Claiming 2 TC from there, stockpiling, giving me 6 TC. Makuhita gains 2 MC, giving him 3 total, and also gets 1 EC and 1 DC, which will evolve him into Hariyama and unlock his DW ability, Sheer Force. Also will be teaching him Heavy Slam(1 MC) and Payback(2 MC), leaving him with 0 MC. New stats are:

I get two CC, which I will actually store this time.

Laggers the Slakoth gets 1 EC, 2 MC. He will spend the MC on Shadow Claw (BW TM).

Bruce the Tyrogue gets 1 EC, 2 MC, 1 DC. He will spend the MC on Swagger (BW TM).

Cairo the Yamask gets 1 EC, 2 MC, 3 KOC. He will put the 2 of the KOC into EC, and the into MC. He will use his 3 MC to buy Destiny Bond (Level-up) and Energy Ball (BW TM).
