What Pokémon do you want to catch? Also, are you sweet scenting or not and in which area are you in (in the game)?

Also, another question. What's a wondercard pokemon? Is it the type with 31 IVs in every stat?
a wondercard pokemon is one that is received from an event like he pikchu colored pikachu or the gamestop jirachi, which were distributed at gamestop stores. They are referred to as such because when you have to download a wondercard to receive them in game.
A wondercard Pokémon is a Pokémon that uses the wondercard method to generate the IV spreads. It has nothing to do with the IV values but. This method is usually for Pokémon obtain through events. This means you must go to an event to download the wondercard (or use the event AR code) in order to get the wondercard and then pick the Pokémon up in the Pokémart. That's when you can RNG abuse it using the wondercard method instead of method 1 or method J as you would do to something a gift or a wild Pokémon respectively.
I see, so spreads that are marked 31/31/31/B/B/B will give me flawless IVs, assuming parent B has flawless IVs in the stats marked? ^^
I got the Jirachi from the event
I'm sorry, I'm full of questions. Do the wondercard abuse only work on the Jirachi since I got this from the event?
Question number 2. I tried doing to recalibration phase, and I'm having much difficulty with it. I know I have to record the the exact time in the RNG. I recorded everything that happened. On the exact minute, I resetted the game as I am supposed to, do I record that time?
Which time do I record? The time I reset? The time that green light flashes when I enter the game world?
Because for some reason, I entered the exact time, I end up getting it wrong. The pokemon I caught with the right stats, nature and characteristics are all recorded correctly. I even recorded the time correctly.

EDIT: Can I do coin flips to see if I got my seed then open journal? Or does that screw up the frame?

the heatran you catch will have that naive spread of 31/3/31/31/31/31 if you have done the following correctly:
1) Placed a naive synchronizer at the FRONT of your party.
2) Hit your delay and target time to get your desired seed, and verified it by doing coin flips.
3) Have done the following number of advancements: 528 - 1 (for monster frame) - (the number of roamers you have out if you have 1 out then subtract 1 if two are out subtract 2 if you have no roamers then ignore this bit) = 527 (assuming no roamers) / 2 = 263.5 since it is a fraction you will have to do 128 steps with an odd number of pokemon so if you have 5 pokemon for example you will have to do 261 journal flips and walk 128 steps with 5 pokemon to get the 527 advancements you need.
You will have to change this depending on the number of pokemon you have with you and any roamers you may have out.
There are a lot of times that will give you the same seed. The seed is calculated based on the time, so there's going to be some overlap. You hit your seed, so don't worry about it.
ok this is weird I've got my base egg ready for collection from daycare man and I'm RNG'ing for IV's. My target frame is 12 so when I hit my seed I advanced the frame 9 times. When i picked up the egg however, the IV's matched frame 10 :x. I don't know why this happened cos I've RNG'ed egg IV's before assuming the starting frame was 3 (this is HGSS). Could this have happened because one of the parents is holding an everstone? (It's a non-shiny egg).
I read everstones are not recommended so I don't use them. But I also know that you can get an advance of frames if you don't talk to the daycare man fast enough. I use my thumb pad on the bottom right corner of the screen to continue the conversation with Elm on the last call. That way I am right on talk with the daycare man when I get out of the conversation.
Edit: I've had three instances of landing two frames past my target because of advancement.

I understand that but that's not my problem...My frame didn't advance enough on this instance. I was aiming for 12 and ended up on a preceding frame :/
Everstones don't affect the RNG. They do have an effect on the IRNG, so you can't RNG for nature/ability/gender/shininess with them.
How did you advance the frame? The starting frame is not always 3. I recommend using the Elm Method and calling until you get the response for frame 11.
it's weird I called Elm 9 times so that the last response matched what it said for frame 9. Then when I picked up the egg the IVs matched frame 10. So now I am advancing the frame 11 times because my target is 12, and I'll see what happens.
EDIT: just friggin great i advanced it 11 times and ended up on 14

What did I do wrong?
I have a question about Pikatimer. I tried using it a few weeks ago and the timer always counted too fast, so I stopped using it. I got fed up with trying to get my delay without it, so I started using Pikatimer again. It was working great for a few times, then the timer started counting really fast again. Does anybody know why this would happen? I've tried deleting it and getting it again, but it didn't fix it.
Could have to do with the other programs running at the same time on your computer. PikaTimer's beeps aren't consistent at all on my computer if I'm watching a movie or something at the same time that it's running...
Need a very quick answer.
