I don't believe that we can modify old megas, as the no megas comment was likely directed at me when I tried to modify Mega Lucario, the MegaZards and Mega Blastoise. You're better off making Ampharos part Dragon.I got a couple with are loosely based off Mulan's Mistbringer

This also has to do with us changing the HP stat on some pokemon that can Megavolve. We don't have to buff the OP megas, but UP megas like Mega Amph could use a boost. Something like

Does this version of Shaymin still have Natural Cure as an ability? I personally think it would be best for it to have Gardener as a hidden ability or secondary ability for it so that it can keep Natural Cure.
The rule is no mega's, preexisting or otherwise, so you might want to rework your Ampharos stats/typing.I got a couple with are loosely based off Mulan's Mistbringer

With Brokemons, things are supposed to make sense from a flavor standpoint. Shell Smash definitely doesn't do that. You may want to adjust your suggestion with that in mind.I'll break Swoobat.

What is Dual Type Moves?
Dual Type moves is the same OU we play... execpt that all of the moves will have dual typing, just like Flying Press. Some examples I have in mind are:
Scald - Water/Fire
Parabolic Charge - Electric/Grass
Sludge Wave - Poison/Water
Muddy Water - Ground/Water
Eruption - Fire/Rock
...and that's just to name a few. I will work on the list myself and try to have a full list as soon as possible. If you are intrested, please share your ideas here and I'll also listen to the ideas that other people have!

Just one thing I'm confused about: Freeze-Dry: It hits Water-types super-effectively but Water resists Water, leaving it at 1x effectiveness?
In truth I'm not sure Freeze-Dry is one of the moves that should be messed with because it's sort of double-typed already. Sort of. Ice/WaterSE type.
