tapu Fini / Articuno
Offspring name: Tapuno
New Type: Water / Ice
Base Stats: 100 / 80 / 115 / 104 / 130 / 85 (+20 HP, +8 Def, +9 SpA, +3 SpD) | 614 BST
New ability and desc: Arctic Surge (Misty Surge + Snow Cloak) - Sets up Arctic Terrain for 5 turns (8 with Terrain Extender). In Arctic Terrain, grounded Pokémon take no residual damage from weather and take 80% damage from direct hits.
Notable Moves:
U-turn, Knock Off
Freeze-Dry, Scald, Nature's Madness, Whirlpool
Soak, Roost, Defog, Refresh
Role Identification: Decent defensive fusion. Has Freeze-Dry and Soak for fun times. On a less gimmicky note, it can pivot with U-turn, regain HP with Roost, and clear hazards with Defog if needed (note its vulnerability to hazards).

As Anaconja so unkindly pointed out on Discord, the Ability description used to say "80% less damage". Please...completely disregard that. You'd have to be a real bonehead to think that I seriously intended for it to be worded that way.
P.P.S.: For the future, I do not take kindly to being treated like a stranger to this Pet Mod, let alone by a user whose debut is in this very thread.

New ability and desc: Volt Absorb (+5 all stats bonus) - This Pokemon is immune to Electric-type moves and restores 1/4 of its maximum HP, rounded down, when hit by an Electric-type move.
Notable Moves: U-Turn, Volt Switch, Sky Drop, Smack Down, Heal Block, Nasty Plot, Hammer Arm, Superpower, Agility, Stockpile + Swallow + Spit Up, Ion Deluge, Mist, Rain Dance, Thunder, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Bulk Up, Defog, Taunt, Torment, Hail + Blizzard, Ice Beam
Role Identification: Don't vote on this. It's disguised as trash. I did not make it to be serious, even if the stats look good.

DNA Donors: Togedemaru / Arceus-Bug
Offspring name: Egodeus
New Type: Electric / Bug
Base Stats: 99 / 110 / 99 / 110 / 99 / 110 (+6 HP, +1 Atk, +8 Def, +20 SpA, +3 SpD, +2 Spe) (627 BST)
New ability and desc: Iron Plating (Iron Barbs + Multitype) - If this Pokémon's STAB moves have 1.2x additional power if it holds a Plate or Z-Crystal, and Pokémon lose ⅛ max HP if they successfully remove the item (Z-crystals can be removed, and reused if applicable). Boost lost it switches, gets new held item. This ability cannot be changed or exchanged while boost is active.
Notable Moves:
Physical: Fell Stinger, Twineedle, U-Turn, Pin Missile, X-Scissor, Fury Cutter, Bullet Seed, Punishment, Extreme Speed, Shadow Force, Shadow Claw, Iron Head, Earthquake, Zing Zap, Last Resort, Iron Tail, Nuzzle, Fake Out, Super Fang, Endeavor, Flail, Wild Charge, Poison Jab, Zen Headbutt, Reversal, Waterfall, Liquidation, Fly
Special: Signal Beam, Silver Wind, Ominous Wind, Ancient Power, Spacial Rend, Roar of Time, Judgment, Dark Pulse, Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Brine, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Disarming Voice (who doesn't want a Fairy move in their set? `cause there's only one besides Hidden Power), Future Sight
Status: Perish Song, Mirror Coat, Cosmic Power, Hone Claws, Tailwind, Iron Defense, Recover, Swords Dance, Work Up, Defog, Spiky Shield, Tickle, Charge, Electric Terrain, Role Play (why though?), Encore, Gravity
Explanations: "Reused if applicable." This means that the opponent must not have used a Z-Crystal yet, and must have a move that matches the crystal's type. The last tidbit on the ability means enemies must somehow remove this Pokémon's held plate before it may change this Pokémon's ability. Illusion is the ONLY ability that can be overwritten (via entrainment of another ability, Worry Seed or Simple Beam) BUT NOT swapped (I have tested this painstakingly), so why not design an ability to allow it under certain circumstances? Nobody would want the ability unless it had other benefits... thus why its effects are enviable, and opponents would want to use Trick/Switcheroo + Role Play/Skill Swap/Trace/etc.
Role Identification: Who doesn't want the most useful moves of the most useless type to have the most useful STAB? Strong Speedy Switcher or Powerful Passive Pivot. Yes, I cheated by 1 point on 1 stat (HP stat) because I wanted to have consistency. I'm flattered if you vote for it. (I was attempting to do it just for fun.)
OK, there are 2 problems,.
1. Arceus is only able to be fused with its normal form. Either way, not much lose besides the typing
2. Theres a 6 fusion limit, so you might have to replace some of them.

Actually, Dragomence (if it didn't won) is wrong, as the stats should be 103/144/97/115/105/100 and the mega 103/154/147/125/115/120. And assuming the ability, you should list it as a combination of Multiscale and Intimidate. Other than that, you're good to go.

New ability and desc: Adrenaline Rush (Swarm + Speed Boost) - Both effects combined.
Notable moves: Fell Stinger, SD, Roost, Tailwind, Protect
Role Identification: Clean up a weakened target, maybe with Fell Stinger or something (though otherwise the opportunity cost with fell stinger remains prevalent). Wait to gain your speed boosts or maybe even click SD on something you don't foresee attacking aaand...

Notable moves: See above + Drill Run, Poison Jab, Knock Off, Brick Break, Leech Life, Night Slash, Aerial Ace, U-Turn
Role Identification: A better MBeedrill. Use as an offensive pivot (Outspeeds everything neither named Raikeon nor Ninxys) or SD Sweeper.

Hippally finally has a fellow Soulstorm-setting fren
DNA Donors: Dusclops / Kyogre

Role Identification: Finally, something that summons Soulstorm on switch-in and isn't Hippally! (Don't worry, Hippally, you ain't obsolete just yet :D) Having Infestation/Mean Look, Curse, and Pain Split and Aqua Ring can truly torment your opponents, and you even have Haze too.

Wait, where's the spirits? Oh...
Offspring name: Klopsogre-Primal

New base stats: 90 / 135 / 130 / 135 / 155 / 57

RUUUN! IT'S GODZILLA!!!
It looks like Godzilla, but due to international copyright laws, it's not.
Still, we should run like IT IS GODZILLA!
Though it isn't. [In unison] AAAHHHHHHH!!!!

DNA Donors: Guzzlord / Tyranitar
Offspring name: Guzzila
New type: Rock/Dragon
New base stats: 136 / 127 / 96 / 96 / 91 / 52 (+10 Atk / +15 Def / +15 SpD)

Role Identification: Just as a heads-up, this isn't the specific Kaiju, but rather a replica made by Team Rocket. Anyways, Pursuit trap a weakened target if you want your sand back I guess... (or just abuse hammer arm + gyro ball maybe but that's for stak fusions)

this is why we don't supercharge kaijus you pecks
Parents: Guzzlord / Tyranitar-Mega

Umm... what did you mean by 'Rocks body it and it's as formidable...'? What is SD? You mean SpD? Also, you're supposed to describe the new ability, not just say 'combined.'
(You realize Ninjask is a cicada, right?) Also, you said STAB was a good feature, but I only see two STAB moves, and both are Bug type...
Lastly, Bug + Flying is weaker than Bug + Poison. Note that you are not restricted to the features of traditional fusion; you can make a Poison + Flying type if you wanted. Good concept, but needs work (I might suggest a DNA fusion would better improve BST for either).
He mean's that rocks do 50% and that its extremely frail. the reason he made it that way is so it's not too overpowered.

I have a few questions about standard rules:
  1. The example regarding mega-evolution was kinda confusing, since both parents could mega-evolve. In the guide, where it says 'Mix 'n' Mega rules apply... all Mega Stones are fair game,' does that mean...
    • all Mega Stones are viable, regardless of whether a parent Pokémon can mega-evolve?
    • all Mega Stones are viable, but at least one parent must be able to mega-evolve?
    • only Mega Stones belonging to one/either of its parents/donors are viable?
    • Mega Stones have unrestricted use, but at a maximum of two mega evolutions per fusion? (Here, fusing with Charizard or Mewtwo won't grant additional Mega Stone options.)
    • as many Mega Stones as we wish may be applied without constraint, but only one may be held by each fusion during battle?
    • I can haz Cheezburgite(s)? (Here, one may invent a Mega Stone [or two] specific to the offspring Pokémon, but set within the range of values/qualities granted by existing Mega Stones [like 5 minimum {Pidgeotite}, 80 maximum {Mewtwonite-X}].)
  2. In Egg fusions, can the +10-to-all-stats bonus be applied twice (or 1.5x, see example) if both parent Pokémon share the same two egg groups?
    • Abomasnow and Venusaur each have both the [Monster Group] and [Grass Group]. The resulting BST is 509.5 at base value, 569.5 at standard boosted value, and would be 629.5 if this proposed bonus can be applied. (Perhaps if that is too much, a +5 additional bonus may be applied (bringing the total to 599.5)
  3. Are we allowed to round some of the averaged stats half up instead of down?
    • Like when you fuse two Pokémon that have equal BST, but the result loses many values because some stats were odd numbers while others were even, resulting in a decimal. The offspring of a Garchomp x Genesect DNA fusion is a Bug Dragon with 599 BST (89 / 125 / 95 / 100 / 90 / 100) + 40 bonus. For the sake of consistency across stats (which GameFreak tends to exercise), would it be okay to round 89.5 up to 90 HP? (I did have a better example that lost 5 BST, but I forgot what its parents/donors were.)
1. A fusion gains a mega for each mega evo a fusee has access to. (For instance, Charatos has three megas: Two from Charizard, one from Gyarados, and Swampamar has just one through Swampert.) Subtract base form's Attack from a mega's Attack, add the result to your fusion's Attack, repeat for the other stats. That's your fusion's mega corresponding to said mega. Also if the mega changes its secondary type, set your fusion's mega's secondary type to that (if it's its primary type, make it just that type and none else), and in the case of Mega Aggron, just treat it as if it changes your secondary typing to Steel. And then replace your ability with that mega's ability. Done. That's your fusion's mega. And in case you're wondering about how all mega stones are fair game, megas are banned individually, not mega stones.
2. No. Hazard would have higher stats across the board if this were the case.
3. They're supposed to round down all across the board.

Hopefully this helps! :)

Yes, it does help! However, I still don't have clarity about .
Lastly, the slate for V5 says the DNA Fusion bar has been raised to 475, but the last post said 'Just standard Fusion Evolution rules.' Does the V5 additional message apply or not? Thanks for the help!
V5 rules still apply. Also for Meditana, you're supposed to use Medichamite to calculate your mega and not Beedrillite.

EDIT: You fixed the stats, but it should have Pure Power, not Adaptability. Still, that'd just be a step up anyway.
