Level 23.
I actually was wondering about the Katarina ult too. I think their team just couldn't play as a team. They raped the laning phase, but sucked in late-game fights.
even at level 23 i fail to see how an entire team with TF, kennen, cho, and blitz all failed to stop kat ult.
The only problem with Twitch is that he's hit or miss. Either he starts strong and does amazing, or he does extremely bad early game and just bombs out so hard that he's a hindering the rest of the team.

@ the team comp against kat. The problem is, most people panic when kat shunpo's in and ults. Ken's stun isn't reliable because he needs 3 moves to trigger, TF's has to card cycle. Blitz needs his ult, but he could knock up if he's RIGHT there, or get a lucky grab if no minions, cho's rupture takes to long, but his silence would work. Remember, kat's ult is on about a 2 second channel, most people below 30 and even a lot at 30 don't have that reaction time.

2nd time I played Fiddle this week, and he really is fun once you learn jungle awareness (and to actually use your item actives). As soon as I built Zhonya's I caught their entire team in the brush with my next crowstorm and got a triple kill.
Not sure what's standard but I bought WotA because I wanted to stay in the jungle for even longer/we had 3 AP carries and finally sold my doran's for an Omen once I looked at their build.

Wasn't really bad before Zhonya's considering they have 3 champs with decent base magic damage, and 5 with hard CC. I may have wanted a Tabi after Omen though.

On a more serious note, something anyone who plays AD or was following m5's AD builds at Kiev should probably read (read the OP and Jatt's comment): http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueofleg...wonder_why_european_ad_carries_started_doing/
It is not mentioned in either post I drew attention to, but keep in mind that most of the champions M5 were running have abilities that scale better off of AS than AD (Kennen and Kog'maw W) which weren't factored in in either post. Unless I was really desperate for Dragon control I'd keep the standard NA Dorans/Dorans/Vamp/IE build on champs like Graves/Sivir/Trist/Ashe, but I think I agree with M5 on using what they do on Kennen and Kog after seeing a bit more about this and the relative scaling of AD and AS for all of them(not to mention that the 4% crit getting replaced with AD next patch increases the relative value of the Dorans/Dorans/Wriggles/PD build because of the way balancing AS/AD/Crit optimizes DPS).

Premade 5 I just did with some good IRL friends. It was kinda trolly but high-level and fun. Enemy team picked up first blood on our Lee Sin before minions spawned, but I killed Singed very quickly afterward after jacking their red buff at level 1. I dominated my lane and was consistently highest CS and highest kills in game before Ezreal and Lux started getting kills.
By mid/late game they were all focusing me and I had infinity health. I still died quite a few times because you can only tank 1v4 for so long, but they basically lined up like rats for Ezreal/Lux ultimate and combos. Lux got a sick quadra late-game with one ulti and they surrendered.

You mean Zeke's Herald (lol). 15% cdr, health, and a life steal/AS aura? So sexy, will be awesome on someone like jungle Alistar (assuming you had a support with Shurelya's, and didn't need another). The new item seems alright...though...eh, if it's designed for mid game, it isn't all that strong. You'll be around maybe lvl 13? So an 180 dmg shield for everyone. Eh...everyone will have a shield though, so I guess that's cool? Eh...idk how I feel about it. I feel like it's both strong and weak at the same time. Though if multiple people can use it.....gg.

Played draft after being tired of the terrible comps I see in blind pick. I was last pick, got to see the enemy pick Veigar. I scoured my roster of AP mids, and locked in Ryze, giggling gleefully. And it was a bit of a slaughter. I stood in Veigar's creeps, forcing him to take a Q to the face every time he got close. And since I have the 1% mana-> hp5 mastery, trading with him was ridiculously easy. Got first blood with a flash into combo, and Amumu comes out of the jungle. I get Q'd, E'd, so I run into a bush, and throw my own Q. Voli sees me in trouble, starts running to me. I W Amumu, he then gets Q'd by Voli, I throw my face on the keyboard and kill Amumu too.
After that, Veigar pretty much couldn't do anything. I went for Banshee's after my Tear to make his life harder, and if he fell at about 50% health, I'd flash into my combo and kill him. Kennen got a bit fed early by our Talon, but they couldn't really stop me. They faked dragon to get a teamfight going, didn't focus me. Right after the announcer says I'm legendary, they surrender. Probably not the best of matches, but I was happy because I properly counter-picked my foe (and because my+25 w/l ratio has been falling down...).
But my CS still sucks. *facepalm*
