New game

wait so is there anymore information that just that snippet on serebii?

I'm really excited for the next game, but I want like an official link, is that there?

What I have in mind is the new moves some Pokemon will have. It's happened in every third installment: In Yellow, some Pokemon got new move capabilities. In Crystal there was the bolt/beam/thrower tutor. In Emerald there were move tutors everywhere you turned. Personally, I'm hoping for the return of elemental punch tutors, as well as the following:

Nasty Plot
Dragon Dance
Leaf Storm
Agility
Swift

Didn't Emerald come out after FR/LG?

Well, I guess what I really meant was that they will probably have the remake and the third game separate. I didn't mean to comment on actual timings, rather just say that the whole 'ferry to Johto' was a bit unlikely given the precedent set by the third generation.

CoroCoro magazine only offered a small bit, so it's the small bit we have. I am not sure if they have more information, as I am not a daily CoroCoro checker. I ,however, hope that they set the dates soon. I am anxious to see what the results'll be.

I'm just hoping it's not an indication that there won't be a remake.

Im fairly sure knowing nintendo/gamefreak that this is like a gritinia A form. Attack, speed or both, who knows? or i could be way off and it might be something else entierely.

Since the current one weighed more, and had bulky defences, it was a Wall, no?

Well, since this one has less weight, it might be what SuperHammerHead said.

Heck, throw in a Baton Pass, Rapid Spin, and Wish tutor. That'd totally make so many pokemon usuable again... such as Wishmence, and we'd get more rapid spinners too... I think that Omastar should be able to spin... it can set up spikes already. Same with Bronzong, and Solrock.

Giratina has his new form in the movie, too...so it looks
Sorry if this was talked about. reading is hard.
Looks just like it.

All I know is we need Tutor Moves!
ThunderPunching Weavile! lol

Holy shit DDtutor would break the game. Lol Uber Garchomp.

Bronzong should learn Heal Bell... or give it Wish >:]

Hey look I'm in Jimbos sig....anyway, I don't disagree with the fact that Heal Bell is a fitting move for Bronzong, but that thing is already the most anoying blue nutsack I have ever seen. Wish on it would make it as popular as Gyarados for leads. Heal Bell would be a bitchn' move tutor move though, Heal Bell Eeveelutions!

- Recover
Claydol, Regice, Regirock and Registeel would be OU!
- Dragon Dance
Garchomp can't get it of course, but Flygon could learn it and be more used.
- Flare Blitz
Flareon could be BL, and Entei could be more used.
- Volt Tackle
I'm sure that Luxray would love it, the same as Electivire.
- Wood Hammer
There isn't a good pokemon which could use it right, but it could do the Fire-Electric-Grass trio.

No punches please. Lucario would be broken and UBER with SD, BP, CC and IP.

I would like these moves additions:

Dragon Dance:
Rampardos, Flygon.

Flare Blitz:
Flareon, Entei

Wish:
Dragonite, Uxie, Shaymin

Heal Bell:
Bronzong + some others. I don't know who but we need more aromatherapist.

Recover:
Registeel, Regirock, Regice

Slack Off:
Snorlax (Illegal with Curse)

You should be able to have 2 save files on one game, and be able to trade back and forth between them. I would willing pay extra for that feature.

Also, they should MAKE SURFING FASTER like it was in RSE.

I also agree with the distribution of Flare Blitz, Volt Tackle, etc. In addition, there should be a good special normal move that's widely available; very few pokemon learn tri-attack and who the hell uses Hyper Beam?

Lastly, (not really for the next game, but eventually), they should:
1. Have more creative dual-types. Water-Ground was really cool when they first made Wooper, but now it's just boring. They should combine the following: Fire, Grass, Electric, Water, Ice into new cool types (imagine STAB Bolt-Beam).

2. Make an Eeveelution for every type, including normal.

3. Make things like Qwilfish, Corsola, Dunsparce, etc. evolve to make them competitive.

4. Maybe venture into dual-type moves, like the Elemental Punches becoming half Fighting, etc.

Buy a flashcart. It's cheaper than buying the game anyways most of the time. You can get an EDGE (newer than the R4 with a lot more features) for $30.

I agree that we need a normal type special attack. 80 power, few or no special effects. Maybe drop sp. def sometimes, like Shadow Ball. Or cause Flinch... Stuff like Clefable and Togekiss would love this.

Hyper Voice has 90 bp and no special effect, but not many pokes get it.

Normal Eeveelution: Snoreon. I'm amazing right?
I say no to duel types.
Stab bolt-beam ftw.

I actually came up with names for alternate Eeveelutions (ya I'm a nerd, I get it):

Toxeon (Poison)
Drakeon (Dragon)
Steeleon (Steel)
Stoneon (Rock)
Terreon (Ground)
Bansheon (Ghost)
Buzzeon (Bug)
Aereon (Flying)
Ninjeon (Fighting)
Normeon (Normal)

Rock should be Obsideon(it's a type of stone :P )
Bansheon is really good, I like that
I still think Snoreon is better, because snore indicates boring, and normal is boring.
I think poison should be Infecteon.
