^It's both futuristic and Gen 1? Lol okay.

Back on topic, the whole trio discussion wasn't intended to argue semantics - I was merely stating that there may not be a third member to Zekrom/Reshiram (especially considering the Yin/Yang thing), so the remaining legendaries may be completely unrelated.

I wonder why they let Gotchi be male & female.

Ignoring the whole feminine look thing and also the name having "mademoiselle" as part of its base (...I think), but aren't Gothic Lolitas, uh, almost always female?

I really doubt the "zeru" in Gochiruzeru is from mademoiselle, but I guess you never know. And there is a male equivalent of lolita style (I think it's called aristocrat). But yeah, it does look distinctively feminine.

Not sure how I would have felt though that it and Rankurusu would be version exclusive counterparts but Gochiruzeru would be only Female whereas Rankurusu could lend its to either sex. Then again, Gochiruzeru only has only ability and it's not even new whereas Rankurusu has two abilities with one of them being new, so who knows.

In Pokebeach's battle video, there's something I noticed (actually I noticed it before the Pokebeach video but this video kind of confirmed it).

The battle between Koromori vs Mamepato was a trainer battle (it said
"aite" instead of "yasei"), but it used the Wild Pokemon theme. If you scroll later on to Wargle vs Chiiramii, where the Wargle was actually a Wild Pokemon, you'll here the same theme.

Does this imply that we will have music customization in the game?

EDIT for below poster: The text, along with both Pokemon being at Lv.50, indicate that it's a trainer battle.

Wait, I´m too lazy to check the video (lol), are you sure it was a trainer battle?

This would be a pretty cool aesthetic feature, though I'm wondering how extensively it can be used. So far, games include tracks for wild battles, trainer battles, rival battles, gym battles, E4 battles (RSE), and the legendary pokemon often have their own themes. Seems like a decent variety.

Well Arceus and Regigigas control a group of three while Rayquaza is the controlling piece of a group of three.

So you have no control over yourself?
Ah well, it must be my background in computer science that causes these supposed "special cases" to be a complete non-issue for me ...lol

EDIT: BTW, in Rankurusu versus Meguroko, was someone using Sandstorm?
[Thanks Jibaku]

Meguroko :D
Edit: I know it wasn't an ability since right after that, Rankurusu attacked and the turn ended

yeah.. u know like sounding Gen 1 just futuristic like

i think this is all another troll from gamefreak. who cares about the trios and its masters? we are just gonna catch them all anyway. in a sense WE are the masters.

I think the trio dragon thing would be balance, because Yin and Yang are opposites (I know this is off topic, but no, none of them are evil or good). Together they represent balance. Maybe Dragon mono. Aw man, that would be awesome! Maybe a normal also, but that'd be boring.

I'm sure Yin/Yang actually has a third element in some, huh, presentations (guys help me here). It's perfectly possible to work with it in a third legendary.

Elegant Gothic Aristrocrat is an "androgynous" style, it's not exactly a counterpart to the female-only Elegant Gothic Lolita.

I'd say male Gothloli will merely be this gen's trap pokémon. And that N will have one, lol.

wow Wally....each gen you show up you end up with the trap pokemon....first gardevoir and now this gothic bitch? damn boy.

Yin/Yang is good and evil....but there must have a neutral one we dont know about it....there is the good side....the bad side....and the neutral side, who dont want to be part of this in the first place....just something for us to think about it. maybe that is our dragon/ice pokemon?

The whole point of Ying Yang is that there's a little good and evil in everyone.

So a black/white Pokemon would make sense, a mix of the two.
I....guess Ice could work as a balance between heat & electricity. Or ground.

You guys want super Garchomp right?!

^Does that even exist as part of that belief system? I know that it doesn't have to for GF to include it, but the whole point of Yin/Yang is that they neutralize each other, obviating the need for a third, neutral entity. Otherwise, we would just have a repeat of the Hoenn story (2 opposing forces that require a tertiary participant to quell).
