don't quote the whole damn thing
Err, they were trying to update the horribly outdated OP. How else do you do that but quote the whole thing? :| If we're not allowed to make progress in this thread, what's the point of it existing...

I thought the post with the Japanese was really useful actually! You should put it back up! It saves time and makes it easier at a glance to see the moves.

It's trickier than that. You can only install additional language packs if you have Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise; it's Microsoft's way of getting extra money out of their products. Somehow I managed to get East Asian language support installed, though. I have no idea how I accomplished this.

If you have Windows XP Mode (Windows 7 Professional and up), you can install Japanese support on that. Or you have old Windows XP disks, you can make your own virtual XP machine within Windows 7 with VirtualBox (google it).

Forward the e-mail to omegadonut@gmail.com -- I can handle the Japanese text.
Not about me unable to handle japanese. It is my mailbox. Even if I foward to you, it will still be garbage with some HTML tags visible. LOL!

On the side note:
I just received my Arceus on my Black. The 3 pkmn seems to be still stuck there. I will verify later then I log in my Black DW.

Darn, Black + White DW points < Kudan's Black DW points.... :(

Well, try it anyway.

Apologies to Spoit for mistakenly erasing most of his post (it's been fixed) - I thought he had just quoted the entire first post, instead of making helpful updates. I will edit his changes into the first post once I verify that all the moves listed are ones posted in this thread.

Is this of any use? :/

Nothing any different tonight. I took Bidoof female as I hadn't got that. Another day of only two trips through the forest. :( Was quite tempted by the drain punch Kanga but got one of those last week I think.

Random new stuff from Black and White Wiki:

Apparently you can find Pigeon Heart Chatot (with Role Play) in the sky stage. As for sea stage stuff, Analyze Staryu has been confirmed and Omanyte gets Icy Wind (Gen IV Tutor). That's about it.

Picked up another Friend Card Igglybuff last night, this time with Helping Hand. I'm not sure how much the defense boost is for Friend Card, but it seems like it could be helpful in doubles/triples.

Got a total of...4 pokemon today. Extremely disappointed.

The worst day I've had in the Dream World. I was so close to getting my fourth row of berries, too :( So lame.

When are we going to start seeing legendaries, like Zapdos, show up in DW? Is there some special event for legendaries?

I'd imagine they're going to be released like the Arceus was. Maybe by poll or by random stuff like that.

Personally, I think it'd be cool to buy them with berries or to have them be a "boss" in the area with a challenging minigame.

Yeah. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Do you think that legends will get special moves along with their abilities? Could Zapdos, as an example again, get Heat Wave?

That's probably the case, GM. Grr

I think a lot of old TMs and Move Tutor moves are the special moves, so it's very possible to get Heat Wave on Lightningrod Zapdos.

I had another crappy turnout today, maybe 6 pokemon total. Lame.

Oh, yay the OP was updated with the info in that earlier post.

It would just be an assumption, but I think it's safe to say that both genders of pokemon are available for all pokemon that have more than one gender.

I agree. It's safe to say gender has nothing to do with their moves or appearance (except in the case of the nidorans).

Meh. Changed my DS clock for the end of Daylight Savings Time and now the Game Sync has to charge for two days. I understand why, but it doesn't make me any less angry. Oh well, the infatuation period with the DW has passed for me. Now it's like breeding for IVs -- I have to do it to get good legit pokemon, but I don't necessarily like doing it.

BTW: I'm probably kind of late with this, but did anyone else noticed that in the hide and seek games, the pokemon is almost always one or two screens away from the berry?

I'm on WI-Fi right now guys,so if there's anyone who haven't met me,you can do that now.

But i think i met everyone i added,i have lots of friend houses in DW ;o

Yes, it is. I always explore around to find berry, the lost pokemon will near by in 1-3 screens.

Now, only mini game that make me get headache is Waillord mini game while other game I always get 40000-50000 points.

thats my favorite.

you just need to know when to hold the pokemon on you, and where to let them land, they go out on an angle based on where they are on your spout.

dont keep juggling them all at once, throw them all up, then catch the ones that are too far from the rest, so none fall into the water.
thrown them into their colour balloons, dont just keep them in the air and hope they hit them.
cant always get it how you want, but can get more points in that game then any other.

personally, i think its the only one that really takes skill, lost pokemon is just RNG, flying one is pre set pattern, and my 2nd favorite.
ice cream i cant get more then like 15000, and it uses a berry, and just isnt fun.

Minigames froze at 80% twice in a row on my Black and I had to refresh the screen and lose the rest of my run, so I walked out with a Rattata and nothing else. Pretty lame. :/ And in my White, much earlier, I ran the time clock out in the middle of a minigame, which annoys me so much. They should really make that a five-minute warning or something like that instead. At least I know I'll have female Wingull tomorrow unless she somehow gets lost in the ether because of the time overlap.

Pretty much. It's almost to the point where I'd rather just water people's berries than actually play the minigames since Murkrow's the only thing in the forest and sky with any kind of potential that I haven't already caught. On the bright side, once I get to the ocean and pick up Slowpoke, Magikarp, Staryu, and Carvanha (assuming I have my Murkrow by then) I'll have about a third of all the Dream World Pokemon I care about that aren't starters, legendaries, or part of the Eevee line.

Tip, for every body that has problem on ice cream :)
Putting a scoop of ice cream over one that's about to roll off to stop it from rolling will help some people (I eventually noticed it myself), but I wonder why that player is dropping the ice cream from a height... I just carry it to right above the top of the tower so it doesn't run the risk of dislodging anything below it.

Interesting thing: the 2/3/5 combination of ice cream flavors shown here got a 1.75x multiplier at the end. If you have an equal number of each flavor at the end, you get a 2x score multiplier, which is what I've been doing... I'm not sure which is better since I do have to make a larger number of scoops of the slowest-growing ice cream when I do it my way, so maybe the better tower height from faster ice cream can offset the lower multiplier.

i have to disagree. that is the easiesy minigame out there, i have broken 100k on tiit is pretty simple to send pikachu at 3 or 4 bubbles while u bounce buizel. it doesnt require any skill.
