The Naive nature is intended to not result in an attack drop for Explosion. Or maybe a Sub+Focus Punch set.
Comes UT and EV trained at L50. I forget the EVs, though, but it's got 252 in Speed, most in SpAttk, and some in Attack.

Bred moves: Fake Out, Encore, Heat Wave
Comes UT as an egg.
Incidentally, you could go to timetwister and ask him to hatch it shiny in exchange for something. I used the ShinyFinder to search for a low-frame non-shiny Jolly spread (ironic), but I happened to still have his ID\SID inputted.
I also labeled my Pokemon with their nationality, so you know if they count for international parents or something. Some of mine are Japanese eggs hatched on English games, so it's hard to tell otherwise.
