To be fair, it did say "Japan - Autumn 2009" .Athough no confirmed date has come yet. Please dont swear over something so trivial, a simple no would of been fine.

IIRC, you could buy them by a reasonable price at Mahogany, before Lance Hyper Beams the seller.

Most likely, since they could just use the same sprite for both surfing and following, obviously only for those who learn Surf.
