That is the most retarded, sorry excuse for wishful thinking I have ever heard. All of you crybabies need to get over the fact that the starters will not be perfect this gen. Melkor has no reason to intentionally feed us false info. He is a webmaster of a pokemon site and only stands to benefit by providing accurate info.
All of the official info revealed confirms his early leaks. Everything. Given these confirmations in addition to having no plausible motive to mislead the fandom, why would you doubt the info he is leaking?? The starters are less than perfect, but adequate in-game but who cares because the rest of the designs and types revealed thus far are GORGEOUS.

But yes, even if I'm still in denial about them, I seriously cannot complain of anything else. From the looks of it, Game Freak have outdone themselves this time. Denchura more than makes up for the starters!
EDIT -- I mean, they didn't evolve Banette into a Ghost/Fighting but they haven't given the typing to some random pokémon either, so there's nothing to complain about!

I was surprised that Gengar was so huge, but I was even more surprised that Tyranitar is only about half a foot taller than me. The name 'Tyranitar' is a lie!
I think it's a rule you can use in Wi-Fi, or atleast that's what you're thinking of, but I don't think it would ban Pokemon that were bred in BW or caught in the Dream World.

basurao is totally ballin and so is the mushroom. the starters are complete ass and i have a little hope that the final forms are fake but whatever. i'll just ditch one for a minezumi.
the iron ball pokemon that melkor posted is laughable, like alot of pokemon he's "revealed". sugimori art will probably make it tolerable. also the ice cream pokemon fucking rules and makes up for any bad qualities of the game

Heh, I guess you would have hated the Red/Blue/Yellow metagame then. Personally, I think there were about 35 useable pokemon, but most people say there were less than 20. I guess technically there were 83 fully evolved pokemon though.
The one thing that gets me when I think about the supposed starter types is just why. Why would GF use obviously bland and overused types for them? The starters in each generation are suppose to be unique, and each subsequent generation has pumped out more and more starters that are competitively viable; with maybe the exception of Infernape trumping Blaziken. The typing of pokemon are one of the most fundamental factors in how useful it is, since it effects everything from ability to movepools. With this is mind, what possessed GF into giving such unoriginal typing to the starters? I realize that it very well may not be the actual types, but it does seem very likely at this point, so it must be assumed as true in light of the question.
I lied about leaving... I can't resist the draw... I'll just pray their aren't any none hidden spoilers.... though I'm not sure you need to do that... w/e.
A only B/W wifi mode would be excellent if it gets rid of old RNG'd and hacked pokes. Hopefully, they also can get around B/W pokesaved pokes... though I doubt it... people will always abuse the system.
I'm in denial about the Starters types mainly... and the Mijumaru's ultimate form is a bigger Seal with a horn... :P I'd rather it be a Sea Lion into Otter but that boat has sailed. (The water dog sounded bitchen but appearantly they couldn't sell it on a Kwai Desu ne! PR front)
Everything else is fine. Its like a R/B/Y (maybe Pokemon Gray will have HG/SS mechanic where your poke can walk with you?) with all the new mechanics. We'll get genuinely better pokes, no Geodude instead its that Rock Bob-omb, no Eves (;_; my gf is boycotting it unless she can play it with only Eevees) instead the monkies... I like it!
Also with it being a new area I think its easily more possible to see that that Dragonite Skeleton is to show how this new region hunted it to exticntion.
I also have one last hunch on the story. Each game takes place in an other dimension. To keep balance the White dimension has the Black pokemon and vice cersa for Black dimension.
Team Plasma crazy guy is going to try to combine these two worlds to do some master scheme... (if its to get the Giritina of this gen I'll rage)...
Gray will be about the merging of these two dimensions???
Also two years from now we'll be getting the remakes of R/S with 3DS support :D.
Then gen 6! and what remakes? R/B again?
One last thing. I should have expected this direction as they gave us nearly all the old gen pokemon last gen! This way if you are up on it only worry about the remaining 156.

To make the game simpler for the younger demographic. When your pokemon is only one type you only have to worry about one set of weak/resist/nuet get two and it suddenly gets harder. For us non-maniacs it might be too much.

Bullshit. The game is not for the little (BAN ME PLEASE) kids, it's for us smart men who spent real dollars on Gamefreak's games. We paid and we say, otherwises Gamefreak company would be long gone. Pokemon games are aimed for the mature adult audience who play the game the right way with the correct IV's, EV's, and the Pokemon tiers. Without them, This game is utterly shit in a hole.

I realize i'm pages late, but that spider makes this generation amazing, even just as fanart. Adorabug shall be mine! Though if the Ice Cream Pokemno is real, not even Adorabug, Afrobull and Disco Deer will be able to conterbalance the needed hatred.
Too much is trying to explain EVs and IVs to a 10 year old. They should atleast be able to understand dual types and even if they don't, they can still get through the game without knowing about it. Besides, they've had dual mostly dual type starters in every generation but 2; why would they change it?
If people who play pokemon, even little kids and beginners, are too flabbergasted by dual-typing as a starter pokemon that they'll flail around like an idiot when they see it pop up on their game screen, let it be known that I have lost all faith in humanity.

I'm excited about denchura and I'm dying to know what the ghost water pokemon look like. I thought they were gonna over-do this gen but I'm very much pleased so far.
I just hate that I gotta wait until April.
