Electivire [Optimized]
Abilities
: Motor Drive (Super Luck)
Stats: 75/123/67/123/87/107[BST 580] (+28 SpA, +12 Speed)
Added Moves: Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Throat Chop, Power Trip, Dark Pulse
Summary of Changes: Added Dark type with Dark Stabs, Raised SpA to be equal to attack, Boosted Speed, Added Super Luck
Description: Alright so this thing is an oni so I figured why not let its typing help reflect that more. Dark because oni are demons and Super Luck because oni ward of bad luck. With the speed increase it can become a potent scarfer, or a pivot since it has a stronger Volt Switch.

Magmortar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Flash Fire(Sniper)
Stats: 80/80/102/125/102/83[BST 580](+5Hp, -15 Atk, +35 Def, +15 Sp Def)
Added Moves: Flash Cannon, Scald, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Explosion, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball
Summary of Changes: Lowered Attack, Raised Defenses and HP to make it bulky, Added Steel Type with steel stabs, added coverage, added explosion for a way out. Replaced flame body with flash fire to switch in safer.
Description: I made Magmortar more like a mortar. It's bulkier at the cost of less attack, but it's movepool is now widened so it's special attack can be taken advantage of. It even gets scald now. This was to differentiate it from Electivire as before they both were wallbreakers of sorts, and now Magmortar is closer to Heatran.

Yanmega [Optimized]
Abilities:
Speed Boost/Tinted Lens/(Levitate)
Stats:86/106/66/106/66/115[BST 545](+30 Attack, -20 Defense, -10 Special Attack, +10 defense, +20 Speed)
Added Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Outrage, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, Flamethrower, Fire Blast
Summary of Changes: It's a frail sweeper with a dragon type now.
Description: Alright so yeah the dragonfly now has a dragon type, yippee. Also it can hit hard on both sides of the spectrum which actually lets it phase pretty well now since it has stab U-Turn. What this thing is going to end up doing is wearing some specs or a band and proceed to wreck shit up.

pokemon [Optimized]
Abilities:
Levitate(Pressure)
Stats: 85/130/150/30/150/20[BST 565](+40 HP, +30 Attack, +15 Defense, -35 Special Attack, +15 Special Defense, -25 speed)
Added Moves: Bulk Up, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Drain Punch,
Summary of Changes: It got bulkier and hits harder. Also it got darker.
description: Well this might be a bit overpowered and minmaxed to hell, but it's certainly viable now. It has access to five immunities now, if you use levitate. It can set up with bulk up, actually use sucker punch well, and of course remove items. However it is fucking slow as hell so unless you got some tricks up your room this thing will always be moving last.

Magmortar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Flame Body / Sheer Force
Overview: Simple addition of dual STAB and advantageous ability should do it. Although it doesn't have much coverage, Fire Blast / Focus Blast / Thunderbolt hit most things hard.

Electivire [Optimized]
Abilities
: Motor Drive / Tough Claws
Overview: See Magmortar, but with a better movepool in Ice Punch, Earthquake, and Volt Switch.

Yanmega [Optimized]
Abilities
: Speed Boost/Tinted Lens (Frisk)
Stats: 96/76/86/116/86/95 [545 BST]
Added Moves: Nasty Plot, Hurricane
Summary of Changes: +30 SpD
Overview: Risky defensive typing, but the payoff is a speedy and powerful sweeper or a formidable wallbreaker.

Dusknoir [Optimized]
Abilities
: Pressure / Iron Fist
Stats: 80/135/100/65/100/65 [545 BST]
Added Moves: Bulk Up, Knock Off, Drain Punch
Summary of Changes: +35 Atk, +35 Atk, -35 Def, -35 SpD, +20 Spe
Overview: Bulky spinblocking tank. Advantageous typing, improved speed, and good coverage (Thunder Punch to hit Toxapex and Corviknight, Ice Punch to hit Dragons, Fire Punch to hit Ferrothorn, etc.)

Electivire [Optimized]
Abilities: Motor Drive / Sheer Force / Vital Spirit
Stats: 75 / 123 / 87 / 105 / 85 / 95 (570 BST)
Added Moves: Knock Off, Bulk Up, Meteor Mash, Close Combat
Summary of Changes: +20 Defense, +10 Special Attack
By giving Electivire a bit more bulk and coverage in exchange for 20 points of speed, Electivire now has the tools to truly function in an apocalyptic meta known as post-HOME OU. Knock Off allows it to overcome threats like Gengar, Jirachi, and Dragapult, while Meteor Mash ensures it isn't walled by Clefable and Sylveon. Having a higher special attack stat, while not too viable, ensures that mixed variants can't be as easily walled. Despite this, its stat spread still isn't the best - its physical bulk, while much better than it once was, still isn't much to write home about, and special attackers like Hydreigon and Dragapult still fry it to a crisp. Moreover, while it's typing of Electric / Fighting is great offensively, it does Electivire no favors defensively and leaves it with a painful weakness to Clefable, on top of not mitigating any of its current weaknesses.

Magmortar [Optimized]
Abilities: Flame Body / Stamina / Vital Spirit
Stats: 75 / 95 / 87 / 125 / 105 / 83 (570 BST)
Added Moves: Flash Cannon, Energy Ball
Summary of Changes: +20 Defense, +10 Special Defense
Being the counterpart to Electivire, Magmortar's typing is Fire / Steel as to Electivire's Electric / Fighting, creating sort of a yin/yang effect between the two. Having a better defensive typing in Fire / Steel that mitigates its weakness to Stealth Rock, and having Energy Ball ensures it isn't walled by Seismitoad. Despite this, Fire / Steel, while a fantastic defensive typing, gives it a crippling weakness to the likes of Dugtrio and Excadrill, and this is further compounded by its fairly low physical defense, leaving it helpless against the likes of Kommo-o and Conkeldurr. It's also still fairly slow, so common threats like Hydreigon can overpower it through its decent special defense, making it weaker than it would like to be against more offensive squads.

Type: Bug/Dragon
Yanmega [Optimized]
Abilities
: Compound Eyes/Tinted Lens (Intimidate)
Stats: 106/71/86/116/76/100 [545 BST]
Added Moves: Hurricane, Fireblast, Flamethrower, Draco Meteor, Quiver Dance, Hyper Voice, Sticky Web, Earth Power, Hydro Pump
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, -5 Atk, +20 SpDef, +5 Speed
Overview: An "okay" defensive typing that gets rolled by Steel and Fairies, especially if they resist your coverage move, whether its fire, Hurricane or just U-Turn to come back later or even use Compound Eyes Hypnosis, Yanmega forgoes Speed Boost to place it in Quiver Dance so it can actually boost up and kill things. Compound Eyes even enables never missing Hydro Pumps or Fire Blasts enabled by its newly gained Draconic powers (Focus Blast would offer maybe a bit too much coverage compression against non poison/fairies. Can get a good jump on Sun Teams and might require HDB if you don't want to force the Dragonfly into Wincon Status. Compared to most QD higher tier sweepers, namely Volcarona, Yanmega can use Tinted Lens to ignore resists, or use Intimidate to better setup and not roll over to rocks or Aqua Jets or be forced out by Heatran in a Hidden Powerless metagame.

Type: Fire/Poison
Magmortar [Optimized]
Abilities:
Steam Engine/Sheer Force (No Guard)
Stats: 75/95/87/125/95/93 [BST: 560]
Summary of Changes: +20 Def, +10 Speed
Added Moves: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Inferno, Scald, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Gunk Blast, Energy Ball
Overview: If you want to abuse No Guard, you have to almost definitely use Inferno to get a powerful guaranteed burn. Granted, other than Focus Blast, there are very few other moves that No Guard lets you abuse. Sheer Force meanwhile lets you use all your STAB moves, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Focus Blast, Energy Ball, and even Scald with increased efficiency! Steam Engine meanwhile with its buff via Coalossal, is a free immunity to water. Granted, most of the common Waters can pack a nasty Quake, heck the Poison typing here is more detrimental than ever in this regard and Quake available Waters are no joke. Still, Magmortar punishes water abuse like crazy.

Type: Electric/Fight
Electivire [Optimized]
Abilities: Motor Drive/Guts (Berserk)
Stats: 75/123/87/95/85/105 [BST: 560]
Summary of Changes: +20 Def, +10 Speed
Added Moves: Drain Punch, Earth Power, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Mach Punch, Plasma Fists, Bulk Up, Knock Off, Fire Blast
Overview: Plasma Fist alone is more than the love Electivire has been begging for for years (and I don't give a damn if it's a signature move, this boy needs help): a reliable physical Electric STAB that doesn't kill you faster than you deserve to die especially if you decide to burn yourself. The addition of Fight STAB goes a long way and while Vire joins a long list of Gutsy fighters, he becomes one of the few not weak to faster birds. In fact, you probably don't even need to consider wishing it had Stone Edge. Just Guts up and go ham. Or you can go Berserk for a mixed set if you have to. It's still frail and hates Ground moves, and gaining a Psychic and Fairy weakness is never fun.

Type: Ghost/Fight
Dusknoir [Optimized]
Abilities
: Pressure/Levitate (Dry Skin)
Stats: 85/105/125/65/125/40 [BST: 565]
Summary of Changes: +40 HP, -10 Both Defenses, +5 Atk, -5 Speed
Added Moves: Drain Punch, Bulk Up, Mach Punch, Belly Drum, Shadow Sneak, Close Combat, Slack Off, Spectral Thief (Will remove if deemed non-competitive)
Overview: Yes I lowered its defenses but 85/125s goes a lot further defensively than 45/135s. Its kinda sad that the Fight type is a defensive hindrance at times. Sure dark neutrality is great except Pursuit is gone, but added Psychic Flying and Fairy Weaknesses are not good to get, even if Dry Skin makes for a very nice defensive option courtesy of origins of evolving from a mummy Background. Levitate also is great for a coveted Fight/Ground/Rock resistance combo, making this pokemon an excellent answer to Terrakion. The issue is, this Pokemon isn't going to follow through and end your team with shit speed even with a respectable Drum Double STAB priority combo. For reference, Azumarill can use Huge Power BDrum (getting a higher ATK) Aqua Jet and it still isn't always lethal when it needs to be.. and that's with possible rain. That all comes with 4mss. WoW is a nice deterent to physical walls but leaves your attacking options a bit dry, even with an awesome Fight/Ghost STAB combo. I'll pretend Spectral thief isn't a thing since Dusknoir doesn't quite have the stats to abuse the combo the way Marshadow may have. But if someone deems it too strong then I'll wipe it away asap. TLDR: You say Spectral Thief bad and it's yeeted forever.

Magmortar [Optimized]
Abilities
: Flame Body / Mega Launcher
Stats: 75 HP / 70 Atk / 80 Def / 125 SpA / 95 SpD / 95 Spe (540 BST)
Added Moves: Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Volt Switch
Summary of Changes: -25 Atk, +13 Def, +12 Spe
Justification: Magmortar is a powerful Choice Specs wallbreaker that typically spams Fire, Electric, and Fighting moves. Its main drawbacks were its low Defense and mediocre Speed, meaning it wasn't too difficult to outspeed it and threaten it with physical moves. It was given small boosts to its Defense and Speed that should help it against more offensive threats, an Electric typing for extra STAB power, and Mega Launcher for extra power to its new coverage moves. Among the added moves, Earth Power provides almost perfect neutral coverage with Fire/Electric, while Mega Launcher-boosted Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse hit things like Hydreigon and Dragapult on the switch. Volt Switch provides momentum and good chip damage.
Sample Set:
Magmortar @ Choice Specs
Ability: Flame Body / Mega Launcher
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat / Fire Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Earth Power
- Volt Switch / Aura Sphere / Dark Pulse

Electivire [Optimized]
Abilities
: Motor Drive / Iron Fist
Stats: 75 HP / 125 Atk / 80 Def / 70 SpA / 95 SpD / 95 Spe (540 BST)
Added Moves: Close Combat, Drain Punch, U-turn
Summary of Changes: +2 Atk, +13 Def, -25 SpA, +10 SpD
Justification: Electivire suffered from a lack of strong physical moves without recoil, leading most to run a mixed set with its lower Special Attack. Iron Fist turns Thunder Punch into a reliable and strong STAB, as well as boosting the power of coverage moves like Ice Punch and Fire Punch. A new STAB Drain Punch helps to recover damage from Life Orb recoil, while Close Combat provides much greater power.
Sample Set:
Electivire @ Life Orb
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Punch
- Ice Punch
- Close Combat
- U-turn

Yanmega [Optimized]
Abilities
: Speed Boost / Tinted Lens / Frisk
Stats: 86 HP / 76 Atk / 86 Def / 116 SpA / 76 SpD / 105 Spe (545 BST)
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Flamethrower
Summary of Changes: +20 SpD, +10 Spe
Justification: Yanmega's weaknesses included its bad Bug/Flying typing and reliance on relatively weak attacks like Air Slash and Hidden Power. Its special bulk was also exploitable and its non-Speed Boost speed left it vulnerable to offense. Yanmega was given a Dragon typing which reduces its Stealth Rock weakness, and Tinted Lens STAB Draco Meteor deals heavy damage to anything not Fairy typed. Flamethrower lets it hit Steel types super effectively to further augment its wallbreaking ability while also providing useful coverage on its Speed Boost set.
Sample Set:
Yanmega @ Choice Specs
Ability: Tinted Lens
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Draco Meteor
- U-turn
- Flamethrower / Giga Drain

Dusknoir [Optimized]
Abilities
: Pressure / Frisk
Stats: 65 HP / 100 Atk / 135 Def / 65 SpA / 135 SpD / 45 Spe (545 BST)
Added Moves: Drain Punch, Knock Off, Recover, Shadow Claw, Spirit Shackle
Summary of Changes: +20 HP
Justification: Dusknoir had the defensive stats of a tank but lacked hitpoints and reliable recovery, so it was run offensively but without a STAB move since Shadow Punch is too weak. Giving it a Dark typing neutralizes its Ghost and Dark weaknesses while giving it a Psychic immunity and only a weakness to Fairy. Spirit Shackle and Recover allow it to be a bulky trapper of sorts, with Darkest Lariat ignoring stat boosts from moves like Bulk Up and Drain Punch providing neutral coverage and some recovery. Pressure allows it to PP stall while trapping with Spirit Shackle.
Sample Set:
Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Spirit Shackle
- Darkest Lariat
- Recover
- Drain Punch / Earthquake / Knock Off / Shadow Sneak

Slate - Some Random Mons

:ss/xatu: :ss/bellossom: :ss/sudowoodo: :ss/oranguru:

Xatu [Optimized]
Type:
Flying/Psychic
Abilities: Magic Guard/Early Bird (Magic Bounce)
Stats: 115/65/90/115/90/95 (BST: 570)
Summary of Changes: +50 HP, -10 Atk, +20 Both Defenses SpAtk and Speed
Added Moves: Thunderbolt, Mystical Fire, Overheat
Overview: Xatu has a fine tuned role as a Special based Magic Bouncers... and with no stat above 100, it would've likely been untiered if it didn't have that ability. All Xat needs is a stat total that actually high functions. Sure it doesn't have any stellar stats, none are above 115, but it has Magic Bounce, or Magic Guard.

Bellossom [Optimized]
Type:
Grass/Fairy
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Regenerator (Dancer)
Stats: 90/75/105/110/100/75 (BST: 555)
Summary of Changes: +15 HP, -5 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpAtk, +25 Speed
Added Moves: Moon Blast, Mystical Fire, Fiery Dance, Earth Power
Overview: Not the fastest mon around, Bellossom takes advantage of QD, most likely in the sun (or Growth,) alongside its good coverage. It can try to use its defensive typing with all of its Draining moves and Regenerator to be annoying. Then there's Dancer which makes a lot of setup mons regret setting up. To go with its hot dances, it gets Fiery Dance despite having no wings. Just go with it, it's coverage that helps it snowball.

Sudowoodo [Optimized]
Type:
Rock/Fight
Abilities: Sap Sipper/Rock Head (Dry Skin)
Stats: 105/120/150/20/95/30 (BST: 530)
Summary of Changes: +35 HP, +20 Atk, +35 Def, -10 SpAtk, +30 Def
Added Moves: Drain Punch, Close Combat, Leech Seeds, Seed Bomb, Bulk Up
Overview: This freak hates water so effin much that out of sheer loathing it starts absorbing that bastard wetness to heal itself. IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE! Don't question it! In all seriousness Faketreemon can really get mileage out of extra stats. Still slow as the rock shaped turd that it is, but at least it can hit harder with the strongest Body Press, although it's still gonna take a hit first. It also contends with Terrakion and his mirror typing with far better speed. Sudowoodo however has some interesting coverage such as elemental punches, and grass moves to make sure you know it's pretending to be a tree, even carrying a pouch of suction seeds. Sadly its only big recovery is Drain Punch (Leech Seeds is a bit slower,) so plan your move choice carefully.

Oranguru [Optimized]
Type:
Psychic/Normal
Abilities: Trace/Scrappy (Symbiosis - Now takes the half the benefits, but none of the negatives, of the enemy's items and gains benefit of enemy berries when consumed)
Stats: 110/60/110/110/110/60 (BST: 560)
Summary of Changes: All stats except Attack and speed are set to 110
Added Moves: Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Mystical Fire, Fire Blast, Hyper Voice, Surf, Body Press, Slack Off
Overview: A defensive spread of 110's across the board are fantastic. Shame about the garbage speed. A Scrappy set of Hyper Voice/Body Press/Psychic with Nasty Plot can hit almost everything neutrally as is, the coverage options however can help deal with checks. As great as it seems, this mon is a bit too slow to sweep, but can be a bit of a bulky bruiser if you need one. Abusing Symbiosis can be nice, netting a drawback free half value Life Orb or Choice Specs for added power never hurts. Trace is trace, and it Intimidates Intimidators, and Water Absorbs the Water Absorbers and can get you some cool abilities to play around with.

Xatu [Optimized]
Abilities: Synchronize / Early Bird / Magic Bounce
Stats: 90/70/90/115/90/75 (530 BST)
Summary of Changes: +25 HP, -5 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpA, +20 SpD, -20 Spe
A defensive Magic Bouncer doesn't actually exist yet, so Xatu doesn't need much except a good stat boost to become a solid check to Ferrothorn, Toxapex, utility Grimmsnarl, and Seismitoed.

Bellossom [Optimized]
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Natural Cure / Triage
Stats: 85/80/95/90/100/50 (500 BST)
Added Moves: Aromatherapy, Mystical Fire
Summary of Changes: +10 HP
Bellossom can fill the currently unfilled role of a Grass-type that actually resists Ground. Natural Cure minimizes its weakness to status that could cripple it, while Triage helps it get the jump on physical attackers by spamming Strength Sap. Aromatherapy gives it the role of a cleric while Mystical Fire gives it an option to hit Steel-types that would otherwise wall it such as Ferrothorn. While it could theoretically use Triage Quiver Dance, this is hindered by its low Special Attack, terrible Speed, and lack of dual STAB.

Sudowoodo [Optimized]
Abilities: Sturdy / Rock Head / Rattled
Stats: 80/125/125/50/80/50 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Superpower
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +25 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +25 SpD, +20 Spe
Sudowoodo is a powerful wallbreaker with Head Smash and Wood Hammer STABs, with decent coverage in Superpower and Earthquake. However, its offensive presence is hindered by its low speed and lack of physical boosting options, and its defensive presence is challenged by its low special bulk and weaknesses to Fighting and Steel.

:sm/oranguru:

Oranguru [Optimized]
Abilities: Oblivious / Telepathy / Sheer Force
Stats: 90/60/90/110/110/50 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Slack Off, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, Teleport
Summary of Changes: +10 Def, +20 SpA, -10 Spe
Oranguru was basically tailored to be a Trick Room setter, but it seems only to work well in Doubles. The slight stat boost and added moves helps it be more effective either as a defensive setter (with something like Trick Room / Psychic / Slack Off / Teleport) or offensive one (with something like Trick Room / Nasty Plot / Psychic / Focus Blast).

Xatu [Optimized]
Abilities: Magic Bounce / No Guard / Forewarn
Stats: 75 / 55 / 80 / 125 / 110 / 95 (540 BST)
Added Moves: None
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, -20 Attack, +10 Defense, +30 Special Attack, +40 Special Defense
This guy already has most of the tools it needs - decent offensive coverage, a fantastic ability, and overall a thick ass movepool. It seems functionable without a buff, right? Not really. Xatu's unspectacular stat spread beforehand meant that it wasn't particularly bulky or fast or strong, so this lead to a lot of issues with finding opportunities to actually support its team, unlike fellow Magic Bouncer Hatterene. By working its stat spread so that those issues were (mostly) solved, Xatu becomes a better version of itself. Despite this, its weak physical bulk makes it easy to force out by the likes of Dracovish and Excadrill, and its only decent speed tier leaves it helpless against the likes of Hydreigon and even Dragapult. Furthermore, its defensive typing is still horrible, so good luck being forced to run Heavy Duty Boots.

Bellossom [Optimized]

Abilities: Dancer / Own Tempo / Triage
Stats: 75/60/95/100/100/100 (530 BST)
Added Moves: Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Aromatherapy, Mystical Fire.
Summary of Changes: +10 SpA, +50 Speed, -20 Attack
Overview: Bellossom has quiver dance, let's give it a reason to use it. Now it's not gonna hit anything physically so uhh sorry swords dance users. Anyway because Chlorophyll on something with base 100 speed would be ridiculous, I gave it a more flavorful ability since you know it's a dancer. Own Tempo is there for that same reason and because petal dance exists. U-turn can be used so it phases and crazes, aromatherapy is slapped on there because it actually smells nice unlike its counterpart, and hyper voice is there because of what oddish is based on. Given that oddish takes some inspiration from a mandrake I find it weird it doesn't get this move. Likewise if Vileplume is ever optimized I'll most likely slap hyper voice on it as well for the same reason. Also triage seems to be the ability of choice for bellossom so I figured, hey let me mimic everyone else. Speaking of things everyone gets, Mystical Fire, however at least you can use the mandrake reasoning for this too.

Abilities:
Dancer / Cute Charm / Pixilate
Stats: 80/80/95/120/110/75
Added Moves: Taunt, Volt Switch, Simple Beam, Topsy-Turvy, Heart Swap
Summary Of Changes: +5 HP, +30 Sp. Atk, +10 Sp. Def, +25 Speed
Overview: Heart Swap and Topsy-Turvy for pranking your opponents 'cuz this thing looks a bit like an upside-down oddish and it looks cute. Volt Switch 'cuz Wynaut? Others… I don't know

Oranguru [Optimized]
Normal / Psychic
Abilities: Trace / Super Luck (Fur Coat)
Stats: 90/60/95/100/130/60 [BST 535] (+15 Def, +20 SpDef, +10 SpAtk)
Added Moves: Amnesia, Recover, Teleport
Summary of Changes: Added spdef boosting move, reliable recovery, pivoting move, changed abilities, upped def, spdef, spatk
Description: Can now fullfill role of Trick Room setter and pivot out with Teleport, boost to spatk could help it be used offensively as well, not sure what to do with middling speed, fur coat makes sense flavorwise and helps it be more physically defensive to go with the now 90/95/130 bulk.

Sudowoodo [Optimized]

Bellossom[Optimised]
Grass/Fairy
