I actually think Timid would be better.
Even w/o Modest, it will reach 284, which can be increased with Petaya.
I think the extra speed would be better.

However, if it's strictly going to be used in NU, Modest would be better.
For UU/BL/OU, Timid.

I was looking for Slowpoke to chain for johnXkid's project when a Lotad poppep up and I decided to go ahead and chain it. I had brought Modest syncher just incase I did find one. No Calm due to no egg moves, I thought it would be a good idea to just bring along Modest syncher for a sweeper Ludi set in case I did find one. The results are above. Number 1 can be nice for a walling set, too bad no Leech Seed. Number 2 can still reach high speeds with a low IV and Rain Dance, up to 424 and with Modest + 31 IV it could be worthy. Opinions?

also my syncher worked 4/4 times, I forgot to use it the first time hehe, I was too excited I finally found one.

well, i got three shiny tauros'. 2 rash with crap IV's and one jolly with mediocre IV's. the two rash have anger point and the jolly one has intimidate.

Yea, the chatot area I've been chaining in is PHENOMENALLY easier than the swellow patch I was trying to chain in :P

I still can't seem to get 2 minutes to rub together to spend on it though. Maybe now, or sometime this weekend since I'm off till Monday. *celebrates*

I'm going for modest this go around.
 
Have fun with that Chatot chain. I recently caught a Modest one. Had 31 IV in Sp Atk too. Too bad it had HP Electric though.

hmmm (reason worth mentioning:)

Well three reasons,
1) FIRST SHINY (yay!)
2) Fluke, it was on my third patch and NOT a shiny patch, just a regular old patch
3) I'm needing some tips for recognizing the grid and where to chain (easy places) YES, I did read the guide.
Gah, messed up again (*sigh*)

Very solid overall stats, hell yea, and it doesn't need max Hp to get max lefties recovery anyways. I also want to believe its hidden power is good

Oh and what ability?

Sticky hold... I could tell you the hp if I had an IV battle (I'm getting one tomorrow so don't fret)
