Mega Butterfree

Compound Eyes / Tinted Lens
Misty Surge
HP:

DEF:

SPD:

SPE:

BST:

495 (+100)
New Moves: Moonblast, Misty Terrain
Overview: Buterfere gains access to Misty Surge while dumping its horrendous Defensive typing to become a very scary defensive win condition. An increase in Special Bulk as well as HP allows Buterfree to soak Special attacks after it gets a Quiver Dance off, while Roost gives it the opportunity to invest in an even bulkier set to set up multiple dances. Misty Terrain aids in this, allowing Buterfree to avoid having its sweep stopped by Toxic for its first 5 turns on the field. Buterfree's access to Psychic already lets it hit Poison Types like Toxapex for decent damage after a boost, though it will likely want multiple boosts in order to sweep through the opposition.

SPD: 110
SPE: 30
BST:

590 (+100)
New Moves: Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam
Overview: Slowking sacrifices recovery to become a devastating bulky wallbreaker, punishing switches to Pokemon like Toxapex or Heatran on a double. Analytic gives Slowking a devastating power boost on top of its already inflated 160 Sp. Atk stat, meaning that if it predicts correctly and has the right coverage, almost nothing can switch in safely. Thunderbolt allows Slowking to hit Bulky Waters with ease, while Dazzling Gleam gives Slowking a safer option than Focus Blast to hit Dark types if it so chooses. A defense drop is applied, to make it more vulnerable to pursuit trapping and other Physical attacks, to make sure it doesn't get opportunities to fire off too many devastating attacks.

New Moves: Icicle Crash, Shadow Force
Overview: Froslass is given the requisite speed and power to become an offensive threat, with Dazzling allowing it to breeze past priority users as well as the slight buff to its already fantastic speed tier. Froslass is given the ability to run physical or special sets, though physical sets are encouraged by a larger buff to it attack stat, the addition of a strong Physical Ice Stab, and a very strong, but risky, Ghost-type attack in Shadow Force. This set allows Froslass to serve as a cleaner once the opposition has been weakened and the scarfer removed. Spikes help it set up for its own sweep, or alternatively, it can still have room for Destiny Bond to help guarantee a valuable trade after dealing heavy damage to the opposing team.

I love this thread, even if I can never seem to find it for more than a few weeks...

Mega Butterfree:
Type: Bug/Flying > Bug/Flying
Ability: Compound Eyes/Tinted Lens > Swift Swim
Stats:
HP: 60 > 60 (+0)
Attack: 45 > 45 (+0)
Defence: 50 > 70 (+20)
Special Attack: 90 > 130 (+40)
Special Defence: 80 > 90 (+10)
Speed: 70 > 100 (+30)
Total: 395 > 495 (+100)
New Moves: Hurricane, Weather Ball

"The wings are protected by a rain-repellent dust. As a result, this Pokémon can fly about even in rain." - Pokémon FireRed, Y, similar entries in Yellow, and SoulSilver.

After looking through Butterfree's Pokédex Entries, I found this one particularly interesting. Without the rain dragging it does, Butterfree goes faster than other flying Pokémon in the rain, and upon mega evolution gains the ability to go faster than all Pokémon in the rain, allowing it to take advantage of rain to find food and honey faster in the wild. Competitively, I created this Butterfree to fulfill a very specific niche: a grass killer on rain teams. With a perfectly accurate hurricane, swift swim, and a quad resistance, the mere sight of Butterfree seeks to terrify any Pokémon relying on something like Mega Venusaur as their rain check. Just watch out for Stealth Rocks!

Mega Froslass:
Type: Ice/Ghost > Ice/Ghost
Ability: Snow Cloak/Cursed Body > Snow Warning
Stats:
HP: 70 > 70 (+0)
Attack: 80 > 110 (+30)
Defence: 70 > 70 (+0)
Special Attack: 80 > 110 (+30)
Special Defence: 70 > 70 (+0)
Speed: 110 > 150 (+40)
Total: 480 > 580 (+100)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Icicle Crash
"It's said that on nights of terrible blizzards, it comes down to human settlements. If you hear it knocking at your door, do not open it!" - Pokémon Ultra Moon.
The Pokédex is really a great tool for inspiration. If Froslass comes down to settlements during terrible blizzards to (presumably) abduct and freeze people, what if it unlocked the further power to create those blizzards itself? This is the principle for Mega Froslass, and its stats evolved accordingly to get in and out as fast as possible, while gaining a strength boost to overpower people for easier abduction. Competitively, despite my giving it Calm Mind to give it one more option, I expect it to stay the same as before: Abusing a fast taunt and destiny bond to lay down spikes with more effectiveness, but with the advent of Snow Warning it also becomes able to set Aurora Veil. The balanced attack and special attack and the addition of Icicle Crash make it capable of attempting to muscle past Pokémon on its own if your opponent guesses its set wrong.

Mega Slowking:
Type: Psychic/Water > Psychic/Poison
Ability: Own Tempo/Oblivious/Regenerator > Unaware
Stats:
HP: 95 > 95
Attack: 75 > 115 (+40)
Defence: 80 > 100 (+20)
Special Attack: 100 > 110 (+10)
Special Defence: 110 > 140 (+30)
Speed: 30 > 30 (+0)
Total: 490 > 590 (+100)
New Moves: Head Smash
"It has incredible intellect and intuition. Whatever the situation, it remains calm and collected." - Pokémon Stadium 2 and a few others
"Every time it yawns,
Shellder injects more poison into it. The poison makes it more intelligent." - Pokémon Crystal and a few others
This is a fun concept: What if the Shellder (Or Turbann) on its head injects so much poison into Slowking that it eventually becomes Poison-typed itself? Additionally, like how Mega Slowbro's shell covers its body from the tail up, what if Mega Slowking's shell covers it from the head down, obscuring its face? One might say it's Unaware to everything around it, but its sheer intelligence and calm nature keep it from panicking. Mega Slowking would be, without a doubt, the best unaware user in the game, boasting very good mixed defences, a decent typing that doesn't leave it with many weaknesses, reliable recovery, actual stats, and still having Slowking's regular movepool and ability to abuse Regenerator pre-mega. I didn't buff any of its stats too high because 95/100/140 stats on an unaware user with reliable recovery is probably pushing it. Head Smash is sort of pointless, but if Slowking's going to get a giant shell on its head it should get to make use of it.
Enjoy!
I'll try to keep up more with this thread in the future.

EDIT: What happened with the URL? I didn't mean to make the entire thing link.

Atk: 120 (+40)
Def: 70 (+0)
SpA: 120 (+40)
SpD: 70 (+0)
Spe: 130 (+20)
Ability: Cursed Body / Snow Cloak -> Jealousy
New Ability: Jealousy: Motivated by cruel jealousy, the user deals more damage opponents that are faster than it. (Has doubled attacking stats when attacking an opponent with a higher Speed stat)
New Move(s): Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch
Overview: You want to know what sucks? Swellow. You want to know what this beats, very easily? Swellow. Basically, you can either run this as a minimum speed priority attacker to hit a ludicrous attack stat of 744 against anything with more than 238 speed or just act as a standard fast special attacker that can pack Ice Shard to still easily revenge Swellow while also setting Spikes/catching a surprise kill with Destiny Bond

Ability: Oblivious / Own Tempo / Regenerator -> Superior Intellect
New Ability: Superior Intellect -> When hit by a Dark-type attack, boost Special Attack by 1. Immune to Dark-type attacks
New Move(s): Refresh
Overview: A pretty bog standard slow, bulky tank that can act as a calm mind win condition. Ability allows it to be a very strong dark and fighting type counter. Refresh makes toxic less of death sentence for Mega Slowking.

Mega Butterfree
New type:

Bug/Psychic

New ability
: Tinted Lens
Mega Stone: Butterfrite
Stats:
HP: 60
Atk: 45
Def: 50
SpA: 130 (+ 40)
SpD: 100 (+ 20)
Spe: 110 (+ 40)
New Moves: Psyshock, Future Sight
Description: Butterfree taps into its latent psychic powers and its large eyes. A better tying, speed and special attack combined with Tinted Lens helps it do a lot of damage. Its higher special defense also protects it from faster special attackers and Water Shuriken. Unfortunately, it’s still vulnerable to most other priority and faster physical attackers.

Mega Slowking
New type:

Water/Psychic

New ability
: Rough Skin
Mega Stone: Slowkite
Stats:
HP: 95
Atk: 75
Def: 140 (+ 60)
SpA: 100
SpD: 150 (+ 40)
Spe: 30
New Moves: Hypnosis, Psywave
Description: Slowking’s helmet gets bigger and spikier, harming any who get too close. Slowking’s tanking abilities improve even more, and it can now punish physical attacks.

Mega Frosslass
New type:

Ice/Ghost

New ability
: Cold Heart: Recovers HP when opponent is affected by a status (Bad Dreams variation)
Mega Stone: Froslite
Stats:
HP: 70
Atk: 80
Def: 100 (+ 30)
SpA: 110 (+ 30)
SpD: 110 (+ 40)
Spe: 110
New Moves: Freeze Dry, Phantom Force
Description: Frosslass likes freezing others and displaying them as trophies as mentioned in the dex. Now she can actually gain energy from it. As well as from Toxic, Will-o-Wisp etc. The added defences and recovery can help deal with the fragility ice types have. Her added special attack also means her attacks will bring the hurt even when they fail to freeze.

Mega Butterfree

Bug/Fairy
New ability

Mega Stone: Butterite
Stats:
HP: 60
Atk: 45

SpA: 90
SpD: 108 (+ 28)
Spe: 92 (+ 22)
New Moves: Stored Power, Spore
Description: Butterfree's wings split and grow, releasing a massive cloud of spores. It gains a Fairy Typing as it's wings now resemble those of a Fairy Fly. With Access to Roost, Stored Power, Spore, and Quiver Dance, this Pokemon would play similarly to Mega Latios.

Mega Slowking
New type:

Water/Psychic
New ability

Special Defense: 70 ----> 70
Speed: 110 ----> 160 (+50)
Base Stat Total: 480 ----> 580
Movepool Additions: Freeze-Dry, Calm Mind
Description: The real point here is the new ability, Slush Rush. This plus Froslass's boosted speed and Special attack make it a potent special attacker in hail. Moves like Blizzard (and maybe even Weather Ball - well, not really) now become prime choices due to thier increased accuracy/power in hail. Freeze-Dry provides added utility against water types and Calm Mind adds a great SpA-boosting move to make Froslass-Mega an even more potent threat. Overall, this exposes Froslass to a whole new niche aside from its normal role of setting up spikes or tricking the opponent with Destiny Bond
