Whatever.

Hopefully SE sees this and realizes that they basically tricked their fans. An iOS remake doesn't warrant a fucking countdown.

EDIT:

saw this on neogaf said:

(not a trailer for the 3DS version, but an old trailer for the game none-the-less)

wow

Also, the Theaterythm Demo is in the eshop now. I despise rhythm games because I can never watch for the prompts AND watch what's going on in the background, but this game just gushes with nostalgia!

And finally:

Who else likes to mow down helpless endangered animals for sport!! Its kind of like pokemon, except you just kill them all!

If anyone wants to re-board the TWEWY hype train, apparently this picture is shown after the ending in TWEWY: Solo Remix...

and video proof according to some person's YouTube Channel:

Oh, come on guys, the iOS remake looks awesome! =D

The problem isn't that we don't like how it looks. The problem is that everyone who played it wanted a sequel, and a lot of hype was built around it. Then it was confirmed that it was just an iOS port. Another problem is that anyone who played TWEWY owns a DS and (most likely) wouldn't spend another $20 just to play it on iOS.

The TWEWY sequel will most likely be released on the 3DS and iOS, and the iOS port was only done as a marketing technique so that more people would be exposed to the game.

So... I just got a spot pass for New Super Mario Bros 2 that says that 13,201 people have gotten over 1 million coins... wow I feel sorta special now since I got over a million coins around a week ago! Also, the entire world has now collected over 102,535,242,349 coins o_O

i have RE revelations (if someone's interested in raids), ocarina of time and PES 2012
PES can sometimes be a little boring at some point, but my new 3ds xl just blew my mind because i thought the games would still have the original 3ds resolutions, ocarina of time IMO is the best 3d game so far , and RE isn't worth **** if you lack wi-fi
(i had no idea of the whole hold select thingy)

Edit: I hope nintendo comes up with a circle pad pro xl or else i'm fuc** in RE

The Mystery dungeon series is my favorite spinoff(haven't played conquest.), and to see another coming out makes me happy. To see it coming out for 3ds only makes me want to jump for joy. I can see it coming out spring season. Theres quite a few good 3ds games coming out that I'm actually interested in. I'm playing oot currently but I rather run around aimlessly in hyrule than complet the second dungeon haha. Paper Mario is a game I've been waiting for, and Monster Hunter 3ds comes out right around my birthday.

This was originally on Kotaku so I reuploaded it because Kotaku is terrible and they shouldn't get more ad revenue but GOG DAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN

ill leave this here and hope it gets localised for both Europe and the US

If you didn't download pushmo, there's something wrong with you. I beat every puzzle in the game (what was it... 200?) and downloaded tons of incredible fan made puzzles and made a few good ones myself.

This kind of surprised me though.

I'ma definitely get this one too!

The European Nintendo Direct confirmed Paper Mario for Dec. 7 this year, Luigi's Mansion 2 for Q1 2013, and Fire Emblem 3DS for Q2 2013. The NA releases will probably be somewhere near the PAL ones (I expect Paper Mario to come out very close to the same date, Luigi's Mansion a little earlier, and Fire Emblem a little later).

The Denpa Men: They Came by Wave is currently my favorite e-shop game. I have tried explaining the game to a couple friends and the best description I can come up with is "Pokémon x Dragon Quest."

The premise of the game is pretty simple: you capture "Denpa Men" in a style exactly like that of Pokémon Dream Radar. Every time the 3DS picks up a wireless signal (it does not have to actually connect to the signal), three Denpa Men appear in the tower. All you have to do to capture them is hit them with a net by pressing A.

Each Denpa Man has a color (type) and the possibility to have an antenna (special skill: heal/attack/buff/debuff/etc.). Like Pokémon, there is a type chart: each elemental attack is weak against certain colors and strong against certain colors. Some of these attacks have strangely Pokémon-esque names (Water Gun, Flame Thrower), which isn't much of a surprise considering the studio that made the game is none other than Genius Sonority.

You begin with a party of four Denpa Men, but as you progress through the game your party size increases to 8. There are a number of dungeons with randomly spawning enemies that you must pass through in order to progress in the game. The battle system is essentially a simplified version of the battle systems you are familiar with from games such as Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. You have the ability to perform a basic attack, the ability to perform a special attack (requires AP), and the ability to use an item. To ease your quest, you have the ability to equip Denpa Men with certain armor that changes basic attack type, increases elemental resistance, boosts stats, etc. The number of possible Denpa Men and the ability to customize them increases the variety present in the game a hundredfold. Antenna Powers have the possibility to "power up" as you gain levels and level-based stat boosts are completely unique to a specific Denpa Man. One of the best features of the game is the ability to share your Denpa Men with friends via QR codes. Your friend simply has to progress far enough in the game to unlock the PC, scan the QR code, and allow the Denpa Man to join the team. Unfortunately, the new Denpa Men start at level 1; however, this is assuaged by the fact that all Denpa Men, even those in the "room" (think Pokémon PC box), gain EXP at an equal rate to those in the party--essentially a universal EXP Share.

Here are a few screenshots if you are interested. You can download the demo for free in the e-shop.

And here is a picture I took of my team in the second dungeon; it gives you a slightly better view of the battle system/screen.

I'm currently around level 22 and in the fifth dungeon. I'd love to share QR codes with Smogonites. Pick up the game!

Just playing the demo, I could sense a ton of Colloseum / GoD in Denpamen. It seems so freaking fun, but I just can't get that into another pokemon-like game. If Gamefreak (or Genius Sonority I guess) doesn't make the next core-pokemon game like this they're seriously mentally retarded.

"But... we're both... here...???"
