Here's my thoughts on the tier from my 60 games.
If you are the kind of guy to just put 6 random breakers in your team and click buttons to check out the tier, then you will absolutely love it, and I recommend you play it right now because you'd truly be missing out on some of the most fun you'll ever have on showdown. If you are like me however, and prefer playing balance builds, then you will quickly regret your life decisions because this is an extremely unbalanced tier filled to the brim with unstoppable breakers of all kind.

(mega)

(mega and non-mega)

are all simply unwallable period no questions asked.

(mega) is the best balance breaker of all time, and you still have familiar faces like

still doing what they've always been doing. I am skipping on many more mons here, but when even stuff like

look tame in comparison, you know you're not gonna be tanking shit. Hazard control options are unfortunately extremely limited. It stops at

and

, which are both great mons, don't get me wrong, but also just do not fit in bulkier builds.
I really like some of the ability choices, like Regenerator

or Flower Veil

, but unfortunately this is set back by other more questionable choices like

's or

's abilities which turn them into cheese machines when they really don't have to be that. Hawlucha could make use of already existing underutilized abilities like Stamina, which would give it an interesting niche as a defensive Flying/Fighting type that could run Defog, which we are in dire need as of right now. Malamar, on the other hand, while not the best mon of all time by any mean, mandates specific counterplay that is easy to abuse by the insane power level of the tier that would give an existential crisis to even SV OU's paradox mons.
I will now talk about what changes I would make to the tier and why:
Unfortunately, no amount of changes and bans will change the fact that defensive options are very few and far between. We can still try and make it so we aren't limited to the same 3 to 4 mons however.
- Ban

(both mega and non-mega): No amounts of nerfs is going to change those stats and this movepool. This mon's only answers in spdef

and

get smashed by Gunk Shot and Low Kick respectively. Not much debate here.
- Remove Sharpness from

: This one is also quite simple. That guy singlehandedly invalidates any and all balance builds on preview without a single exception. You could even make a case that it would be broken if it didn't even have an ability.
- Remove Pure Power from

(mega): Another highly contentious mon that everyone would like to see banned. I would rather just nerf its ability instead of outright banning it because banning new megas is lame. I understand that people won't want to change the ability because it would deviate from Game Freak's vision or something idk despite giving freaking fluffy to Ampharos but I know people will push against that nerf anyways lmao
- Change

(mega)'s ability to a defensive ability: I explained this one earlier, give it Stamina or Intimidate to encourage the use of defensive sets.
- Do something cool with

(mega) : He deserves better than Contrary but more. Maybe give it a Gravity summoning ability or something like cmon man
- Do something cool with

(mega) : Dragonite already has extreme set diversity with its physical sets alone, giving it a "if you guess wrong I get a kill and am at +1 spatk" option isn't healthy imoimo
- Keep an eye on

and

: After the previous changes are implemented, these are imo the two most contentious mons. I'd just ban them both. You truly don't need them to demolish balance anyway, but I would like for the archetype to have some breathing room, even if minuscule.
