I also meant the Manaphy. I'm 99% sure you mean the shiny one, but there is a non-shiny version as well.

Dude Japan or US TRU Arceus?
PS: Did you went to the Event or Hacked Wondercard?

If it is:
1. TRU US Arceus
2. Not a Hacked or Downloaded Wondercard (PCD, PGT...) used for(As I measure this quite the same and otherwise I could RNG it just by myself...)

please check my thread if it is an Arceus obtained as legally as possible and being US version.

AFAIK, the only one that's from TRU is the Lax one. It also has awful IVs.
