Set: Trick Room

Chandeform @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Weather
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP / Some EVs in Defenses / Probably a little in Special Attack
IVs: 0 Atk
- Trick Room
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball

A bulky TR setter that can burn opponents and hit decently hard with Shadow Ball. Also an awesome pivot into many physical threats thanks to that amazing typing and Will-O-Wisp. You can also run Memento somewhere for momentum.

Set: Set-up Stopper

Chandeform @ Leftovers / Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Weather
Bold Nature
EVs: 252 HP / Some EVs in Defenses / Probably a little in Special Attack (wow I'm terrible at EVs)
IVs: 0 Atk
- Clear Smog
- Thunder Wave
- Pain Split / Trick
- Shadow Ball

An expert at stopping setup sweepers in their tracks. Clear Smog removes all their boosts, Thunder Wave cripples speed, Pain Split is recovery but Trick can also be run with a Scarf to lock them into a boosting move, and Shadow Ball is STAB. Can also pivot and take hits decently.

Set: Attacker

Chandeform @ Life Orb / Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Weather
Timid Nature
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Pain Split / Thunder Wave

Basically Shadow Ball and some moves to hit Darks neutrally and other things 4x effectively. Support option is your choice. You can run Weather Ball somewhere if you want.

Set: Set-Up Attacker

Chandeform @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Ability: Flash Weather
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Shadow Ball
- Fire Blast
- Pain Split

Did you know Chandelure got Calm Mind? I didn't. Sets up and kills.

The likely reason there was a voting stage so early was probably because we had a lot of submissions, and it would be harder to have an overall voting stage for all the submissions tbh, also because it would allow at least 7 mons to be coded early somewhere.

Can I just say that Pangeye seems pretty unviable. The ability is really cool and it has a great movepool, but it's stats aren't very good at all.

Can I just say that Pangeye seems pretty unviable. The ability is really cool and it has a great movepool, but it's stats aren't very good at all.

Pangleye has average, OKish bulk, decent attack, bulk up, and two forms of recovery, Drain Punch and Recover. One thing was neglected to be mentioned was Parting Shot, as well. Also note that it gets status moves from Sableye. it's slow speed is crucial to its ability, so you can sacrifice Speed EVs for bulk, an Adamant/Brave or Relaxed/Sassy nature depending on how you wanna play it. Still, probably not a high tier mon, but it's got a decent niche.

Uselesscrab can you start an archive in your post with the "winners"?

"Go out and catch as many Pokemon as you can with this in mind: The ones in the same egg group will produce a new species when they come into contact with the stone. Their typing will merge, their abilities will combine, and they will share moves."

"Yes, that and more! But we must hurry. Before you go catch them, make a list of potential fusions and then we'll decide which are the strongest combinations. We need a good team of these Pokemon if we're to defeat Team Rocket. I'll give you a template to use to make it easier."

"All right, let's get to work!"

Parents: Bisharp and Hawlucha
Shared egg group: Human-like
Offspring name: Hawlusharp
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 81/118/97/77/76/104
New ability and desc: Defiant + Unburden = Armor Cast: When an item is used or lost, Attack and Speed are raised by two stages, while Defense and Special Defense are lowered by one.
Notable moves: Swords Dance, Rock Polish, High Jump Kick, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Acrobatics, Sky Attack, Fling, Poison Jab, Iron Head, Psycho Cut, Stone Edge
Role identification: A late-game cleaner/ glass cannon with multiple means of setting up. Compensates for its subpar defenses with powerful STAB priority (Sucker Punch).

Parents: Ursaring and Raticate
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Ursicate
New type: Normal
New base stats: 82/115/78/72/82/86
New ability and desc: (Guts + Quick Feet) Tough Guy - 1.5x boost to Speed and Attack when statused. Ignores burn drop and paralysis drop.
Notable moves: Close Combat, Crunch, Earthquake, Double-Edge, Return, Fire Punch, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Power Up Punch, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Thunderpunch, Sucker Punch, U-turn, Wild Charge, Taunt
Role identification: Mix up two NU mons and what do you get? A beast that needs only a flame orb to get the equivalent of a Choice Band AND a Choice Scarf. It even gains Sucker Punch for those who still outspeed or outpriotize it, sans for Extremespeed. The bulk and attack are a slight down downgrade from standard ursaring, but it makes up for it with the additional speed boost.

Reserving Alakazam + Magmortar.

Parents: Jolteon / Glaceon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: STABoltBeameon Joltlaceon
New type: Electric / Ice
New base stats: 75 / 72 / 95 / 130 / 105 / 107
New ability and desc: Electrofrost absorb - Recovers HP when hit by Electric type attack or in Hail weather by supposed Hail damage.
Notable moves: Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Shadow Ball, Frost Breath, Volt Switch, Agility
Role identification: I herd u liek BoltBeam. Well. Decent defenses, nice Speed, High Special Attack and STAB Boltbeam. Special Attacker I'd say.

Parents: Alakazam + Magmortar
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Magmozam
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 75/82/66/140/100/111
New ability and desc: Burn Yourself - If another pokemon statuses this pokemon, it also gets that status. Touching this pokemon has a 30% chance to inflict burn.
Notable moves: Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Fire Blast, Recover, Clear Smog, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Role identification: Essentially a special variant of Victini, except it's much faster and hits harder. Movepool's ok, no boosting moves other than Belly Drum, which isn't that useful with 82 attack, but it's a weird option when you have 140 special attack anyway. Slap on something like specs and blast everything!

Parents: Alakazam + Magmortar
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Magmozam
New type: Fire/Psychic
New base stats: 75/82/86/180/100/141
New ability and desc: Trace
Notable moves: Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Thunderbolt, Knock Off, Psychic, Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Fire Blast, Recover, Clear Smog, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Role identification: A real offensive threat, this thing pretty much looks like an Uber. While it is slower and hits only slightly harder than Mega Alakazam, the fire typing, the additional moves, the decent defenses, and the fact that it outspeeds a lot of Fusionmons makes it a very real threat.

Reserving Weavile + Emboar.

Not just Smeargle TI, but Prankster Whimsicott and Poison Heal Breloom are in the same group as well. Hell, Whimsi and Huge Power Azumarill (with Belly Drum and increased speed) are in the same group as well. Potentially OP.

Parents: Weavile + Emboar
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Embile
New type: Dark/Fire
New base stats: 100/132/75/82/85/105
New ability and desc: Dreaded Flames - Opponent uses double the amount of PP at a time, gains 1.5 on fire attacks in a pinch.
Notable moves: Heat Crash, Flare Blitz, Earthquake, Wild Charge, Ice Shard, Icicile Crash, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Fake Out, Agility, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Iron Head.
Role identification: Emboar was a decent pokemon, but it was let down by its mediocre speed. Merging it with Weavile remedies that, and it now has access to priority like Sucker Punch and Ice Shard. A weird niche of a fire mon being able to use ice moves. This beast even has Swords Dance, as well as Nasty Plot but that's novelty. In any case, it can run any double dancing set it wants.

Parents: Quagsire + Rhyperior
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Quagperior
New type: Water/Ground I'll take my originality prize now please
New base stats: 115/122/117/70/70/47
New ability and desc: Water Rod - If this Pokemon is hit by a water move, will randomly either boost Sp.A by 1 stage or restore 1/4 max HP
Notable Moves: Earthquake, Recover, Scald, Toxic, Dragon Tail, Poison Jab, Ice Punch, Waterfall, Rock Polish, Swords Dance
Role Identification: While it may be another bulky water type, Quagperior does have some interesting tricks up it's sleeve. Firstly, its new stats give it great physical bulk and respectable special bulk thanks to high HP as well as reliable recovery, Scald, Toxic and Dragon Tail. This allows it to act as a solid wall that, while lacking Quagsire's Unaware, can still phase out opponents or wear them down. Secondly, thanks to high attack it could run either an SD wallbreaker set or a double dance set, as it can outspeed Pokemon up to Base 140 Speed after a Rock Polish with 252+ Spe EVs. These offensive sets are complimented by the wide movepool that its parents provide, such as Waterfall, EQ, Ice Punch, Megahorn, Poison Jab and more.

Eevee General does that mean all previous submissions are void? So, we can repeat something? Also, you didn't ban Smeargle. I think something fusing with Smeargle should get one Sketch only.
We can draw from the pool later when voting opens. There's no reason to redo something already done because the only thing that might be different is the ability, and that can be changed in the Theorymon stage if it wins voting.

Fusing with Smeargle means you get really shitty stats. However, a few things can buff it enough to make it potentially broken. I'll agree to a 1 Sketch limit on Smeargle fusions.

SpartanMalice Prankster+Poison Heal is hilariously OP and would not pass the Theorymon stage imo. That's why we're here to help balance the abilities.

Tagging Uselesscrab to add the Smeargle rule to his post.

Parents: Empoleon + Dragonite
Shared egg group: Water 1
Offspring name: Dragoleon
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 97 / 120 / 101 / 115 / 110 / 80
New ability and desc: Inner Torrent - Any move that would cause flinching raises the power of this Pokemon's Water attacks 50% and ignores the flinch.
Notable moves: Scald, Draco Meteor, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Roost, Dragon Dance, Swords Dance, Waterfall, Extreme Speed, Aqua Jet, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Iron Head, Stealth Rock, Heal Bell, Roar, Thunder Wave
Role identification: A few. I could see a bulky setup physical attacker with Dragon Dance and Roost. I see mixed attackers doing well. It also has two great priority attacks with Extreme Speed and STAB Aqua Jet. With its typing and bulk it might even do team support well with Heal Bell and Rocks. Very versatile.

Parents: Diggersby + Arcanine
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Arcdigger
New type: Normal/Fire
New base stats: 97/93/88/85/88/96 (BST 517)
New ability and desc: Burning Cheeks - This Pokemon is immune to Fire-type moves. When it eats a berry, it gains a boost to its Fire-type moves(equivalent to the boost from Flash Fire.)
Notable moves: Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz, Earthquake, Knock Off, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Spikes, Earth Power
Role identification: OU needs moar STAB ESpeed imo In all seriousness, it's a STAB Extreme Speed abuser, that can run Band for sheer power, LO for power and hitting resists, or a Berry for a strong Flare Blitz after its consumed.

Parents: Tangrowth/Ludicolo
Shared egg group: Grass
Offspring name: Tangolo
New type: Grass/Water
New base stats: 100 / 95 / 107 / 110 / 85 / 70 (BST 567)
New ability and desc: Happy Veggie : Doubles the speed in both sunlight and rain
Notable moves: Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Knock Off, Hydro Pump, Scald, Leech Seed, whatever coverage Tangrowth has.
Role identification: Basically a bulkier Ludicolo that fits perfectly in rain to abuse Hydro Pump and can check Sun abusers as well. It can even afford to run physical coverage along with Giga Drain/Leaf Storm, Hydro Pump and Knock Off. Best used with a LO imo.

Parents: Electivire + Hawlucha
Shared egg group: Human-Like
Offspring name: Elecha
New type: Electric/Fighting
New base stats: 86/117/81/94/84/116 (BST 567)
New ability and desc: Burdenless Motor- This Pokemon is immune to Electric-type moves. When it would be hit by one, its Speed increases three stages, and its item is knocked off.
Notable moves: High Jump Kick, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Swords Dance, Acrobatics, Baton Pass, U-Turn, Drain Punch, Taunt
Role identification: A strong, fast attacker threatening attackers who would use Electric-type moves with the possibility of an easy sweep, or the ability to pass its high Speed to a teammate.

I have to say I did have a few Eevefusions piled up, but I can't seem to find them. That being said.

Parents: Jolteon + Sylveon
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Sylvejolteon
New type: Electric/Fairy
New base stats: 90/75/72/120/122/105
New ability and desc: Charming Volts - If hit by an electric attack, absorbs HP and infatuates the opponent if it is of the opposite gender.
Notable moves: Wish, Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Thunderbolt, Signal Beam, Volt Switch, Thunder Wave, Agility
Role identification: The only Electric/Fairy pokemon we had before was Dedenne, so lol. That being said, apart from the offensive potential of this mon, 90/122 is actually decent special bulk, it can run a decent suppport set.

Reserving Magnezone + Electrode.

Parents: Whimsicott + Florges
Shared Egg Group: Fairy
Offspring name: Whimsiges
New type: Grass/Fairy
New base stats: 79/76/86/104/124/105 (BST 574)
New ability and desc: Flower Prankster (idk) - Non-attacking grass moves gain +1 Priority and Grass-type allies cannot have their stats lowered or be afflicted with non-volatile statuses.
Notable Moves: Cotton Guard, Moonblast, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Substitute, Aromatherapy, Toxic, Wish, Protect, U-Turn, Synthesis, Calm Mind, Tailwind
Role identification: Like Whimsicott but more bulky and access to more interesting moves thanks to Florges, and is now protected from some status (including poison and paralysis, which is nice). It can run a few sets, including a utilty/wall set which it can do with access to Synthesis, Wish/Protect, Toxic, Tailwind, Aromatherapy, Cotton Guard, Leech Seed and Giga Drain. Although it cannot run its parent's infamous priority SubSeed, it has high enough speed to use it on a large chunk of the metagame anyway. Alternatively, and I don't know how good this will be, one could run a form of an insane bulky attacker similar to the likes of Mega Slowbro, with Cotton Guard and Calm Mind to set up its defences and Sp.Attack, and Moonblast/Giga Drain to do damage, and Synthesis for priority recovery.

Parents: Magneton + Electrode
Shared egg group: Mineral
Offspring name: Magnetrode
New type: Electric
New base stats: 75/70/112/115/95/110
New ability and desc: Sonic Pull - Blocks sound based moves and traps Steel typed Pokemon, as well as anything using a sound based move.
Notable moves: Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch
Role identification: On paper, actually a faster Magneton sans the steel typing but without the ability to use Eviolite. That being said, being able to Thunder Wave anything without worrying about Heal Bell is nice utility (yes, I know Aromatherapy still exists). Oh and if anything tries to PerishTrap it, it's actually trapped itself. The irony. Losing stab on Flash Cannon is harsh, but at least it isn't 4x weak to ground anymore. Electrode doesn't really offer much movepool wise, it's the high speed that gives me the idea to fuse it with others.

Reserving Metagross + Electrode.

Damn it, and apparently gross is too lmao. Major derp. Ignore those two then.

Still, would have been cool.

Instead, I'm reserving Rhyperior + Floatzel.
