IIRC there was a Cage match featuring Lita and (This one I'm unsure of) I want to say Victoria on SD! a few years back.

A couple of those matches wouldn't surprise me in the slightest, but I'll let you in on what I've read and heard in the past little while.

Apparently HHH is winning RR tonight and going on to face butt-buddy I mean work out buddy (scroll up and I think I bashed him on this very page) Sheamus for the title.

ECW probably won't be around by the time WM26 comes around, if it is and theres is actually an ECW match on WM (lol) then it will be something of a final match.

HBK and Taker "2" (morelike 5 i think) is apparently actually planned to happen... why I don't know, but then again I don't attempt to understand Vince.

Speaking of Vince, Hitman and he should be in a Streetfight if things don't change. Hart can and will NOT take ANY bumps to the head at the risk of extremely serious injury so they are going to give him something supersafe that he can just toss Vince around in, submission would be fine too but fans would probably get into Street fight more, also it fits the history better. I wish there would have been some way we could have seen HBK vs Hitman: The greatest Grudge match of all time, but alas there is no way.

Your MITB looks pretty spot on as far as contestants go, only thing I'll say is that CM punk will probably be in it again. I also have a STRONG feeling that whoever wins MITB this year will FAIL to cash in successfully. It is way too crazy that everyone has won at this point already.

i really hope hbk/taker doesn't happen, as well as hhh winning and bret in a street fight but wwe has a grand history of dissapointing me with terrible things, not to mention putting the hart family in unsafe situations.

my problem with hbk/taker 2 is that hbk will never end the "streak". its either gonna remain intact because its a device that sells itself, or its gonna be saved for someone like cm punk who needs to solidify himself as a top heel. hbk has nothing to gain.

personally, i like sheamus, he has dominant finishers, he seems legit, but he has just been terribly misused. he has beat up only jobbers, lost to goldust in ecw, won the title in a fluke table match, and beat up more jobbers. finally, he seems to have been built up some, dominating guys and i bet he beats orton tonight. but hhh vs sheamus would be absolutely terrible, but again, it could and actually might happen =[

hart in a streetfight wouldn't surprise me at all, no matter how important he is that he doesnt take any serious bumps.

also, didnt know there was a womens cage match already, but if so, it probably was high flying lita vs psycho victoria, or trish stratus vs psycho victoria putting an end to their fued (they did have the 1st woman hardcore match)

I had a feeling Edge would come back and win it and I'm glad he did! Which title do you guys think he'll challenge for at WM?

I really wish Orton had won the title, I don't like Sheamus at all...

Ok so I thought that WWE completely dropped the ball last night with Legacy, was I the only one left going WTF when Rhodes got Orton DQ'd, then DiBiase acted as mediator and Rhodes begged for forgiveness?

Edge winning the Rumble was predictable in my opinion. Granted I knew he was going to back last night. Also the Rumble seemed really rushed last night. Also it would of been much more epic if HBK was the last one to be eliminated by Edge, and not Cena. All in all the Rumble felt kind of lackluster last night.

apparantly the plan is to have hbk interfere in a y2j/taker match at no way out, costing taker the title and then

edge vs y2j: world heavyweight championship
hbk vs taker 2

this has been all the talk on dirtsheets since edge appeared last night

but honestly, this royal rumble was bad. zeke should have gotten the win, mickie ending this fued like that is unsatisfying, and i think its because mccool gets NO reaction from the crowd. sheamus had a perfect chance to become a legit main eventer, now he comes out looking weak. taker mysterio was a squash match.

for the rumble itself, it started out great, cm punk was damn entertaining and since i was on a live chat with like 30 people during the rumble while we watched it, the reaction to him cutting promo after promo was great. even the fans started cheering CM punk, but then... hhh eliminates him, and it becomes the hhh/hbk/cena show until we get to y2j, edge, and batista. and once edge came in at 29, it was blantantly obvious he would win, as the only reason he wouldn't be 30 is if he was going to win, since 30 had won a lot recently, and we had a 30 surprise entrant win 2 years back.

all of this throws a wrench into my wm predictions, and i think glalie picking hbk/taker 2 to happen is looking a lot better.

I predicted an Edge return at the Royal Rumble, I was watching with my girlfriend and we were both just waiting for it and him to win it if HBK got eliminated. Since then, I made some bold predictions about what I expected to go down.

I had the idea that HBK would go on a losing streak, eventually resulting in him losing his Tag Titles, before finding a way to re-ignite his career so to speak, and face The Undertaker at Wrestlemainia again. Low and behold, after the Rumble exit, he loses to Orton, then loses the Tag Titles on Raw the following week. I currently didn't have any idea how he'd get into the match with The Undertaker.

As for the Chambers, my idea was that The Undertaker would retain, and Randy Orton would beat Sheamus. Eventually leading to something such as Edge vs Sheamus vs Orton at WM26. However, the flaw there is that there isn't a real rivalry there, other than Sheamus and Orton, with Edge and Orton's history and the fact Edge wanted to go for the 'safer' option to win at WM26.

As for SmackDown, I expected HBK to find a way to face Undertaker after he'd retained.. But it's difficult to find another option for the majority of these 'Main Eventers'. CM Punk, I thought, could've been a Tag Champion by now, but with ShowMiz taking those belts, it looks like CM Punk is going to take part in MitB yet again. The likes of R-Truth, John Morrison, and Kofi Kingston seem destined to take part in said match as well. If my theory was to be correct, I'm not sure what else could happen. Perhaps Jericho would find a new partner and face ShowMiz at WM26 instead? Or could end up in MitB. MitB could well feature Rey Mysterio if he has nothing to do, as well as the likes of Kane who's unlikely to have a match on the card against anyone else. Others could include Mark Henry, Matt Hardy and some other mid-card wrestlers. There's also Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre, but I hope there's an interesting match featuring a few wrestlers for the Intercontinental Title.

John Cena will team with Bret Hart, while Vince will team with Batista. That'll make the Bret vs Vince grudge match a lot of people want to see - and with both Vince and Bret being old and past it, the energy of Cena and Batista will make the match longer.

As for the biggest flaw in my idea - Triple H is nowhere to be seen. This obviously isn't allow to happen or he'd be all pissed off. I can't fit him into my ideas anywhere, so it's obvious the majority of my expected scenario's are fucked up. There just needs to be a way for him to be in one of the Main Events. The only possible explanation is that his tiff with HHH exacerbates and we have a DX + Taker Main Event. Unlikely though.

The current ideas posted by kd24 have now changed my views.

Edge vs Jericho seems like it could really happen. I think HBK vs Taker 2 will happen. However, I have no idea about all the other big shots other than Cena and Batista as I'm pretty sure we know what they're doing.

Triple H, Randy Orton, Sheamus... What would they do at Wrestlemainia? Surely there's little chance of Randy Orton facing Cody and Ted at WM26? Can there be a big feud made with HHH and Sheamus that quickly? Would there be some kind of match between all three superstars for the next number 1 contender for one of the titles - as a counter part to MitB. Other than all of that, I'm not sure what else will go down.

I don't see the Undertaker/Michaels II match occuring anymore, I can't see how they'd do it. The only realistic way they could pull it off would be to have somebody drop out of the Smackdown Elimination Chamber and Michaels take his place, which is actually holding water as John Morrison's just gotten himself injuried if my source is to be believed. Otherwise, I see a Triple H / Shawn Michaels match happening for the WWE Title.

Let me explain. If you've seen this week's Raw yet, you'll know that HBK goes after Teddy Long upon their tag match loss and tells him that DX means nothing to him anymore; he wants the Undertaker. Triple H overheard him, which suggests to me that something's going to happen.

What I think'll happen is that Michaels enters the SD! Elimination Chamber and gets all the way, losing to Chris Jericho (who is a goddamn certaincy to win that Chamber). Triple H'll go on to win the WWE Title, upon which Michaels gets overly jealous, or gets rejected by the Undertaker for a rematch, causing him to snap and take Triple H out in haste; starting a fued for the Title.

Cena/Batista looks to be a good fued. Vince'll carry Batista as long as he does the talking, Cena's got an edge back that makes him believeable again.

I never really got into the WWE or WWF or any of that stuff but I just started high school wrestling this year and its really fun, the problem i have with the pro wrestling is they make it into a Drama and not a sport and it really strays from the sport, like in a high school/ college match you will see leg rides left and right but in a "pro" match I have never seen any.

Whatttt the Raw Chamber was weird...

Cena won, but then Vince came out and made a match between him and Batista, so Batista is now the WWE Champion..

That's thrown off my Wrestlemania predictions now.

Thinking HBK will somehow interfere in the SmackDown Chamber. My guess right now is that it comes down to The Undertaker and Chris Jericho, HBK costs Taker the title and gets a match at Wrestlemania.

ok, so my main predictions for WM

HHH/HBK/Taker

Jericho/Edge: whc

Batista/Vince vs Bret/Cena: wwe championship

Rey/Punk

no mitb

Realy bad that Cena lost the title ugly Mr. Macahon :S

Predictions for Wrestlemania:

Chris Jericho vs. Edge (World Heavy Weight Championship)
John Cena vs. Batista (WWE Championship)
HBK vs. Undertaker

I think those matches were pretty easy to predict Mohaji, as they were all already confirmed yesterday lol

I have to say, even though Elimination Chamber kinda sucked it set the scene so well for Wrestlemania. In my opinion this Wrestlemania looks really good and I can only hope it to be better than Wrestlemania 24! (It won't beat 17 or 19 i'm pretty certain lol)

Was I the only excited when Randy kicked the asses of Cody and Ted when they were attacking him? It was awesome lol
