Winners. The resulting tie in between Ana and Steelix for Xatu, I broke it and picked ana.

Xatu [Optimized]
Abilities: Synchronize / Early Bird / Magic Bounce
Stats: 90/70/90/115/90/75 (530 BST)
Summary of Changes: +25 HP, -5 Atk, +20 Def, +20 SpA, +20 SpD, -20 Spe
A defensive Magic Bouncer doesn't actually exist yet, so Xatu doesn't need much except a good stat boost to become a solid check to Ferrothorn, Toxapex, utility Grimmsnarl, and Seismitoed.

Sudowoodo [Optimized]
Abilities: Sturdy / Rock Head / Rattled
Stats: 80/125/125/50/80/50 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Synthesis, Leech Seed, Superpower
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +25 Atk, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +25 SpD, +20 Spe
Sudowoodo is a powerful wallbreaker with Head Smash and Wood Hammer STABs, with decent coverage in Superpower and Earthquake. However, its offensive presence is hindered by its low speed and lack of physical boosting options, and its defensive presence is challenged by its low special bulk and weaknesses to Fighting and Steel.

:sm/oranguru:

Oranguru [Optimized]
Abilities: Oblivious / Telepathy / Sheer Force
Stats: 90/60/90/110/110/50 (510 BST)
Added Moves: Slack Off, Hyper Voice, Earth Power, Teleport
Summary of Changes: +10 Def, +20 SpA, -10 Spe
Oranguru was basically tailored to be a Trick Room setter, but it seems only to work well in Doubles. The slight stat boost and added moves helps it be more effective either as a defensive setter (with something like Trick Room / Psychic / Slack Off / Teleport) or offensive one (with something like Trick Room / Nasty Plot / Psychic / Focus Blast).

Bellossom [Optimized]

Abilities: Dancer / Own Tempo / Triage
Stats: 75/60/95/100/100/100 (530 BST)
Added Moves: Hyper Voice, U-Turn, Aromatherapy, Mystical Fire.
Summary of Changes: +10 SpA, +50 Speed, -20 Attack
Overview: Bellossom has quiver dance, let's give it a reason to use it. Now it's not gonna hit anything physically so uhh sorry swords dance users. Anyway because Chlorophyll on something with base 100 speed would be ridiculous, I gave it a more flavorful ability since you know it's a dancer. Own Tempo is there for that same reason and because petal dance exists. U-turn can be used so it phases and crazes, aromatherapy is slapped on there because it actually smells nice unlike its counterpart, and hyper voice is there because of what oddish is based on. Given that oddish takes some inspiration from a mandrake I find it weird it doesn't get this move. Likewise if Vileplume is ever optimized I'll most likely slap hyper voice on it as well for the same reason. Also triage seems to be the ability of choice for bellossom so I figured, hey let me mimic everyone else. Speaking of things everyone gets, Mystical Fire, however at least you can use the mandrake reasoning for this too.
Now, for the last slate of the conceivable future, we will have ANOTHER Free For All! Submit any trash mon, EVEN if Dexxited, and we will do our final vote for the top 3 submissions! Look at what is missing from the optimons, whether its wallbreakers, stall members or whatever! Have fun

:ss/arctovish:
Abilities: Water Absorb / Ice Body / Adaptability
Stats: 80/90/80/90/80/85 (505 BST)
Summary of Changes: -10 Atk, -20 Def, +10 SpA, -10 SpD, +30 Spe
Arctovish found it very hard to compete with its (cousin?) Dracovish due to the latter's good speed and defensive typing. Now, Arctovish serves as an alternative to it, having both its STABs boosted and a slightly better speed to warrant Choice Band more often.

:ss/wishiwashi: :ss/wishiwashi-school:
Wishiwashi [Optimized]
Stats (School): 50/140/100/140/100/90 (620 BST)
Stats (Solo): 50/35/25/35/25/100 (270 BST)
Added Moves: Elemental Fangs, Earth Power, Crunch, Psychic Fangs, Recover
Summary of Changes:
(School)+5 HP, -30 Def, -35 SpD, +60 Spe
(Solo) +5 HP, +15 Atk, +5 Def, +10 SpA, +10 Spe
Wishiwashi's main problem was its extremely low speed for a wallbreaker, so siphoning some defenses into it and adding some moves for more options helps it be more viable in its role.

Silvally [Optimized]
Added Moves: Recover, Earthquake, Earth Power
Simply adding recovery and another coverage option greatly helps Silvally be more relevant in the metagame.

:ss/cherrim::ss/cherrim-sunshine:
Cherrim [Optimized]
Abilities: Flower Gift (If user is Cherrim and Sunny Day is active, it and allies' Sp. Atk and Speed are 1.5x)
Stats: 80/60/80/117/88/85 (500 BST)
Added Moves: Sleep Powder
Summary of Changes: +10 HP, +10 Def, +20 SpA, +10 SpD
Cherrim, now with a great offensive typing, can setup and break through walls thanks to Flower Gift boosting the power of Solar Beam and Weather Ball. It can put Dragon and Fire-types to sleep and use Growth to hit them hard.

Arctovish
Type: Water/Ice
Ability: Water Absorb/Adaptability (Slush Rush)
Stats: Unchanged
Added Moves: Stone Edge, U-Turn, Aqua Jet, Ice Shard, Volt Switch
Summary of Change:
0 SpA Adaptability Arctovish Freeze-Dry vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Seismitoad: 424-504 (102.4 - 121.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

In this calc, I didn't adjust Arcto's stats or give it any EVs, items or nature. In this calc, it only has Freeze Dry and Adaptability to go with its Fishous Rend. Arctovish will not usurp Dracovish as THE mutant fish beast, since Strong Jaw has more oomph and helps some coverage moves too, but Arcto makes a great 'spam' partner as he assists his dragon mutant buddy at getting around all the water absorbers that matter, and Volt Switching out is easy since no Ground type is going to come or stay in to block it. This change is all about access to Adaptability letting it help the big Draco whose Fishous Rend still hits harder, moves faster and has infinitely better defensive typing. In truth, a mix set with dual priority, Freeze Dry and Fishous Rend could work but is far from optimal and is only resisted by Coalosoal of all things: that's where Stone Edge comes into play if it becomes top tier enough. But if it's that obnoxious, you'll probably just want to pivot to something like Dugtrio before it gets banned.

Arctozolt
Type: Electric/Ice
Ability: Electric Surge/Skill Link (Slush Rush)
Stats: Unchanged
Added Moves: Bullet Seed, Dragon Dance
Summary of Changes: Going Skill Link may not boost your main STAB, but it helps your multiple coverage Rock Blast and Bullet Seed as well as offSTAB Icicle Spear. Meanwhile, Electric Terrain helps your beak attack, but both Draco mutants still hit harder with their move. Beyond that it doesn't have much to it. You can also find it as the only mutant fossil that can boost its attack with DD ironically it's not a dragon but keep in mind, it's fairly slow to get started. Access to the terrain may seem overshadowing to Pincurchin but Pinci has less weaknesses and more resists, as well as bunch of hazards it can set. Speaking of which......

Pincurchin
Type: Electric/Poison
Ability: Regenerator/Water Absorb (Electric Surge)
Stats: 123/106/95/101/90/15 (520)
Summary of Changes: +75 HP, +5 Atk, +5 SpDef
Added Moves: Toxic, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Blast, Volt Switch, Rapid Spin, Drill Run, Drill Peck, Megahorn, Pin Missile
With Regenerator and 123/95/90 defenses alongside 8 resists and a potential water immunity, Pincurchin lives to set up terrain for his team, or even without the terrain, he can lay both kinds of spikes; with regenerator might be able to come back later and set them up again. Its still incredibly slow, so it's almost certainly going last. Its watery access is because it is an urchin and even feeds on seaweed. Regenerator and all the drill moves because urchins regrow spines. It has good offenses too but it lacks the speed to abuse it. Watch out for quakes.

Sunflora
Type: Grass/Fire
Ability: Drought/Magnet Pull (Regenerator)
Stats: 115/60/105/135/115/15 (545)
Summary of Changes: +40 HP, -15 Atk and Speed, +30 everything else.
Added Moves: Flamethrower, Lava Plume, Fire Blast, Overheat, Seed Flare, Will-o-Wisp, Weather Ball
Sunflora's biggest problem was EVERYTHING! No really, its probably garbage even in the tier below ZU. Now that it embraces the sun to become a burning sun setter or abuse its gravity to trap steel types, Sunflora is all kinds of amazing even if it's even slower than before. No Steel type can handle its Fire STAB and anything that either resists or is neutral will not want to take an Earth Power. As great as it now is, Grass/Fire/Ground is very predictable meaning something like say Dragonite can get a free switch in to set up DD in its face, and if Sunny thinks it can try and dent it, it'll just set up 1 more. Sunflora also has an unenjoyable Rock and Flying weakness. Any fire types that can immunize or neutralize Ground (such as Volcarona) will enjoy a free switch. Poison weakness isn't great either. It's also slow as shit so almost everything is going to hit first.

Stantler [Optimized]
Abilities: Intimidate/Frisk/Sap Sipper
Stats: 73/115/62/75/65/115 [BST 505]
Added Moves: Horn Leech, High Jump Kick, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Swords Dance
Summary of Changes: +20 Attack, -10 Special Attack, +30 Speed
description: Stantler is a chad, and I turned him into a super chad. He is drowning in pussy while sweeping up the other so called alphas. Give him a scarf or a band and watch Stantler boy destroy. It's now optimized for physical sweeping. It's abilities are actually pretty good so I saw no reason to change it. The major downside is that it can't do much with its special attack anymore.

Girafarig [Optimized]
Abilities: Inner Focus/Berserk/Sap Sipper
Stats: 70/110/60/110/60/85 [BST 495]
Added Moves: Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch
Summary of Changes: +30 Attack -5 Defense +20 Special Attack -5 Special Defense
description: Here we have my attempt to turn Girafarig into a wallbreaker. Base 85 speed is okay for that but mainly what you're doing here is slapping on a band or specs and watching the giraffe break down walls like Gorbachev. Also dark because it was going to be a dark type originally

pokemon [Optimized]
Abilities:Stench/Corrosion/Aftermath
Stats: 100/60/102/95/102/55 [BST 515]
Added Moves: Recover, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam
Summary of Changes: +20, -35, +20, +35, +20, -20
description: Garbodor is now a tank with a decent enough special attack to use that movepool it has. Steel does make sense since it has steel in its body. It's arms appear to be made of some kind of metal pipe. It learns metal claw naturally. The point is that it has a good type for tanking shit that isn't ground, it has better bulk and is just a better pile of garbage.

Druddigon [Optimized]
Abilities: Mold Breaker / Rough Skin / Sheer Force
Stats: 77 / 130 / 120 / 60 / 90 / 68 (545 BST)
Added Moves: Recover, Dragon Dance
Summary of Changes: +10 Attack, +30 Defense, +20 Speed
Druddigon's main flaws were that it was HoRriBlY sLoW and lacked reliable recovery, not to mention that it got PWN'd by quite literally every single Fairy-type. This is no longer the case thanks to its new Dragon / Steel typing neutralizing that weakness, and its speed tier has been improved to ensure that it at least outspeeds SOMETHING (not just Cursola). Dragon Dance is honestly just there for if you want to run some offensive sets, which are plausible, but not as good as bulkier variants due to the lack of room to run Recover and 4MSS. In short, Druddigon is built to be an offensive tank that compresses many roles into 1.

Honchkrow [Optimized]
Abilities: Moxie / Pressure / Intimidate
Stats: 100 / 125 / 72 / 95 / 72 / 81 (545 BST)
Added Moves: Close Combat, Knock Off, Bulk Up, Extreme Speed
Summary of Changes: +20 to both Defenses, -10 Special Attack, +10 Speed
Honchkrow is built to be a strong, bulky, attacker that can boost via Bulk Up and then beat the shit out of the opposing team. A bit more bulk and speed does wonders for it, patching up its previous flaws of poor defensive utility and poor speed tier. With these stat boosts it can run a Choice Scarf variant (Knock Off/Brave Bird/Close Combat/Extreme Speed) or a Bulk Up sweeper (Bulk Up/Knock Off/Brave Bird/Extreme Speed). It no longer has to rely on an unreliable priority move in Sucker Punch to bypass its terrible speed tier (okay it does help with Dragapult and Aegislash) as it now has Extreme Speed among its new additions, is also helpful as well, so there's that.

Staraptor [Optimized]
Abilities: Intimidate / Sheer Force / Reckless
Stats: 85 / 120 / 90 / 50 / 70 / 120 (535 BST)
Added Moves: Extreme Speed, Knock Off
Summary of Changes: +20 Defense, +10 Special Defense, +20 Speed
Staraptor's main flaws as a Choice Scarf user back in Gen 7 (remember this guy got dexit'D, and isn't returning in the DLC), despite some of its advantages, included an unspectacular (in the bad sense) speed tier, over-reliance on recoil-inducing moves (which pretty much destroyed any longevity it could've had), and competition from other Choice Scarfers Lando-T and Kartana. This is no longer the case with these new stat buffs, which give it a tiny bit more longevity and speed, so it can outspeed much more even without a Choice Scarf.

Pokemon: Solrock [Optimized]
Type: Rock/Psychic
Abilities: Levitate / Rock Head / (Magic Bounce)
Stats: 100/125/85/75/85/110 (BST: 580)
Added Moves: Head Smash, Psychic Fangs (Don't Ask Me Why)
Summary of Changes: +10 HP; +20 Sp. Def, Sp. Atk; +40 Speed; +30 Atk

Pokemon: Lunatone [Optimized]
Type: Rock/Ghost
Abilities: Levitate / Frisk / (Magic Bounce)
Stats: 90/55/125/95/125/90 (BST: 590)
Added Moves: Power Gem, Night Shade, Strength Sap
Summary of Changes: +20 Speed; +40 Sp. Def; +60 Def

Pokemon: Basculin-Red-Striped [Optimized]
Type: Water/Dark
Abilities: Adaptability / Strong Jaw / (Mold Breaker)
Stats: 75/122/75/70/75/128 (BST: 555)
Added Moves: Poison Fang, Rapid Spin
Summary of Changes: -10 Sp. Atk; +5 HP; +20 Def, Sp. Def; +30 Atk; +30 Speed

Pokemon: Basculin-Blue-Striped [Optimized]
Type: Water/Psychic
Abilities: Adaptability / Speed Boost / (Mold Breaker)
Stats: 95/70/85/100/85/110 (BST: 555)
Added Moves: Psychic, Psyshock, Draining Kiss, U-turn
Summary of Changes: -22 Atk; +12 Speed; +20 Def, Sp. Atk; +25 HP; +30 Sp. Def

Overview: Solrock and Lunatone should be a bit more unique, and so does Basculin formes. Solrock and Basculin-Red-Striped are Fast Physical Sweeper; Lunatone is a stall pokemon; Basculin-Blue-Striped is a Special Setup Sweeper.

Abilities: Pressure / Snow Warning
Stats: 90/85/95/100/85/125 (580 BST)
Summary of Changes: Def <-> SpA, SpD <-> Spe
Articuno now serves as a faster veil setter than Ninetales-Alola with recovery and pivoting options at the cost of typing.

:sm/aurorus:
Stats: 99/58/72/123/92/77 (521 BST)
Summary of Changes: HP <-> SpA, Atk <-> Spe
Aurorus' main downside is its low speed and terrible defensive typing. Now with a more respectable speed stat, Aurorus can use a powerful Refrigerate or Snow Warning set with Choice Specs.

Stats: 80/122/75/80/75/98 (530 BST)

Stats: 100/145/85/55/85/110 (BST: 580)

Summary of Changes: +10 HP; +20 Sp. Def; +40 Speed; +50 Atk

Pokemon: Lunatone [Optimized]
Type: Rock/Ghost
Abilities: Levitate / Frisk / (Magic Bounce)
Stats: 90/55/125/95/125/90 (BST: 590)

Summary of Changes: +20 Speed; +40 Sp. Def; +60 Def

Pokemon: Basculin-Red-Striped [Optimized]

Added Moves: Poison Fang, Rapid Spin, FISHIOUS REND (JK)
Summary of Changes: -10 Sp. Atk; +5 HP; +20 Def, Sp. Def; +30 Atk; +30 Speed

Flygon

Abilities:Levitate/Adaptability/(HA)Berserk
Stats:100/70/90/115/90/115(BST:560)
Added Moves:Power Gem,Sludge Wave
Summary of Changes:+20 HP -30 Atk +10 Def +35 Sp.Atk +10 Sp.Def +15 Spe
Overview:

Axed Blue Striped Basculin due to blatant brokenness. Not outright disbarring Solrocck bevcause answers do exist to it, but if it wins consider it heavily scrutinized.

Anyways, voting is open! Vote for up to four different subs, with no self votes in first slot. Also vote for up to two of your own submissions. Good luck.

Edited those two a bit, is it all right now?

A huge thanks to Pika Xreme for tallying votes, here are your winners!

Garbodor [Optimized]

And a tie between Dilasc's Arctovish and Pokemon Guy's Flygon. Vote to decide who makes it as the final addition of OptiMons! (Dilasc and Poke cant vote for themselves)

Flygon is the winner! Congratz on your first win Pokemon guy. I took the liberty of nerfing Flygon's speed to 100, as upon reflecting, it was probably too optimized. The sheet is finally fully updated with every new Pokémon. The mod is already playable, with up to Yanmega coded, so I insist users go out and check it out! Don't worry, the mod will soon be updated with the new mons as well. Thanks for everyone who submitted and helped get this old Pet Mod a new lease in life within Gen 8!

As a majority of the updates happened pre Home, the metagame has changed drastically since then, and in spirit of that, I decided to do some small (and some not small) fine tuning before our metagame shifts yet again. Even though battles were not as frequent, i did get some testing in, and with that + general metagame knowledge we decided to do this here.

Falinks +30 HP, +10 Atk

Some well needed bulk to extend Falink's usability outside of Screens Hyper Offense + a small bump into power makes Falinks a worthy contender instead of a fringe HO pick.

Weezing-Galar +20 HP, +10 SpA, +Nasty Plot

Increases its survivability and enables Weezing to use an anti Meta set in NP + 3 Attacks, which pray on trending Pokemon like Conk, Clefable and Corviknight.

Eldegoss +10 SpA, +U-turn, +Body Press
Just a means to make it not feel like a momentum sink 100% of the time for more offensive builds.

Flapple -15 SpA
Not a buff, but it puts my heart at ease since Flapple had higher BST than its counterpart Appletun.

Magmortar +10 Atk, +20 Def
Def bulk to help it take miscellaneous attacks better and equalizes its BST with Electivire.

Sudowoodo +30 Spe

Was simply too slow for its offensive sets to take full effect, since its bulk and defensive typing left plenty to be desired.

Oranguru +10 Def +10 SpD
Bulk boost just allows it to take hits marginally better.

Bellossom +Fairy Typing
Further distinguishes it from Eldegoss and defines its role as a check to the multitude of Dragons parading the tier

In addition to all of this, we are having a retooling Slate open for the two bottom tier Pokemon that require more than a stat buff or addition, but a redo!

Cursola
Cursola does nothing in the tier. Its defensive typing is terrible, adds little utility to the tier outside of SR, which is easy to get in the meta,, and is too frail AND too passive to accomplish the originally defined role as a bulky SpA.

Boltund
Prior to Home, Boltund was a big threat. It was a flexible attacker who had multiple ways to go about doing its job, and its trolly speed tier allowed it to not only keep the powerful Inteleon in check, but allowed it to creep past dugtrio. Alas, now its close to unviable. The release of Home sets buffed a punch of Pokemon that hurts Boltund's viability, such as Conkeldurr and Hippowdon. But the big slap was Home introducing Zeraora, a physical Electric that outclassed Bolt in every single way, and also won the matchup. even its fringe NP sets were outclassed by Rotom heat anyways.

Get going, and help these two unmons get optimized in the meta.

Cursola +25 Sp. Attack, +5 Sp. Defence, New Type: Ghost/Dark
Boltund +10 Attack, +9 Speed, HA: Infiltrator, New Type: Electric/Ground

That should do it
I know nothing about this meta BTW
