No. Banette is Amourphus, while Blissey is Fairy (surprisingly).
I am a bit confused now, does it mean that if I want more attack in Power Forme I have to put the extra points in defense?
As for the ability, that's what I had in mind.

That's not the main point here, though, since the best thing of this fusion is that it can now abuse spamming sound-based moves, namely, STAB Boomburst. Slap a Specs on it, click Boomburst, and watch as it approaches sonic speed while hitting everything like a truck. Or, y'know, a pseudo-double dance set with Nasty Plot/Calm Mind and March Band-boosting Boomburst works too. Too bad that and Hyper Voice are the only usable sound-based moves Exploud learns...

Like Stitch98 already said, it's before adding the additional points to the stats. I wanted to make it clearer how I distributed them in case I mess up calculating the average, which was evidently pretty smart of me.
