Pet Mod [Gen 8] Crossover Chaos

Phoenix

Pokémon: PHALANX (intended for Ubers)
Type: Steel/Flying
Ability: Pristine Weaponry - (hard-coded) Levitate effects + Changes the user's secondary type to match that of whatever move it uses. (If this type matches the user's primary type, then the user's secondary type is removed.)
Moves: Brave Bird, Sky Attack, Fly, Wing Attack, Sky Drop, Iron Head, Steel Wing, Metal Claw, Hurricane, Air Slash, Flash Cannon, Dazzling Gleam, Spirit Break, Psyshock, Zen Headbutt, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Prismatic Laser, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Discharge, Wild Charge, Energy Ball, Power Whip, Heat Wave, Attack Order, Signal Beam, Super Fang, Hyper Fang, Sticky Web, Defog
Z-Move: Flaming Feather Flurry - Fire, Special, 190 BP | Has combined efficacy with Flying (just like Flying Press). Functions like Defog. Sets up G-Max Wildfire effect. | Requires Heat Wave and Bifangium Z
Stats: 200/140/50/140/50/100 | 680 BST
Reasoning: This is the ultimate enemy (not to say the final boss) of Phoenotopia: Awakening (the spiritual successor of the game where Gale, now named Gail, is from); it can only be fought if you have maximum HP and energy. It naturally has the biggest health pool and deals the most damage of any boss, yet its defenses are relatively ordinary. It possesses Steel and Flying typing and moves because it's an automaton shaped like a bird. Pristine Weaponry is named after Pristine City, the residential area beneath its abode, and relates to its core changing color as it executes different attacks. Speaking of which, its arsenal is vast, so its coverage is also.
  • Purple core attack (Psychic): Fires three spherical, purple, homing projectiles at a time
  • Red core attack (Fire): Fires a chevron of glowing red projectiles
  • Blue core attack (Ice): Fires a homing blue projectile that defragments in eight directions
  • Green core attack (Grass): Fires three glowing green projectiles that pause before homing in
  • Yellow core attack (Electric): Surrounds itself with orbiting electrified orbs
  • Other attacks (gray core): Can cause fragmented stellar projectiles to fall from the ceiling (Fairy coverage), fire a rotating X-shaped rainbow laser (Prismatic Laser, Hyper Beam, Flash Cannon), attract and spew out everything around it with a black hole (Sky Drop), generate a heat wave with a swarm of deadly glowing feathers (Heat Wave, Z-Move, Defog), or drop a nest of hornet-like creatures and binding silk (Bug coverage, Sticky Web)
The name of its Z-Crystal is derived from its nickname: Bi-Fang, which brings Super Fang and Hyper Fang to mind. Charging at the screen is grounds for Iron Head.

Dragon

"I feel like I could take on a whole army!"

Pokémon: Nowi
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Unarmed - The user's attacking moves (except Struggle) fail. This Ability cannot be suppressed, copied, or removed.
Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Twister, Outrage, Dragon Rush, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Taunt, Protect
Stats: 80/100/100/92/106/92 | 570 BST

When holding a Dragonstone, (base) Nowi undergoes a form change like Primal Reversion.
Form: Nowi-Draconic
Type: Dragon
Ability: Naga's Blessing - The user's Dragon-type attacks bypass the immunity of Fairy-types.
Stats: 80/125/130/107/126/102 (+25 Atk, +30 Def, +15 SpA, +20 SpD, +10 Spe) | 670 BST

Alternatively, Nowi changes form (and moveset) if one of the following items is used on her:
  • Rider Seal - Changes her into Wyvern Rider Nowi. (Dragon Tail / Aerial Ace)
  • Wyvern Seal - At level 50 or above, changes her into Wyvern Lord Nowi.
  • Griffon Seal - At level 50 or above, changes her into Griffon Rider Nowi.
  • Magic Seal - Changes her into Mage Nowi. (Twister / Nature Power)
  • Sage Seal - At level 50 or above, changes her into Sage Nowi.
  • Knight Seal - At level 50 or above, changes her into Dark Knight Nowi.
  • Wedding Bouquet - At level 50 or above, changes her into Bride Nowi. (Dragon Rush / Slash)
  • Manakete Seal - Changes her back into her regular form. (Dragon Tail)
(Sprites used henceforth are generic but get the point across.)

Ability: Tough Claws
Added Moves: Axe Strike (from Camilla), Return, Frustration, Strength, Slash, Double Hit, Dual Chop, Close Combat, Submission, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Throat Chop, Night Slash, Brutal Swing, Acrobatics, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Aerial Ace, Substitute
Stats: 60/92/92/60/60/80 | 444 BST

Form: Mage Nowi (Eviolite-compatible)
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Sheer Force
Added Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Incinerate, Ember, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Shock Wave, Thunder Shock, Hurricane, Air Slash, Air Cutter, Gust, Dazzling Gleam, Nature Power
Stats: 60/60/64/100/85/90 | 459 BST

Wyvern Rider Nowi evolves at level 50 into Griffon Rider Nowi if Spe > Atk, otherwise Wyvern Lord Nowi.

Evolution: Griffon Rider Nowi
Type: Dragon/Ground
Ability: Take Flight - Upon switch-in, adds the Flying type to the user (like Forest's Curse).
Added Moves: High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum, Bulldoze, Bone Club, U-turn
Stats: 80/100/100/80/80/107 | 547 BST

Evolution: Wyvern Lord Nowi
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Tough Claws
Added Moves: Iron Tail, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Metal Claw, Icicle Spear
Stats: 80/112/112/80/80/100 | 564 BST

Mage Nowi evolves at level 50 into Dark Knight Nowi if Def > SpA, otherwise Sage Nowi.

Evolution: Dark Knight Nowi
Type: Dragon/Ground
Ability: Lifetaker - Upon scoring a KO, the user regains up to 50% max HP.
Added Moves: Griffon Rider movepool minus U-turn, Axe Strike, and Flying-type moves; Solar Blade, Leaf Blade, Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot
Stats: 80/96/104/107/101/105 | 593 BST

Evolution: Sage Nowi
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Tomefaire - The user deals 1.5* damage with non-STAB special attacks.
Added Moves: Wish, Heal Pulse, Aromatherapy, Teleport
Stats: 80/80/82/120/106/110 | 578 BST

(sprite unavailable, so have an image instead)

Form: Bride Nowi
Type: Dragon/Normal
Ability: Rally Heart - If the user does a hard switch, then its replacement takes 80% direct damage, deals 120% damage, and has 1.2* Speed until the end of its next turn.
Added Moves: Arrow Shot (from Orion), Smart Strike, Icicle Spear, Return, Frustration, Strength, Slash, Close Combat, Submission, Brick Break, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Throat Chop, Night Slash, Brutal Swing, Wish, Heal Pulse, Aromatherapy, Teleport
Stats: 80/100/108/102/106/110 | 606 BST

Reasoning: Nowi is a manakete, a humanoid species with a draconic form. Even as a humanoid, and no matter her class, she possesses the dragon affinity, so all of her forms are Dragon-type. Because Manakete, Mage, Sage, and Bride are infantry classes, she is part Normal in those forms (but not when she transforms). As a Dark Knight or Griffon Rider, she possesses the beast affinity, which is tough to represent as a type in Pokémon; I went with Ground for the indomitability and High Horsepower (Griffon power?) of such mounts. Wyvern mounts are part Flying for the same reason Camilla is, while the griffon mount is given a particular Ability due to type limitations. (Yes, Griffon Rider Nowi has three affinities at once.) To clarify the movepool a bit, Nowi's class determines the types of weapons that she can equip.
  • Manakete: Dragonstones
  • Wyvern Rider and Griffon Rider: Axes
  • Wyvern Lord: Axes and Lances
  • Mage: Tomes
  • Sage: Tomes and Staves
  • Dark Knight: Tomes and Swords
  • Bride: Lances, Bows, and Staves
Nowi's growth rates in Awakening are obscene compared to those of the Fates characters (and Edelgard), so I instead used stat caps relative to the Villager class as guidelines for the base stats. Tough Claws and Sheer Force are derived from Strength +2 and Magic +2 respectively, while U-turn in Griffon Rider form comes from Deliverer.

"Any Last Wishes?"
Pokémon: Ninjini
Franchise/Origin: Skylanders
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Abilities: No Guard / Moxie
Notable moves: Agility, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Close Combat, Dazzling Gleam, Detect, Double- Edge, Drain Punch, Extrasensory, Focus Blast, Hex, Shadow Ball, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, etc.
Signature move: Surrealistic Spheres: Psychic / Special / 20 BP / 100% Acc. / 32 PP / Can hit 2-5 times in the same turn.
Stats: 60/90/70/110/80/100 = 510 BST

Reasoning: While Ninjini is... well, a genie, she is also part of the Skylander team of Giants. She's a double whammy! She is Psychic because she is part of the Magic element, and Fighting because her backstory says that she perfected swordplay to break out of the bottle she was trapped in. In-game, Surrealistic Spheres summons multiple magic balls, so in Pokemon, I would guess that sometimes most balls would miss, and sometimes all of the balls would hit.
Motaroku2.gif

"Without your weapons, you are no match for Motaro!"
Pokémon: Motaro (Intended for Ubers)
Franchise/Origin: Mortal Kombat
Type: Fighting
Ability: Huge Power
Notable moves: Aura Sphere, Belly Drum, Blaze Kick, Body Press, Body Slam, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Bullet Punch, Close Combat, Cross Chop, Power-Up Punch, Drain Punch, etc. (Just a bunch of other physical moves that I don't want to have to write out :P)
Signature move: Bull Charge: Fighting / Physical / 150 BP / 90% Acc. / 8 PP / User cannot move next turn.
Stats: 110/150/90/100/90/80 = 620 BST

Reasoning: He centaur. He also a boss in Mortal Kombat. Motaro is all power, as he is trying to fight the Sho-Kahn to win Shao Khan's favor. There's not really much else I can say, so um.....
Snapdragon (Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville) | Plants vs. Zombies Wiki | Fandom

Pokémon: Snapdragon
Franchise/Origin: Plants vs. Zombies
Type: Grass/Dragon
Ability: Fire Breather (Basically Steelworker but for Fire)
Notable moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Dance, Dragon Pulse, Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Sunny Day, Air Slash, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Heat Crash, Heat Wave, Overheat, etc.
Stats: 70/80/70/110/80/90 = 500 BST

Reasoning: He's a dragon. I struggled with the typing, but I deduced that he is primarily a plant and a dragon, with the ability to breathe fire. Also, this ties into his ability, which will give him the STAB boost for Fire.

blegh i did that certain joke to death with this character and i don't feel like doing a certain wind dragon and a certain half-qilin so

"Oh? A human? How unusual."
Pokémon: Yamame Kurodani
Type: Poison/Ground
Abilities: Swarm / Manipulation of Illness (Poisoned contact attackers suffer -1Atk/SpD after they land their hit.) / Steadfast
Moves: Toxic, Toxic Thread, Venoshock, Venom Drench, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Earthquake, Earth Power, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Spider Web, Sticky Web, String Shot, Poison Jab, Electroweb, Work Up, Focus Energy Toxic Spikes, Infestation, Haze, Bug Bite, Lunge
Stats: 85/95/115/60/85/60 [BST 500]
Reasoning: Poison/Ground because illness manipulation and though her race is pretty much just "The Giant Enemy Spider", it's specifically an Earth Spider. Stats because she, being what she is and all, has rather high physical strength, making her ideal for construction work combined with general spider fare. Work Up because she loves herself some battle. Her playstyle here is to poison everything and weaken the enemy's Attack and Special Defense, which can help force switches. Ground and Rock moves because former is STAB and latter is Earth, Electroweb is just common among spiders, and Poison moves are STABs that can also tie into illness manipulation. Haze ties into a spellcard with the flavor of plagued mist, and pretty much every spider gets Lunge so she gets that too. Then there's Steadfast and how she's always down for a fight.

"Ready to get to work? I won't take no for an answer! C'mon! 3, 2, 1, start!"
Pokémon: Utage
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:

Abilities: Serious Mode (HA: Intimidate)
Signature ability - Serious Mode – Berserk clone but increases user's Speed by one stage instead of Sp. Atk every time the user's HP drops below 50%.
Other Moves:
: Foul Play, Night Slash, Aerial Ace, Slash, Cut, Pursuit, Knock Off, Power Trip, U-Turn, Wild Charge, Assurance, Feint Attack, Sacred Sword, Iron Tail, Counter, Thunder Punch, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch, Darkest Lariat, Throat Chop, Fling, Thief, Poison Tail, Liquidation, Lick, Play Rough
: Hex, Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shock Wave, Dark Pulse, Ominous Wind, Snarl, Swift, Weather Ball, Razor Wind, Night Shade
: Leer, Glare, Noble Roar, Thunder Wave, Coil, Swords Dance, Me First, Copycat, Nightmare, Spite, Snatch, Taunt, Torment, Mean Look, Roar, Perish Song, Barrier, Detect, Switcheroo, Grudge, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, Electric Terrain, Psychic Terrain, Smokescreen, Haze
Stats: 117/118/79/83/40/92 (BST: 529)

Reasoning: Utage, based on a nue, receives slate bonus because a nue is a type of youkai, which likely assumes a catch-all term for Japanese mythical creatures. Owing to her legend, she sports feline and serpentine features (Glare, Coil, Poison Tail, Iron Tail) with her snake tail and tiger-like demeanour. Nues are nocturnal beasts, resulting in her Dark typing. The legend of the nue as told in the Heike Monogatari, where it caused nightmares (Nightmare (yes, it was removed from SwSh)) and produced some sort of black clouds or mist (Haze, Smokescreen). Most nue depictions in classic Japanese art depicts nues in thunderstorms, which is why she can learn Electric type moves. Serious Mode as her signature ability is sourced from her talent within Arknights itself with a similar behaviour that boosts her attacking speed depending on how low her health is. Intimidate and her ability to use the move Hex are based on both her Elite 2 artwork and archives depicting her using an evil eye (Hex's Japanese name) to intimidate hostiles as well as trying to look menacing in her Elite 2 artwork. Liquidation came into her movepool as a surprise coverage option due to receiving a summer costume, similar in reason to Lily from Flower Knight Girl. Like many other operators, her base stats are calculated mainly from her own stats within Arknights itself, her maximum stats in her Elite 2 promotion minus the trust stat bonuses. Being an Enmity Guard results in her lacking most of the tower defense-based moves other Arknights operators carry, so it is very noticeable she lacks status moves that are mainly intended to support her party's teammates.

Code:

after like who knows how long about arguing if this thing would even be allowed here it finally is.

Pokémon: **Minoshroom** (it's a minotaur but more weird and fucked up than normal)
Origin: Twilight Forest (Minecraft mod)
Type: Grass
Ability: Block Breaker (Removes entry hazards on switchin.)
Stats: 155/125/70/70/70/70 (560)
Notable Moves: Axe Strike (see Camilla), Double-Edge, Horn Leech, Megahorn, Earthquake, High Horsepower, Stomping Tantrum, Spore, Brick Break, Work Up, Thrash, Outrage
Reasoning: Strange minotaur-moohsroom hybrid that functions as the boss of the Twilight Forest's Labyrinth. Grass becuase mushroom monster. Its ability reflects how it can break blocks while charging. It has horns, hence Horn Leech (which I wouldn't give normally but it's a Grass-type) and Megahorn. It wields its special diamond axe hence Axe Strike. The Ground moves reflect how it can slam into the ground and produce small quakes. Spore because mushrooms. Brick Break is the block breaking thing again. Work Up, Thrash, and Outrage are because the official wiki describes it as "rampaging" and fellow bull Tauros also gets those moves.

oh and here's another one from the same mod

Pokémon: Alpha Yeti
Origin: Twilight Forest (Minecraft mod)
Type: Ice
Ability: Bulletproof / Snow Warning / Fur Coat
Stats: 170/90/70/70/70/90 (560)
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Blizzard, Stomping Tantrum, Megahorn, Thrash, Outrage, Flail, Circle Throw, Vital Throw, Fling, Seismic Toss
Reasoning: Like... A yeti, but really big. I guess. It has hrons so Megahorn. It has three attacks. One is throwing ice blocks at the player. One is throwing the player, which is where the throw moves come from. The last one is one where it jumps up and down, flails its arms, and throws ice blocks all over the place. This is where most of its moves come from. Bulletproof because it deflects projectiles while using the "throw single ice cubes" attack. Snow Warning because it creates a lot of (harmful) snow during the fight. Fur Coat because it has fur that can be used to make armor.

Cookie Butter

formerly the someone

Pokémon: Iku Nagae
Franchise/Origin: Touhou Project
Type: Electric/Dragon
Ability: Forecast* / Levitate / Swift Swim
*Same as Castform except Fire/Dragon in Sun, Water/Dragon in Rain, Ice/Dragon in Hail
Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Wild Charge, Rising Voltage, Volt Switch, Discharge, Electro Ball, Shock Wave, Thunder Wave, Scale Shot, Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Dance, Outrage, Gust, Twister, Heat Wave, Icy Wind, Hurricane, Fly, Bounce, Tailwind, Weather Ball, Drill Run, Surf, Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Signal Beam, Mean Look, Electric Terrain, Swift, Flash, Calm Mind, Coil, Counter, Slack Off
Stats: 90/105/80/110/100/45 (530)
Reasoning:
  • Iku is a messenger of the Dragon Palace, being able to borrow the power of dragons. Almost all of her attacks involve electricity, most likely because she's also an oarfish youkai.
  • Forecast has to do with Iku's ability to read the atmosphere and read the flow of air. On her profile it is stated "she can read the mood of a place, and adapt to it right away. She doesn't try to break the mood unless there's a very urgent reason. Flexibility is stronger than stiffness." She also has the "Veils Like Water/Wind/Sky/Time" skills to change herself in-battle in the fighting games. Although she doesn't have something like "Veils Like Fire" we are translating stuff to Pokemon here, and weather and Forecast are like that. One can also reasonably argue Sunny Day -> Clear Sky in JP -> Veils Like Sky.
  • Levitate is because of her veil, which grants her the ability to fly. "Rumor says that if a human wears this veil, they will be able to fly through the sky."
  • Swift Swim because she's an oarfish, and because she spends most of her time swimming (through clouds). Some of her spellcards and skills also mention swimming.
  • Her moves are a combination of her spell cards involving electric and dragon powers, her usage of drills, her ability to manipulate the flow of air, danmaku lasers, moves relating to her being a fish and lastly Calm Mind/Slack Off because of her personality.

Pokémon: Blader Dragon
Franchise/Origin: Jewel Master
Typing: Dragon
Ability: Pressure / Anger Point / Sturdy
Moves: Outrage, Thrash, Dragon Rage, Dragon Pulse, Rage, Fly, Dual Wingbeat, Defog, Fire Blast, Shadow Bone, Skull Bash, Bone Rush, Dragon Tail, Breaking Swipe, Draco Meteor, Scale Shot, Dragon Claw, Megahorn, Fireball (See Bowser), Reanimate (See Dry Bones)
Stats: 100/90/90/110/100/80 (570)

By holding the Chaos Orb, the Blade Dragon can transform into the Chaos Dragon.
Form: Chaos Dragon
Franchise/Origin: Jewel Master
Typing: Dragon/Ghost
Ability: Dragon Stubbornness - Effect of Solid Rock, but when the types Fire, Water, Ground and Flying are combined into a move, it becomes weak to all of those types.
Stats: 200/90/70/110/80/120 (670)

Reasoning: This enemy is unnamed in the game. The name "Blader Dragon" comes from the game's Japanese manual (ブレイダードラゴン) though it is called "DragonSpawn" in inlay notes. "Chaos Dragon" comes from the second form's theme name and inlay notes.
In the Japanese manual, the Blader Dragon is called the strongest dragon in the demon world. In the US manual, it's called the Dragon king, so I figured it should be decently strong. It mostly attacks by spitting fireballs but it can also fly around. And I gave it Dragon-type TMs and some TMs that winged creatures get.
The inlay notes mention how its "immense size and speed" are troublesome for the player, but its speed only really picks up in the 2nd form.
The Chaos Dragon has the highest HP in the game by far, around 12 per segment. It is even higher than the final boss. However, it dies in two hits from the Blade weapon, the sword that combines the elemental rings of fire, earth, wind and water.
Pokémon: Kiara Sesshouin-Summer
Franchise/Origin: Fate/Grand Order
Typing: Water/Fairy
Ability: Shell Armor/Sturdy/Misty Surge
Moves: Water Gun, Water Sport, Water Pulse, Octazooka, Snipe Shot, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Aqua Tail, Dive, Clamp, Razor Shell, Shell Smash, Acid Armor, Mist, Mat Block, Stone Edge, Leech Life, Dream Eater, Double Team, Endure, Splash, Slap, Double Slap, Wake-Up Slap, X-Scissor, Teleport, High Jump Kick, Mega Kick, Charm, Attract, Moonlight, Moonblast, Ancient Power, Punishment, Misty Surge, Trick Room, Magic Room, Wonder Room
Stats: 115/80/95/125/95/60 (570)
Reasoning: Water because she's... well, a swimsuit version, aaaaand she absorbed multiple mythological sea creatures. Her regular form is Psychic/Fairy, but Fairy is kept instead of Psychic for a couple of reasons. She's Moon Cancer class in this form and Fairy has somewhat of a connection to the moon (Moonlight, Moonblast, etc). More importantly, she's attempting to recreate fairy tales from her childhood by pretending to be a mermaid.
Shell Armor is due to having merged with (and eaten) the legendary clam monster Shen, and being able to manifest its shell. Sturdy because she's immune to instant death and immortal. Misty Surge because she has the ability to create large-scale mirages which is shown to start as mist, as well as having both the "Territory Creation" and "Spiritual World Creation" Skills at the highest Rank.
Here I'll explain some of the weirder moves:
  • Shell Smash for the same reason as Shell Armor
  • Snipe Shot because she cosplays as a cop, and shoots using her hand in the shape of a gun.
  • Octazooka because she has the Supernatural Powers (Ink) Skill.
  • Mat Block due to being able to manifest any part of the undersea palace of Ryuujin (the sea dragon god), including the tatami mat.

Pokémon: Saki Kurokoma
Franchise/Origin: Touhou 17: Wily Beast and Weakest Creature
Typing: Flying
Ability: Competitive / Unmatched Legs - 2x power on leg moves.
Leg moves: Every move with "Kick" in their name, Triple Axel, Low Sweep, Stomp
Moves: High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, Mega Kick, High Horsepower, Fly, Double Wingbeat, Wild Charge, Feather Dance, Roost, Agility, Bulk Up, Double Team, Beat Up, Helping Hand, Follow Me, Quick Attack, Sucker Punch, Meteor Beam, Explosion, Swift
Stats: 64/150/60/60/60/136 (530)

Reasoning:
252+ Atk Choice Band Slaking Mega Kick vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 376-444 (93.3 - 110.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Pure Power Medicham-Mega High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 388-457 (96.2 - 113.3%) -- 75% chance to OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Reckless Mienshao High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 408-480 (101.2 - 119.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Guts Conkeldurr Low Kick (120 BP) vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 510-601 (126.5 - 149.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Unmatched Legs Saki Kurokoma High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Manaphy: 518-610 (128.5 - 151.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Here's Rhea and not Kefka

"Being the Archbishop can be lonely, no matter how many followers surrounded you…"
Pokémon: Rhea (Archbishop form)
Franchise: Fire Emblem
Type:

Ability: Natural Cure, Seiros Shield
Seiros: Reduces damage dealt by dragon types by 25% and restores 1/16th of the user's total HP

Notable Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Searing Shot, Secret Sword, Wish, Recover, Heal Bell, Draining Kiss, Giga Drain, Oblivion Wing, Calm Mind, universal moves such as Substitute. Archbishop form also has access to Saint form's moves.
Stats: 76 / 84 / 67 / 128 / 143 / 72 (570 BST)

Reasoning: Rhea is the Archbishop of the Church of Seiros in Fodlan. She is not a recruitable unit for your army but joins you on a few missions as an NPC unit. When on the field of battle, she has her unique class, Archbishop. This gives her access to a wide array of healing moves and magic moves. Her magic moves include a variety of fire and reason magic. Her ability represents the Seiros Shield item she carries into battle which reduces damage taken from Beasts and restores HP every turn.

Rhea and Seiros can change forms outside of battle.
Pokemon: Seiros (Saint form)
Type:

Ability: No Guard, Sacred Power
Sacred Power: Deals 1.1x more damage and takes 1.1x less damage.

Moves: Close Combat, Drain Punch, Sacred Sword, Dynamic Punch and other punching moves, High Jump Kick and other kicking moves, Zen Headbutt, Swords Dance, universal moves such as Substitute. Seiros can also learn Archbishop's forms moves.
Stats: 76 / 128 / 72 / 84 / 67 / 143 (570 BST)

Reasoning: You mean the woman who beats up a homeless guy in the opening cutscene a centuries ago is actually the archbishop? What an unexpected surprise. Turns out Rhea can do a lot more than cast spells and heal allies, she can also kill a man with her bare hands. I guess that's why she can teach brawling to Byleth. Rhea's identity is hidden throughout most of the game (and is only revealed in certain routes). When she appears in this form in game she has the skill, Sacred Power. She also has access to No Guard due to the way she fights in the opening cutscene. In the fight against Nemesis, she uses her sword, fists, kicks and even her head. Due to this she is fighting type.

Rhea/Seiros can Mega Evolve when holding the Crest Stone of Seiros
Pokemon: Rhea/Seiros (Immaculate)
Type:
/
(primary type is based on which form Mega evolved.)
Ability: Ancient Dragon Skin
Ancient Dragon Skin: Super effective damage is reduced by 25% and user cannot be forced out.
Moves: Both Rhea and Seiros can learn the following moves (they're just here for spoiler reasons): Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Breaking Swipe, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail.
Stats: 76 / 129 / 110 / 128 / 145 / 82 (670 BST)
Reasoning: It wouldn't be Fire Emblem without a dragon wouldn't it. Turns out Rhea's true form is a bit more monstrous than she led us to believe. She transforms into her Immaculate One form out of anger or desperation and loses control. As a dragon she has access to... dragon moves. Her ability is also derived from a skill from the game which works the same way as it does here but I've removed the part where it prevents status effects.

No bonus theme for this slate but...

It's time for the Item Side-Slate to return. Along with your regular submissions you can also submit items from other video game franchises. Try ensure your items have a similar viability of those already used in Pokemon. Weapons like the Energy Sword do not count as items.

Have fun.

Item Name: Genesis Loop
Origin: Risk of Rain 2
Effects: When the holder's health is depleted past 50% (think Berserk), if they're still active at the end of the next turn, attack everything adjacent for Stealth Electric damage. (This bypasses Magic Guard, but does not factor in STAB.) If a target has the Franklin Badge, the user sustains the effects instead of the holder of that item.

Item Name: Lens-Maker's Glasses
Origin: Risk of Rain 2
Effects: +1 to Critrate.

Also suddenly felt like resubbing this

:(
I didn't design THIS!
Pokémon: Long Live The New Fresh
Type: Poison/Dark
Ability: Iron Fist / Unnerve / Gluttony
New Move: Corrupting Fist (Poison-type Fire Punch that inflicts regular poisoning instead of burning.)
Other Moves: Bulldoze, Mega Punch, Recover, Rapid Spin, Hammer Arm, Earthquake, Substitute, Growth, Rage, Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Self-Destruct, Earth Power, Needle Arm, Poison Jab, Brutal Swing, Darkest Lariat, Payback, Pay Day
Stats: 50/80/60/50/60/60 [BST 360]

Reasoning: Iron Fist because this guy punches a lot. Corrupting Fist is from how he punched and corrupted an ocean, and it's Poison because that's symbolized by said ocean becoming its color. Bulldoze and Earthquake because it sends shockwaves upon striking the ground, same for Earth Power. Sub because it masks one of its arms as a deathly pale Plant person. Growth because it does that in its fight and Rage because it gets infuriated once its own fist hits it. Recover because it regenerates its arm. Rapid Spin because it spins a bit. Flash Cannon because lasers. Self-Destruct because the fight ends with it getting slugged by all four of its arms in one go. Dark because of its aggressive demeanor (Beats up a friendly Plant in its first moments after breaking loose from its cave), intimidating appearance, trying to chomp down on you in its evos, using its essence to corrupt everything, and it being the main antagonist of JSaB, plus it resisting Hammer Arm would be strange considering it's defeated the first go around via it accidentally punching itself full force with four arms. Pay Day because Japanese name means Coin-for-a-Cat and this thing took design inspiration from a Cat. Fake Out might break its final form, though.

By leveling up whilst holding a Blue Power Triangle, Long Live The New Fresh can evolve into New Game.

(Note that this guy has two each of arms and legs; They don't always show in his fights)
Pokémon: New Game
Type: Poison/Dark
Abilities: Punk Rock / Mega Launcher / Gluttony
Moves: Prior mentioned + Rock Slide, Rock Blast, Rollout, Bite, Crunch, Overdrive, Hyper Voice, Boomburst, Wood Hammer, Spiky Shield, Body Slam, Dragon Pulse, Thunder Wave, Thunder Punch, Whirlwind
Stats: 80/90/60/100/60/60 [BST 460]

Reasoning: Poison stays for obvious reasons, both the corruption aspect and the parallels with Roxie and Toxtricity. Rock Slide because it summons rocks to fall on you as it shakes the ground. Rollout because it rolls a fair bit in its fight. Bite and Chomp because it tries to chomp down on you during its battle in a similar vein to Pacman. Overdrive because the thing rocks out atop its tower at some point, having already started by the time you enter the factory. Hyper Voice and Boomburst because those waves that show up in its fight certainly look like soundwaves and it even rocks out atop its tower too. Body Slam because it crashes into the ground once it's done rolling and you wouldn't want to get hit by it, though it also makes sense for the evo. Wood Hammer because what it used to become itself was once part of a tree and it certainly smashes itself into you alright. Spiky Shield because it covers itself in spikes as it rolls across the screen. Dark because it's the same as before but powered up and need I mention Close To Me. Mega Launcher and Dragon Pulse due to its ability to transform into a cannon. Thunder Wave and Thunder Punch because the two other triangles identical to the one it used to gain power were used as a defibrillator during the false Game Over segment at the end of its evo's fight to turn the tables.

By using a Red Power Triangle on New Game after losing 49HP in battle (just like with the Tart and Sweet Apples on Applin but with the added effect of Galarian Yamask’s evo prerequisite), New Game can evolve into Annihilate.

Pokémon: Annihilate
Type: Poison/Bug
Abilities: Stakeout / Arena Trap / Strong Jaw
Moves: Prior mentioned + Red Tears (From 0^2), Bug Bite, Hyper Beam, Attack Order, Infestation, Endure, Assurance
Stats: 110/140/80/130/60/60 [BST 580]

Reasoning:
Evo Method because New Game gets desperate after you beat Final Boss and recover the last Power Triangle, takes back said triangle and jams if into itself, and now it became the thing you see at the start of Annihilate. Bug and Attack Order because you get swarmed by centipedes in its fight, Poison staying because its color scheme is unchanged and because of said color scheme's symbolism in JSaB. Red Tears because some liquidlike danmaku drips out of its eyes and... Yeah, that's certainly reddish alright. Hyper Beam because it occasionally attacks with a massive beam during its fight. Stakeout because if you try to continue from the following false Game Over sequence, it attacks and sends you back there. Endure because it still keeps on fighting a bit even after its health is completely depleted from when you turn the tables against it. Strong Jaw because a bite from it causes the false game over sequence in the first place, which also adds flavor to Crunch from its mid-evo. Similarly, it shrouds itself in spiky balls during the second part of Til It's Over, so New Game's Spiky Shield works here too, and smashing itself into the ground just seems like Body Slam to me. And Arena Trap because the screen's just lined with its spikey appendages.

Pokémon: Judgement Bird
Type: Flying
Ability: Justified
Other Moves: Oblivion Wing, Night Shade, Perish Song, Roost, Dual Wingbeat, Punishment, Dazzling Gleam, Torment, Protect, Leer
Stats: 60/60/100/135/100/75 [BST 530]

Reasoning: Flying because it's a bird and would thus get STAB on Oblivion Wing, plus it uses the most seldom-seen damage type in Lobotomy Corporation, that being Pale, taking the form of Death itself that assaults the soul. Pale Damage against Agents scales with their Max HP, the scaling modifier for that aspect returning 1 if the Max HP is 100 on the dot, so that also works for Night Shade. This also explains Perish Song, as its attack when breaching is accompanied with a chime, plus Dazzling Gleam because it was once a completely radiant bird and said chime is accompanied with a shimmer. HP is half that of Big Bird's, just as it is in-game, and Defenses were calculated the same way, plus it being a WAW too and due to their history, it has the same BST of 530. When it breaches, it moves around at a somewhat average speed, but most Agents should be able to catch up to it easily. Punishment and Justified because of its judging nature. Speaking of which, Torment's JP name goes nicely with its unjust scales as well. Protect happens to be universal coverage and in Library of Ruina, it has a super-defensive skill in Stare, and that's Leer.

Pokémon: Boyfriend
Franchise: Friday Night Funkin’
Type:

Ability: Sing-Off - Every time the user uses a sound move, the move has a x1.2 power boost added to it, and raises the users Speed by 1 stage. The power boost stacks up to x2.5. The boost does not reset once the user uses a different move.
Movepool:
- Knock Off
- Boomburst, Bug Buzz, Chatter, Clanging Scales, Disarming Voice, Echoed Voice, Eerie Spell, Hyper Voice, Overdrive, Relic Song, Round, Snarl, Sparkling Aria, Uproar
- Clangorous Soul, Confide, Grass Whistle, Growl, Heal Bell, Howl, Metal Sound, Noble Roar, Parting Shot, Perish Song, Roar, Screech, Sing, Supersonic
Signature Moves:
Mic Throw - 120 BP |
| Physical | 95% Accuracy | Sound Move | If this move misses, the user cannot move the next turn.
Singing Combo - 50 BP | Normal | Special | 100% Accuracy | Sound Move | Every time the user uses this move, the moves get +20 power.
Stats: 65 / 95 / 65 / 100 / 75 / 95 (495 BST)
Reasoning: Boyfriend’s typing is Normal because he is just a regular human, and Boyfriend learns all sound moves because he speaks in sounds and not English (Though it’s confirmed that he can speak English, he just makes bleep and boop sounds to avoid talking to people). He learns Knock Off and Mic Throw because in a unused animation, he is seen throwing his mic in a attacking pose, he learns Singing Combo because, well, he’s in a rhythm game! He has Sing-Off because, yet again, he’s in a rhythm game, and that’s it!

formerly Ticktock
Item Name: Energy Sword
Origin:
Halo
Effects: The Pokémon's contact moves that is holding this item, has a 30% chance to burn the opponent

Item Name: Needler
Origin:
Halo
Effects: This Pokémon's next multi hitting moves hits five times, with the last hit dealing double damage
I thought Toad said that weapons do not count as items. If you want to have these usable, make them signature moves for a sub or something.

Item: Star Cloak
Franchise/Origin: Terraria
Fling BP: 10
Effects: Whenever the user is hit with any damaging move, the Star Cloak deals damage as if it were a 40 BP typeless special move to the target that hit the user with the item, with behavior similar to that of confusion damage (no critical hits, unaffected by Life Orb, Technician, Wonder Guard, etc.). Light Screen/Aurora Veil still reduces the damage of Star Cloak's attack by half/a third.

Item: Frozen Turtle Shell
Franchise/Origin: Terraria
Fling BP: 60
Effects: Whenever the user is at 50% HP or below, they will take 33.3% less damage from all damage-dealing moves. This does not affect direct damage moves like Dragon Rage and Seismic Toss.

"Let us lead everyone to victory."
Pokémon: M4A1 (Base Form)
Franchise/Origin: Girls' Frontline
Type:

Abilities: Friend Guard (HA: Rattled)
Other Moves:
: Quick Attack, Strength, Metal Burst, Counter, U-Turn, Pound, Endeavor, Return, Hold Back, Last Resort, Reversal, Acrobatics
: Sonic Boom
: After You, Baton Pass, Follow Me, Lock-On, Mist, Focus Energy, Ally Switch, Detect
Signature move:
Bullet Burst –
– 25 BP – 20 PP - 85% - Hits 2 to 5 times. Each strike has a 10% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1 stage.
Stats: 55/107/94/69/61/85 (BST: 471)

Reasoning: Steel-type due to being a T-Doll, a humanoid android. The Normal typing reflects her "ordinary" and publicly moral and polite behavior pre-MOD 3. Friend Guard reflects her amicable, pre-MOD3 personality while Rattled signifies the part where her personality takes the turn for the worse. A good chunk of her stats was calculated using her own stats as seen in-game. Most moves picked were chosen to either provide STAB options or being suitable for her more passive actions during battle compared to her Neural Upgrade. A good amount of Status moves was chosen for utility purpose as the de-facto leader of Anti-Rain. Ally Switch was also chosen due to the in-game mechanics of battles within GFL.

Evolves to M4A1 (Mod3) at Level 44 when she is the only party member alive (she is the only 1 party member in a team or all other Pokémon except her have fainted).

"You don't need your spine anymore, do you?"
Pokémon: M4A1 (MOD3)
Franchise/Origin: Girls' Frontline
Type:

Abilities: Defiant (HA: Anger Point)
Other Moves:
: Quick Attack, Strength, Metal Burst, Counter, U-Turn, Pound, Endeavor, Frustration, Last Resort, Reversal, Acrobatics, Revenge, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Extreme Speed, Bullet Burst, Shadow Sneak, Lash Out, Thrash, Outrage, Magnet Bomb
: Sonic Boom, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Wring Out, Dark Pulse, Burning Jealousy, Flash Cannon
: After You, Baton Pass, Follow Me, Lock-On, Mist, Focus Energy, Ally Switch, Agility, Wide Guard, Safeguard, Spite, Taunt, Torment, Parting Shot, Destiny Bond, Barrier, Detect
Signature move:
Avenger's Seal –
– 100 BP – 10 PP - 100% - Flame Burst clone but deals 1/8 damage to adjacent Pokémon instead of 1/16.
Stats: 65/115/119/95/61/85 (BST: 540)

Reasoning: Steel-type due to being a T-Doll, a humanoid android. Her MOD3's drastic personality change resulting in the Dark typing to surface. Defiant and Anger Point really hammer this new personality of hers in due to her increased irritability and ruinous anger once provoked to the limit. Carrying a good chunk of moves from her base form to this form, she is packing various Dark and Ghost moves due to her newly found used of suspicious pragmatic and somewhat ruthless tactics. Her new stats also reflect that fact that her unique equipment in-game gives her armor points, which factor into her Defense stat as such. Barrier, Agility, and Wide Guard reference her skills during the eventful battle with a certain Touhou wannabe in Shattered Connexion. She has unusually high BST for a 5-star T-Doll for being the de-facto main heroine of Girls' Fronline and being especially powerful as such. Fire type moves were given for coverage and for thematic purpose… and for the fact she has a new cannon that can launch such "magic-based" moves at her disposal, increasing her Special movepool tenfold.

"My parents... they already passed. A pyroclastic flow hit them when they were conducting studies near a volcano... I have to pick up where they left off and complete their thesis, no matter what!"
Pokémon: Eyjafjalla
Franchise/Origin: Arknights
Type:

Abilities: Magma Armor (HA: Soundproof)
Other Moves:
: Pound, Flame Charge, Retaliate, Last Resort, Secret Power, Return, Flame Wheel, Solar Blade, Payback
: Swift, Weather Ball, Ember, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Fire Blast, Eruption, Earth Power, Psyshock, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Solar Beam, Flamethrower, Incinerate, Lava Plume, Overheat, Stored Power, Mystical Fire, Psybeam
: Will-O-Wisp, Sunny Day, Calm Mind, Cotton Guard, Confuse Ray, Safeguard, Barrier, Light Screen, Memento, Spite, Imprison, Teleport, Stealth Rock, Morning Sun, Nature Power
Signature move:
Magma Duetto -
-
- N/A - 20 PP - N/A - Raises user's Sp. Atk and Speed by 1 stage each. Burns the user if the user is not a Fire-type or is not immune to burns.
Stats: 83/80/50/114/100/69 (BST: 496)

Reasoning: Normal-type due to being a Caprinae, a race of sheep. This enables her ability to use Cotton Guard, which is shared with the Ampharos and Wooloo lines. Fire-type due to being a volcanologist and her possession of pyrokinetic abilities, the volcano subset of which allows her to use lesser used Fire-type moves such as Lava Plume, and Eruption; with the bonus of carrying Earth Power for minute coverage; along with Magma Armor as her primary ability for being shared with Camerupt, which has volcano traits itself. Being the Operator with the highest amount of Originum concentration, this is attributed to her hearing loss and is granted Soundproof as a Hidden Ability despite being able to use hearing aids to mitigate such issues in lore itself. Her status moves are mostly conspired of support moves due to her nature of being in a tower defense gacha game. She also shares similar stat calculations as her fellow Operators, based on her stats in her Elite 2 promotion minus trust stat bonuses. Unfortunately, she may not last long in Arknights's story as assumed of her severe case of Oripathy, which is why Memento serves as a dreadful reminder that Originium Arts come at a deadly cost.
