- Olaf,
you seemed to do quite well, you had the upper hand one Amumu and the more important to me, is that you didn't let him breathe. Olaf is a blue dependent jungler in my opinion (in SoloQ at least) because with a blue he jungles faster than anybody and do not need to build wriggle at all. It unlocks his potential. Here you relied on the counter jungling to get the blue, it's risky but it did pay off (care at higher ranks, they seriously give more support to their junger, or the jungler is good enough to really keep tabs on his and yours timers, if he does so it becomes far harder to get both buffs).
So good thing you seem to have understand alot about Olaf really fast. My advices would be to not buy Philosopher stone so fast. I'm 100% agreeing on the fact that Shurelya is one hell of an item on Olaf, but it doesn't mean you need to buy the item so fast ! Okay you don't optimize gold per 10, but seriously, it doesn't matter. You better get more useful items early game and steamroll than sacrificing 800gold to win 300gold. To me, get HoG and Phage fast. This should be your minimal core, Olaf scales with HP. To me having Shurelya Merc/Tabi HoG FrozenMallet and a 700gold piece of armor and you're totally ready for mid game. This is what you should aim at, Hexdrinker is fine to snowball, Olaf got insane ratios.

Well, shit happens. To me, you have probably done nothing wrong. Just by watching the match-up it's easy to see that you will have a hard time top. While your top lane is shorter, your lane is opened to enemy's jungle on blue side. If I had an advice, it would be to make sure you don't get counter picked when your jungle got a weak early like Amumu, he can't really babysit you as much as you want him to do. And you sure needed some help given the match-up, he probably snowballed from a slight advantage, helped by his jungler and the mid lane as you said. Well LOL snowballs from nowhere, to me you had to play carefully( by you I mean the team) and turtle. Not a lot of LOL players know how to do it well, this was more popular in DotA. You would have catch up later if they don't snowball too hard. Your picks are really shaky by the way, Ahri is still an assassin, and if she's the one being assassinated.. well.. Maokai+Mumu means no damage, if you and Ahri get shut down, you sure gonna struggle against their team made of Bruisers. They have a free highway to Twitch that is a poor ad choice, especially when his invisibility can be countered.
To me you needed a strong early champion, or an Ap carry able to carry teamfights and deny Jax while being safe thanks to its range.
For the items, it's good to have an idea about pro builds, but it's SoloQ, their items are made to beat Jax when you're at the same level as him or above, here you needed a safe way to farm, not to trade. And let's be honest, we will rarely enjoy a jungler as good as the ones they play with, or at least no one will ass lick us after watching our nicks :<. A wriggle wouldn't have been out of place (but anyway if your team goes wild and dies each second.. who cares about the build :\ )

- For Mumu,
all came good, you said your mistakes come from missplay, so I got nothing to say about it. My tips would be to Bandage at the last time, run to them and when they flash/are panicked it's usually easier to hit because you're closer (or they try to juke and you closer the distance).
For the builds, here are two builds I use (I absolutly HATE solar cap on Mumu, to me it's an horrible item, too expensive, and while it gathers everything you need, this is a pure loss of money to buy the recipe)
=> Double gold item, rush Aegis EVEN if your support does one (especially Sona, you wont be at the same spot during teamfights and well it stacks for you both anyway). This items is perfect because you can grab these cheap items fast, they give you ALL you need, and it has a good rate stats/price. I finish boots here if I didn't do it before. Then I adapt my build. I can go Frozen Heat, finish Shurelya, this kind of stuff.
=> Triple gold items/or double. Then get a belt fast, And turn it into Rylai. Amumu's ratios are still great, and do not underestimate the impact of the aoe slow during a fight, this is huge. Moreover on this items path I usually follow up with Abyssal if nobody gets it, but this is a configuration where I need a tanky top to help me.
I think you can mix both paths, but I hurts me to see a Solar Cap. If you want life get Rylai/Aegis, not this weird item. Rylai is only 500 gold more, and you got the slow and the AP (this is huge, with the % per life, the 0.8ratio on ulti and Q, the spammable e with 0.5ratio iirc) or Aegis that cost 600 gold less, and provides you FAR more bulk for its price overall with a nice defense/attack buff for everybody (even if your support got one!)
