Shared egg group: Amorphous
Offspring name: Casting
New type:
Poison/Normal
New base stats: 78/90/105/88/80/75
New ability and desc: Monsoon (Levitate + Forecast) Weather causes secondary typing (except Sandstorm) to change according to the weather (Poison/Fire in Sun, for example), when weather is active, it gains immunity it Ground.
Notable moves: Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Hail, Weather Ball, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Sludge Bomb, Clear Smog, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Hurricane, Will-o-Wisp
Role identification:

The new weather abuser, it has the ability to fit into any weather team (even sandstorm, with safety googles), it has a good stall abilities and status inflicting moves, its Sun form is the best for Casting because it gets immunity to its only 4x weakness.

Parents: Seismitoad + Pelipper

Shared Egg Group: Water 1

Offspring Name: Seismipper

New typing: Water/Flying

New base stats: 93/83/98/95/83/80 (532 BST)

New Ability + description: Swift Swim + Keen Eye = Aquatic Eye (If Rain Dance is active, the bearer's moves will not miss, and its Speed is doubled)

Notable moves: Hydro Pump, Focus Blast, Blizzard, Hurricane, Scald, Surf, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Defog, Grass Knot, Supersonic if you're that guy (It does get 100% accuracy in rain, which I guess is something), Toxic, Air Slash, Power-Up Punch, Earthquake, Aerial Ace, Seed Bomb, Knock Off, Gunk Shot (why does it get no Waterfall D:)

Role identification: Yet another rain lover. The thing is that none of Seismipper's stats reach the base 100 benchmark, although rain makes its Hydro Pumps very strong and fast. Focus Blast and Blizzard will also now never miss in rain. A special set will probably be your best bet when it comes to making Seismipper do things, although you could possibly run an AV set with Power-Up Punch. You can also opt for a more defensive set involving Scald, Stealth Rock, and some other moves I can't think of at the moment.

Parents: Manectric + Liepard

Shared Egg Group: Field

Offspring Name: Lienectric

New typing: Electric/Dark

New base stats: 77/92/65/107/65/116 (522 BST)

New Ability + description: Lightning Rod + Unburden = Lighten-ing Rod (The bearer draws Electric-type moves to itself. If the bearer is hit by an Electric-type move, the bearer's Special Attack and Speed stats are raised by one stage)

Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Overheat, Signal Beam, Volt Switch, Copycat, Encore, Taunt, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball, Thunder Wave, Trick (not like it would be really useful), Hidden Power (for that BoltBeam coverage), Fake Out

Role identification: Believe it or not, Lienectric actually has BETTER bulk than both of Manectric and Liepard. Its bulk is still terrible, though. Its two redeeming stats are Special Attack and Speed, and its Ability aims to boost both of those. Soaking up a Thunderbolt as if it were nothing is pretty much the only way for Lienectric to switch in besides having a teammate faint. Besides, it helps boost the deadliness of....

Mega Lienectric!

Parents: Manectric + Liepard

Shared Egg Group: Field

Offspring Name: Mega Lienectric

New typing: Electric/Dark

New base stats: 77/92/85/137/85/146 (622 BST)

New Ability + description: Intimidate

Notable moves: Everything listed above

Role identification: This is basically normal Lienectric, but with better bulk and Intimidate to boost it and higher offensive stats. If you've gotten a Lighten-ing Rod boost, all the better for you. At +1, Lienectric hits extremely hard and ensures only priority will strike before it does. If this gets voted, Mega Lienectric will be a dominating force.

Also Superbobbobbob3, that SAO gif is amazing ;)

Offspring Name:

New Type: Normal / Ground
New Base Stats: 104 / 105 / 105 / 70 / 107 / 67 (+20HP, +10ATK, +10DEF) [BST 558]
New Ability: Pallet Break - As long as the Pokemon with this ability is on the field, the effectiveness of all types is reversed, also turning immunities into weaknesses. This ability activates after entry effects are calculated.
Notable Moves: Glare, Bulldoze, Crunch, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Coil, Extreme Speed, Outrage, Zen Headbutt, Superpower, Pain Split, Hyper Voice, Substitute, Dragon Tail, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Return, Synchronoise, Ancient Power, Shadow Sneak, Slash, Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Aerial Ace, Trick Room, Power-up Punch, Thunder Wave, Fake Out, Dizzy Punch, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Recover, Trick, Aqua Tail, Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Knock Off, Low Kick, Skill Swap, Stealth Rock
Role Description: Who likes inverse battles? Great, now who's actually played enough to know the matchups? Zygeck takes what its foes know about the type chart and coverage and snaps that knowledge over its nonexistent knee. While its stats are all at best average in the OU metagame, its movepool is incredible and with appropriate support, either in the form of a trick room setter or simply removing the direst threats from the field, it can abuse its plethora of options and the confusion it creates.

New type: Fire/Dragon
New base stats: 95/104/94/127/97/109
New ability and desc: Emergency Float (Blaze+Levitate) - Gains permanent immunity to Ground-type moves if its HP go below 66%.
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Air Slash, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse, Surf, Ancient Power, Roost
Role identification: Well, this can be strong on its own as a special sweeper and it's faster than all the other Fire/Dragon types except Shamizard, but just go mega...

New ability and desc: Though Claws
Notable moves: Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz, Fire Punch, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, U-turn, Tailwind, Crunch, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Ice Fang, Aqua Tail, Rock Slide, Roost
Role identification: Yet another Fire/Dragon-type, I know, but this one has U-turn to gain momentum. It can be very good thanks to its 95/127/97 bulk, allowing it to setup a lot and a very wide coverage, including Aqua Tail and Ice Fang for Lando-T.

Role identification: This one is the threat. It has a lot more SpA than Mega Charixorus Y and a way wider movepool, including moves like Earth Power, Surf, Charge Beam and Flash Cannon (and it's even faster).

New typing: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 65/85/132/85/132/99 (+10 Def, +10 SDef, +20 Speed)
Blade Form: 65/132/85/132/85/99
New Ability + description: Error Macro = Constant changing of its Stance led to an Error which involved changing the category of moves. So now U-turn hits off Special Attack, Flamethrower hits off Attack, etc. In addition to this, it keeps Stance Change's mechanics because it seemed pointless giving this ability to a defensive mon, among all these powerhouses.
Notable moves:
Brick Break, Destiny Bond, Facade, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Head Smash, Hidden Power, Hyper Beam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, King's Shield, Magnet Rise, Night Slash, Pursuit, Rock Slide, Sacred Sword,Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Swords Dance, Toxic, Blaze Kick, Blizzard, Bug Bite, Bug Buzz, Charge Beam (LEL), Dark Pulse,Explosion, Extreme Speed, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Giga Drain, Gravity, Gunk Shot, Hidden Power, Hone Claws, Ice Beam, Infestation, Light Screen, Psychic, Shift Gear, Signal Beam,Techno Blast, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, U-turn, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt
Role identification: Not as borked as Darkazam I hope. This has a semi-unique niche in a meta full of powerhouses - it also has the added bonus of not taking up your mega slot, something most fusers seem to forget! Imagine Shift Gear with physical Flamethrower and BoltBeam, or scarfed special U-turn! Hidden Power is probably not that useful, but the odd physical coverage helps out sometimes I guess.

Idea brainstormed in collaboration with rhydreigon

Parents: Bastiodon + Slowking

Shared Egg Group: Monster

Offspring Name: Bastioking

New typing: Water/Steel

New base stats: 88/74/134/84/134/40 (554 BST)

New Ability + description: Sturdy + Own Tempo = Sturdy Tempo (Sturdy + Own Tempo effects)

Notable moves: Scald, Metal Burst, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Slack Off, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Flamethower/Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Surf, Earth Power, Magic Coat, Disable, Focus Blast, Trick Room, Ice Beam, Grass Knot, Thunder Wave, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Yawn

Role identification: On one hand, Bastioking can pull off a wall set rather easily with its excellent 88/134/134 defenses and wonderful typing. On the other, Bastioking can try its hand at a bulky Nasty Plot set, or even attempt to use Trick Room. Plus, reliable recovery! The downside is you don't have much in the way of offensive stats.

Parents: Snorlax + Avalugg

Shared Egg Group: Monster

Offspring Name: Snorlugg

New typing: Normal/Ice

New base stats: 138/124/135/65/88/39 (589 BST)

New Ability + description: Thick Fat + Ice Body = Thick Ice (Fire-type moves deal half damage, and the bearer is immune to Ice-type moves)

Notable moves: Return, the elemental punches, Crunch, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Superpower, Seed Bomb, Gyro Ball, Gunk Shot, Curse, Power-Up Punch, Zen Headbutt, Yawn, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Recover, Avalanche

Role identification: Slap an Assault Vest onto Snorlugg, give it four attacks, and call it a day. This worked out way better than I could have hoped, as it has reasonable special bulk without AV and tremendous bulk with it. For example, check out these calcs:

252 SpA Mega Magmozam Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Thick Ice Snorlugg: 134-158 (32.1 - 37.8%) -- 93.2% chance to 3HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Heliodra Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Snorlugg: 171-202 (41 - 48.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Mega Blastinja Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Snorlugg: 118-139 (28.2 - 33.3%) -- 0% chance to 3HKO

The only thing Snorlugg genuinely has to be worried about is Fighting-types, seeing as it is 4X weak to their STAB. However, these can be taken care of by your teammates. It also has a pretty bad defensive typing and a meh offensive typing.

Parents: Clawitzer + Carracosta

Shared Egg Group: Water 1, Water 3

Offspring Name: Carraclaw

New typing: Water/Rock

New base stats: 83/101/121/112/87/56 (560 BST)

New Ability + description: Solid Rock + Mega Launcher = Solid Launcher (Solid Rock + Mega Launcher effects)

Notable moves: Shell Smash, Hydro Pump, Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Crabhammer, Aqua Jet, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Earth Power, Knock Off, Scald, Waterfall, Superpower, Stealth Rock, Zen Headbutt, Iron Head, Low Kick

Role identification: A Shell Smash user with hella good coverage and good power. A mainly special set will be your most powerful, but you can also go physical or even mixed due to Shell Smash boosting your Attack. Carraclaw even has Aqua Jet to take care of Scarfed 'mons that try to ruin your fun. A defensive set involving Stealth Rock and Scald could also work out.

Parents: Gallade + Eelektross

Shared Egg Group: Amorphous

Offspring Name: Gallektross

New typing: Fighting/Electric

New base stats: 87/130/83/95/108/75 (578 BST)

New Ability + description: Steadfast + Levitate = Resolute Levitation (The bearer is immune to Ground-type moves. Being hit by one raises the bearer's Speed by one stage)

Notable moves: Close Combat, the elemental punches, Coil, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Drain Punch, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Zen Headbutt, Knock Off, Psychic, Dazzling Gleam, Leaf Blade, Flamethrower, Wild Charge, Giga Drain, Aqua Tail, Signal Beam, U-turn, Volt Switch, Poison Jab, Shadow Sneak, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Wish, Trick, X-Scissor, Vacuum Wave, dual screens, Pain Split, Destiny Bond

Role identification: You know how when you're in the snack aisle of a convenience store without a lot of money, knowing you can only pick a couple things, but you have no idea what to pick? Gallektross is like that. I mean, its coverage is ridiculous! If you go physical, you get Coil/Swords Dance, along with almost every coverage move known to man, and if you go special, you get Calm Mind, along with everything. Gallektross' Speed is a disappointment, but all of that is solved by....

Parents: Gallade + Eelektross

Offspring Name: Gallektross

New typing: Fighting/Electric

New base stats: 87/170/113/95/108/105 (678 BST)

New Ability + description: Inner Focus

Notable moves: Everything listed above

Role identification: ...THIS monstrosity. It picks up a decent 105 base Speed, as well as an Attack stat 5 points higher than RAMPARDOS'. It also gets nice 87/113/108 bulk. Fortunately for the world, 105 base Speed can still be outpaced. Unfortunately, it gets Shadow Sneak, so not even Scarfers can necessarily outspeed it. But, hey, at least it isn't as strong as Mega Magmozam!

DNA Doners:
Aegislash + Celebi
Offspring Name:
Celislash
New Type: Steel / Grass
New Base Stats:
80/90/130/90/130/80 (+15 Attack, +5 Defese, +15 SpA, +5 SpDef) [BUD]「BST 600」
80/130/90/130/90/80 [BLOOM]「BST 600」
New Ability: Nature Stance (Natural Cure + Stance Change) [Attacking changes the user to Bloom Form. King's Shield changes the user to Bud Form. Cures any major status ailment upon switching out. User will not change forms while statused]
Notable Moves: Recover, Leech Seed, Nasty Plot, Giga Drain, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Swords Dance, Iron Head, Seed Bomb, Sacred Sword, Thunder Wave, King's Shield, Baton Pass, U-Turn, Toxic, Stealth Rock, Destiny Bond, Healing Wish, Perish Song, Heal Bell, Trick, Calm Mind, Curse, Gyro Ball, Energy Ball
Role Description: Celislash has an effective 90/130/130/130/130/90 stats spread, which is pretty good. It has many similarities with Aegislash and Ferrothorn, and is probably going to see itself as either a bulky support mon or a set-up mon. It has a wide variety of set-up moves too - Curse, Calm Mind, Swords Dance, and Nasty Plot are all available to it. It's not even frail while in Bloom Forme - 80/90/90 isn't terrible at all. It also holds a reasonable 80 speed, which isn't bad for a defensive mon. What holds it back, however, is not only does it have an exploitable weakness to Fire (which is usually on the special side so it can't King's Shield it), but it also suffers from the fact that 130, while decent, isn't that amazing offensively. This is compounded by the fact that it simply doesn't have a good STAB combo, hurting offensive sets hard. Not only that, but while 80 might be good for a defensive mon, it certainly is lacking for an offensive mon.

Alright, last submission for this slate and reposting the others in spoilers for completeness.

There was a 'doll' pun here, but stuff it.
Attack of the killer dakimakura

Parents: Banette and Gardevoir
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Offspring Name: Gardebane
New Type: Ghost / Fairy
Base Stats: 76 / 100 / 75 / 114 / 99 / 82
New Ability: Valentine's Gift (Trace + Frisk) - If the foe is holding an item, when this Pokemon enters the battle a message will appear displaying the foe's held item. This Pokemon is treated as if it were also holding the item the foe holds.
Notable Moves: Moonblast, Stored Power, Wish, Calm Mind, Psychic, Hypnosis, Psyshock, Protect, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thief, Energy Ball, Draining Kiss, Fling, Charge Beam, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Grass Knot, Trick Room, Dazzling Gleam, Confuse Ray, Shadow Sneak, Fire Punch, Heal Bell, Ice Punch, Signal Beam, Thunder Punch, Trick, Zen Headbutt, Knock Off, Night Shade, Curse, Hex, Sucker Punch, Shadow Claw, Infestation, Dark Pulse, Gunk Shot, Ominous Wind, Pursuit, Foul Play.
Role Description: How does essentially having two items affect how a Pokemon functions? Its defensive stats are nothing great, but its typing is fantastic, with only two weaknesses and three immunities. Set up on either side or pull weird shenanigans with Skill Swap and Trick. To be clear, it works like Trace in that the opponent switching out doesn't change your Gift item, so you can Knock Off copied items with impunity!

Mega Gardebane X
New Base Stats: 76 / 150 / 85 / 124 / 119 / 92
New Ability: Prankster
Newly Notable Moves: Wonder Room, Snatch, Heal Bell, Memento, Mean Look, Grudge, Encore, Disable, Destiny Bond, Substitute, Psych Up, Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Taunt, Toxic, Pain Split, and everything in the main entry

Role Description: You trade a few points off of Mega Banette's attack for a better spread all around. You've still got prankster, and a greatly expanded movepool, so Gardebane X can pretty much do anything M-Banette can do and more. It also definitely appreciates the (albeit limited) recovery from Wish, especially since it can stall for the healing with priority Pain Split.

Mega Gardebane Y
New Base Stats: 76 / 120 / 75 / 154 / 119 / 102
New Ability: Pixilate
Newly Notable Moves: Return, Hyper Voice, everything in the main entry
Role Description: Unlike with X, we're losing a significant chunk of what makes M-Gardevoir good, its Special Attack and Defense, for a usable physical attack stat. However, this means Y can run a solid mixed set, being slightly faster than base M-Gardevoir.

hariyama.gif
hawlucha.gif

Parents: Hawlucha and Hariyama
Shared Egg Group: Human-like
Offspring Name: Luchayama
New Type: Fighting / Flying
New Base Stats: 121 / 116 / 77 / 67 / 71 / 94
New Ability and Desc: (Guts + Unburden) Clean Match - As long as this Pokemon is not holding an item, its attack and speed are increased by 50%. This ability does not stack with other abilities derived from or named Guts or Unburden.
Notable Moves: Fake Out, Whirlwind, Belly Drum, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Poison Jab, Power-up Punch, Bullet Punch, Cross Chop, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Superpower, Knock Off, Aerial Ace, Roost, Encore, Flying Press, Feather Dance, High Jump Kick, Swords Dance, Aerial Ace, Facade, Acrobatics, Steel Wing, X-Scissor, U-Turn, Agility, Baton Pass, Drain Punch, Dual Chop, Tailwind, Zen Headbutt.
Role Description: Wow, those stats look pretty awful. Until it does Hawlucha's favorite Gem/Berry+Acrobatics trick, at which point that Acrobatics is hitting off of a 174 base attack and its speed has shot up to 141. This lumbering luchador loves going up against dirty fighters, because knock off only improves it, and with its alright 121/77/71 defensive spread it can certainly take that hit. While there are definitely faster options, many of them are megas, whereas Lucharama leaves your mega spot open for one of Chopin's horrifying abominations. Personally, I'd like to try a Sitrus Drum set with this thing, as unlike Hariyama, it actually has the speed and power to back its health up, as well as recovery in the form of roost. It could also run an unconventional baton pass set, dealing some pretty impressive damage in the mean time.

golurk.gif
haxorus.gif

"I for one welcome our new robo-dragon overlord"

DNA Donors: Haxorus and Golurk
Offspring Name: Golaxor
New Type: Ghost / Dragon
New Base Stats: 82 / 135 / 95 / 57 / 95 / 96 (+10 DEF, +10 SPD, +20 SPE) [BST 560]
New Ability and Desc: (Mold Breaker + Iron Fist) Molded Fist: The Pokemon with this ability ignores any ability, move, or typing that would prevent its punching moves from dealing damage normally, and any ability that reduces the damage taken from them.
Notable Moves: Drain Punch, Fire Punch, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Power-up Punch, Shadow Punch, Thunder Punch, Curse, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Low Sweep, Bulldoze, Rock Slide, Low Kick, Stealth Rock, Zen Headbutt, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Shadow Claw, X-Scissor, Dragon Tail, Poison Jab, Night Slash, Aqua Tail, Superpower.
Role Description: Golaxor was born to crush stall and laugh at set-up attempts. Its ability means that those first seven moves under 'Notable Moves' completely ignore things like Protect, Filter, and Type Immunities. Dragonite takes Ice Punch's full power while at full health, neither Protect nor its ghost typing can save Banette from Drain Punch the turn it mega evolves, you get the idea. It's not the strongest Pokemon, but it is an unstoppable force, offensively.

The abilities ignored by Molded Fist include Flash Fire, Filter, Heatproof, Lightningrod, Levitate, Motor Drive, Solid Rock, Storm Drain, Thick Fat, Volt Absorb, Water Absorb, Wonder Guard, Multiscale, and Fur Coat. Lightning Rod, Storm Drain, etc still redirect the attack, but do not prevent damage or boost stats. Note that this list includes abilities that Golaxor can't actually gain anything by ignoring due to the lack of, for instance, a Ground-type punching move, that are included only for completeness' sake.

Parents: Slaking and Smeargle
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Smearking
Typing: Normal
Base Stats: 112 / 100 / 77 / 67 / 65 / 97
New Ability and Description: Off Tempo - This pokemon behaves as if confused on every other turn.
Notable Moves: Plenty, considering it learns all of them.
Role Description: This is Smeargle, but better in every way except its ability. Do what you'd do with it, or set up, or whatever as long as it doesn't involve special attacks. Is Smeargle with a usable attack stat OP? Let's find out together, friends.
Design Idea: A dog-eared slaking in a beret, a more wild-looking paintbrush tail in one hand, dripping due to poor brush maintenance.

Interesting that both Mega Gardebanes have Garchomp and Mega Garchomp's speed tiers, respectively. X Gardebane also has Calm Mind (unlisted), which is decent I suppose.

Reposting two of my old submissions:

mega_aggron___mega_garchomp_by_tomycase-d6ympjc.png

Parents: Aggron / Garchomp
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrochomp
New type: Dragon / Steel
New base stats: 99 / 130 / 147 / 80 / 82 / 86
New ability and desc: Veiled Head: Avoids Recoil Damage, evasion increases on the turn of using recoil moves
Notable moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Iron Head, Outrage, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Brick Break, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Head Smash, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Power Up Punch, Superpower, Taunt, ThunderPunch
Role identification: A pretty bulky beast. While it does not gain Dragon Dance yet, it makes up for it by being able to use Rock Polish. Rock Polish is preferred over Autotomize due to Heavy Slam. If you're using Iron Head, Autotomize is the better option to avoid Low Kick damage. Can run a bulky shuffling set etc. Its megas offer it quite a bit of versatility, though.

Editing the megas in.

Parents: Aggron / Garchomp
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrochomp - Rebel (Garchompite)
New type: Dragon / Steel
New base stats: 99 / 170 / 167 / 120 / 92 / 76
99 / 160 / 197 / 80 / 102 / 86
New ability and desc: Sand Force
Notable moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Iron Head, Outrage, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Brick Break, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Head Smash, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Power Up Punch, Superpower, Taunt, ThunderPunch
Role identification: Its offenses remain unchanged from Standard Garchomp, but its marginal increase in bulk, access to Rock Polish makes it a beast in sand. Alternatively, it can use a variation of Garchomp's tank set. No Ferrothorn's surviving that Fire Blast now (alternatively, Fire Punch). A double dance set could be pretty decent when used outside of Sand, as its ability it useless with its STABs.

Parents: Aggron / Garchomp
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrochomp - Trooper (Aggronite)
New type: Dragon / Steel
New base stats: 99 / 160 / 197 / 80 / 102 / 86
New ability and desc: Filter
Notable moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Iron Head, Outrage, Poison Jab, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Rock Polish, Swords Dance, Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Brick Break, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Head Smash, Ice Punch, Low Kick, Power Up Punch, Superpower, Taunt, ThunderPunch
Role identification: What makes one of the best defensive typings in the game better? Great bulk, an effective 160 attack, and a great defensive ability in Filter. For a pokemon with only two weaknesses, that really is great. What's more, this can fill multiple roles as well: extending from support to all out offense. Garchompite does outclass it in mixed attacking, but this can be a very effective tank.

And Metsir:

DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir
Offspring name: Metsir
New type: Steel/Bug
New base stats: 72/150/115/75/80/97(+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Breaker - This pokemon's attacks aren't hindered by stat boosts, drops or abilities.
Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: Boasting one of the best types in the game, Metsir functions differently from Scizor and Escavalier. Although it also has access to Swords Dance and Bullet Punch, Bulk Up gives it an alternate route. Alternatively, Close Combat offers amazing coverage and doesn't hinder defenses like Superpower. But the real differences are in the megas..

DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir

Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: A much faster, slightly less bulkier Mega Scizor with a variety of options to go for in SD, Bulk Up, Rock Polish, etc.

DNA Donors: Metagross / Pinsir
Offspring name: Metsir
New type: Steel/Flying
New base stats: 72/180/135/85/90/117(+20 Attack, +20 Speed)
New ability and desc: Aerilate
Notable moves: Brick Break, Body Slam, Explosion, Double Edge, Earthquake, Facade, Grass Knot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Meteor Mash, Power-Up-Punch, Pursuit, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Sludge Bomb, Stealth Rock, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Knock Off, Storm Throw, Superpower, Swords Dance, X-Scissor
Role identification: Swords Dance. Aerilate. Explosion. 180 attack. All you need. The great typing helps. Or if you don't want to destroy yourself just run Double-Edge/Mash/CC/Swords Dance. A beast of a pokemon.

Interesting that both Mega Gardebanes have Garchomp and Mega Garchomp's speed tiers, respectively. X Gardebane also has Calm Mind (unlisted), which is decent I suppose.

Huh, I didn't even notice that. Calm Mind was listed in the main entry, so I didn't want to put it down twice.

I always pin down all the noteable moves into the main entry and just modify the rest for the megas, seemed simpler to me mostly. If they're particularly notable I highlight them with bold or italics, like Fire Blast/Eruption on a Drought fusion.

Repost cuz forgot the moves of Snobaba

Parents:
Heatran and Breloom
Shared Egg Group: DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Heatloom
New Typing: Steel / Grass
Base Stats: 95 / 130 / 93 / 95 / 83 / 73 (+20 HP, +20 Atk) [BST 569]
New Ability and Desc: Flash Fire + Poison Heal = From Ashes: If the Pokémon is burned, it will gain 1/8 of its maximum HP at the end of each turn instead of taking damage. The Pokémon with this Ability does not lose Attack due to burn.
Notable Moves: Iron Head, Stun Spore, Leech Seed, Seed Bomb, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Synthesis, Spore, Solarbeam, Bulk Up, Substitute, Sludge Bomb, Facade, Return, Fling, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Power-up Punch, Thunder Punch, Heat Wave, Earth Power, Fire Fang, Crunch, Taunt, Earthquake, Flamethrower, Flame Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Stealth Rock
Role Identification: A prime example of a Pokemon that is good primarily because of its ability. With 8 resistances and an immunity and burns providing passive recovery and status immunity, Heatloom is primed to be a tank. Between the two parents, Heatloom has surprisingly good coverage, set-up to capitalize on its decent bulk, and diverse recovery options. Could also serve as a good rock setter, though its low speed means you may want to run Protect alongside your Flame Orb to avoid faster status leads.

Parents: Rapidash and Mew
Shared Egg Group: DNA Fusion
Offspring Name: Mewpid
New Typing: Fire / Psychic
Base Stats: 82 / 100 / 95 / 100 / 90 / 122 (+10 DEF, +10 SP. ATK, +20 SPE)
New Ability and Desc: (Run Away + Synchronize) Escape Clause - Whenever a move, item, or ability would cause this pokemon to switch out, it forces the opponent to also switch with a randomly chosen Pokémon from its party. If the opponent is protected from being forced to switch, this pokemon still switches out but this ability has no effect on the foe.
Notable Moves: Volt Switch, Baton Pass, U-turn, and everything that's good on its parents already.
Role Identification: Faster and stronger than Mew, and just all-around better than Rapidash, it's the new and improved version of Espercate. The typing introduces a slew of new resistances, though it retains the weakness to pursuit and gains vulnerability to rocks, meaning that a Volt-turn team with this thing in it won't last long without removal support. It does, however, boast Mew's fantastic movepool, with Rapidash mostly contributing speed and a better ability, along with Flare Blitz, Agility, and Megahorn. As in its previous incarnation, its an excellent baton passer with a sash, preventing anything from setting up opposite it by phazing them even as it passes any boosts it likes to its team. It has access to moves that boost nearly any stat you need, so it is supremely flexible in its role, and in a pinch can be very annoying as a lead.

Parents: Spinda and Pangoro
Shared Egg Group: Human-like and Field
Offspring Name: Panda Spingoro
New Typing: Fighting / Normal
Base Stats: 87 / 102 / 79 / 74 / 75 / 59 [BST 476]
New Ability and Desc: (Own Tempo + Guts) Drunken Style - Sharply increases the pokemon's attack when it becomes confused. When confused, only has a 25% chance of hurting itself.
Notable Moves: Baton Pass, Encore, Guard Split, Hypnosis, Protect, Psycho Cut, Psycho Shift, Psych Up, Rapid Spin, Skill Swap, Substitute, Swords Dance, Taunt, Trick, Trick Room, Wish, Body Slam, Bulldoze, Circle Throw, Crunch, Dragon Claw, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Fake Out, Fire Punch, Foul Play, Gunk Shot, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Iron Head, Knock Off, Low Kick, Outrage, Payback, Poison Jab, Power-up Punch, Return, Rock Slide, Shadow Claw, Sky Uppercut, Stone Edge, Storm Throw, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Thunder Punch, Thrash, Wild Charge, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt.
Signature Move (Does it count if it's no longer unique?): Capoeria - Status, PP20, Acc 100% - Lowers the target's attack and special attack stats by one stage and confuses it before switching out.
Role Identification: Spingoro turns every instance of confusion into a Swagger boost, meaning Thrash becomes a powerful risk/reward STAB option, Swords Dance and Outrage all in one. Sucker Punch gives it a way to deal with faster threats (Everything, really) and Rapid Spin and Knock Off provide some utility.

Parents: Malamar and Gyarados
Shared Egg Group: Water 2
Offspring Name: Galadar
New Typing: Dark / Water
Base Stats: 100 / 118 / 93 / 74 / 97 / 87 [BST 569]
New Ability and Desc: (Intimidate + Contrary) Chained Fury - Raises attack one stage whenever a pokemon switches in.
Notable Moves: Ice Fang, Aqua Tail, Crunch, Bounce, Dragon Dance, Roar, Taunt, Earthquake, Scald, Stone Edge, Thunder Wave, Dragon Tail, Substitute, Waterfall, Iron Head, Outrage, Superpower, Foul Play, Topsy-turvy, Hypnosis, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Rock Slide, Trick Room, and Knock Off.
Role Description: Revenge killer, set-up sweeper, ladies man. All of these are valid ways of describing Malados. Switch in on something you counter, boost passively if they switch in response. Dragon Tail is now a boosting move for you, as is Roar. Malados is bulkier than Gyara and gains some nice coverage (plus decent dark STAB) and support options from Malamar, but its strengths lie in... wait, what's that under the water?

Mega Galadar
New Typing:
Dark
Base Stats: 100 / 148 / 123 / 84 / 127 / 87 [BST 669]
New Ability and Desc: Mold Breaker
Role Description: Mega Galados is the perfect finisher for the chain of set-up that its base form specializes in. Tougher, stronger, able to hit things despite their abilities. See your enemies driven before you, and then dry yourself off and destroy those who came to avenge their cowardly comrades. Also presumably gets some cool bioluminescent red bits on its side, so you can cruise the ocean depths in style.

Parents: Snorlax and Abomasnow
Shared Egg Group: Monster
Offspring Name: Snobala
New Typing: Grass / Normal
Base Stats: 135 / 111 / 80 / 88 / 107 / 55
New Ability: Winter Coat - Summons hail on switch in, protects this Pokemon from hail damage, and halves the damage taken from fire and ice attacks.
Notable Moves: Ice Punch, Icy Wind, Ice Shard, Wood Hammer, Blizzard, Toxic, Ice Beam, Solar Beam, Earthquake, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, Frost Blast, Rock Slide, Giga Drain, Seed Bomb, Chip Away, Body Slam, Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore, Rollout, Heavy Slam, Fire Blast,
Role Description:

Mega Snobala
New Base Stats:
135 / 151 / 110 / 128 / 127 / 25
New Ability: Snow Warning

Reposting a very old submission

blastoise.gif
aggron.gif
Parents: Blastoise / Aggron
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Aggrotoise
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 84/106/150/82/92/74
New ability and desc: Rocky Torrent (Rock Head+Torrent) - This Pokemon takes no recoil from moves and the power of moves that would cause recoil increases by 50% when HP is below 33%.
Notable moves: Iron Head, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Earthquake, Curse, Fake Out, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Low Kick, Superpower, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Focus Blast, Fake Out (did you know Blastoise can learn Fake Out?), Rock Polish
Role identification: A very bulky physical attacker with a really wide coverage and priority Aqua Jet. Its typing lets it use two STAB finch-chance moves, Waterfall and Iron Head, and one non-STAB, Zen Headbutt. If you use Curse, you can also use it in a TR team. Just like Charizard, it can mega-evolve both in a special or physical attacker, surprising the opponent every time.

Parents: Blastoise / Aggron
Megastone: Blastoisinite
Offspring name: Mega Aggrotoise Α
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 84/126/170/132/102/74
Ability: Mega Launcher
Notable moves: Flash Cannon, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Earth Power, Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Focus Blast, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish
Role identification: Really bulky special attacker with a very wide coverage thanks to Aggron's moveset. If you run it with RP, you can safely set up thanks to its high 84/170/102 bulkiness reach an incredible Speed and use it as a Special Sweeper, because now it receives STAB on two of thee moves boosted by its ability: Water Pulse(though no one uses it) and Flash Cannon. You can also use some physical attacks thanks to its high 126 Attack stat.

Parents: Blastoise / Aggron
Megastone: Aggronite
Offspring name: Mega Aggrotoise Ω
New type: Water/Steel
New base stats: 84/136/200/82/112/74
Ability: Filter
Notable moves: Iron Head, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Aqua Jet, Earthquake, Curse, Rapid Spin, Stealth Rock, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Heavy Slam, Low Kick, Superpower, Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder, Focus Blast, Fake Out (did you know Blastoise can learn Fake Out?), Rock Polish
Role identification: Basically like the A one, but physical. So it can run both Curse or RP thanks to its bulkiness. And it has priority Aqua Jet, that can actually be very useful.

DNA Donors:
Spiritomb + Shedinja
Offspring name: Shedtomb
New type: Ghost
New base stats: 26/111 (+20)/78/81 (+20)/69/38
New ability and desc: Gravity Guard (Wonder Guard + Pressure) In exchange for whenever you where to use a move, you use all of its PP, you don't take damage from any non-super effective attack
Notable moves: Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Phantom Force, Confusion Ray
Role identification:
Pretty much a major stall, you can throw it into pretty much any situation, cripple things, many useful for things like Harizard that has no possible way of hitting you Super Effectively.

Voting is open!

As usual, choose 10 of the submissions listed below. When choosing your 10, just copy+paste as I have them in the hide tags below. No need to give the name of the fusion nor list stats or anything like that. You may choose your own submissions.

Due to a few concerns, please try to focus on the competitive merits before any "wish fulfillment" and silly fusion submissions. Pretend you have to draw from these Pokemon to battle on the simulator. Do you want a fusion because it's funny or because it will help you win?

Didn't make many this time, had a lot to do irl and not much time for fusing. Sorry to SpartanMalice for not posted the final fusion we collaborated on, but I'll be sure to post it in the next round.

Floatzel/Primeape (One of my own 'mons)
Bastiodon/Slowking (Another of my own fusions)
Magmortar/Lucario (Yet another of my own, man I'm greedy)
Hawlucha/Hariyama (Much like Skymin + Druddigon, this seems fun)
Zapdos/Exeggutor (This is a godsend to Speed freaks such as myself)
Conkeldurr/Pangoro (Fist of Fury seems really, really strong)
Weezing/Castform (This sounds very interesting. As mentioned in the post, Poison/Fire is a pretty good defensive typing, as everybody who's fought Mollux knows)
Houndoom/Cobalion (Soak up those ph1re moves, and get power. 'Nuff said)
Genesect/Aegislash (I like this. I like this a lot)
