Someone with a rating of 1852 or so just narrowly beat me 0-1 , but then they disconnected... I don't get that.

And yes, my rating is updating very slowly too.
 
Donno if this guy is a Smogon member, but a guy named Barry from the UK disconnected on me after I beat him fairly. Seemed to have a team that represents knowledge of the VGCs.

EDIT: It might have been a connection error if that's the case. But it definitely said the typical disconnect message, so I'm not sure. 2nd time this happened today.
 
rating isn't updating for me either.

I hate it when I'm in a situation that I'm confident I will win, but have a bad feeling that some hax is on the way. So I end up playing the turn differently to try to predict hax... only for the opponent to do something different from expected... and hax me out of the win.

Like predicting there is a landmine, and walk left instead of straight. except that the landmine was on the left. =(

With your Zapdos and my Terrakion at the end? Yeh... My message wasn't the usual one - instead of saying "connection with the player has been lost" it said the longer message and prompted me to re-connect straight away. I have full signal, so I didn't think it was a problem my end... how strange.

The ratings seem to be updating really slowly at the moment, so maybe their servers are having some problems...
 
Damn, I just haxed the first time in the tournament and this was a shit load of hax, sorry if it was someone from here. His ingame name was CommiT* but he did not have a location stated. Got an Ice Punch crit on a +2 Swaggered Haryama with Persim Berry and a Para with Tbolt + a fully Para on Cresselia so that I won't even lose a single HP throughout the battle D:

Yeah and the ratings also don't update for me!

Edit: Now I have to battle Biosci, gl dude!
 
Just lost to Massi gg dude, nothing going my way today x.x edit: It's fine I probably would've lost without the hax I'm just really bitter from other shit happening this morning
 
Sorry dude, that crit was really crucial in the first turn. The freeze in the end didn't matter, still sorry though. I'm not gonna upload this match as it was just a haxy match.
 
Well, at least 92 speed EVs is not "a few". I misplayed turn 1, should´ve ganged up on Zapdos.

Also LOL at the CH quake turn one that didn´t OHKO my lead despite doing SE damage ;)

You can upload, after Milan. Not sure if I´m going yet though and what I use.

Btw. I haven´t had a rating update for quite some time, maybe 90 minutes or so.
 
Allright dude. Yeah, the crit was fail :D Good luck if you go to Milan, I have no opportunity to go there right now, maybe something unexpected will happen so that I can have a second chance after getting haxed out by the winner in Germany in Top 16 :(

Yes I was, lol you should have lost. I made an INCREDIBLY stupid play at the end. I had the game in my hands basically no matter what happened but I derped...

However you really did set yourself up well to win that (I HATE BLAZIKEN! :P). Good job, that was a fun battle, glad I lost to someone 1) good and 2) that is part of the community :)

Also, rating updated...for my first battle of the day. Have done like 10 since, no updates after a 25 minute break. Not sure what to do...
 
Ok update on the Nido side of things. Have had some very haxy games in which it looks like I will not have any good hax during this tournament. 1 case of bad hax I would like to mention is an Empoleon avoiding an Earthquake two times on the bounce.

My record at the minute is 31-8-5

I would also like to say that I involuntarily DC'd once as my internet decided to go down for like 20-30 mins. I also had my rematch with Showsni which I still cannot tell who should've won in the end >.<
 
Some japanese player DC'd on me because I would've been able to KO both his Ttar and Cress during one turn u_u
Probably did it to preserve his rating, which was ~1725.
My rating his horrendous, people always DC when I win haha :P
