What do you do against teams that don't try to set up hazards? And if the Wobb only has counter and mirror coat, how does he handle stat up pokes? Or toxic spikes users who will just absorb your toxic spikes via poison? Seems a bit gimmicky to me. You still get major props for that battle though. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Heh, thanks. It is, as you say, really hard to get wins though, especially as fewer people are using Stealth Rocks. Wobb gets Destiny Bond too, but it is a bit lacking. Drapion is pretty much just to be a Whirlwind user who can absorb Toxic Spikes, though sometimes Thief does damage.
If the enemy doesn't try to set up hazards, the only way to win is to do damage with Counter/Coat/Thief/Dragon Tail, and Sandstorm Stall. I think once I managed to Sandstorm stall an entire team to death, but it was horrible. And if too many of them have Leftovers or are immune to sand it won't work.
Thief is there simply because it can't be chosen by Assist, and does some damage. Lepardasu's Thief can actually do a fair bit of damage; it's usually a better way of finishing off Pokémon that relying on Wobb, though the Metagross here of course just laughs at Thief and Covet.
Drapion's Thief can also sometimes be semi useful for actually stealing stuff, since he's running Red Card; so, he gets hit, Red Card gives a free Whirlwind, and then he takes an item.
There's probably improvements that can be made on my team... Maybe another Counter/Coat user, or Smeargle, or something. The first version used Metronome/Copycat Chansey in the lead position which was pretty fun. (I guess at a pinch Metronome can even give the hazards you so badly need!)
If the enemy doesn't try to set up hazards, the only way to win is to do damage with Counter/Coat/Thief/Dragon Tail, and Sandstorm Stall. I think once I managed to Sandstorm stall an entire team to death, but it was horrible. And if too many of them have Leftovers or are immune to sand it won't work.

I've used this thing as a Mischeivous Heart/Taunt/T-Wave lead, and it actually works quite well.
Also, though its movepool is lacking, with 88 Sp.Atk, 106 Speed and Priority setup, I've considered this with a Nasty Plot, and/or Claw Sharpen sweeper? Perhaps not, but I'm willing to try it out.

Would Kitty be able to Assist out a Shell Smash?
I don't think so. It's way too gimmicky.
I ran into a team using this a few times. They used it similar to the example DarkLynx posted, but, rather than Lucario, they used a Mischevious Heart Riolu to copycat the Entry Hazards. Without fail, Leparudasu managed to rack up some serious damage on my pokes. It seems the only thing that can reliably get in it`s way is other Mischevious Heart+Taunt users.

One reliable way to dealing with this is simply through priority attacks - which is pretty much all over the place now - since Leperdusu has pretty bad defenses, surprised that the guy on the log didn't pursue his mach punches knowing full well what Assist did. A more reliable and quicker way of shutting this down is through Magic coat/Mirror (then again Magic Coat/Mirror is the bane of Leperdusu).
Mach punch doesn't work- MH gives moves +1 priority, so the mach punchers would still have to be faster then Leperdusu- which they aren't. Only extremespeed (which now has +2) and fake out (it's either +2 or 3 now, I forgot) work.
Better to use an Abomasnow off that team, Hail hurts more.

IIRC, Sketch will copy the move that was called by Metronome, since the only way to Sketch Metronome itself is to make it fail (through Taunt or w/e).
this shuffling around hazards thing sounds cool to use(pretty damn annoying if you're the victim instead) but as mentioned in this thread, it's a bit...too much. would you really sacrifice the move-sets of all your five other pkmn just for one, who may guarantee you a victory only after...60 something turns as i see here. the first page of this thread listed some useful counters to it. i'd like to add that infernape has the higher base speed so its mach punch can strike the kitty down. Granted i think infernape will be used less this gen. however, i think protect Blaziken (with speed boost) can strike it down with vacuum wave. erufuun outspeeds it and taunts it. and of course...espeon's magic mirror will blow (or yell if roar is bounced) the kitty's efforts away. personally i'm for the swagger/foul play combo, mind you, it's a high risk high reward scenario. point being, this pseudo-stalling is just... solely dependent on luck. and if the opponent has one of the many conditions met to counter assist/roar (suction cups, no hazards, leftovers, etc), you're done. maybe it works better in the battle subway...
I like the idea of a Lepardas with Encore and Torment. Say the opponent kills of your guys with a Psychic move, then you come in and Encore it. Or say they used a move that they'd want to use on Lepardas, or are Choiced, then you use Torment. Then Thunder wave the target/whatever switches in.
Priority. This is NP Lepard we're talking about. No sucker punch
Encore still outspeeds Priority due to MH, since the set was supposed to switch in on the Sword Dance to set up.
^Actually, ExtremeSpeed has a priority of +2 now, while MH Encore has a priority of +1, meaning that ES will always go first.
