Well, Orlando was resting their players (and Lewis didn't play). Sadly, apparently Hedo twisted his ankle. Hopefully it's nothing serious.

And the Sixers need Young back.

And what the hell is wrong with the Jazz?

No way in hell would Dallas beat Portland. Portland is too good at home. Beating the Lakers twice this year at home is just too good. Brandon Roy is scary and they have such good young talent. Trail Blazers are the team to look out for.

Season series:
December 25, Mavs @ Blazers: W 102-94
February 04, Mavs vs. Blazers: W 104-99
March 11, Mavs @ Blazers: W 93-89

I guess Portland is a city in hell, then.

Anyway, I see the Hornets grabbing 7th over the Jazz now, losing to the Warriors at home.

yay hornets beat the mavs. too bad they still have to play the rockets and the spurs. They should have 6th place if they beat one of them. The mavs arent likely to beat the rockets

ima go with:

cavs/celtics/magic/hawks/heat/sixers/bulls/pistons
lakers/nuggets/rockets/blazers/spurs/hornets/mavs/jazz

so cavs > pistons in 6
celtics > bulls in 7
magic > sixers in 5
hawks < heat in 6

lakers > jazz in 5
nuggets > mavs in 7
rockets > hornets in 5
blazers < spurs in 7

cavs > heat in 7
celtics < magic in 6

lakers > spurs in 5
nuggets < rockets in 6

cavs > magic in 7

lakers > rockets in 7

lakers = cavs

I'm going to agree with Aero on the seedings...

cavs/celtics/magic/hawks/heat/sixers/bulls/pistons
lakers/nuggets/rockets/blazers/spurs/hornets/mavs/jazz

Cavs vs Pistons- 5 games.
Celtics vs Bulls- 6.
Sixers vs Magic- 5.
Hawks vs Heat- Close call. 7 games for sure.

Jazz vs Lakers- 5.
Nuggets vs Mavs- 7.
Rockets vs Hornets- Goin out on a limb here. 7 games tho.
Blazers vs Spurs- 7 games.

Cavs vs Hawks- 6.
Celtics vs Magic- Hard time deciding here. 7 games no doubt though.

Lakers vs Hornets- Chris Paul vs Kobe Bryant =D. 6 games though.
Nuggets vs Blazers- Why is the west in general so good...7 games.

Cavs vs Magic- 7.

Lakers vs Nuggets- 6.

FINALS
Lakers vs Magic- 7 games.

obviously bullshit call in the kings game (even espn is saying so, it's not even questionable) gave the spurs the W, but whatever, I feel bad for the rockets though.

If Dallas beats Houston and the Spurs beat the Hornets, San Antonio will be 3rd with Dallas 6th. That will be an excellent series to watch.

lol why is there a question between houston vs new orleans? we only got the season series on a 86-66 RAPING of them, and you can't even bring up the injury bullshit because the game before this of houston vs new orleans, we beat them on their home court WITHOUT yao or tmac, there is absolutely no way hornets can beat us without further injuries

Well, today, I went to the Spurs vs. Warriors game at Oracle Arena, and to be honest, today was a horrible game. Crawford, Jackson and Ellis were all missed terribly today, as they were too busy being injured and all. Anyways, the half-time show was better, four guys playing on a bucket with drumsticks, hella pro.

On a side note, we're renewing our Season Pass tickets for next year.

Seventh seed Dallas YEAH! What hurts even more for Utah is going into the series having just lost to the Lakers in their final game. It could give them motivation, but more plausibly it will demoralize them. I cannot pity them too much though, because it would have been us getting slaughtered by the Lakers! I do not expect to win except against the Spurs or Rockets anyway though, so this is not much better unless we do manage to beat out New Orleans in our respective final games.

I also like the implications of the Celtics beating the 76ers (without two of the 'big three') and Atlanta beating the Heat using far more reserve minutes (five players setting season highs in minutes) before their first round matchups.

RAAAAAGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
and even more RAGGGGGGGEEEEEEE at Mason's BS shot for San Antonio. What a terrible night for us.

So Dallas managed to get to 6th, and Denver will face New Orleans in the first round (that will be very interesting). Only the Portland game left to determine positions 3-5.

East is set!
