You make zero sense. First, Johto IS programmed in DPPt, but it doesn't have to do with Pal Park in this case, obviously. It's so that pokémon caught in Johto won't show up as "Mystery Zone". Second, this DSi camera pic in something that looked like Pokétch is a fake. And third, why would which generation came first matter? Pal Park has nothing to do with that, but with migration instead. They could perfectly put a Pal Park somewhere in HGSS so pokémon from Hoenn can migrate to Kanto/Johto. Simple.
And lastly, as far as I know, by the time G/S were released, the Game Boy Color was already being sold, but did it mean non-GBC users couldn't play the new games? No. They just wouldn't see all the cool colors, but that wasn't that essential to the games, just like the Pal Park now, but in the inverse way. DSi-only owners (I believe a lot of people with a DSi still have access to a working old DS) won't have a use to it, but would they really care?

Longevity is comparable to pokewalker or following pokemon - it's good just for pokefans. If you're looking for storyline or a RPG experience, there games better than pokemon.
I believe most teens/adults buy pokemon for competitive playing. Other than that, we have the huge amount of kids, which seems to keep the franchise alive. About legendaries, there's nothing Wi-Fi can't handle.
Still, I may wind up buying it due to nostalgia, since GS times were literally gold >_>
They aren't going to release Celebi on DPP, I can almost 100% assure you of that. Nintendo/Gamefreak want money, why not make profit off some little kids buying a game to get a pokemon?
The Johto starters best get some upgrades. >:)
Pretty confident it was just Crystal.actually im pretty sure g/s/c were gameboy color only? or was that just crystal.

Yea, I just took that into consideration, it doesnt matter what generation came first... I just thought about htat
And Honestly, this is very unlikely basically you are implying that every generation/new game should be able to migrate from another generation. I mean look at FR/LG, should they have had the Time Machine? Should Hoenn be able to migrate Johto pokemon from G/S/C? I just think that they won't have it but everyone should be able to state their opinion :/. I won't argue anymore, if you think that there'll be a HG/SS Palpark, that's your opinion and I respect it, I just don't agree with it. We shall see in the future.
3rd gen had hardware issues with 2nd gen. This obviously isn't the case with gen 3 and 4. Not saying there will or won't be a Pal Park in HG/SS, because it honestly go either way.
Anyway, I have a feeling that Crystal-only features (like Extremespeed Dratini) won't be included. The possiblity to obtain the three Kanto starters in Yellow wasn't included in FR/LG. I hope they aren't as strict about the "remake" factor as they were with FR/LG though. The levels need to be higher, Team Rocket needs more involvement, Houndour/Murkrow/Misdrevous/Larvitar/Slugma need to be available before Kanto, as does Metal Coat.
Kanto shouldn't be a "dead" Kanto either. I remember getting to Cinnabar Island when I was like 8 and going "wtf". Team Rocket in Kanto would be nice.
Oh, I'd give up Kanto for a deeply expanded Johto though. Everybody and their parents have been to Kanto 10+ times. It's getting old.
They have screwed Dragonite long enough now. He either needs Extremespeed or a new ability that is the equivalent of Intimidate for special attack. The former is more probable.

Meganuim gets sleep powder. Graswhistle never fuckin hits!
Last comment before I leave, what'd be really cool in HG/SS if(and I'm only saying this because we are now able to have pokemon follow us) we could actually see the pokemon we were surfing on. We've only been able to see a Lapras sprite or a Ball. It'd be awesome if you could actually see yourself riding your Wailord or Kingdra lol. And if we could see the pokemon we were flying on, that'd be pretty cool too.
Anti lead nite? I like the sound of that.
MY guess for the pal park is that it will be there so you can migrate pokemon from RSE and FRLG, just in case someone has HGSS and not DPP.
i have thought about this, but, what would it look like if pidgey was flying you?, or if you were surfing on horsea? Sure it would be really cool to see you flying on salamence, or pidgeot, or surfing on swampert, but it would be weird to see surfing on horsea and pidgey,.
ExtremeSpeed'd be even good for DD to pick of Ice Sharders and random very fast scarfers, but then again you'll have to take care of Skarmory/Bronzong with another Pokemon.
Yeah, lead/mix/CB with ES would be the best, indeed, but it's still available for DD, like bulky DD nite ES DD nite needs a teammate to take care of Skarm/Zong, which is manageable if Skarm's eliminated someway or another.Yes, that is the problem, 4 moveslot syndrome. Unlike Lucario, who can boost once and smash through nearly any steel type with Close Combat, Dragonite needs to be aiding his main STAB, Outrage/Dragon Claw. This means Fire + Ground, or Magnezone support + Ground, are musts. Unfortunately, many Skarmory run Shed Shell, so you need a surprise Tricker or Knock Offer before you impliment that. I really think the best way to go with Extremespeed is the lead spot, or even on the mixed sweeper, which typically has an empty filler slot for Roost / Thunderbolt anyways.
Dragonite would be a damn good lead with Extremespeed. I hope I don't get infracted, but I just wanted to explain myself. With a Sash, Dragonite can beat every other lead out there(for the most part). Draco Meteor + Extremespeed beats any suicide leads(Infernape, Aerodactyl, Azelf), while Fire Blast 2HKOs Metagross and Jirachi(who can't flinch you, :)). Earthquake deals with Heatran, who is in a lower speed tier, 2HKOing factoring Shuca. Naive nature grants you a speed tie with Jolly Mamo, who is beaten by Fire Blast + Extremespeed. So, yes, Extremespeed would be a blessing for Dragonite. Oh yeah, Swampert is 2HKOed by Draco Meteor.
Note: Almost any other move(other than a new one) that is plausible for Dragonite would still make him less useful than Salamence. ES would give him a great niche in the lead spot.
As for move tutors, totally possible. I personally hope for a Flare Blitz tutor so Flareon and especially Entei get what they deserve.
